今天非常有幸听到了北京师范大学田贵森教授的讲座。且不说田教授深厚的理论知识，也不说田教授的大家风范，只是几个微小的细节，却让我一直感动着。
一、走下讲台，只为我们能听清。“走下讲台”对于一般人来说很是容易不过的事，但田老身体不好，曾做了心脏搭桥手术，连说话都没有其他男老师那样的劲气，就是在这种身体情况下，当麦克无法扩音时，田老慢慢地、却是毫不犹豫地走下了讲台，只为我们每个人能听得清。看着田老颤魏魏地站在第二排桌子旁为们我用心地讲着时，我的眼睛湿了，我们有什么理由不认真去听，有什么理由不去感动，又有什么理由不去用心对待我们的学生呢？
二、细节体现教学严谨。今天田老连续为我们作了整整一天报告，在近六个小时里，出示了几十张幻灯片，在这样数量的幻灯片中居然没有出现一处错误，甚至标点符号。我不仅为此惊叹了，也为此汗颜了，这样严谨的教学态度不是每个人所能做到的。
三、小动作折射大问题。田老的讲座结束后，一位老师做总结发言，这时只见田老一只脚轻轻迈上讲台，慢慢弯下腰，小心地拿起一根掉落在地上的电线，悄悄地放回了讲桌上。看到田老的这个动作，心突然一下子被揪紧了，不知道是感动于田老的细微，还是羞愧于自己对工作和生活的大意，看着田老的苍苍白发，感受着田老不屈服于病魔的精神，我的眼睛湿了，心里疼了。

我参加了由饮食服务总公司举办的大学生学厨培训班，让我感觉了在学菜中有很多的学问，平时吃到的那些菜，看样去很简单，其实呢，其中蕴含着非常大的学问和讲究。任何菜都是一种生成物，就像我们做化学实验一样，要想合成一种物质，中间的每一步都要合理、正确，否则就会失败。
我们这次学了20道家常菜，这些菜是我们在家中可以做的，并且非常简单。我们作为大学生，以前话太多的时间在学习上，不能挤出时间去学其他的东西。像做饭之类的事情，我们心有余而力不足，如果让我们去做一桌丰盛的饭菜，我们中很多人肯定无从下手，所以现在很多人喜欢上饭店吃饭，即使在家也可能吃点泡面什么的。而这次学厨经历，让我们深刻体会到学厨其实很重要，学厨不仅可以让我们吃到可口的饭菜，而且对我们的身体健康也起着至关重要的作用。俗话说：“民以食为天。”只有民众吃好了，才能有精力去奋斗拼搏，才可以让自己的国家更加繁荣昌盛。
首先，第一课，我们学习了什锦蛋炒饭,鸡蛋饼，南瓜饼，馄饨，炸春卷。这些是我们经常在食堂可以品尝到的，其中只有蛋炒饭曾经做过，不过做出来并 1 不怎么可口。这次课让我体会到做东西也是有讲究的，并不是想怎么做就怎么做。就拿蛋炒饭来讲，首先要配好料，其次才准备下锅，炒饭时油温不能太高，否则，不仅饭会被炒糊，鸡蛋也会变硬，同时加水也不能太多，不然饭会变成一团一团的，不那么可口了。
第二节课，我们学习了红烧鲫鱼，家常豆腐，宫保鸡丁，莴笋肉片，清汤肉圆。这些菜中，基本上是我喜欢吃的，基于这点，我努力的学习这些菜，红烧鲫鱼这道菜是我的父亲拿手好菜，感觉到他烧出来的鲫鱼特别的香，因此我也养成了，喜欢用父亲做出了的鱼汤泡饭。因此，我觉得要学会红烧鲫鱼，不过学会这道菜也不是那么容易的，鱼既不能烧的时间太长，加的配料也必须讲究，不能多也不能少，不然的话，鱼不会那么美味的，其它的几个菜比较新，按老师的步骤慢慢的来，做出来的也不错，口味比较好。
第三节课，我们学习了水果冷盘，果味瓜脯，番茄炒鸡蛋，鱼香茄子，平桥豆腐。当看见老师在做水果冷盘这道菜，过程比较复杂，我们发出了阵阵感慨，平时，这样的菜，我们花三五分钟就解决掉了，可是做这道菜花的功夫就大了，让我们更体会到了“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的深刻内涵，其它的几个菜，做的时候感觉挺简单的，不过这些菜下锅的时候很重

