2011年是适应角色转变、思想进一步成熟的一年。这一年，自己能够坚持正确的政治方向，紧紧围绕党的中心，立足本职岗位，较好地完成本线的工作任务。自己政治觉悟、理论水平、思想素质、工作作风等各方面有了明显的进步和提高。总的来说，收获很大，感触颇深。

一、以德为先，进一步提升个人思想素质

担任团委书记以来，认真了解情况、掌握知识，积极向团委领导、向前任书记学习、请教，了解团情、团史，努力掌握团的基本运作方式程序，便于更好地开展工作。加强沟通了解，增加感情，深入基层，了解基层团组织和团员青年的有关情况，以“活动”来强化自己的知识和水平。一年来，我立足以活动来促使自己尽快适应角色，迎接挑战。今年五四，团区委以全区人居环境整治为依托，以“五四火炬传承九十二载生生不息，铁东青年投入人居环境立志强区”为引领，积极开展了“共青团路，红领巾街”，“铁东青年林”等一系列活动。在活动中，增长了知识，深化了理解，使自己对团务工作有了全面的、系统的提高，为今后更好地提高团的业务水平打下了坚实的基础。

四、以绩为先，进一步完善团的组织建设

把《关于进一步深化“党建带团建”工作的实施意见》落到实处，把党的要求贯彻落实到团的建设中去，使团的建设纳入党的建设的总体规划。依托党建，从政策层面来解决和落实基层团组织存在的问题和困难。一是基层团干部的待遇问题。积极争取党组织在团干部配备上的重视和支持，基层团干“转业”得到了很好的安排（叶赫的荣威，住建局遇良，卫生局王国宴等）；二是解决好基层团组织活动的经费问题。积极争取专项，今年为每个乡镇街道从团省委争取经费三千元，共计三万六千元；三是团的基层组织格局创新工作。按照“1＋4＋N”模式，通过换届调整选配了大批乡镇（街道）团干部，变原有的“团干部兼职”模式为现在的“兼职团干部”模式，提升了基层团组织的凝聚力和战斗力。此次工作得到了团市委的充分认可，2011年四平市组织部班工作会议在我区召开。

以服务青年需求为目的，从单一组织青年开展活动转到生产环节，开展就业培训、创业交流、贫富结对；以服务党政中心为目的，发挥团组织自身优势，引导青年树立市场意识和投资意识，强化科技意识和参与意识，投身知识化、信息化和现代化、文明创建、环境整治、植绿护绿、社会治安等活动，把党政思路实践好。突出做好当前新兴的农村、社区和非公经济组织建团工作，延长团的工作手臂，丰富团的组织形式。先后与农联社、吉林银行等多家金融机构积极协调，为青年创业就业提供帮扶支持。特别是吉林银行的“吉青时代”小额贷款项目更得到团省委的无偿贴息。

五、以廉为先，进一步保持清正廉明形象

作为新任职的年轻干部、党员干部，我既感受到了组织的信任与关怀，同时也感受到了责任重大。我区在党委和政府的带领下，励精图治、奋发图强，取得了辉煌的成绩。越是这种时候，就越需要我们这些干部保持清醒的头脑，保持共产党员的先进本色。深知，作为一级干部，应该努力做到“清正廉洁”。古人说“物必自腐而虫生”，腐败现象表现上看来是经济问题、道德问题，但深层次的原因却是理想信念出了问题。要不断加强实践锻炼，要结合党的历史经验、改革开放和社会主义建设的实践以及自己的工作和思想实际，来刻苦磨炼自己。勇于剖析自己，积极开展自我批评，净化自己的灵魂。不断增强拒腐防变意识。在思想上、在行动上、生活中争作表率。在团区委开展“争做勤廉表率，竭诚服务青年”主题教育,召开机关党风廉政建设宣传教育活动动员会，全面启动党风廉政建设宣教活动。按照学习贯彻区委、区纪委关于党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的部署和要求，学习党的十七届六中精神，强化组织领导，制定工作计划。我们根据2011年党风廉政建设责任制考评要求，为了做好党风廉政建设和反腐败工作，成立了团区委党风廉政建设领导小组，并由我任组长。按照“一岗双责”的责任要求，明确了单位正职领导作为第一责任人，每年约谈团干部一次，就有关廉洁从政个人“不准”和“禁止”行为适时对所管的团干部进行廉政谈话。

If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are poible; who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time; who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.

