尊敬的各位评委，亲爱的各位同学：

大家晚上好！

非常荣幸今天能够站在这里为大家演讲，在此，首先要感谢在座的各位评委和同学能在百忙之中抽出时间，来聆听我们的演讲，也要感谢这个活动的主办方：xxxx社及活动的所有工作人员给我们提供这样一个交流互动的平台。下面，让我们以热烈的掌声感谢他们！谢谢，我是xxx。简短的自我介绍完后，下面进行我的演讲。

首先，大家都知道今天演讲的主题是“让梦想照亮青春”，既然与梦想有关，那我们就谈谈，为了实现自己的梦想该做些什么呢？大家可能会说，“努力，奋斗，拼搏，进取”，不错，这些都是我们在取得成功之前，所必须具备的元素，但大家知道在做这些努力和奋斗之前，我们首先要做到哪一点呢？或者更具体的说一个推销员或一个创业者要想获得成功的话首先要做到哪一点呢？可能有的同学已经猜出来答案了。那就是我们中国人最看重的——面子。

面子或许是最具有中国特色的概念，作为最具有的个性，中国人爱面子，也死要面子。据说英文中并没有面子一词，在中文翻译成英文时，很多人把面子翻译成“名誉”，这显然不是我们所理解的。而中国人所谓的“面子”应该是介于名誉与虚荣心之间的一种内心的情感因素。

由于面子观念在国人头脑中根深蒂固，大学生也不例外，这使得很多毕业生在就业时进入了一些误区，如怕脏怕累、盲目攀比、清高自傲等等，从而造成大量毕业生找不到工作。难道就业真的这么难么？我们只考虑过工资待遇问题，有没有考虑过自身原因呢？有的同学认为大学毕业后会直接呆在安逸舒服的办公室里工作，端着茶水，拿着高薪，于是在找工作时漫天要价，脏活累活一点不干，从而导致用人单位招不到人，毕业生找不到工作的尴尬局面，而且我们常常会听到这样的话，“这不是大学生干的活，上了四年大学怎么可以干服务员的活，拿的工资怎么能比农民工还少”。

但有些人就不这样想，比如说温州人，大家应该都知道，温州人被称为中国的犹太人，央视曾经播出过一部剧，叫做《温州一家人》，对我促动很大，不知道大家有没有看过，这部剧非常真实的讲述了一家温州人放下面子，艰苦追求梦想的创业历程。温州人从来不爱面子，为了完成创业的原始积累，他们背井离乡，摆地摊，补鞋，脏活累活都不在乎，很多人都看不起他们，觉得修一双鞋能赚几个钱，甚至连农民都觉得他们干的是很低贱的活。等到讥笑他们的人醒悟过来时，他们已经完成了原始资本积累，并且在更高的平台上发展去了。能做别人不愿做的事，能吃别人不能吃的苦，就能赚别人赚不了的钱。这就是温州人发财的原因。他们不怕碰壁，只有一个念头，不管你们怎么看我，我就要赚你的钱。他们用比城墙还厚的脸皮把自己的产品，最重要是他们把温州人这个品牌推向了全国，推向了全世界。

所以，从现在起，放下我们所谓的高贵的颜面吧，为了我们的梦想，别在乎别人说什么，只要无愧于我们的心，因为至少现在我们还没有资格来争取面子。

最后送给大家亚洲首富李嘉诚的一句话“当你放下面子赚钱的时候，说明你已经懂事了；当你用钱赚回面子的时候，说明你已经成功了；当你用面子赚回钱的时候，说明你已经是人物了。当你仍然停留在那里喝酒、吹牛，啥也不懂还装懂，只爱所谓面子的时候，说明你这辈子也就这样了。”