第四节课，我们学习了青椒土豆丝，爆炒鱿鱼卷，开洋蒲菜，菠萝鸡片，茄汁大虾。爆炒鱿鱼卷，这道菜对于我来说比较难，以前没有见过，这道菜对于刀工的要求比较的高，按照老师的要求，勉强能切的均匀，不过烧出来的菜还挺好吃的，香香的。像青椒土豆丝这样的菜，从小做过很多遍，都熟悉的，但那是时感觉，而现在做的质量和口感。
最后一节课，我们进行了一次考试，我抽到了平桥豆腐这份菜。虽然这份菜产于我们楚州，每逢大的节日，都可以品尝到这份菜，但是我从来没有做过。这次做也是现学现做，这道菜的要求比较高，首先要求刀工，要想将豆腐切得均匀，可不是那么容易的，配料也要切得细小，接下来就是下锅煮，用油对配料进行油炒的时候，油温不能太高，我就是因为油温太高，而将香菜给弄糊了，其次最重要的就是勾芡，勾芡是为了使豆腐的浓度变得高点，这样，菜的色泽和味道才能变得更好。
总结这几次课，淮扬菜离不开盐，味精，糖,以及淀粉,基本上做到的每样菜都需要勾芡,它使得菜的口味更加的可口.学习是永无止境的，通过了这次学厨，让我学到

在这几天中，我们经历了许多活动。满怀着第一天到长乐的好奇与惊叹，我们开始了定向越野。希望交织着激动在血液中沸腾。我们冲进了参天的树林，用新奇的眼光四处打量着，寻觅着。我们在森林间，山坡上，稻田中尽情的奔跑，一切都让我们惊叹。更令人感动的是团队的合作。“我们是一个整体”这是每个人心中的信念，我们要赢！于是，在这场活动中，我们第一次完全团结了起来。分工合作，队长指引着方向，所有人奋力寻找。女生们咬紧牙，跟上大家的步伐，不掉队，不让自己成为拖累。拼命的奔跑，体能几乎达到了极限。汗湿重衣，没有人去管。头发乱了，没有人理会。形象第一次变得不再重要，重要的只有团体。 这几天，我们无时无刻不在团队中度过。无论是团队拓展的队名队歌，亦或是有轨电车时大家的协调，无一不在锻炼着我们。
最让人感动的应该就是那面毕业墙了吧。当我第一次知道要爬上4.5米的高墙时，我的反应是“不可能”。这怎么可能呢？没有任何支撑点，没有任何防护，多危险啊。可事实证明我们做到了。
整个过程只有两个字，奉献。男生们轮流甘当最下面的人梯，女生们站在一旁，伸出手，护成了一张防护网。最上面还有一双双手，拉着人上去。一个，两个……先上两个男生，为了将女生成功的送到墙上。双手一次次的相握，友情和信任就在这一刻交汇。

八招搞定英语四级阅读理解题型
一、四级阅读应该遵循怎样的做题程序
关于阅读，我想首先当我们拿到一份考卷的时候，大家首先关注的点是我们应该怎么做我们的题目，我们做题的程序分别是什么，我想一个阅读要做好的话，首先要明白一点，我们四级里，35分钟做四篇文章的时间相对比较紧张，我们以前一般有的同学是，四加五或者是五加四的模式，四分钟的时间看文章，五分钟做题目。或者是五分钟看文章，四分钟做题目，这个相对不是特别合理。原因是四级里我们发现时间是不够的。看文章是非常有效的，有有目的性。建议大家先看题目，再看问题。言外之意，我们建议大家一个时间比例，一加四加四的模式，一分钟时间把后面的题目看一下，分别是考什么方向，考词汇，还是考推理，还是考细节。做一个分析以后，看文章的时候，你发现，我这个题目主要是关注什么东西?比如说后面有的题目是看主题的。你要看文章时，就要关注这个文章主题。如果你发现后面的题目是关注一个细节。你看文章的时候，要注意文章的一些细节。如果后面的题目看得有效，看文章，阅读的任务也会非常明确。所以建议大家，第一，先看我们后面的题干。看题干，后面这四个选项就不用看了，因为四个选项有正确的选项，你看多了，反而会影响你的思维。大家看题干看完之后，就可以看文章。接下来用四分钟左右时间把文章看一下。有同学可能会感觉看文章速度比较慢。这是我呆会儿会看到阅读过程中可能会注意一些什么东西，或者是呈现什么特点。