It\'s the answer told by lines that stretched around schools and churches in numbers this nation has never seen; by people who waited three hours and four hours, many for the very first time in their lives, because they believed that this time must be different; that their voice could be that difference.

It\'s the answer spoken by young and old, rich and poor, Democrat and Republican, black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American, gay, straight, disabled and not disabled — Americans who sent a meage to the world that we have never been a collection of red states and blue states; we are, and always will be, the United States of America.

It\'s the answer that led those who have been told for so long by so many to be cynical, and fearful, and doubtful of what we can achieve to put their hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope of a better day.

It\'s been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this day, in this election, at this defining moment, change has come to America.

I just received a very gracious call from Sen.McCain.He fought long and hard in this campaign, and he\'s fought even longer and harder for the country he loves.He has endured sacrifices for America that most of us cannot begin to imagine, and we are better off for the service rendered by this brave and selfle leader.I congratulate him and Gov.Palin for all they have achieved, and I look forward to working with them to renew this nation\'s promise in the months ahead.

I want to thank my partner in this journey, a man who campaigned from his heart and spoke for the men and women he grew up with on the streets of Scranton and rode with on that train home to Delaware, the vice-president-elect of the United States, Joe Biden. I would not be standing here tonight without the unyielding support of my best friend for the last 16 years, the rock of our family and the love of my life, our nation\'s next first lady, Michelle Obama.Sasha and Malia, I love you both so much, and you have earned the new puppy that\'s coming with us to the White House.And while she\'s no longer with us, I know my grandmother is watching, along with the family that made me who I am.I mi them tonight, and know that my debt to them is beyond measure.

To my campaign manager, David Plouffe; my chief strategist, David Axelrod; and the best campaign team ever aembled in the history of politics — you made this happen, and I am forever grateful for what you\'ve sacrificed to get it done.

But above all, I will never forget who this victory truly belongs to — it belongs to you.

I was never the likeliest candidate for this office.We didn\'t start with much money or many endorsements.Our campaign was not hatched in the halls of Washington — it began in the backyards of Des Moines and the living rooms of Concord and the front porches of Charleston.

It was built by working men and women who dug into what little savings they had to give $5 and $10 and $20 to this cause.It grew strength from the young people who rejected the myth of their generation\'s apathy; who left their homes and their families for jobs that offered little pay and le sleep; from the not-so-young people who braved the bitter cold and scorching heat to knock on the doors of perfect strangers; from the millions of Americans who volunteered and organized, and proved that more than two centuries later, a government of the people, by the people and for the people has not perished from this earth.This is your victory.

I know you didn\'t do this just to win an election, and I know you didn\'t do it for me.You did it because you understand the enormity of the task that lies ahead.For even as we celebrate tonight, we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of our lifetime — two wars, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a century.Even as we stand here tonight, we know there are brave Americans waking up in the deserts of Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan to risk their lives for us.There are mothers and fathers who will lie awake after their children fall asleep and wonder how they\'ll make the mortgage, or pay their doctor\'s bills, or save enough for college.There is new energy to harne and new jobs to be created; new schools to build and threats to meet and alliances to repair.

The road ahead will be long.Our climb will be steep.We may not get there in one year, or even one term, but America — I have never been more hopeful than I am tonight that we will get there.I promise you: We as a people will get there.

There will be setbacks and false starts.There are many who won\'t agree with every decision or policy I make as president, and we know that government can\'t solve every problem.But I will always be honest with you about the challenges we face.I will listen to you, especially when we disagree.And, above all, I will ask you join in the work of remaking this nation the only way it\'s been done in America for 221 years — block by block, brick by brick, callused hand by callused hand.

What began 21 months ago in the depths of winter must not end on this autumn night.This victory alone is not the change we seek — it is only the chance for us to make that change.And that cannot happen if we go back to the way things were.It cannot happen without you.

