邀请信分为两种：一种是正规的格式 (formal correspondence)，也叫做请柬;一种是非正规格式(informal correspondence)，就是一般的邀请信。
请柬通常有固定的格式，应注意文字排列精心设计，一般以一个或两个完整的意群为一行。一般用第三人称形式写作。
请帖有三种格式：
1.x invites you to a reception (party, etc.)at (place) on (date) at (time). 2.you are warmly (cordially) invited to attend a reception (party, etc.) at (place) on (date) at (time). mr.y) at a reception (dinner, etc.) at (place) on (date) at (time). 在这三种格式中，最后一种比较正式，其他两种比较随便。除了上述基本内容外，在请柬右下角一般还附有其他说明：一种是写r.s.v.p.（请答复），再写电话号码；或写for regrets only,意思是：如不能参加，请回话（反过来说，如能参加可不必答复）。一种是注明需要穿哪类服装，如果写dre informal, dre optional，意思是衣着随便；一般场合可不加注，或注lounge suit/ day dre；正式场合注black tie. 邀请信作为信的一种形式可参照一般书信的格式去写。但要掌握好下列几点： 1) 说明邀请对方参加什么活动、邀请的原因是什么。
2) 将活动安排的细节及注意事项告诉对方。诸如时间、地点、
参加人员、人数，做些什么样的准备及所穿的服饰等。
3) 为了方便安排活动，如有必要，可注明请对方予以回复看看

接着是急救知识普及这一块。 扬州大学红十字会自成立以来就致力于急救识的普及与培训，定期会与周边社区或学校合作向孩子们普及基本的急救知识，增强居民的自救互救意识。在这个暑假中，我们和四望亭、杉湾花园、琼花观等社区联系，开展急救知识讲座，还前往华安老年公寓与爷爷奶奶们一起聊天沟通。让我们感到自豪并快乐的是，通过我们长期的努力，已经有不少市民对急救知识有所掌握。

按照会议要求，结合工作实际，我就当前幼儿园管理工作现状及立足本职工作应该怎么做作一简单发言，有不妥之处请批评指正。
一、当前幼儿园现状与存在的问题
当前，幼儿园以集团化办园的模式领办十所乡镇幼儿园，各项工作总的形势是好的，的群众路线活动不断取得新的明显成效，始终保持着良好的发展势头。但从实际工作来看，存在以下问题：
（一）乡镇幼儿园在编教师严重不足，师资稳定性和专业水平差，制约集团乡镇幼儿园向优质发展迈进。
我集团目前目前在编教师46人，18位从事管理工作，担任集团园长、执行园长等重要岗位，特岗教师23人，均为幼教专业毕业大专生，为我集团优质后备师资队伍，集团自聘教师148名。
如何稳定自聘教师，吸引优秀人才加入农村学前教育队伍，加强相关自聘人员专业知识和技能的培训，怎样在政府限价，严格的成本核算条件下合理使用时间、精力与培训人员，是摆在乡镇教育想优质迈进面前的难题。
（二）如何实现乡镇幼儿园办园条件的可持续投入
乡镇幼儿园在进行初步的投入后，后续的安全设施、现代化教育设施等投入是幼儿园是否能向优质教育迈进的瓶颈。实施政府限价收费，让千万老百姓受益，乡镇幼儿园自我完善进一步投入几乎不可能，政府怎样实施可持续投入机制，保障幼儿园的进一步发展，是我集团期盼的焦点。
（三）集团如何满足不同社会需求，实施多元化多层次集团办学。
目前，我集团总园为省级早教基地，各园成立了早教中心。但集团背景下的0-3岁教育发展仍然薄弱，家长培训机制、特色课程培训机制、精品教育培训机制等都未建立，如何满足不同社会需求，实施多元化多层次集团办学，进一步促进集团自我造血输血功能，实现资源共享，促进整体优质发展，是集团发展的愿景，
也是目前的难题。
（四）如何促进民办幼儿园的均衡优质协调发展