我建议大家四分钟看文章，然后再用四到五分钟时间把后面的题目做完。只要你第一分钟是有效的，看文章之后，就会非常有方向感。如果看文章是有方向感的，后面做题目，当然也非常有效。我们就明白，其实在四级里，只要时间相对比较合理，做题程序合理化，我们发现，这还是可以做好的。这是第一个我要讲的关于四级阅读，我们大概的做题程序。先看题干，再分析原文，最后做题目。在做题过程中，我强调两点，四分钟里，一定要回顾一下，刚才文章讲了什么东西。一般我们是看完文章，基本上凭着主观印象做题，导致有一种感觉，做题感觉看文章非常简单，做题也是非常简单。但是发现很多题是错误的。建议大家，我们在做题过程中，你要注意一点，要回到文章，分析相关内容，防止用主观印象来做题。这是刚才一个大概的做题程序的一个讲解。
二、做题时间如何合理分配如果程序合理化以后，我们要有另外一些东西注意一下，比如考试时间的分布，刚才我其实讲了，每一篇文章可能我们需要注意什么东西。比如这个时间，一篇文章可能是一加四加四，这样的时间，用九到十分钟时间分析一下我们这篇文章，完成文章的一个讲解和阅读。其实，我们的阅读涉及到方方面面，它会涉及到更多东西。所以我从以下几个时间概念，让大家对考试有一些更多的感觉。首先我想最宏观的一个35加5这个概念。我们四级，要求是我们的35分钟做完，我们的四篇文章，但是这个时间一般是不够的，建议大家我们从另外的题型当中，比方我们的词汇或者是从我们的写作，不管怎么样，从另外的题型，借五分钟时间给我们的阅读。这样你会发现，我们会有40分钟做四篇文章。按照以前的一些考试经历来讲，四级考生，用40分钟做四篇文章，这个时候，他的正确率是最高的。这是我们的考试时间和正确率的一个黄金搭配。建议大家35加5，从另外题型超过5分钟时间给我们的阅读。另外，要注意第二个概念。我们四级里面，还要注意，22加18这个概念。什么意思呢?现在我们用40分钟，怎么去分配我们这40分钟，同学们比较关心。建议大家有一个时间概念，22加18.就是我们通常在考试过程当中，会用22分钟左右的时间，来完成前两篇文章。为什么是这样子?原因是前两篇文章，我们做题速度可能还没有赶
上来，刚开始，速度有点慢。后两篇文章，考生的做题速度会比较快，很多考生，可以用7到8分钟做完一篇文章。不管怎么讲，建议大家用22加18的时间概念是比较合理的。这一点，其实对我们的考试心理状态，有一种比较好的调节。对语气词的比如tend to ，offten等一般是答案，3)符合常识逻辑的一般是答案，比方说为什么中国比较穷，是因为人口众多，为什么美国人很胖，是因为他们吃的肯德基，麦当劳太多了)。㈣主旨大意题和观点态度题，这两种相对都比较难，大家的得分都不是很高，所以即使你做的不好也别太介意。这两道题，偶当时是在十分紧迫的情况下，只读了首尾段，然后迅速选择的，其实最后效果还不错，阅读考了二百多分！
3、词汇，对于这种题，当你看到偶的博客以后，回去赶紧扔掉那些什么词汇串联记忆，星火记忆，黑白记忆，什么家谱式记忆，连环记忆……之类的书吧，或者送人，或者保存好，来年卖给不懂事的大一新生们，要不就拿去垫桌角，方方正正的多好啊！偶认为背单词是一种投入和产出极不成比例的做法，极其愚昧和迷信！偶当年是这样做的，考前两天(一定不要太早，否则还会忘掉)，浏览了一下课本后面的四级词组，考试时，只要选项里有出现课本上的单词或词组，那么不要犹豫，选定她！偶还想提醒大家，千万不要在30个词汇题上浪费太多的时间，要知道每个题才0。5分啊，而阅读呢，一个2分，把时间节省出来做阅读吧！偶当时用偶的方法再加上1/4蒙题的概率，最后综合项(包括完形填空)考了一百多分。
