not wanting his wife to be left out, he asked in his most subtle manor, \"what kind of corsage would most women wear to something like this?\"
\"oh, you know,\" she said.\"the kind that you wear on your wrist.\"
her husband asked, \"i wonder what would be the right color for such an event?\"

Hello, I`m Dai Pinyue from Cla 13 Grade 7, Do you know the story 《The cat and his oilcake 》? There is a little cat.He is very very lazy.He can‟t wash his face or eat by himself.The mother cat says: “My son, You are old enough to learn some skills.” But he says: “I can‟t.I‟m still young.”
One day, his mother has to go out.And she won‟t be back until the next day, So the little cat is at home alone（单独）.What can it do? He can do nothing.The mother cat thinks hard and gets a good idea.She makes a very big oilcake for her son.Then she hangs (挂)it around his neck for him to eat .Then mother leaves.The little cat sleeps very soon.And he begins to snore(打鼾).
A mouse comes out and wants to find some food.suddenly he hears the snores.He looks up and finds the sleeping cat.He is very afraid.He is going to run away when(这时) suddenly he smells the delicious oilcake. “How sweet it smells!” the mouse says to himself.And he wants to eat it very much.Then he goes up to the cat quietly.The little cat opens his eyes for a while.He see something walking to him.It has a pointed（尖的）mouth, small ears and silver（银色的） hairs and a long tail（尾巴）.The cat asks: “Who are you?” The mouse is very frightened at first, but then he closes his eyes quickly and thinks: “The other cats are busy catching us.But this one is just sleeping . What a lazy and foolish（笨的）cat! Now I‟ll play a trick on him: “ I … I … I‟m your good friend.I come to catch mice together with you.” The little cat turns over and says: “I can‟t do that.I just want to sleep.” Then he closes his eyes and sleeps again.The mouse is surprised and happy.He begins to enjoy the oilcake on the cat‟s neck.After eating, he can‟t help singing: “I‟m lucky and meet a lazy cat, Oh what a lucky day!” The cat sleeps till at last he wakes up.Now he is hungry and he wants to eat the oilcake.But there is not any oilcake any more, but he is so hungry.So he cries: “Mum…, mum …”.