人们给了我们光彩的称号，给了我们这么多荣幸的光环，更给了我们衷心回报社会、家庭的神圣的职责。这就是我们大学生应有的良知。在这知识的殿堂里，我们是否做天了与知己为伴，让灵魂得到高尚、让人格得到高贵、让人生得天升华呢！有的人做到了，时刻让良知牵引自己前行，尽力为以后的人生展垫着牢固的基石。然而，令我们可悲的是，在这通往光亮与光辉的路上，有人却轻易地抛掉了良知，让昏暗遮蔽了自己。

xxx，这个曾经的乖孩子、昔日的优等生，但谁也无法想到，他竟然会亲手杀逝世自己的同学的四位同窗。四个不瞑的灵魂走了，留给我们的却是深深地思索。xxx，作为一个大学生，本应当保卫自己的这片良知净土，积极乐观，克服心理作遂。但惋惜的是他泯灭了这一切，让自己同罪行的凶犯站在同一平台上，终极让邪恶毁掉了自己。他是可悲的，由于他没能让大学生的良知在自己的心中根深蒂固，因而造成了今天这无法挽回的悲剧。

还有一个不知该为他的不幸而哭，还是该为他的幼稚而笑的咸阳大一男生，由于在情人节送花给敬慕的女生遭到谢绝，他竟以选择跳楼而停止了自己和性命。他死了，人们给他的只是同情，同情他的年少、同情他的无知。作为大学生，没有大学生处置问题的沉着，更没有大学生应有的广阔胸怀，这真的是作为大学生的悲痛。

更有一个令人难以置信的法律专业的大学生，为了替父还债，竟然绑架了邻居小孩，勒索20万元现金。被逮捕后，却以没想过伤害人质为由，请求广大处置。真令人痛心，这种痛是为她如此单薄的法律意识的痛；为她就这样轻易葬送自己美妙前途的痛；更为她作为大学生，却摈弃了大学生良知的痛。

等等的事件，在我们四周产生，带给我们的是震惊、是思索。我们心中自问：是什么使我们当中的他们产生了质的变更？是自卑、是脆弱、是无知，我这就是答复。

面对生涯的挫折与打击，他们没能凭毅力与智慧克服，因愚蠢而失败；面对生活的陷井他们没能悬崖勒马，因盲目而坠进其中，故事。一切罪行地产生都是错的，看似生涯的错，听似别人的错，但我以为更应当批评的是作为大学生，却摈弃大学生知己的他们。我们是大学生，我们真挚、乐观、自负、文明，我们对生涯充斥热忱，心灵，对人生满怀信念。这就是我们的实质，这就是我们的知己。他们摈弃了这些，这是他们的悲痛，但我们不要。我们理解生的意义，我们铭刻人生的哲理——把有限的性命投进到无穷的为人类谋幸福之中，在性命逝往时，让精力之光照射万代，让人类之火熊熊燃烧。

时常听别人哼唱，自己也时常哼唱着姜育恒的那首《再回首》，惟独对“曾经在幽幽暗暗反反复复中追寻，才知道平平淡淡从从容容是最真”这一句不愿认同。“孤独王子”唱得未免太超然了——一生反复追寻，就只得出了平淡是真的结论。

平平淡淡是最真，说到底不就是自甘平庸、自甘无为吗？曾几何时，我们这些带着中学彩色梦走进大学校门的莘莘学子们也在高喊着：平平淡淡是最真。且有人认为只要“与世无争，恬淡一生”便可无忧无虑地生存，颇有要把老庄的“无为”思想发扬广大之势。是什么使我们丰富的校园生活渐退了缤纷的色彩呢？又是什么使我们真实的熔浆凝固，不在有来自内心深处的热血沸腾？是因为我们没有走进梦想中的象牙塔？是因为我们未走出自我困惑的地带？还是因为我们的心真的不在年轻，确实把一切都看得平淡了呢？不！都不是！主宰世界的是你，放弃世界的仍然是你。