4、完形填空题和简短回答题，这两个题也是逐年交替，其中前者出现的机会远远大于后者，如果你遇到的是完形填空题，你应该庆幸，整个四级考试中，数她最简单了，偶当时压根儿就没有看题目一眼，直到考试结束铃响了，偶才开始拿着机读卡瞎蒙，偶当时坐在最后一排，当收卷子的女老师走到偶跟前时，偶还有五道题没有涂卡，偶深情地对她说，天气很热，您也很累了吧，她笑着对偶说，谢谢，还行。在这一瞬间，偶把所有的题都涂完了。大家参加过高考的人都知道，做一个完形填空题花的时间可能超过两道阅读题，但是得分呢？相信大家都心中有数。幸亏四级考试中此题每个才0。5分，即使真正的高手在这个题上也不会超过你五分的，但是花的时间却是你的30倍左右(偶当时做这个题前后大概只用了18秒)。偶一直认为，对于完形填空，命题者的真正意图不是考查你的知识水平，而是考查你是否会合理安排时间！如果你不幸遇到了简短回答题，说实话，偶也没有好办法，这种题虽说千年难遇一次，但是偶认为这是四级考试中最有水平，最不好应对的题，出题人一定来自天外星球！遇到这种题，如果你有兴趣，那就试一下，如果实在不会做，那么你就认倒霉吧！在大学里有一句话说的好：一生中，谁没有几次踩到大便的时候！
5、写作，偶认为这是最容易应对而且也是最容得分的题！只需考前花9秒种，即有可能取得9分(满分100分制)以上的好成绩。偶当时只是在开考前熟记了两个比较有难度的经典句型，考试时想办法在在首句和结尾处各用了一个，然后剩余部分，或者自由发挥，或者写几段偶喜欢的英文歌词(注意不是汉语拼音的)，或者写一下李阳疯狂英语里的搞笑句子。你不要怀疑偶的做法，现在偶给大家分析一下此法可行的原因：判卷时，每个老师桌子上都会有一大叠卷子，远远超过你高考时的复习资料，你想，只要是个人，谁会有耐心仔细看那么多的英语文章，再加上一般判卷发生在大夏天，天气闷热，心情烦躁，每天关在小屋里看偶们这些无聊低级的文章，不许上网，不许QQ，不让开MSN，更不可能写博客，好人也会被折磨疯的。所以他们判卷时，一般只看开头和收尾句，再大体看一下字数够不够，有的正在谈恋爱的老师，心情比较好，还会看有没有错误的单词，为了防止这种情况，我提醒大家，我们的目标不是写一篇惊世骇俗的文章，而是尽量在三十分种内不说一句错话，不写一个错单词。一句话，我们的目标就是——没有蛀牙！！再有，写短文时，最好用黑色钢笔，而不要用其他颜色的，特别是圆珠笔，另外，千万要注意书面整齐，据说，判卷老师大都是近世眼，对于黑

网络时代学英语其实很简单，但是大部分人花在找英语学习资料上的时间比学英语本身还多，下面是我自己的一些结合网络学习的方法，信不信由你，我三年间从四级勉强及格到高级口译笔试210，口试232。找工作面试时给我口试的老外考官听我说了一分钟就说你的英语不用考了。我不敢说我的方法一定是最好的，但是我敢保证从现在开始随便谁不要再去找学习资料，每天花两个钟头照我说的做，坚持三个月的提高会超过你过去三年。
不废话了，就按照听说读写一个个来。
听: 网上比较有代表性的论坛是普特上面的听力资源很丰富，沪江 和旺旺上一些材料的也很不错，从中间随便挑一个网站坚持即可。但是千万不要一个个都听过来。记住，开始阶段100篇文章听一遍，不如一篇文章听100遍。如果基础比较弱，那么每天慢速VOA（大概比四级听力稍难一些）听两篇，每篇10遍以后再看原文，弄清楚每个单词的意思，看完以后再听10遍以上。保证两周以后你回去听四六级听力会很不耐烦。过了慢速就可以听常速了，还是精听为主泛听为辅。
常速还不过瘾，可以去找talkshow来听，譬如Saturday Night，在优酷或者土豆上都有。
不要问这样做有没有效果，我坚持了三个月，以后看美剧大部分时间不需要看字幕。
