The International Plastic Exhibition of United States (NPE) is the largest and oldest plastic exhibition, and it is also the world\'s second largest plastic industry event.Started from 1946, NPE was held every three years.And today it has developed steadily in the exhibition area, scale, visitors etc.The NPE is host by the Society of the Plastics Industry (SPI).Founded in 1937, SPI is the third largest manufacturing industry aociation in the United States.Members of SPI come from the supply chain of the entire plastics industry, including proceors, machinery and equipment manufacturers and raw materials suppliers.The number of the U.S.plastics industry employees up to 1.1 million, and the annual shipments of the industry reach to nearly 379 billion.NPE2012 is one of the highest level exhibitions in the plastic industry; it is also the largest and oldest two large events of the global plastic industry.
According to speculation, the2012’s NPE: the area of exhibition hall will be 195000 square meters (2.1 million feet), 2600 companies take part in, 80000 plastic profeionals and buyers from all over the world, among these plastic profeionals and buyers, there are 13500 from foreign countries.
