摘要
纳米材料课程是沈阳化工大学的重点课程之一，教学网站的建设是该课程建设至关重要的环节。该网站的建设与开发涉及到大量的计算机技术，该网站文件格式种类较多，文件数据很大，文件数量巨大，主要有视频文件、网页文件、WORD文件、PPT文件、压缩文件、图形文件和虚拟现实文件。网站开发完成后对教师备课、学生学习尤其是为教师与学生、学生与学生交流提供了一个优秀的平台，它的开发完成必将为该课程的教与学发挥积极作用。网站建设完成后能为学生搭建一个集预习、复习、答疑等全方位的学习的平台
精品课程是具有一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教材、一流教学管理等特点的示范性课程，包括六个方面内容：一是教学队伍建设，要逐步形成一支以主讲教授负责的、结构合理、人员稳定、教学水平高、教学效果好的教师梯队，要按一定比例配备辅导教师和实验教师。二是教学内容建设，教学内容要具有先进性、科学性，要及时反映本学科领域的最新科技成果。三是要使用先进的教学方法和手段，相关的教学大纲、教案、习题、实验指导、参考文献目录等要上网并免费开放，实现优质教学资源共享。四是教材建设。五是实验建设。要大力改革实验教学的形式和内容，鼓励开设综合性、创新性实验和研究型课程，鼓励本科生参与科研活动。六是机制建设。要有相应的激励和评价机制，鼓励教授承担精品课程建设，要有新的用人机制保证精品课程建设等。
网站开发的工具：材料科学基础课程网站的开发使用Dreamweaver 8.0作为网页设计及程序设计的主要工具，使用Photoshop CS4和FireworksMX作为图像及动画的处理工具。Flash CS4作为flash制作软
件。
网站的设计语言：纳米材料网站的设计语言主要用HTML静态语言设计完成。
设计原则：布局合理，风格一致，简洁明了，构架大方，主次分明，重点突出，功能齐全，操作方便，具体的说，首页是一个网站的面貌，根据心理学中的首因效应，第一印象对人的认知具有强烈的影响，所以首页的可观度是很重要的其次，在内容构架设计上应做到和谐！美感！统一，使学习者能够很快接受到信息，掌握导航的技术，再其次，对网上课程社区应分区清晰！层次清楚，出于不同的目的和需要，师生之间或同学之间可以选择相关的区域进行发言讨论。
综上所述，纳米材料教学网站的完成将大大提高纳米材料课程的信息化程度，增进师生交流，为老师和学生提供大量迅捷有效的教学信息。这也是充分利用现代化手段，提高纳米材料教学水平的需要。网络技术对我们学习方式的变革具有革命性的影响，将纳米材料课程与网络技术的无缝结合，是本课程未来教学的趋势之一，对当前学校教育教学改革具有一定的意义。

Abstract
Nano-materials exquisite course is one of the important courses of
shenyang chemical university.The construction of the teaching website is the crucial link of this course construction.The construction and development of this website involves a great deal of computer technology.The files in this website have many varieties of format sort, large data and huge number.They are mainly video files, web documents, WORD documents, PPT files, compreed files, graphics files and virtual reality files.The completion of Web development provides an excellent plat form for teachers leoning and students studying, especially for exchange of teachers and students and students and students.What’s more, it will play a positive role in the teaching and learning of this course.When the web is finished, it could set up a platform containing prep, review and answering for the students.
Exquisite course is the demonstration program which has a lot of features such as a best teacher, first-cla teaching content, first-cla teaching method, textbook and teaching management etc. And it includes six aspects demonstration course contents: The first content is the teaching staff construction.The teachers echelon which has responsible speaker profeors, reasonable structure, personnel stability, high teaching level, and well teaching effect.And the counseling teacher experimental teachers must be allocated with a certain proportion.The second content is the development of the teaching contents.Teaching
