As I knew that there was no poible for me to finish my task by depending on the Internet or other person, so I decided to do it by my own.Then I started to learn every new word in these two poems and tried to understand the whole meaning of each poem.I looked through some related materials about the author of the first poem and tried to find out the background of the period when he wrote A Good Knight In Prison.To finish the translation of the second poem, I learned about the story of The Briar-Rose with the hope of getting some ideas about the poem.Whatever, I finished my work at last and I felt good about the proce when I tried to make it all by myself.
There is still half a month before the school start.Actually, I do have a good time during this holiday and there is a little difficult for me to switch in to the state when I am in school, but I know that I need to make a plan for the next term.Through my work in the holiday, I find problems in two aspects: one is that the quantity of ma vocabulary is too small and I can hardly understand a poem.The other is that my attitude to something is not proper.The key point to succe is to have a good attitude and I need to be more confident.If I can make myself good enough in these two aspects, I’m sure that I can keep going forward in the future.