顺便说下论坛的作用，上论坛不要问这个词什么意思这类低级问题，不要指望别人替你查字典，别人的时间也是时间。但是一个句子弄不懂，就不要自个儿纠结了，尽管去问。另外要懂得投桃报李，有能力也尽量去回答别人的问题，教学相长。
说:
说起来很奇妙，我起初也只是打算先过听力关，按照上面的步骤坚持了3个月，不过在听的同时跟着读，后来因为听的太烂太无聊，会跟着录音一起背，两个月下来发现开口说英语变成了很自然的事情。回头来看，英语的口语真的是看似入门很难，但是真的进去了也就那么回事。不过高口训练的英汉对译还是很有用的，实际上拿新概念的材料就可以做，无非是看这英文说汉语看着汉语说英文，然后再对照原文进行纠正。
再强调一下，我不是生来语言高手，四级考了两次，现在周围人觉得我英语很牛，实际上只要我的方法谁都能学会，看你能不能坚持。
读: 读的一个基础是单词量，单词不够的话读书是痛苦不是享受。四级单词是最最最起码的要求，有了四级基础，语法还凑合的话，建议直接看上国外报纸网站看文章，建议看经济学人，，或者纽约时报每天不要看多，看一篇就够了。开始碰到生词会很多，感觉很难受，但是一定要坚持，
碰到所有不会的单词，都要记下来弄懂。碰到不会的单词怎么办，查谷歌字典 VOA Special English Vocabulary 1500

经过近3个月漫长地训练和等待，今天终于迎来了驾照考试的最后一个科目——即场地9项和实际道路驾驶的考试。今天天气虽然寒冷，顺利通过考试的喜悦之情早已融化了坚冰，太多地郁闷和教练的“黑脸”终于在这一刻画上了“句号”！难捱的岁月已是昨天！
回首这段经历，真是收获“颇丰”！学车首先锻炼的是你的耐性，理论考试后焦急的等待，单调枯燥的练桩，十遍百遍地重复、因学员太多无奈地等待、因失误而招来的教练的“大嗓门”！为自己对车的无感觉，以及前师哥、师弟对电子桩考试恐惧的描述，而导致了多少个不眠之夜、梦里萦绕地都是桩！也曾不住埋怨自己是车盲、后悔不该学车！在秋风瑟瑟、淫雨绵绵地日子，为校正自己看点不准地问题，车上车下的摸索苦练！为记住方向盘所转圈数绞尽脑汁！为提高打方向盘的速度，顶风冒雨早来晚走趁人少时机，在原地训练左右打死方向的功夫，直至自己胳膊酸痛、实在打不动为止！经过挫折和磨难之后，科目二的倒桩移库功夫应该是练得驾轻就熟了！也许是精神可嘉、感动了上苍，令人精神高度紧张地电子桩考试终于如愿顺利过关！通过练桩，学会了忍耐！学会了吃苦！体验了挫折和磨难，也初尝到了成功的喜悦！
在漫长地等待和无奈中，季节已从秋走到了冬，也许是为了磨炼自己的意志，今年的冬天感觉格外寒冷（也许是心理因素所致！）。在一个雪飘冰封地日子，终于迎来了科目三--场地9项和道路驾驶训练。这也是驾驶员考试的最后一关，百米冲刺的阶段！实际上，真正驾驶技术地训练这才只是开始，却就在短短几天地时间里结束了！难怪那么多的马路杀手，就拿到驾照、走出了校门！
学校、教练急功近利，一个车安排10个学员，皮卡车太小的驾驶室都涨破了！无奈中，只有自觉地学员坐到了后车厢里，在北风呼啸、零下6度地气温下忍耐着、等着自己驾车的机会！苦中寻乐，这样做的好
处是看不到教练的黑脸、听不到教练地狮吼！
也许是练桩养成地习惯：半联动、低车速，方向盘打得幅度大、快。初次上路，感觉有点胆怯和不适应，面对马路上飞驰而过的车流，不敢提速超车、摘挂档动作太慢，方向盘大的过快、刹车先踩离合，都招来
了教练不停地训斥。
在严寒刺骨地天气里，场地和道路训练穿插进行。随着考试日期的临近，因学员太多、教练自身的素质问题、教练穿插考桩学员的问题，以及训练车故障修车、警察扣车等各种原因造成地训练机会减少，也造成了教练和学员之间地冲突增加，不愉快情绪弥漫。