Just then, mother cat comes home.She sees the cat crying and asks: “My child, why are you crying?”
“I‟m hungry!”
Mum says: “ You have eaten the big oilcake, you can‟t be so hungry.” “I didn‟t eat it and I can‟t find it now.” “But who comes here?” Mum asks.

our earth is so beautiful.i love our earth.i love four seasons in a year,too.that’s all.thank you very much. 之所以把孩子送到枣林学校读书，我想应该是经过深思熟虑，多方考察才做出的决定。这是对我们莫大的信任——您把孩子的前途寄希望到了枣林学校这片土地上。那么，我校到底有哪些地方赢得了大家的信任？招生老师告诉您的是否体现在了孩子的学习生活中了呢?下面我就来简单介绍我校的办学成果和教育特色。
（一）、办学成果
建校以来，凭借雄厚的师资力量和良好的教学环境，我校每年向浚县一中输送了数德才兼备的优秀学子。学校因此而被数体教育取得了丰硕的成果。
（二）、我校的办学特色：
1.严格管理。这是我校的立校之本和光荣传统，也是九年来学校不断向前发展的根本保证。我校除制订了科学全面的学生管理条例外，还特别强调学生必须遵守的校规校纪。严格管理在我校还主要体现在我们的“全员管理”上。所谓全员管理就是每一个老师都参与到学生日常德育管理之中。
2.素质教育。我校的素质教育不仅体现在课堂上，还展现于校园生活的方方面面。
3．校园文化和班级文化。为培养适应21世纪的新型人才，我校向来注重对学生自主管理能力的培养。为此，学校要求学生每周上交两张最好的钢笔字和两篇作文。提高学生的字体和写作能力。班级板报留给学生去办，老师作为指导，像我们班的板报都是学生班的。
二、教学改革开展情况。
学校是教学育人的地方，学习是学生的主业。下面就给大家谈谈
我校的教学改革情况。我校在教育理念和教学方式上坚决否定很多重点中学奉行的单一精英教育和应试教育，而推行全面型的教育，根据学生学习基础和个人特长，充分考虑家长和孩子的需求，真正体现了以人为本的教育理念，因材施教，提倡和实施自主学习的“枣林学校新课堂”教学改革。新课堂之“新”的内涵——
1.“六个鼓励”：鼓励学生预习、鼓励学生合作学习、鼓励学生质疑问难、鼓励学生当小老师、鼓励学生建错题集、鼓励学生自拟试题并交换测验。

三、下面我向您汇报我的班级管理理念和开学以来我们班的总体状况。
我经常和学生说：你要做一个正直，善良，脚踏实地的人，做事
要坚持，要做就做最好，你在我心里永远是孩子。
在我的心目中，初一（2）班是一个团结向上，拼搏进取的集体。课堂上学生认真听讲，举手发言，课下与老师是朋友，心灵倾诉，情感交流；与同学学习上你追我赶，公平竞争，生活中互相关心，互相帮助。
咱们班目前共有66个学生，来自全县几个乡镇，有屯子，王庄，善堂县城的，白寺乡等等生源地分散。另外，每个孩子都来自不同的家庭，受到的教育也千差万别。学生的性格、秉性各异，这就给教育管理带来一定的难度。但两个多月以来由于学校铁的管理和班级的严格要求，大部分学生都已养成了较好的生活、学习习惯，已经适应了枣林学校的校园生活。班级从整体上也打下了良好的基础，班风、学风都得到了较好的培育。开学之初，同学们就铆足了劲儿，要处处争创最优，5天军训，孩子们顶着烈日酷暑而训练，在汗水、泪水中磨练了坚强的意志；军训会操比赛中，同学们更是齐心协力，军训会操表演中取得很好的成绩；在过去的六周里，咱们班的各项工作走在年级前列。学生的生活、学习、集体活动，班级一直做得最好。在学校举行的普通话演讲中，七八年级为一组，我们班秦志敏同学荣获 努力的结果，当然也离不开诸位家长朋友的积极、密切的配合。