生活得最好的人，不是寿命最长的人，而是最能感受生活的人。除了你没有走进理想的大学，除了你没有把握住一次几乎成功的爱情，除了你心中那份虚荣于倨傲，你对生活究竟有多少正确的感受？生活究竟给过你多少真正的重荷于不平呢？没有！只因为在当代的中国，在我们这个文盲、半文盲数以亿计的国度里，大学生既被社会过高的期待，也过高地期待着社会，只因为我们不能正确地估计自己，也不能正确认识社会。那种求平淡的心态，仍是不思进取的借口。于是，你曾经也想要有所作为，却不知道从何做起，跟着感觉走，在各种诱惑面前远离本真状态，被泥沙俱下的时代大潮裹挟着四处漂流。当你疲倦地走过无数个三百六十五里，你才发现留在身后的除了那份平淡，什么也没有。

不再回头的，不只是那古老的辰光，也不只是那些个夜晚的星群和月亮，还有我们的青春在流逝着。四年，我们有幸拥有着这四年，但多少人的四年已一去不返；更还有多少人在为能拥有这四年而埋头于题海和各种各样的模拟考试中呢、当初我们从他们这种状况中走出来，走进许多人梦寐以求的大学，难道就是为了追求“平平淡淡是最真”吗？

在我们四年的每个日子里，倾注了亲人的多少关怀和温暖，他们流淌着辛勤的血汗，默默地支持着子女的选择，他们惟一的希望就是我们能自己走自己的人生之路。还有，在许许多多的眸子里时时刻刻地流露着对我们的期待，期待我们能用知识建构大脑、用我们的手去为人们描写更美的生活。在亲人面前，在那些关注我们的人的面前，我们又有什么理由去认为“平平淡淡是最真”呢？难道我们付出我们的金色年华，挥洒着父母的血汗仅仅是为了换取这份平平淡淡吗？仅仅是为了换取一张各科都过了60分的毕业证吗？小到为了每个家庭的付出，大到为了那如水流逝的时光，我们怎么就可以轻易认同“平平淡淡”才是真呢？

最欣赏把撒哈拉沙漠变成人们心中的绿洲的三毛，也最欣赏她一句话：即使不成功，也不至于成为空白。成功女神并不垂青所有的人，但所有参与、尝试过的人，即使没有成功，他们的世界却不是一份平淡，不是一片空白。记得有一天和班上几个新近参加美术班学习的女生谈起了她们学习美术以后的感觉和收获。她们告诉我：并没有什么大飞跃，但确实已学会了怎样用心去观察一个事物。也许她们永远成为不了画家，但是我赞叹她们的这份参与意识和尝试勇气。我想告诉她们：即使你们不成功，你们也没有成为空白。

说到这里有人会说：我的确平凡得很，无一技之长，不会唱不会跳，更不会吟诗作画，注定这四年就这么平淡了。世上不过只有一个天才贝多芬，也不过是只有一个神童莫扎特，更多的人是通过尝试，通过毅力化平淡为辉煌的。毅力在效果上有时能同天才相比。有一句俗语说，能登上金字塔的生物只有两种：鹰和蜗牛。虽然我们不能人人都像雄鹰一样一飞冲天，但我们至少可以像蜗牛那样凭着自己的耐力默默前行。

不要再为落叶伤感，为春雨掉泪；也不要满不在乎地挥退夏日的艳阳，让残冬的雪来装饰自己的面纱；岁月可使皮肤起皱，而失去热情，则使灵魂起皱。

拿出我们尝试的勇气，拿出我们青春的热情，大学四年毕业时，再回首，我们没有平淡、遗憾的青春。让我们的青春飞扬吧。

我上小学时，班上有位小姑娘，学习非常刻苦而成绩却不尽人意。

老师要我帮助她。看得出，她也寄厚望于我。但我那时还是个小男孩，坐不住，不懂事。我老是me避她。以便有更多时间自己玩。

期末考试前一天，她来求我说“请你给我讲解一下行吗?这次我很想考得好一点。”我开始给她讲解，不一会儿便草草收场，假装没有察觉她迷茫的眼神，一溜烟儿地跑开了。不出所料，这次她又考砸了。两个月后，新学期依始，传来她死于血癌的消息。我没有完成那项小小的任务，无人知晓。但我却不能原谅自己。她的眼睛令我难以忘怀，仿佛在责问我，“你为什么不愿多帮助我呢?这对于你来说，并不费事。你为什么不能理解我对你的信赖，而让我带着痛苦和遗憾离开这个世界?”