在无奈和焦急地训练中，学员之间的玩笑就成了唯一地乐趣！真是既盼考试，又怕考试。 盼的是这样花钱受罪的日子早一点结束；怕的是万一练不好，考试过不了，又要花钱补考，再受二茬罪、
再遭二遍苦！
日历在煎熬中，终于翻到了2007年1月11日。为迎接这一天，前一天就破例早早地上床休息养精蓄锐、
沐浴更衣，准备精神饱满地迎接这一天的到来。
事在人为，功夫不负勤勉人！场地考试顺利通过，让人更为振奋地是路考当天进行，所有地烦恼终于可以在一天之内解决了！当听到路考考官“合格！请下车”的声音时，感觉考官地声音真是优美动人！心里激动地真是想告诉世界上所有的人，“我考试通过了”！在那一刻，对教练地烦闷也都冰消雪融了！虽然是一个寒冷多云的日子，却感觉红红地太阳照在身上暖意融融，就像季节已到了春光明媚地春天！

学车感言
其实我早就想写一篇《学车记》了，从最初的报名开始，不，应该是从最初有学车的打算开始，但是我又怕写，怕这篇文章有了开头就没有了结尾，怕我坚持不下来，今天提笔写这篇文章，题目都变了，由《学车记》变成了《学车感言》了，而且文章的思路与情感和以前的都大不相同了。因为今天2008年的第二天我已经顺利的考过了最后一关，半年的时间，天气由热变暖变冷，我的技术也由生变熟变巧。至
于那难忘的一幕幕，都不知从何说起了，如今我只想说说我的感想了。
第一，学车对有些人来说可能是一种兴趣地满足、能力的展示，但是对我来说是一次人生的挑战
与超越。
我是一个十分胆小的人，在马路上要过斑马线看到车远远的飞来都有些害怕，平时对于车不闻不问，没有任何兴趣。我的报名是在朋友的鼓动下一时头脑发热下进行的，记得第一次进入练车场学倒桩，我就想能让这个庞然大物移动几下我就满足了。车轮移动了，还要走直线；直线走好了，还要转弯移库，就这样这个目标好容易达到了，又有下一个目标在等待着你，似乎一个比一个难。退缩吧，已经走了一段路了；前进吧，似乎又无法超越，就这样在汗水与泪水中一次次的看清了目标，再辛苦和劳累中一次次挺直腰板前进，最终达到了让自己都不能相信到达的目的地。这时我才明白了，自己才是自己最大的敌人，超越自
己你会发现原来自己的潜能是无限的。
第二，学车对有些人来说可能是一种乐趣的体验，是一种身心的享受，但是对我来说是一次意志的磨练、耐性的考验。学车是一个过程，在这个漫长的过程中我学会了等待与忍耐。等啊，等啊，等不及了，也还要等。哪一天去练车，需要等待教练的通知，练车场内长长的车队，需要排队等待；就是等到了自己的车可以练习了，车内的四个学员还需要排队等待；平时工作已经将我养成了高效快捷的习惯，突然
这样漫无边际的等待，实在是不适应。
学车是一个过程，在这个漫长的过程中我学会了忍耐。晚上下班已经精疲力竭了，累，忍耐吧，别人都是这样过的；下班来不及吃饭，饿，忍耐吧，属于你的时间有限阿；没有按照教练的要求操作遭到训斥，羞，忍耐吧，谁让你这样顽固；一关关考试没有通过，愧，忍耐吧，谁让你紧张了？等你把那些能等
的等了不能等的也等了，把那些能忍的忍了不能忍的也忍了，你的耐性也就练成了。
第三，学车对有些人来说可能是一种自我的陶醉，但是对我来说是一次友情的丰收。
有我的好朋友、好学员亮哥、小方（一个暑假就拿到驾照）的榜样激励，有好朋友、好司机彩云、陈慧的鼓励，还有其他朋友的帮助。我每过一关，他们就为我高兴，祝贺的短信电话常常是在第一时间收到；我出师不利，他们安慰鼓励，亲切的询问激励的目光让我勇气倍增。我真的十分感动，在我收获了成
功的同时也收获了友情。
第四，我觉得就是最重要的一点心态要平和。
考试对任何一个人来说多少都会有些紧张，无论你多大年纪，无论你身居何职，在这个考场上大家一律平等。我常常宽慰自己，考过去了是超常，考不过去是正常，这样一来心态平和的我就没有什么压力了。另外，考试之前也不要想入非非，考过去了我要如何如何，考不过去又会怎样怎样，我认为最好什么
