今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。

人生如水，人只能去适应环境。如果不能改变环境，就改变自己，只有这样，才能克服更多的困难，战胜更多的挫折，实现自我。如果不能看到自己的缺点和不足，只是一味地埋怨环境不利，从而把改变境遇的希望寄托在改变环境上，这实在是徒劳无益。

虽然这个故事有几分夸张，我们也不可能会是一个为别人理发的小和尚。可是同学们，你们有没有类似的坏习惯呢?比如：随地吐痰、随意骂人、说脏话、随手乱扔乱撂、经常大声喧哗、在楼道里追逐打闹、自习课上说话等，如果有，它们迟早会给你带来或大或小的麻烦。

在平常的生活中，总会听到关于初出茅庐的学生经受的挫折是多么可怕的话，其实我们不必太过在意，许多挫折往往是美好的开始。有人在挫折中成长，有人在挫折中跌倒，关键在于个人是如何看待的。要知道这个世界从来都是相对的，有挫折必定有成功，重要的是看你要以怎样的心态去面对，站起来便能成就更好的自己，硬是在地上赖着，自怨自艾悲叹不已的人，注定只能继续哭泣。哪个站在台面上的人，不是有一堆令人辛酸的过去?挫折往往令他们站得更稳。

不管遇到怎样的难关，我们只要尽量找出其中的光明面，这样，不论多不好的困境都会好转。不然，只会让自己一直陷在不幸之中。

现在，快毕业了面对的是要去考编制，我在学校里经常听到有同学这样说“我们比不过本科生的，还不如不去考呢!”，每每听到这样的话，我都会嗤之以鼻。在我看来，本科生固然厉害，但是我们也不是孬种，为什么还没开始就选择放弃?通常都说“机会是留给有准备的人的”，在这里我要加上一句“机会是留给那些敢与挑战的人的”，只要有勇气去挑战，再加上我们5年来的积累，我们没什么比不过本科生的。况且我们的专业能力比他们要强很多，毕竟我们是花了5年的时间来学习的，再加上我们有两次的实习机会，看看，还没比呢，我们在先决条件上就已经远远的优与他们了，那还有什么必要去自怨自艾呢?

社会就像大海一样广阔，就像天空一样高远，我们在如此广阔、如此高远的社会环境中，怎么会找不到自己的立足之点呢?

终于，在众人的努力下，那张纸乖乖地就范了。那个追到纸的人，得意地将战利品递给女孩。女孩优雅地向大家道谢，然后拿着纸在众目睽睽之下走到一个垃圾筒跟前，将它塞了进去，回过身，她微笑着对大家说：好了，现在它终于去了它该去的地方。

各位福泰的家人们大家晚上好，我是来自太仓团队的王宗松，非常荣幸能够在这里跟大家聊一聊之前的工作感悟。首先呢，我想说一下之前的工作情况。几个月之前，我刚刚从大学走出来没多久，就接触到了福维克可宝系列产品。从开始了解可宝系列产品到去分享它，经历了一段很快乐的时光，但是随着时间慢慢的推移，我开始发现了刚刚走入社会的我，在给客户演示过程中的致命弱点——不会结案。 在发现了这个严重的问题之后，我不敢再拿着手里的优质客户去做实验，只好寻求老师的帮助，之后听说苏州有五天的封闭训练营便跟郁总联系了一下去参加了。其实开始是差点去了杭州的训练营的，为了方便一些还是选择了苏州的训练营，虽然没能去成杭州，但是还是非常地感谢黄国荣老师在得知我想去学习时给予的支持。

在训练营的开课时，罗老师不辞辛苦从杭州到苏州来给我们主持开营仪式，并给我们代课，真的让我们很感动，在此感谢罗老师的付出。还有苗老师，以及从合肥赶来的马老师、王老师等等各位老师在训练营期间的辛勤付出，也感谢郁总给了我们这样一个很好的锻炼机会。谢谢你们。

在五天的学习中，我们从基础演练再到去客户家里实践，然后总结自己以前的不足之处，不断成长。各位老师们也很细心地给我们讲解我们在之前的工作中所遇到的问题，并总结出来客户会有的一些问题该如何解答。跟着各位老师学习，着实学到了很多的东西。之前的演示中，我基本上都像是在背说明书一样的在跟客户讲解产品， 但是参加过训练营之后，按照罗老师所讲的简单、听话、照做，把老师讲的东西复制，我相信一起学习的伙伴们都会走向一个正确的方向，在接下来的工作中，我们都会成为福泰家庭的优秀分子，将福维克的事业做强做大，实现我们的人生目标。谢谢各位老师，我的发言讲完了。