我当时才八九岁。但从某种意义上讲，这件事成了我生活的新起点。因为我开始体会到“责任”二字的意义，并尽心尽力地学着完成自己的义务。我也逐渐领会了这个神圣字眼的深刻内含:人与人之间的彼此需要和信任、合作和依赖正是人类社会存在的基础。

之后，我在生活中又经受过多次失败，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里却不曾再现。想到自己做每一件事都能尽职尽责，一种满足之感便油然而生。

此事及类似的多起事件改变了我，完善了我。当我长大成人，我开始领悟周围发生的一切变化。我发现，从某种意义上说，社会跟我一样，正处在一个自我完善的时期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一个样。新思维、新信息、新技术层出不穷。即便万里相隔，人们在转瞬之间即可相互交谈。社会竞争越演越烈。

人们越来越强调个性和创造性。越来越多的人因工作努力而受到奖赏。这就是当今的时代，一代新人由成长迈入成熟的时代。这是我们这一代人接替父辈治国安邦的时代。然而，我们也面临很多间题。

据悉，坏人在光天化日之下作恶，周围的群众居然袖手旁观，无动于衷。我还听说，目前我国尚有100万儿童连小学也上不起，而巨额资金却拿去举办奢侈的宴会和购置豪华的轿车。

我们常常买的是劣质药品，或名曰药品实为一文不值的废物，非但不能除病去痛，反而会使病情加重。在某些人看来，世上金钱最宝贵，只要能赚钱，不惜牺牲道德和责任。

因而，这个时代赋予我们的是更强烈的竞争和效率意识，使我们更善于批判性地思考和创造性地行动。

此外，这个时代要求我们这一代人必须认清自己肩负的历史重任，下定决心，采取行动，解决上述问题。长期以来，历史一直在我们这一代人身上培养着这些品质。现在，历史呼唤我们挺身而出，以实际行动向全民族及全人类证实我们的拳拳爱国之心和大无畏的英雄主义。

此刻，我站在讲台上回顾15年来的学生生活。今后的岁月，我很可能平平淡淡地度过。但这丝毫不会让我心灰意冷。因为我知道，凭借强烈的责任感和精益求精的不懈奋斗，我将追求一种有意义的生活，一种不枉此生的生活。

一个雨夜，我乘公交车回校，下着雨。我站在车窗边，摇下玻璃，冷冷的风夹着雨打在脸上，居民楼里射出的暖暖的黄光使我想起了家。我的家在遥远的黑龙江，我算是“独在异乡为异客”了。“月是故乡明”,是的，我想家了，此时此刻，你可以说我孤寂，可以说我忧伤，但假如你认为我感到痛苦，你就错了，因为我同时感到了美，冷风、斜雨、黄光、街灯，一首忧郁的歌，我自己就在这意境里。坦白说，我竟沉醉于这忧郁之中了!

我知道来武汉大学的各个都梦想过清华北大，但是记住：国内武汉大学是优秀的学校，跟清华北大一样，他们的学生能达到的优秀程度，你们一样可以达到，国外武汉大学是烂学校，跟清华北大一样，他们在看中国学生申请材料的时候都是一样的，社会上武汉大学是优秀的学校，跟清华北大一样受人尊敬。考研的时候，一般武汉大学的都是直接要。这些都是我们这些毕业生的亲身感受。上次在放孔明灯时候看到学生写：有梦当逐水母清华。注意：那种梦想是二流学校学生的梦想，不是武汉大学学生的梦想。在美国加洲理工，斯坦福，康乃尔，杜克甚至一个排名20的学校绝对不会认为他们比哈佛也路差。当一个武汉大学在MIT问教授哈佛如何的时候，回答是：”河对面的学校？没听说过！“