在我集团帮扶下的四所民办幼儿园，在教育教学上取得了较为明显的进步，但由于体制不同，办园目标与步调较难统一，因此较之领办下的乡镇幼儿园，民办幼儿园明显发展滞后。大力发展学前教育的今天，民办幼儿园停留在小作坊式的落后模式上，如何促进其均衡发展，再到优质发展，目前是个难题。
二、对如何扎实做好本职工作的几点思考
第一，要加强学习，提高能力。要把学习作为提高自身素质和工作能力的有效途径，增强学习意识，养成良好的学习习惯，把学习当作一种职责、一种境界、一种追求，贯穿于工作全过程，在干中学、在学中干，学以致用。
第二，要坚持原则，实事求是。要有更高的政治觉悟、更强的纪律观念和法制观念，在任何时候都要讲政治、讲正气，发扬公正无私、刚直不阿、不徇私情、敢于碰硬的精神。坚持纪律面前人人平等，严格按章办事，坚决同各种腐败现象作斗争，切实维护党的纪律的严肃性，做党的忠诚卫士。
第三，要谦虚谨慎，戒骄戒躁。要始终保持和发扬谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗的作风。下基层要严格遵守接待规定，吃住行从简，虚心向基层的同志学习。工作中要注意虚心听取其他同志的意见，从点滴做起，自觉防止和克服各种不良习气。一切为了孩子为了孩子的一切，做一名人民满意的幼儿教师，做合格的共产党员。

大家下午好！很高兴能够参加这次经营形势分析会，十堰中心支公司筹备组在分公司各级领导的具体指导和帮助下，秉承“责任重于泰山，保障始于长安”的理念，坚持积极稳妥、高标准、高起点、高效率、低成本的原则，有计划、有步骤地开展了筹建工作。经过全体人员的共同努力，筹建工作已经顺利完成。截至目前，十堰中心支公司（筹）办公场所的租赁及装修、办公设备的购臵、内部机构及岗位的设臵、内控制度的制定、电子信息设备的安装调试、工作人员的招聘及培训等工作已经完成，并已达到开业所需的软、硬件要求，并于2011年9月29日通过湖北保监局验收合格等待开，现将筹建情况报告如下：
通过公开招聘、培训、试用、考核，十堰中心支公司（筹）已招聘人员13人，其中管理人员7人，均具有保险金融相关工作经验，员工平均年龄为38岁；销售人员6人，现已全部通过保险代理人资格考试，持有保险代理人资格证书，持证率100%。在组织机构建设方面：按照“合理分工、精简高效”的机构设臵原则，开业初期，十堰中心支公司（筹）设立经理室、业务管理部、综合财务部、各营业部等部门。并按照“合理分工，精简高效，加强协作，相互制衡，防范风险”的原则，科学、合理地设臵了各部门的编制、岗位，明确了职能、职责。各部门负责人、各岗位工作人员和业务骨干已全部到位，并通过学习培训，能够胜任各自岗位工作。在内控制度建设方面：根据内控管理的需要，公司基本的管理制度已经形成。管理制度分为综合办公管理制度、财务管理制度、人事管理制度、业务管理制度、营销管理制度、信息技术管理制度和法律法规管理制度。在办公营业场地方面：十堰中支办公场所宽敞明亮，地理位臵优越，交通便利。办公场所现已装修完毕，符合消防安全标准。职场装修简洁明快，符合公司标准。办公设备已购臵安装到位，并具备了开业后办公所需的一切设施和条件。
关于未来的发展，我们会从以下方面入手
1、十堰中支将严格执行国家各项法律法规，贯彻落实保险监管和行业协会管理规定，依法合规经营；业务发展不求最大，但求最精；大力开拓保险市场，“做蛋糕”而不“抢蛋糕”，做大湖北保险市场；锐意进取，创新发展，充分发挥长安责任保险特色产品优势，探索责任保险，科技保险发展新途径；加强内控管理，财务管理，业务管理，防范经营风险，实现一年起好步，两年打基础，三年创盈利目标。
2、开业后三年是长安责任保险十堰中心支公司奠定基础，积极、稳健发展的初期阶段。在这一阶段，长安责任保险十堰中心支公司将充分依托十堰市建立汽车工业及生态旅游经济圈的优势，围绕上级公司发展战略目标，深刻领会长安保险公司的企业精神，以 “稳健”的步伐面对市场竞争，以“积极”的策略整合市场资源，以“专业”的形象赢得大众认同，努力实现上级公司确定的工作目标，逐步形成长安保险在十堰市的经营特色。

⑴ 我们将以差异化的产品切入市场，主打工程险、人意险、责任险、科技保险等我公司具有行业优势和客户资源的险种。