生活方面，学生在生活老师的严格要求和管理下，已经养成良好的生活习惯，自理能力普遍提高；原来在家从不知道如何整理家务的孩子，现在都能叠出一个类似漂亮的军被，打扫出一个干净整洁的屋子了。与人相处及交流、沟通能力也明显增强，而且孩子在独立环境下生活，性格毅力也得以培养，如 ??.同学，性格较为内向，经过一段时间的集体生活，也能和同学们打成一片，和谐相处了。??同学作为宿舍长，内务整理上，对自己高标准、严要求，并积极帮助同学进步，在生活方面给同学们树立了良好的榜样。
我们更关心的还是孩子的成绩。下面我就来谈谈孩子们的学习情况。开学以来，在学习方面，涌现出了一批勤奋好学，成绩优秀的同学，如：?等。给同学们树立了一个个生动的榜样。吸引和鼓舞了其他同学的斗志。另外在数学或英语学习上领先的同学
有??等同学，学习认真努力，取得了较大的进步；面对即将到来的期中考试，每个同学还都确定了自己的考试目标，制定了学习计划，现在同学们都在暗暗用劲，相互比拼，争取向更好的成绩迈进。，
针对一部分同学基础薄弱、接受能力慢的问题，学校和年级采取了一系列补弱措施，年级开设了英语、数学补弱班，我们的老师们也经常放弃课外活动乃至晚上的休息时间，义务为孩子们补课。语文老师张老师，英语老师池老师，每次考试后，我们都会在班级开考后分析总结会,让学生查找原因,树立信心,确定下次考试的目标。我和任课老师逐一找学生交谈，帮助孩子成长与提高。我们坚信每位学生都有
进步的空间可以开发，所以我们从不放弃成绩后进乃至很弱的同学。
针对一部分学生学习习惯不好，少数学生学习目的性不够明确，学习的自主性较差，缺乏自觉性，得别人督促。对于这种情况，我每一天都对他们的日常时间观念、纪律观念、学习信念等引导，加强，在班里经常利用班会，引导他们养成好的学习习惯，比如：课前提前3分中进教室的习惯、课前预习的习惯、上课好的坐姿、记笔记的习惯、作业按时完成的习惯、学会质疑的习惯，学会提出问题的习惯，每天读一篇好文章的习惯，同时让学生认识现实社会，对孩子进行理想教育，成功教育。前一段时间，有一个学生和我说，以前总认为学习就是给父母学，到现在才知道我考不好丢人、是不丢父母的脸的，是自己难受，学习是为自己学。
作为一个班级，她首先是一个团队，“团结与协作，拼搏与进取”是一个集体增强凝聚力，力争上游的必备要素。为树立同学们的集体观念和荣誉感，师生一起努力，进行了班级文化建设。
班级在发展中我注意学生思想的引领，开学至今，召开了《我到学校干什么？》、《我能行》《我要学与要我学》《从头再来》《今天学校以我为荣，明天学校送我好前程》等主题班会。通过召开主题班会使学生充分认识到中学的重要，学会中学的生活，学会中学的学习，学生都意识到时间的紧迫，学期初都制定了自己的奋斗目标，努力克制着自己，为实现自己的目标而勤奋学习。班级始终坚持每日反思制度，利用最后一节晚自习的最后三分钟，每位同学认真反思一天来在学习、纪律、卫生等各方面的表现，及时了解学生的动向，思想、学习等方面存在较大问题的，当天晚上回到学生宿舍就及时与学生沟
通，做他们的思想工作。
四、给家长的一些建议。
一、家庭教育要与学校教育保持一致，形成教育的合力。有些家长误以为孩子送到学校就可以全身而退了，事实不然，家庭教育同样重要。在现代社会里，家长必须依靠学校让孩子接受系统的知识学习，在这一点上，学校教育具有不可替代性。但是在孩子的品德教育、习惯养成、性格培养等方面，则需要家庭与学校的密切合作，才能完成。（６＋１＝０）学校不准学生留长发，吃零食，带首饰，带手机、贵重物品到校，请家长朋友们在这些方面紧密配合学校，做好对孩子的教育。同时还要正确处理涉及老师问题时的言传身教问题。要避免在孩子面前谈论老师的缺点与是非。“金无足赤，人无完人”,老师也是普通人，也会有性格,脾气等方面的缺点.对此，家长要客观正确的看待。如果在孩子面前经常谈教师的缺点，不仅会影响老师在孩子心目中的形象，也降低了老师对您孩子的教育效果，“信其师，方能听其道”。
二、不娇惯孩子、学会对孩子说“不”。
前苏联文学家高尔基曾经坦言：“溺爱是误入孩子口中的毒药。”父母对孩子过分的溺爱，言听计从，有求必应，看似“爱”，实则“害”，至少不是一种科学的爱。孩子自己能做的事，
父母不要代替，路终归要自己走。以色列也有句名言：再富不能富孩子“零花钱要50块，给100是一种害”。对于这种物质上的优越感带来的危害，教育专家一直在呼吁警惕。让孩子吃苦，培养孩子艰苦朴素对孩子成长是有利的。所以，请让我们学会对孩子说“不”。