不要羡慕那些在“王道专业”的，在“ZHUKEZHEN”的，你四年之后就会发现，那里可能整体强过其他专业，但是你个人在于你个人，而且“王道专业‘会有不少人后悔没有去那些”灰姑娘“专业，因为那里可能好出头。

爱你的专业，不要急着转系，本科阶段的所谓专业都没有深入，当你那些前面的人都转系了，你就是第一了。当你是专业的第一的时候，美国名校OFFER，工资20万的OFFER就不远了。在我们一及有深刻体现。

不管你搞活动也好，搞竞赛也好，你的成绩是一切的基础。到了大四的时候，你就知道什么是最重要的东西了。

不要去讨论那些学校排名，专业排名，哪个专业好这些无聊问题，那是那些上不去的人无聊事情。大一大二那些学生总是讨论哪个专业好排名多少什么的。最后发现都是笑话。牛人门都忙着努力学习，努力实践着”提高排名“。

少去无聊的地方讨论女生，有空的话，多出去参加活动，跳舞什么的。有MM的人都沉静在幸福里哪有时间玩这些啊？

大学里牛人有很多种，但是平庸只有一种，关键在于找到自己的位置。每个武汉大学学生都优秀无比，以前都有辉煌。这样难免有完美主义情绪，完美万万求不得，在武汉大学得到任何东西都要感激，都要知道来之不易，要有成就感，哪怕是一次小小的作业优秀。武汉大学值得人去追求的荣誉太多了，你只要有个一两个，就足以在学校立足。

大家都在中学很优秀，来武汉大学目标不要定太高，有一天的进步就算一天，不要跟牛人比，人比人比死人。只要你今天比昨天进步就要感到幸福，而不是你又超过了几个你前面的人。如果老是盯住牛人，会折磨自己，顶端优势有时总是特别明显。

大家好，我是大鹿小学参赛选手魏雪婧今天我演讲的题目是《我的梦想》。

随着一首柔柔的催眠曲，我甜甜的进入了梦乡……

在梦里，我看见了人们以前的生活：吃的是窝头和玉米粥，喝的是白开水，穿的是补丁衣服，只有过年才能吃得上馒头;但也有些锦衣玉食的富人。

我把背包里的一块蛋糕和一瓶牛奶给了我所见过最穷的一个人，他边吃边说：“这是世界上最好吃的东西!”啊，那些是我们在生活中常见的食品，可他们却没有尝到过。

现在的电灯、电话、电视机、冰箱、微波炉、电脑等现代化设施，从前人们根本没有见过，更不必说使用过。如果他们来这里做客，那一定会大吃一惊，

或许还会以为自己在做梦哩!

忽然，我被一只红色的小鸟迷住了。我和它玩的正高兴呢，突然一粒石子打中了小鸟的翅膀。我立刻从背包里取出药箱，帮小鸟把伤口包扎好。小鸟走了，我有点想念它，然而不一会儿它又叼着一个天蓝色的小果子回来了。我吃了那个小果子，感觉树好像变矮了，不，准确的说应该是我长高了。我低头一看，嘿，你说怪不怪，我居然在飞!现在我的本领如同神仙一样了!我到处闲逛，遇到穷人就变出些钱给他们，遇到受伤的人或小动物，就把它们医好……

我又想出了个鬼点子——把人们带到2014年去住。我和大家商量了商量，大家兴奋得两眼发光。

我使用了“时空转换”，并对人们说：“两天后，你们就会回来，因为我法力不够。”天上出现了一道光，把大家都吸了进去。

到了2014年，我教大家用现代化工具，大家很快就学会了。他们去买东

西时，我给了大家每人一百元。他们去付钱，从钱包里把那一百元拿出来时，钱包里又出现了一百元，大家傻眼了。这样不停地往外拿钱，可钱包里总还剩一张。售货员一下子变成了怪兽，把我抓了起来。我拼命挣扎，“啊!”我醒了， “呼，原来只是一场梦呀。我一定要好好学习，让梦想继续下去。让美好的生活继续下去。