⑵ 充分利用兼业代理渠道的作用，特别是要加强与银行、4S店等保险代理机构的合作，以保证业务的较大发展，目前我们已于十堰农业银行签订保险代理协议。
⑶ 积极发展业务团队，做大直销业务，化解市场波动，政策调整的风险，不受制于中介市场。

大家好！今天，能和这么多优秀的兄弟公司同事相聚，分享工作中的快乐并有此发言的机会，我倍感荣幸。首先，非常感谢公司领导能为我提供这次学习、交流的机会。
我所就职的物资公司进出口部从事的是工程物资的外贸出口业务。对口的兄弟单位是兴安基柬埔寨上丁湄公河大桥项目。接下来我简单介绍一下我们部门的工作流程呢，大致就是项目部需要的工程物资，
作为一名80后，我想从我自身出发讲讲我对于80后的一些看法 整体上来讲，“80后”给我的感觉是：新鲜、开放、注重自我感受。
一、为什么新鲜？有两个层面：
1.希望自己成为一个新鲜人，希望自己是一个领先潮流的人，能够在人群里面引起注意
2.希望学习最新的技术，去做最不可思议的 创新。
二、开放：不像“60后”、“70后”的人，在家庭和学校教育过程当中有很多价值观的输入，“80后”的成长环境中，家庭、社会对他们的意见很尊重，他们接受信息的方式很开放，这一代人的心态也更开放。
三、注重自我感受：很多“80后”员工选择工作时的判断标准是：工作的环境是不是好玩？能不能让我高兴？
“80后”给我的感觉是：敏锐、敏感、敏捷。
一、敏锐。“80后”出生时已经进入信息化时代，他们对信息、知识，包括新技术、新的科技的感觉都非常敏锐。
二、敏感。他们没有兄弟姐妹，所以有一种非常自我的意识。这种自我意识在一个组织环境里很容易变得脆弱。如果组织不认可个人意识，他就会变得非常敏感。
三、敏捷。体现在两个方面：1.？做事情的时候可以不顾周围人的感受，怎么痛快怎么来；2.？如果感觉到工作不好的时候，跳槽也很“敏捷”
我司路宣良总经理对于80后员工的发展非常重视，其最推崇的优秀品质就是爱岗敬业，我非常认同他的这一观点，在不远的将来，80后将是企业的中流砥柱，企业的发展与我们自身的进步息息相关。“80后”的缺点和优点一样突出，与我们的前辈比起来我们缺乏为企业奉献与牺牲的精神，在工作中应多向我们的前辈老师傅学习，他们事事以大局为重，不计得失，爱岗敬业，与三航局同发展，共进退，虽说现在的社会，物欲横流，拜金主义横行，单我们的精神世界不能贫瘠，爱岗敬业的精神不能摒弃，为企业能够走向更宽广的未来添砖加瓦，谢谢！
总结如下：
一、公司人力资源管理体系的完善
1、公司管理制度体系的完善。我们深知严谨规范的管理对一个公司的生存和发展具有极其重要的意义，所以总经办和人力部一直致力于建立完善的公司内部管理体系。具体而言，修订了二套内部基础管理的规范性文件——《员工手册》、《费用管理制度》。其中《员工手册》前后经过多次修改、完善，现已全部统一汇编整理完毕，已开始执行；公司的各部门《部门管理手册》组织拟订也接近尾声。
2、各部门岗位定责定编。人力部不断依据员工工作实际情况和工作重点，有针对性地对各部门的定员定编进行适当的调整，以期使公司的人员与岗位设置情况达到最佳的配置，最大可能地发挥每一个职能部门和员工的作用。
3、人力部自身规范管理体系的建立工作。
修订完善《人力部管理手册》，并在公司领导的支持下成功地实施了新的考勤制度及培训制度。结合《员工手册》，制定了公司《表格模板》，现正在进一步调整和完善过程中。
二、公司人员招聘工作
XX年是公司快速发展的一年，也是公司人员招聘工作任务繁重的一年。在这一年里，公司的空缺岗位多，人员需求多，部门经理要求员工到岗时间紧迫，故人力部在全年的招聘工作中花费了较多的时间和精力。共面试各类人才逾百人次，XX年入职员工16位，分布于公司7个部门，目前公司人员规模已达到70余人。
三、员工的培训工作
公司员工的培训和培养工作，对公司未来的发展起着重要的作用，人才的选育留用也是人力部的重点工作之一。
公司持续开展针对性强的专业培训，如：《传感器的安装》、《专利基础知识及技术交流》、《软件开发》；以及提高自身管理类培训《将管理进行到底》、《国学与沟通》，旨在将新的知识、理解或技能实际运用在工作上，并通过不断尝试精益求精。
四、日常人事管理工作