都不要想，重要的是休息好，第二天才会正常发挥。
第五，最后我要感谢我的教练-----彭阳艳教练、许礼荣教练，你们辛苦了！没有你们的黑脸，就不会
有我今天的笑脸；没有你们的白眼，就不会有我今天的泪眼，真的谢谢你们。

榜样是时代的先锋，是社会精神的引领。而“三老”就是衢州的精神丰碑。
一是争当敢为人先的“拓荒牛”。在改革开放初期，谢高华以敢于改革创新的勇气和担当，催生培育了义乌这一全球最大的小商品市场，在去年庆祝改革开放40周年大会上，谢老被授予改革先锋称号。改革创新，从来都是“无中生有”，是推陈出新、破旧立新。“无中生有”既是一种精神，也是一种思维方式。

记得那是一个炎热的夏天，可能很多人都在家中吹着空调，看着电视，玩着电脑；可能很多人都在食品店买着冰棍儿，甜筒，啃起来是那么的刺激脾胃。可是，我却和众人不同，我顶着酷热的太阳，在烈日下做着一件非常有成就感的事情——学习做一名驾驶员。学车是众人都要去做的一件事情，只有学会了开车，你才有资格在马路上横行无阻，哈哈，当然是开玩笑，首先还是必须要遵守交通规则。
理论考试那天，第一次经历这种考试难免还是有些紧张，不过，一般这种考试对于我这种大学生来说还是小菜一碟，好的，第一门考试顺利过关。紧接着下来的是魔鬼般的训练，可能这是我第一次踏入社会学习技能，顶着太阳貌似有些吃不消，不过半个月的咬牙坚持还是坚持下来了，人晒得都快跟人干一样。黑了一圈又一圈，明显瘦了，不过，重在结果，以优异的成绩，顺风顺水的把倒桩考试给finish了，好的，离毕业还有15天。其实最最困难的训练就在这最后的半个月里，天天开车去溧阳的实训基地练车，天天拖着疲惫的身躯，夏天的太阳实在很热，喝再多水也不感觉解渴，而且时间真的很紧凑，除了中午吃饭能休息上15分钟外，其他时候基本都在车上度过，3个人轮流驾驶着师傅的车子，一圈一圈得开着，耳边回响的不是师傅的谩骂就是师傅的夸赞，或是师傅的拉天。半个月就这样过去了，其实也真感觉不到什么，还是那句话，重在结果，很好，皇天不负有心人，完美的技术加上良好的心态再加点运气，可谓天时地利人和，以全车最优异的成绩通过了，当时的心情可谓是激动万分，总算辛苦没有白费。
肯德基打工感言：
就在不久前，我去了肯德基打工，刚进入新环境虽然适应的很快，不过肯德基紧凑的时间加上严格的管理制度，还着实让人有些吃不消，不知道为什么，可能是平时不严格要求自己惯了，师傅要求记忆的一些专业知识都忘了去背，这些专业知识还真不是强记就能记忆的，用了2个小时的时间背了一点点，实在是达不到标准，师傅当天说第二天要抽背，等到抽背的时候傻了，什么都忘了，更别说工作时候做餐的标准了，领导遇到我问我问题的时候我居然想了半天没有回答出来还真是有够糗的。
那段时间度过了，只在一瞬间，下面2个月的日子才不是人熬的，从不打烊开始学打样，为的只是能赚到更多的生活费，可是，打样的辛苦程度可能一般人真的无法想象，我的运气自从来了肯德基不知为何变的好差劲，一到我的打样班次就是换油，换油需要把现在油锅里的油卸掉，刷干净锅子，再放几箱油放油锅里去化开，这可以说是最复杂的一种工作，基本会拖延你的工作进程1-2小时左右，这样虽然意味着我可以多拿一点工资，可是更意味着我回家要少睡1-2个小时的觉，真的无法想象，又一次打样打到4点才回家，洗洗弄弄弄到5点，6点起床吃早饭上学，这还是人嘛！当时我真把自己当成了铁人，到现在为止，运气一只没有好转，最有成就感最自豪的时候就是，我在这么严酷的工作条件下，我的手脚，手上的力气越来越好，越来越快，工作质量越来越高，从当初做的很慢，到现在几乎可以将一系列的时间放在一起完成，这就是一种成就感。还是值得喜悦的。