大家好，今天我想和大家讨论关于励志方面的话题。我想主要从以下几个方面说起。

一、人生须立志

志，字典里解释：意向，要有所作为的决心。志向即理想。所谓理想，是人生奋斗追求的目标，是鼓舞人们奋斗、前进的巨大精神力量。人都要有志向，作为学生，我们更应该树立远大的志向，制定远大的目标。

二、何以立志

当然，立志不是挂在嘴边上的口头

禅，也不是贴在墙上的座右铭，而是一种刻于心间而后现于行动的大智慧，大境界。它需要辛勤的汗水去浇灌，也需要努力的付出去滋润。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”是它的行动指南，“志从高远”是它的指导思想。所以它必须与实际行动相结合才能开出绚丽的花朵。古语云“有志者立长志，无知者常立志”。这句话说的就是有志者和无志者之间的区别。

二、如何励志

那么，确立了志向以后，我们应该怎样做才能实现我们远大的志向呢?现在我们讨论励志。

1、不为自己的错误找借口。生活中中是有一些人，一旦做错什么事，就认为那是别人的错，好像根本与自己无关一样。这种人只会为自己开脱，推卸责任。因而，这样的人永远也意识不到自己的不足之处，在为人处事中也不会取得较大的进步不。在这种人生上缺少的是勇于担当的精神，不会被委以重任

的。因此，同学们，在我们的学习生活中，大家要善于发现自己的缺点和不足之处，病并及时改正，这样我们才会不断的进步。

2、不和别人比吃穿，要比就比学习，比志气，比勤奋。有些人在错误的人生价值观的驱使下，费尽心思的与人比一些肤浅、俗气的东西，以满足自己的虚荣心。这样的人常常是华而不实，可谓金玉其外，败絮其中，不足以成事。二有些人则会自卑自怜，丧失信心。其实这都是错误的人生价值观。我们常说笑到最才是笑得最好的。俗话说，不拍别人瞧不起，只怕自己及不争气。

3、要善于发现自己的优势，不要总是把目光停留在自己的缺点上。这样的话你会越来越没信心。

4、要有持之以恒，不怕吃苦的精神。我都都知道，在生活中总是吃苦在前，享乐在后。谓之苦尽甘来。可我们有些同学就是不同这个理，在学习生活中散漫懒散，怕苦苦叫累。我们要知道

人生中谁都要经历这个阶段，而且这与在家操劳，在外打工的父母相比，何苦只有呀。

5、要有勇于上进，不甘落后的精神。这是生活中必不可少的，宝贵的精神财富。如此，你的生活才会慢慢的好起来，你的现状才会慢慢的改变。

6、要有坚韧的意志和永不言弃的精神。一个人的生活道路不会总是一马平，总会遇到个总各样的困难和挫折。面对困难和挫折，有些人选择屈服退缩，二有些人则会努力克服一切，清除前进道路上

的障碍。那么，两种学则必然会导致两种截然不同的人生命运。而我们的学习和这个道理一样。有些同学意志脆弱，娇生惯养，受不得半点委屈，承受不了一点小小的挫折与失败的打击。他们的生活散漫，无拘无束，习惯于自暴自弃、得过且过，破罐子破摔的生活。这些人会慢慢的迷失自我，就连自己也不知道他到底想要什么。而有些同学而

默默的奋斗着，默默的坚持着，他们相信自己想要的生活就在前方。

7、不要把自己的缺点当借口，不要把较好的现在当做未来。在我们生活中，有很多人总是把做不好某些事怪罪于一些很笨就毫无关系的因素上，如我人很笨，我想学可是学不会，我家庭条件很差，我考上学家里供不起，我的老师教的不好，没有人帮我，那太累了等等一些借口。而有些人则认为我家很有钱，我现在过得很好，我不需要努力。大家想，你家在有钱，那是父母的，不是你的，再说了父母不可能管您一辈子，钱钱总有花完的时候呀，到那时你该怎么办呀? 所以呀，我们从小就应该树立远大的理想，学习一些生存的本领，将来才能是以不断发展变化的社会，才能创造属于自己的美好的明天。