人力部在完成上述工作的同时，充分发挥了本部门的基础职能作用，在制度执行与监督、考勤核算、办理员工保险、组织各项活动等方面起到了应有的作用。
下面我谈一下我部门在人力工作中发现的问题：
1、招聘面试问题：
候选人被面试过程中，用人部门经理未全程参与面试考核、长时间延迟面试。表现： a、不重视人才表现（人才外流；造成公司负面影响）；
b、增加人力部再招聘工作强度（人力成本增加）； c、用人部门人手不足，影响整体工作。
建议：a、请各部门经理提前安排好自己手中的工作，与面试人如约面试考核。
b、若出差在外或其他因素，可电话面试。
2、转正问题：
a、试用期员工转正考核形同虚设； b、试用期员工转正长时间被迫延期；
建议：a、新员工入职时，部门经理提前制定试用期kpi，转正时依照kpi考核。
b、请部门经理关注新进员工试用期工作，实时考核；不要虚假响应公司的规定。建议总经办以后也要考核，部门经理的用人水平。
3、员工在职管理问题：
公司采用经理负责管理制度，部门经理对部门所属员工负有引导支持之责；对整个团队有激励指导，合理调配人力物力之权。员工的成长就是部门的进步，公司的成功。 请你们能更多的关注员工成长及每一次异动。
4、工作周报问题：
a、员工未按时上传工作周报，部门经理非但不制止，而是相反想帮助他们开脱； b、工作周报寥寥数语，内容空泛；
c、工作周报格式混乱，部门经理未能及时纠正。
工作周报可全面反映员工的工作进度状况，及时发现工作中问题。也是与上级领导沟通的方式，请及时和如实上传工作周报，如实反映、汇报本部门的工作情况。
5、部门例会问题：
a、部门经理未按公司规定举行每月两次的部门例会；
b、也未通知总经办参加，也未把工作报告上传并告知总经办。 部门例会目的是及时对部门工作的一个总结，回顾上周工作的得失，部署下周的工作计划。总经办参与其中，可及时了解部门工作进度，调配全公司资源协助工作的开展。
6、社保问题：
部门经理不能及时上报离职确切日期，导致离职员工社保不能及时减少，增加公司的费用。 建议:部门经理请提前2天告知人力部，离职员工确切离职日期。
7、培训问题：
a、公司曾经举行过的培训课程及培训效果反馈反应出公司在业务培训及技术培训上的
缺乏，公司内无可授课人员；
b、关于自身管理的培训也必不可少。
建议：a、针对员工技能的缺乏及业务能力低，由部门经理或雇请行业精英培训。
b、公司自上而下，积极引导持续学习。找出并参与合适的学习活动（例如：上课、
阅读、自学、接受辅导或体验式学习等）来满足培训需要（这个是长期的，进
程慢,可以视作公司文化建设）。
8、考勤问题：
a、员工请假不能提前，销假不及时； b、员工外出不登记/不知会人力部；
c、员工中途请假/上班不打卡或出现许多代打卡事件，部门经理未能及时发现。
制度需要大家共同维护，请部门经理带头遵守、维护《员工手册》中的规定。
五、XX工作计划
相对公司其他部门而言，人力部仍处于起步期，存在一些不足。主要体现在：
1、在管理制度体系的建立方面，思虑不足，未加大推进力度；
2、在各部门的工作协调力度方面，还有待加强；
3、招聘工作中，对候选人员的素质把握上有待提高；
4、在员工的培训上未能投入更大的精力，导致培训工作没能系统地组织展开。
根据本年度工作情况与存在不足，结合目前公司发展状况和今后趋势，人力部计划从以下几个方面展开：
1、招聘及时，人员配置优化。
2、遵循工作管理制度，有条不紊开展人力工作。
3、加强员工岗位知识、技能和素质培训，关注内部人才培养。
4、时刻关注劳动政策及公司相关制度，避免劳动风险。
5、调动员工主观能动性，建立和谐的企业内部关系，为公司发展服务
人力资源工作对一个不断成长和发展的公司而言，是非常重要的基础工作，也需要公司上下各部门共同配合，希望能在未来一年，能得到各部门支持与配合，和公司一起成长发展。 谢谢！

烛光婚礼

第19篇：密封形式
防止工作介质从泵内泄漏出来或者防止外界杂质或空气侵入到泵内部的装置或措施称为密封，被密封的介质一般为液体、气体或粉尘。