So let us summon a new spirit of patriotism; of service and responsibility where each of us resolves to pitch in and work harder and look after not only ourselves, but each other.Let us remember that if this financial crisis taught us anything, it\'s that we cannot have a thriving Wall Street while Main Street suffers.In this country, we rise or fall as one nation — as one people.

Let us resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettine and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.Let us remember that it was a man from this state who first carried the banner of the Republican Party to the White House — a party founded on the values of self-reliance, individual liberty and national unity.Those are values we all share, and while the Democratic Party has won a great victory tonight, we do so with a measure of humility and determination to heal the divides that have held back our progre. As Lincoln said to a nation far more divided than ours, \"We are not enemies, but friends...Though paion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection.\" And, to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn, I may not have won your vote, but I hear your voices, I need your help, and I will be your president, too.

And to all those watching tonight from beyond our shores, from parliaments and palaces to those who are huddled around radios in the forgotten corners of our world — our stories are singular, but our destiny is shared, and a new dawn of American leadership is at hand.To those who would tear this world down: We will defeat you.To those who seek peace and security: We support you.And to all those who have wondered if America\'s beacon still burns as bright: Tonight, we proved once more that the true strength of our nation comes not from the might of our arms or the scale of our wealth, but from the enduring power of our ideals: democracy, liberty, opportunity and unyielding hope.

For that is the true genius of America — that America can change.Our union can be perfected.And what we have already achieved gives us hope for what we can and must achieve tomorrow.

This election had many firsts and many stories that will be told for generations.But one that\'s on my mind tonight is about a woman who cast her ballot in Atlanta.She\'s a lot like the millions of others who stood in line to make their voice heard in this election, except for one thing: Ann Nixon Cooper is 106 years old.

She was born just a generation past slavery; a time when there were no cars on the road or planes in the sky; when someone like her couldn\'t vote for two reasons — because she was a woman and because of the color of her skin.

And tonight, I think about all that she\'s seen throughout her century in America — the heartache and the hope; the struggle and the progre; the times we were told that we can\'t and the people who preed on with that American creed: Yes, we can.

At a time when women\'s voices were silenced and their hopes dismied, she lived to see them stand up and speak out and reach for the ballot.Yes, we can.

When there was despair in the Dust Bowl and depreion acro the land, she saw a nation conquer fear itself with a New Deal, new jobs and a new sense of common purpose.Yes, we can.

When the bombs fell on our harbor and tyranny threatened the world, she was there to witne a generation rise to greatne and a democracy was saved.Yes, we can.

She was there for the buses in Montgomery, the hoses in Birmingham, a bridge in Selma and a preacher from Atlanta who told a people that \"We Shall Overcome.\" Yes, we can.

A man touched down on the moon, a wall came down in Berlin, a world was connected by our own science and imagination.And this year, in this election, she touched her finger to a screen and cast her vote, because after 106 years in America, through the best of times and the darkest of hours, she knows how America can change.Yes, we can.

America, we have come so far.We have seen so much.But there is so much more to do.So tonight, let us ask ourselves: If our children should live to see the next century; if my daughters should be so lucky to live as long as Ann Nixon Cooper, what change will they see? What progre will we have made?

We\'ve certainly had our differences over the last 16 months.But as someone who\'s shared a stage with her many times, I can tell you that what gets Hillary Clinton up in the morning -- even in the face of tough odds -- is exactly what sent her and Bill Clinton to sign up for their first campaign in Texas all those years ago, what sent her to work at the Children\'s Defense Fund and made her fight for health care as first lady, what led her to the United States Senate and fueled her barrier-breaking campaign for the presidency: an unyielding desire to improve the lives of ordinary Americans, no matter how difficult the fight may be.

And you can rest aured that when we finally win the battle for universal health care in this country -- and we will win that fight -- she will be central to that victory.

There are young people, and African-Americans, and Hispanic- Americans, and women of all ages who have voted in numbers that have broken records and inspired a nation.

All of you chose to support a candidate you believe in deeply.But at the end of the day, we aren\'t the reason you came out and waited in lines that stretched block after block to make your voice heard.You didn\'t do that...

So it has been.So it must be with this generation of Americans.

These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics.Le measurable but no le profound is a sapping of confidence acro our land, a nagging fear that America\'s decline is inevitable, and that the next generation must lower its sights.

Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real.They are serious and they are many.They will not be met easily or in a short span of time.But know this, America, they will be met.

On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.

On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics.

We remain a young nation, but in the words of scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things.The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, paed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happine.

In reaffirming the greatne of our nation, we understand that greatne is never a given.It must be earned.Our journey has never been one of shortcuts or settling for le.It has not been the path for the faint-hearted -- for those who prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame.Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things -- some celebrated but more often men and women obscure in their labor, who have carried us up the long, rugged path towards prosperity and freedom.

For us, they packed up their few worldly poeions and traveled acro oceans in search of a new life.

For us, they toiled in sweatshops and settled the West; endured the lash of the whip and plowed the hard earth.

For us, they fought and died, in places like Concord and Gettysburg; Normandy and Khe Sahn.Time and again these men and women struggled and sacrificed and worked till their hands were raw so that we might live a better life.They saw America as bigger than the sum of our individual ambitions; greater than all the differences of birth or wealth or faction.

For everywhere we look, there is work to be done.The state of the economy calls for action, bold and swift, and we will act, not only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth.We will build the roads and bridges, the electric grids and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together.We will restore science to its rightful place, and wield technology\'s wonders to raise health care\'s quality and lower its cost.We will harne the sun and the winds and the soil to fuel our cars and run our factories.And we will transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a new age.All this we can do.And all this we will do.

Now, there are some who question the scale of our ambitions, who suggest that our system cannot tolerate too many big plans.Their memories are short.For they have forgotten what this country has already done; what free men and women can achieve when imagination is joined to common purpose, and neceity to courage.

What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them, that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply.The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works, whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified.Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward.Where the answer is no, programs will end.And those of us who manage the public\'s dollars will be held to account, to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our busine in the light of day, because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.

许多学生认为数学是枯燥的、乏味的。一些非数学老师在听完一堂数学课后，往往这样评价：思路清晰、语言精练、解题严谨，就是太乏味、缺少趣味性，让人昏昏欲睡。那么，如何调动学生的上课积极性，引发他们的好奇心？设计好“开场白”，非常关键。下面是数学课的几个片断：

动手实验式“开场白”：桌上摆满了切成各种形状的萝卜，大伙好像还在热列地讨论着什么。老师微笑问：“同学们，用一个平面去截一个正方体，截出的面可能是什么形状？”

这位美国第44位总统，在他的就职典礼上的一番演说也一直是世界所关注的事情。在读了这篇就职演讲后，我也感慨万千。虽然美国的历史只有短短的200多年，但现在美国却是世界上的经济强国，军事大国。这与美国的文化，以及他们的态度有着莫大的关系。在演讲稿的开篇，并没有因为他所代表的党派和思想理念的不同，而对前任总统的所作所为进行批判。并且全篇演说稿的内容是那么的实在，没有回避“失业增加、企业倒闭、医疗费用昂贵、教育问题”这些社会问题敢于直面提出，就是本身态度的问题。前面我们知道美国只有短短的200多年的历史，而中国却有着5000年的历史传承，但在这些问题的处理上却没有么过这样的透明，最少不会在这样的场合如此明了的提出，不会如此的公开。我想能把事情公开讲出来的他就应该能敢于面对。

美国没有过长的历史传承，但他们却没有忘记自己历史。正如演说稿中所说的“为了我们，他们背起行囊，远涉重洋，寻找新的生活。为了我们，他们条件恶劣的工厂埋首苦干，开拓建立了西方世界；他们忍受鞭笞，辛勤耕耘贫瘠的土壤。为了我们，他们誓死奋战，鲜血洒在康科德（Concord），盖茨堡（Gettysburg），诺曼底（Normandy）

和科萨恩（Kherson）。一次又一次，为了使我们过上更好的生活，他们奋斗牺牲，辛勤工作直到双手布满老茧。在他们眼里，美国超越了每个个体雄心的总和，超越了出身、财富和派系的差别。”对于先辈的努力，我们要铭记于心，不能忘记我们民族是伟大的，但伟大不是赠与的，而是赢得的，需要的是我们后辈的不断的努力去奋斗。美国能如此，而我们有着5000年历史传承的国度中的人何呢？这就是我们该深思的问题。