很高兴能够在这里和各位大一的新生聊聊大学学习。有人曾经问我：“胡老师，作为一位著名教育专家，您能不能用一句话概括一下您的经历?”我回答说：“从上别人的课到给别人上课。”上别人的课是我在求知，给别人上课却是我的事业。在我近三十年上过的无数课程里，我一直认为，最重要的一课，就是开学第一课。这是因为，只有在大学开学第一课中树立目标，明确对自己的定位，找到合适的方法，并且坚持不懈的努力，那么你的大学四年才可能产生丰富的成果，成为一生中难忘的一段时光，否则，你可能就是来打酱油的。大学生活的方方面面，丰富多彩，而今天我只和大家分享英语学习这一块的经验。

先说说思维方法的问题。

我想一定有无数人在你们人生的每个阶段都强调要建立目标啊，树立理想啊什么的，大家想必耳朵都已经听出老茧了，很多同学面对这样的说辞已经成为淡定哥了。但是我想问大家一个问题，什么叫做树立目标?我们为什么要树立目标?其实，这里面蕴含着一个极其重要的思维方法，我把它称为“结果倒推法”。你的目标、理想，就是你四年后想要的结果，那么倒推回来，为了达到这一结果，每一步该怎么走?需要哪些资源?需要付出哪些努力?这些问题的答案，就是你的行动计划。你想要的结果，给你提供无止境的奋斗动力，而行动计划则给你提供达到结果的路径，有了这两个，剩下的就只是辛勤的努力、汗水和泪水了。这个世界上所有成功的人都不一样，但是他们成功的思维方式一定都一样，都是结果倒推，坚持到底。正是从这个意义上来说，你要的结果有多高，决定了你的成就有多高，也决定了你的付出有多少。

那么，同学们，大学的英语学习，我们的目标是什么呢?

我先来给大家做一做结果倒推。对于各位同学来说，大学四年毕业后，你的结果无非是三条路：考研、出国留学、就业和创业。先说就业。你一定知道，现在大学毕业生的就业率没有以前高了;你一定知道，大学毕业生的平均薪酬涨幅没有物价涨得快;你也一定知道，每份薪水高的工作，每个著名的企业，特别是外企，对你的要求也比一般人高。当你毕业后就业时拿着一个月2-3千块钱的薪水，而看到你的同学拿着5-6千的薪水在世界500强企业工作的时候，你会想，为什么那个人不是我?为什么?这其中很重要的原因就是你的英语能力。注意，我说的是英语能力，而不是英语考试成绩。前几天我的一位朋友向我诉苦，说好不容易给他家学金融的儿子联系进了汇丰银行工作，结果三个月的试用期到了就被辞退了，原因是根本适应不了。每天都要用英语写邮件、每天都要用英语读《华尔街日报》、每天都要用英语和上司、同事交流，他的儿子专业成绩很好，却栽在了英语这个工具上。职场是非常残酷的，你大学四年在英语上的每分付出和努力，最终只需要在5A级写字楼小小办公间的5分钟谈话就可以检验。所以，如果你想在职场上领先一步，走得更远，那么，英语运用能力就是你的必不可少的核心竞争力之一。

再来说说创业。现在的中国越来越开放、发展，因此也产生了越来越多的“中国机会”，造就了越来越多的年轻的亿万富翁，大学毕业白手起家创业成功的例子比比皆是。大学毕业生要创业，最快的捷径是借助风险资本的力量。你们才华横溢，有着非凡的想法，如果再得到风险资本的助力，效果一定是1+1>2.但是，同学们，你知道怎么获得风险资本的青睐吗?我的很多风险投资的朋友告诉我，他们就看两点：