造成泄漏的原因主要有两个方面：一是密封面上有间隙。二是密封部位两侧存在压力差，消除或减小任何一个因素都可以阻止或减小泄漏，达到密封的目的。泵的设计压力和使用压力是客观存在不能减小，所以泵的密封该解决的是消除或减小密封面之间的间隙。这种间隙包括密封面之间的间隙和密封装置本生内部的间隙。
泵的密封装置主要分两类：一类为静密封，一类为动密封。静密封通常有垫片密封、O型圈密封、螺纹密封等型式。动密封则主要有软填料密封、油封密封、迷宫密封、螺旋密封、动力密封和机械密封等。
垫片密封
垫片是离心泵静密封的基本元件，使用范围非常广泛。垫片的选型主要根据泵输送介质、温度、压力和腐蚀性等因素决定。当温度和压力不高时一般选用非金属密封垫片；中压高温时，选用非金属与金属组合垫片。非金属垫片在泵上应用最为普遍，其材料一般为纸、橡胶和聚四氟乙烯。当温度不超过120℃，压力在1.0Mpa以下时，一般选用青壳纸或模造纸垫片。如果输送介质为油，温度在-30～110℃时，一般选用耐老化性能较好的丁晴橡胶。当输送介质在-50～200℃时，选用氟橡胶更为合适。因为它除了耐油耐热外，机械强度大也是其主要特征。在化工泵中，由于所输送介质具有腐蚀性，所以一般选用聚四氟乙烯做为垫片材料。随着泵使用的领域越来越广泛，所输送介质种类也越来越多，因此在选用垫片材质时应查阅相关资料或通过实验后再做出正确选择。
垫片失效的原因主要有下列几种情况：
1、作用在密封垫片上的压力不足。由于密封面上总是存在着微观的凹凸不平，有时还在密封面上加工出若干环形沟槽，若保证密封，就必须对密封垫片施加足够大的压力，使其发生弹性或塑性变形以填充这些间隙。各种垫片材质的压紧力大小通常在密封垫片生产厂家样本或产品说明书中给出，也可通过实验决定。由于装配时达不到垫片所需的压紧力或由于在常期运行中的振动使压紧螺栓松动而使压紧力降低以及由于垫片材质的老化变形而丧失原来的弹性都会使垫片失效而产生泄漏。
2、垫片材质内部组织或厚度不均匀，以及使用了带有裂缝或折皱的纸板，使垫片本身形成了间隙，当作用在垫片上的力使垫片所产生的弹性变形不足以完全填充这些间隙时，泄漏也就不可避免了。
3、垫片的材质与所输送的介质不相适应。由于泵所输送化工产品化学性质的多样性，以及为提高燃油的燃烧值或改变其燃烧后的生成物而在燃油中增加入了一些少量的添加剂后而使燃油的某些性质发生变化，所以选择和输送介质相适的垫片材质并非易事，因而也经常发生由于不相适应而使垫片发生侵蚀而产生泄漏的现象。
O型圈密封 泵中常用的是橡胶O型圈。由于其形状十分简单，因而制造容易，成本低廉，不论O型圈的整体尺寸有多大，其截面尺寸都很小（只有几毫米）所以重量轻，消耗材料少，使用方法简单，安装、拆卸方便，更为突出的优点还在于O形圈具有良好的密封能力，使用范围很宽。静密封工作压力可达100MPa以上，动密封也可达30Mpa。适用温度为-60～200℃，可满足多种介质的使用要求。因此在泵的设计中得到越来越广泛的应用。
O形密封圈安装在沟槽和被密封面之间，有一定压缩量，由此产生的反弹力给予被密封的光滑面和沟槽底面以初始的压缩应力。从而起到密封作用。当被密封的液体压力增大时，O形圈的变形也随之增大，从而传递给密封面的压力也增大，密封的作用也增大。这就是O形密封圈具有良好密封能力的原因。
O形密封圈虽然密封可靠，但如果不注意使用条件，也会发生泄漏，通常有以下几种情况：
1、装O形圈的沟槽尺寸超差，尤其是深度尺寸过大时，使O形圈安装后压缩变形量不足而影响密封能力。一般O形圈安装后压缩变形量应在18%～22%之间，截面尺寸大时压缩相对变形量较小，而截面尺寸较小时压缩相对变形量则较大。
2、O形密封圈的公称尺寸与实际安装尺寸相差太多，形成O形圈在拉伸后截面尺寸缩小的状况下工作，造成压缩变形量不足而产生泄漏。
3、O形密封圈在安装时，由于密封面的进口没有光滑的倒角或倒圆而将O形圈划伤而产生泄漏。
4、O形密封圈的材质不适用于密封介质而被侵蚀后失效。
5、O形密封圈使用时间太久后老化变质，弹性降低后而失效，所以在设备大修时一般都将O形圈更换。
另外，O形密封圈的硬度，沟槽和密封面的粗糙度也影响O形密封圈的密封效果。
螺纹密封