对于所提及的社会问题，能够直接的提出解决办法。值得注意的是，他并不是画饼充饥似的给你一个美好的未来，而是提出实在的解决办法。在文中就是这样的写道“举目四望，很多事情等着我们去做。国家的经济形势亟待我们大胆而快速的行动。我们会行动——不仅要创造更多的工作机会，也要为经济增长建立新的基础。我们将建桥铺路，建立更多的电网和数字线路来促进商业发展，紧密联系彼此。我们会将科学研究归位，使用高新的技术来提高卫生保健的质量，降低其费用。我们将充分利用太阳能，风能和土壤，来为我们的汽车和工厂提供燃料和动力。我们将改革学校、学院和大学，以适应新时期的需要。这些我们都可以做。这些我们将去做。”这就是美国的实用主义，要的就是务实。

政府必须有健全的公开制度，因为你拿着的是纳税人的钱。腐败问题是每个国家都存在的通病，其原因就是没有公开、透明的制度，纳税人不知道自己的钱跑那里去了。这样使得人民和政府之间的信任在不断的减少，直至消亡。

一个民族的长存在于团结，这里的团结不只局限与民族的内部，还有对外的团结，人必须在交流中才能不断进步。在上升点高度就到种族问题，“就好比60年前，一位父亲走进当地旅馆无人礼遇，而今天他的儿子可以在这里，在你们面前，许下庄严的誓言。”黑人以前是生活在社会的最低层，如今却能当上总统。每个人都有对生命的追求，对生活的向往，对尊严的追求，对和平的向往，人生来就是平等的，每个生命都必须得到尊敬。因而在伊拉克问题上，他明确的提“。我们将会负责任地撤离伊拉克，把它交还给它的人民，保护阿富汗地区来之不易的和平。”

“回想起先辈们从容地面对法西斯主义的时候，并不仅靠导弹和坦克，还靠强健的联盟和持久的信念。他们明白，仅靠自己的力量是无法保护自己的，也不能为所欲为。相反，他们知道，力量会在谨慎使用中壮大，安全则来自正义，来自榜样的力量，也来自谦虚和约束的提炼。”武力不是解决一切问题的办法，强大的武力只能让人惧怕，而不是真正的屈服。这就是为什么恐怖活动只是摧毁的是人民的肉体，精神是不灭的。在者说就是国家最重要的不是在于物资，而是在于精神，在于所做的是否存在正义性，是否坚持对美德的追求，对真理的向往。这也是为我们的所做树立一面标杆。

精神不灭，信念长存，人生不可能一帆风顺。我们需要经历的磨难有许多，唯一支持我们的就是心中所存的信念。先辈对美好生活的向往，而付出的努力就是我们的榜样。团结国民，共同抵抗所有的困难。只要大家团结，那么就没有过不去的坎。困难并不可怕，可怕

的是人失去啦面对困难的决心。

人不可能独立存在于社会，正如文中所说：“对于穆斯林世界，基于共同的利益和对彼此的尊重，我们将寻求前进的新方式。对于那些只知道挑拨是非，指摘西方世界诟病的领导者，你们要知道，人民评判你是看你建立了什么，而不是看你毁灭了什么；对于那些依靠腐败欺诈压制异议而谋取权利的人，你们站在了历史的对立面；如果你们先松开握紧的拳头，我们也会伸出友谊之手。”既然如此，我们必须要于人交流，那么我们所选择的方式就是一个问题。是对所有人的无限抗拒，还是敞开怀抱相互接纳。如果把高度提升，那就是一个国家的对外关系。

“海纳百川，有容纳大。”我们需要的是有一颗宽广的心，包容过去，一起展望未来。但是这个包容的前提是你必须正视过去，正视历史，能直面过去历史，并对此有认识的人，我们都欢迎你。

“三十年河东，三十年河西”你永远不知道下一刻会怎么样。以前被歧视的黑人，如今却站在万万人之上的位置上，这不正是这个的真实的写照。

只要心不死，未来将是为你而来。

只要信念不灭，未来将充满美好。