第一，看商业模式。

第二，看团队，尤其是看团队核心人物是不是具备国际化素质。这其中最重要的一点就是英语交流与沟通的能力。你是否能向投资人提交规范的英文商业计划书?你是否能用地道、流利的英文向投资人决策人侃侃而谈你的商业梦想?你是否能够从容自如的和你的国际合作伙伴进行交流?这些看似不起眼的地方，往往决定了你的创业是否能够成功。所以，良好的英语能力，能够为你的创业插上腾飞的翅膀。

最后来说说考研和出国留学。这两条出路，都有着一个共同的门槛：英语考试。对于考研来说，根本原因就是你很难在专业课、政治科目上超出你的对手20多分，但是却可以在英语上领先别人一个数量级。2011年的考研人数是151万人，历史最高，在这种残酷的竞争中，英语多拿一分，意味着你可以干掉4000多个竞争对手，意味着你离中国的名校牛专业更近了一步，所以有句老话叫做考研就是考英语，至于你信不信，我不知道，反正我是信了。对于出国留学来说，情况更简单，如果你想去英国、加拿大、澳大利亚等英联邦国家，那么你得考雅思，如果你想去美国，那么你得考托福以及GRE，为了实现你留学世界名校的梦想，你必须得同英语进行长期艰苦的斗争。这是一场公平的较量，不论你是“富二代”还是家境贫寒，不论你是“官二代”还是平头百姓，决胜的关键因素之一就是英语能力。

同学们，胡老师给大家分析到这，你们应该清楚的看到，无论你大学毕业后要走哪条路，想要的结果是什么，都离不开英语能力的培养这一共同要素。所以，大学第一课，我要告诉大家的就是，不管你是什么专业、不管你将来选择哪条出路、也不管你喜欢不喜欢，英语能力的.培养，就是你大学四年一个极其重要和不能回避的目标。接下来的问题是，怎么实现?我再教大家一个方法，那就是目标分解，早做准备。

我想问问大家，英语课和马哲课的区别是什么?很简单，那就是马哲是能突击的，而英语只能积累。在中国应试教育的体制下，大家都变成了突击的高手，而不是打持久战的高手。你一定经历过考前一夜不睡狂背，第二天考完出来全忘的情景吧。但是，胡老师告诉大家，英语绝对不能这么学。我经常在新航道的课堂外碰到学生问我这样的问题：

“胡老师，雅思怎么才能上7分?”

我问：“你学了多久雅思了?“

答：“一个月了。”

我又问：“你什么时候考?”

答：“下个月。”

这个时候，我的内心总有一种无言的纠结，同时又涌起深深的惋惜。为什么我们的同学每次都要被逼到墙角的时候采开始临阵磨枪呢?为什么我们的同学都寄希望于各种投机的方法而不是认真踏实的早做准备呢?语言学习的规律之一就在于需要日积月累，水滴石穿，如果你做的事情总是违背语言习得规律的，又怎么能取得好成绩呢?所以，我希望大家从大一开始，就早做准备，提前学习。

比如，你想要的结果是大四上学期取得雅思7分的成绩，那么就把目标分解、细化。7分需要你掌握7500个左右的单词，如果你从进大学第一天就朝这个目标努力，那么你有3年的时间来搞定单词，分解到每一天就是7个单词。同学们，每天背7个单词要花你多少时间呢?5分钟!如果你等到考前2个月再来突击，那么每天要背125个单词，还有口语呢?阅读呢?写作呢?每天24小时全用上都不够，而且效果呢?但是你从现在做起，每天5分钟的单词，25分钟的阅读，15分钟的听力，15分钟的口语，累积起来，到你大四的时候就是一个巨大的竞争优势，你有着这样深厚的积累，无论选择哪条出路，无论应对哪种考试，又怎么可能考不好，怎么可能不犀利呢?