螺纹密封在泵上一般有两种形式，一种是螺纹联接垫片密封，一种是螺纹加填充济密封，二者皆用于小直径螺纹连接的密封场合。螺纹联接垫片密封的密封件是垫片，而螺纹只起提供压紧力的作用。密封的效果除了垫片的本身性能外。密封面的粗糙度以及与螺纹孔的相对几何位置精度对密封效果影响也很大。于由密封垫片在拧紧螺纹时不仅承受压紧力，还承受扭矩，使垫片产生变形甚至损坏，因此，当垫片为非金属时，一般只适用于压力不高的场合，如果垫片为金属则适用压力可达30Mpa以上。
泵上经常使用的丝堵，则是另一种螺纹密封形式。由于考虑到丝堵制造的经济性，一般单靠螺纹的配合不能起到密封作用，往往用生胶带，密封胶等填充物填充螺纹的密封间隙。其承压能力取决于螺纹的制造精度和材质，与丝堵和螺纹孔的配合形式没有关系。螺纹孔与丝堵无论采用“锥对锥”还是“柱对锥”，密封效果相同，只是使用地域不同而已。我国目前两种形式同等采用。影响密封效果的常见原因是在加工螺纹底孔时尺寸偏大，使螺纹牙形变短，牙顶变宽，造成密封面减小，当密封压力升高后产生泄漏，甚至将丝堵压出。由于填充物被密封介质腐蚀而产生泄漏的现象在化工行业的用泵中也时有发生，因此对填充物的选择也是密封考虑的因素之一。
填料密封
将富有压缩性和回弹性的填料放入填料函内，依靠压盖的轴向压紧力转化为径向密封力，从而起到密封作用。这种密封方法称为填料密封，这种填料称为密封填料。由于填料密封结构形式简单，更换方便、价格低廉、适应转速、压力、介质宽泛而在泵的设计中得到普遍采用。输送常温介质时，填料密封一般都设有填料环，其或与泵的高压腔相通，或外接具有一定压力的液体介质，可起到冷却、润滑、密封或冲洗作用。由于填料密封是一种接触密封，因此必然存在磨擦和磨损问题。而磨擦和磨损的大小，主要决定于填料压盖的压紧力。压力大可提高密封效果，但却会加大动力消耗和轴套的磨损，反之则会产生较大泄漏。因此应根据泄漏量大小和泄漏介质的温度对压盖的压紧力进行调整，必要时应对填料进行更换或补充。填料密封的合理泄漏一般为10-20ml/min。当从外界引入液体时，应保证这种液体有良好的化学稳定性，既不污染泵所输送的介质，又不与介质发生反应产生沉淀物和固体微粒，还应与填料有良好的浸渍性和持久的保持性，这样就能起到良好和持久的密封效果。
动力密封
副叶轮加停车密封泵在运转时，副叶轮所产生的压头平衡了主叶轮出口高压液体，从而实现密封。停车时，副叶轮不起作用，因此必须同时配备停车密封装置解决停车时可能产生的泄漏。
副叶轮密封结构简单、密封可靠、使用寿命长，运转中可实现滴水不漏，因此在输送含杂质介质的泵上经常采用。副叶轮良好的密封效果是有条件的，即工作压力不允许超过允许的工作压力。一旦超过，会产生严重的泄漏。工作压力变化的主要原因是泵吸入口的压力变化，因此采用副叶轮密封的泵，必须对泵的进口压力做出严格的规定，否则密封便会失效。由于停车密封的形式很多，失效后也容易发现，，本文不再赘述。
螺旋密封
螺旋密封也是动力密封的一种形式，它是在旋转的轴上或者在轴的包容套上加工出螺旋槽，轴和套之间充有密封介质。轴的旋转使螺旋槽产生类似于泵的输送作用，从而阻止密封液的泄漏。其密封能力的大小与螺旋角度、螺距、齿宽、齿高、齿的作用长度以及轴与套之间的间隙大小有关。由于密封之间不发生磨擦，因而寿命长，但由于结构空间的限制，其螺旋长度一般较短，因而其密封能力也受到局限。在泵降速使用时，其密封效果则会大打折扣。
迷宫密封
在设计合理，加工精良，装配完好、转速较高时，迷宫密封效果很好。但在实际应用中，因此而产生的泄漏却很多，分析其原因主要有：
1、密封副（如轴和轴承压盖）配合间隙太大，而此间隙与密封效果成反比。配合面粗糙，明显的螺旋状车刀痕在有些情况下也加大了泄漏趋势。
2、轴承室内润滑油注入量太多，其溢出压力超过了密封阻力。
3、油窗或油位计安装位置有误，误导了人们对油室内润滑油量的正确判断。
4、运转中油温的升高使其粘度降低，增加了泄漏的可能。
5、回油槽或回油孔尺寸偏小，或受到其它障碍，使被阻滞的液体不能顺利返回而造成泄漏。
油封密封