学会对孩子说“不”还要体现在看待孩子的错误和看待老师的批评上。孩子犯错时，大多会向家长诉苦，表达委屈，此时我们应该先让孩子从自身找原因，尽量不要帮孩子说话，不然会纵容孩子的缺点。受到老师批评时，要让孩子分析：老师为什么批评你，是老师有意跟你过不去吗？自己有哪些不对的地方？让孩子学会首先从自身找原因，对孩子的成长是十分必要的。任何时候严格要求都是对孩子有利的，老师的批评教育是对孩子负责，表扬是爱，批评也是一种爱。
三、要正确看待孩子的学习成绩,别把分数当作衡量孩子的唯一标准。
时代变化了,社会衡量人才的标准也在变化，分数不能决定一切，高分未必高能力，只有综合素质全面发展，有较强的适应能力和创新能力的学生才能适应未来社会的竞争和挑战。爱因斯坦初中未能毕业、爱迪生小学被称为傻瓜，但他们却成为了伟大的科学家、发明家。所以我们应树立新的适应这个时代要求的人才观。您的孩子学习成绩好，并不意味着思想好、能力高，您的孩子暂时学习成绩落后，并不意味着思想差、能力低。我们要善于发现孩子身上的闪光点,激发孩子的潜能,相信每一个孩子都能长成参天大树。
这里还要给大家提醒一点,就是如何正确的看待孩子小学与中学的差异问题.最直接的就是考试的分数差,小学时成绩总是八九十,接近满分,我们习惯了孩子优异的分数；到了中学,有的孩子成绩一下子变成了七八十,六七十甚至更低,我们就会觉得不可思议,无法接受.其实分数的下降是正常的,是和孩子所处的学业阶段相吻合的。原因大概有这么几点:
1、是到了中学,学习的范围和容量一下子扩大了很多,功课由原来的语文数学两门增加到了七八门,学习内容多了,孩子的精力就被分散了。
2、是到了中学,学习的知识深度增加了很多,掌握知识的方法也有过去的记忆为主变为记忆理解运用相结合,对孩子的理解能力,吃苦精神提出了更高的要求。
3、是孩子年龄大了,又到了相对危险的青春期,对社会的关注增多,对自己的关注度也在急剧增加,换而言之,孩子的思想不再像小学时那样“单纯”,可能会考虑一些不该考虑的事情,这样精力又被分散了一部分。学习成绩自然就不像小学时看起来那样好了.但不是说有了这些原因,我们就要降低要求,我们会尽量减少外界因素对孩子的影响,加强正面引导,使孩子的精力主要用在学习上,提高孩子成绩。这离不开家长朋友的密切配合。
五、希望家长予以配合的几个方面：
1、我们家长应该多给孩子一点信心，做孩子成长的强有力的后盾。
由于孩子的个体差异，免不了孩子的成绩有好有坏，孩子由于不肯学习，导致成绩差，我们是该适当的批评，但是孩子很尽力，成绩却不怎么理想，我们更应该给他信心，多多加以鼓励，而不是一味的给他泼冷水，这样反而会使他对学习产生反感的情绪，面对成绩不理想的孩子，家长不应该一味的责备，更不应该放弃，我们该做的是跟他一起努力，帮助孩子想想怎样才能把成绩搞上去，多关心他的学习、生活情况，帮助孩子树立切合实际而又需通过努力可以达到的学习目
标，让孩子调整心态，积极向上。
2、教育孩子遵守纪律。
家有家法，校有校规，班级也有班级的纪律。这些规定和纪律，是同学们提高成绩的保证，孩子们只有好好的遵守这些纪律，才能够形成一个良性的班级，才能够在各方面提高自己。加强纪律观念，做到文明守纪，就显得格外必要。要教育孩子明白，一个懂得规矩，并且自觉地遵守规矩的人，才能够时刻按照规矩办事，才能够使自己进步。风筝要想飞得高，必须由底下的线牵引着，假如没有了这根束缚它的线，风筝只能掉在地上。人也是这样，不要幻想什么绝对的自由，绝对的自由带来的是绝对的放纵，是绝对没有什么好结果的。假如哪个孩子在遵守纪律方面做得不好，不仅仅是对自己的一种伤害，对于那些刻苦学习，一心求学的孩子来说也是一种伤害，对于我们班级也是一种伤害，这是我们不愿意看到的，也是绝对不允许的。
3、针对孩子的情况，及时和老师联系，及时沟通。
由于班级中学生比较多，作为班主任，我和各位家长的联系都不是很频繁，其他老师和家长交流的机会就更少了。我觉得在教育孩子的问题上，首先要了解孩子，在此基础上家长和老师们携起手来，把工作做到孩子的心坎上，做到真正有效果。家长朋友们多和老师们取得联系，一方面可以使我们大家的工作更加具有针对性，另一方面，也可以对孩子的进步有驱动力。有个别的孩子，家长、老师两头瞒，自己落得一个逍遥自在，结果可想而知。假如我们提前做好了孩子的工作，我想至少可以使他们更进步一些，这就需要我们进一步交流。家长要及时了解孩子每月在校的学习、纪律等情况，靠一次家长会，
解决不了什么根本性的问题，事实上想通过一次、二次的家长会解决很多问题也是不现实的。有特殊情况仍然需要家长通过电话或到学校等不同形式与老师联系，使得老师与家长的教育取得一致，形成一股合力。
4、树立人人成才和全面发展的观念。