油封是一种自紧式唇状密封，其结构简单，尺寸小，成本低廉，维护方便，阻转矩较小，既能防止介质泄漏，也能防止外部尘土和其它有害物质侵入，而且对磨损有一定的补偿能力，但不耐高压，所以一般用在低压场合。油封应安装在制造精度为h8～h9，表面粗糙度为1.6～0.8μm且经过表面硬化处理的轴上。密封介质不应含有固体微粒和杂质，否则会造成油封和轴的迅速磨损而使密封失效。
机械密封
机械密封是现代泵轴封的主要方法，虽然利用它实现完全不泄漏不大容易，但是达到微小的，令人完全可以接受的泄漏量却是完全可能的。但在泵的运行中却经常出现令人尴尬的局面，那么机械密封失效的原因是什么呢？
1、械密封的材质选择不合适。机械密封的材质与所输送的介质不相匹配。在工作时，密封元件很快被腐蚀，溶解或磨损，因而失去密封能力。所以根据输送介质的性质而选择机械密封的材质是保证其密封功能和正常寿命的先决条件。
2、机械密封的冲洗状况不符合设计要求。在输送易结晶或有细小颗粒的介质时，必须有一定压力和一定流量的冲洗液进行冲洗，否则其结晶体或者微粒会加速密封副的磨损，以及影响密封副磨损后的自动补偿而发生泄漏。所以根据输送介质的性质不仅要配置相应的冲洗管路，更要安装有监控和调节功能的仪表和装置，保证冲洗液的压力和流量满足设计要求，才能维持机封的正常工作，这一点往往被用户所忽视。
3、每种机械密封所能承受的压力是有限度的，由于对密封腔内的压力测算不准，造成密封腔内的压力超过了机械密封所能承受的压力而产生泄漏，也是常见的密封失效原因之一。
4、机械密封的工作温度不能超过其规定值。在有冷却管路的设计中，往往由于冷却介质的流量不足而使冷却效果降低；在没有冷却管路的设计中，密封腔内经常由于窝存空气而造成机械密封处于干磨擦状态。这两种情况都会使机械密封的运动密封副工作温度过高而加快磨损，导致密封失效。
5、在使用单弹簧的机械密封时，忽略弹簧的旋转方向与泵转子转动方向的正确组合也时有发生。或设计时没有说明，或装配时的疏忽，没有做到因为转子的旋转而使机械密封的弹簧力加大而是相反，结果造成动环和静环磨擦副的压力不足而形成泄漏。
6、轴承的严重磨损或损坏，使泵轴产生严重的轴向窜动，也是机械密封泄漏的原因之一。随着科学的技术的发展，新的密封形式和密封材料陆续出现，其必然对泵的密封技术产生直接的影响和推动。长寿命、零泄漏的泵类产品会在越来越多的场合得到推广和应用。
干气密封
干气密封即“干运转气体密封”（Dry Running gas seals）是将开槽密封技术用于气体密封的一种新型轴端密封，属于非接触密封。 干气密封原理
当端面外侧开设有流体动压槽（2.5～10µm）的动环旋转时，流体动压槽把外径侧（称之为上游侧）的高压隔离气体泵入密封端面之间，由外径至槽径处气膜压力逐渐增加，而自槽径至内径处气膜压力逐渐下降，因端面膜压增加使所形成的开启力大于作用在密封环上的闭合力，在摩擦副之间形成很薄的一层气膜（1～3µm）从而使密封工作在非接触状态下。所形成的气膜完全阻塞了相对低压的密封介质泄漏通道，实现了密封介质的零泄漏或零逸出。
第20篇：活动形式
为贯彻落实省市县关于加强行风建设的部署要求,以及左局长在全县教育系统行风建设会议上的讲话精神，我校结合本校实际, 以“八荣八耻”重要思想为指导，先后召开领导会办会、全体工作人员会议。全面贯彻县会要求,再次动员全校广大教育工作者，进一步认清教育行业面临的新形势和新任务，逐步提高对加强教育行风建设的思想认识，以更高的觉悟、更大的决心、更有力的措施，掀起场中教育行风建设的新高潮，以新的举措、新的成果、新的风貌，全面塑造教育为民服务的良好形象，以实际行动践行社会主义荣辱观，努力办好人民满意的教育。
会议都由天场中学校长刘兆春同志主持。首先，传达了县局行风建设会议精神,并号召全体教职工努力促进教育行业文明程度的提升，努力形成“对社会负责，为人民服务、让群众满意”的行业新风，刘校长说，教育系统加强行风建设，创建文明行业，是人民群众的要求，是社会进步的必然，也是教育事业持续健康发展的内在需要。行风建设和创建文明行业工作只有起点，没有终点；只有更好，没有最好。
接着刘校长根据教育局会议精神结合我校实际布置行风建设的具体工作.会议结束后我校各部门立即开展了措施到位，形式多样的行风建设活动 ，活动主要通过
等形式展开。
明确职责，落实行风建设和民主评议行风工作的组织机制。为了切实加强对行风建设评议工作的领导，学校成立了以校
长任组长，分管校长、工会主席任副组长，政教处等各处室负责人为成员的教育行风建设领导小组，形成了主要领导负总责，分管领导具体操办，各职能部门分工负责的领导体制，把行风建设评议工作摆上学校工作的重要日程，确保学校行风建设评议工作层层落实到位。
组织全体教职员工深入学习“八荣八耻”的社会主义荣辱观，构建和谐社会理念。学习《教师法》、《公民道德建设实施纲要》和《中小学教师职业道德规范》等法律法规。通过学习活动，引导教职员工深刻领会“八荣八耻的社会主义荣辱观，和构建和谐社会理念”重要思想的内涵，把握《公民道德建设实施纲要》和《中小学教师职业道德规范》以及行风建设、文明行业创建的具体要求，树立敬业爱岗、关爱学生、诚信育人、做人民满意的教师的强烈意识。学习我校老教师“全国先进教育工作者”、“全国优秀班主任”张荣刚同志的先进事迹，争做人民满意教师。
通过小组座谈、专题论谈、调研排查等形式澄清认识，找出教职员工在师德规范执行中存在的突出问题和师德建设中的薄弱环节，使教师真正明确教书育人中必须具有的敬业爱岗、诚实守信、关爱学生、为人师表的道德品质和职业行为，从而增强教职员工的责任意识，做人民满意的教师。进一步修订师德考核条例，建立师德考核制度，对教师不讲诚信、道德失范的在年度考核、职称评定、职务晋升中实行一票否决。
员工以及学生宣传有关法律法规，宣传教师敬业爱岗、诚信育人的先进事迹，开辟“诚信教育园地”“场中名师风采”等专栏，营造诚信教育的浓厚氛围；开门评议，广泛接受群众监督；向社会、向学生及及社会公示“师德承诺”，“十项禁令”等,争取社会、学生对师德师风建设的监督和支持；通过公布“公开承诺”、热线电话、校长信箱等形式主动接受方方面面的检查监督；开展 “创建优良师德师风示范岗”、“爱心妈妈”以及“我和学困生交朋友”等形式多样、内容丰富的教育活动。
征文，评比师德高尚的好园丁等，向社会、向师生展示敬业爱岗、诚信育人的师德教育活动相关成果，如我校青年教师潘伟伟放弃周末休息时间，坚持与留守学生共度周末；老教师蒋开家同志老骥伏枥、志在千里，始终坚持在初三的教学第一线等典型事迹通过会议、图片等形式展现在广大教职员工面前,用身边的事教育身边的人。
组织教师走向社会，积极参与各项社会实践活动，如积极开展“帮困助学献爱心”活动，弘扬了教师乐于奉献的烛光精神；开展师生结对、教师爱学生的“几个一”(如与“困难”学生谈一次话、送一件礼物，与留守学生过一个周末„„)等各种服务社会、服务人民、服务学生的活动，以提升教育形象，增强教师的服务意识和奉献精神。
经过上述系列活动的开展,我校行风建设取的了初步的成效、收到了
预期效果，主要体现在以下几个方面。
一、统一了思想，提高了认识。
我校全体教师能以“八荣八耻”荣辱观作为判断自己行为的准则、充分认识了民主评议教育行风的重要意义，正确认识和处理好行风评议工作中的关系，不断确立新的更高的目标，努力争创滨海教育文明行业。
二、促进了我校行风建设评议和文明学校创建工作。
(１)深入开展教育行风建设评议活动，切实解决了教育行风中的普遍存在问题，树立了新形象，突显服务这一宗旨。
(２)大力推进了素质教育，切实减轻了中学生过重的学业负担。
(３)师德师风建设提高了教师队伍素质。
(４)在求真务实上有更大突破，在改革创新上有更大作为，在团结守纪上有更大进步。
(５)加强了学校领导干部、党员、教职工和广大学生的思想道德建设；
树立和落实了科学的教育发展观，坚持以人为本的原则,加强了教育法制建设，全面促进依法治教、以法治校、以法执教；深入推进教育民主建设、提高了管理民主的水平。
总之,如今整个场中校园形成了上下贯通、步调一致、认识到位、整体联运的良好局面，形成了人人讲师德、个个树师表、处处树新风的浓厚氛围，广大教职工明确了既要服务人又要塑造人的双重责任，明确了学校教育作为和谐社会建设的主要阵地对社会文明所起的重要示范作用和辐射作用，增强了加强教育行风建设的责任感和紧迫感。目前，我校行风建设乘风趋势,正朝着更健康、更高远的方向发展。
