缩小到我们班，只有两个基本的事情要大家参与。第一，就是上课不要逃，期末不要挂，考级考证也要过。目的只有一个，顺利毕业。达到这个目的不是非常容易的，需要平时坚持。第二，是需要大家帮忙参加的活动，希望大家积极投入。大学人员都比较分散，一个学期下来活动也没有那么频繁，所以我觉得大家偶尔参加一下班级活动也不是什么难事。完成这两项工作，对大家很有好处，同时对这个集体也有好处。所以希望我们各取所需，共同进步。

我从没有担任过班干部，缺少经验．这是劣势，但正因为从未在“官场”混过，一身干净，没有“官相官态”，“官腔官气”；少的是畏首畏尾的私虑，多的是敢作敢为的闯劲．正因为我一向生活在最底层，从未有过“高高在上”的体验，对摆“官架子”看不惯，弄不来，就特别具有民主作风．因此，我的口号是“做一个彻底的平民班长”．班长应该是架在老师与同学之间的一座桥梁，能向老师提出同学们的合理建议，向同学们传达老师的苦衷．我保证做到在任何时候，任何情况下，都首先是“想同学们之所想，急同学们之所急”．当师生之间发生矛盾时，我一定明辨是非，敢于坚持原则．特别是当教师的说法或做法不尽正确时，我将敢于积极为同学们谋求正当的权益．

以身作则、率先垂范是一种 巨大的人格力量，会在战士中起到“此时无声胜有

个方面的带头人。
一、以身作则，是当好班长骨干的基础与前提。
一是做军事训练的带头人。军事训练是部队的中心工作，中心工作上不去，全
面建设就是一句空话。为此班长骨干要带好头。
二是做敬业奉献的带头人。用自己的安心，带动战士的安心；用自己的奉献带
动战士的奉献。班长骨干无声的行动能够深深地感染大家，能促使一些有消极 思想的战士能够安下心来，主动投自到连队的建设当中去。
三是做公正廉洁的带头人。“公生明，廉生威”。公道正派不仅是带兵人的要
求，更是带兵人的一种美德。在日常生活中，对待战士一视同仁，要做到五个
“不分”。即：不分亲疏、不分厚薄、不分贫富、不分地域、不分先后，坚持
“一碗水端平”，不徇私情，这样才能够战士们的信赖。
二、做好思想工作是谱好带兵、爱兵的心曲。
班长骨干如何去谱好爱兵曲，奏响主旋律，保证爱兵不跑调，关键要运用好“ 情、理、度、行、诚、帮”六字决。
“情”。即动之以情。带兵要讲感情、重感情和培养感情。感情深，万事通，
这是爱兵的前提。如果没有人情味，貌合心不合，是不可能爱兵的。为此，一
是要从新兵入伍开始培养感情。要针对新兵的特点，尊重新战士的人格，关心
新战士的心理，带领新战士走好第一步。二是要从端正对士兵的根本态度上动
真情。班长骨干要践行代表广大战士根本利益的基本要求看待战士做到“三不 三关注”。即：不把战士身上的时代特性当缺点，尊重他们的人格；不把战士
的个性特征当弱点，关注他们的心理；把战士的家庭困难当累赘，关注他们的 困难和需求。三是要从坚持原则上讲感情。班长骨干要大事讲原则，小事讲风
格，克服对个别战士的违纪问题大事化小，小事化了，甚至用感情代替原则，
搞哥们义气等弊端。
“理”。即：晓之以理。战士普遍比较年轻，阅历浅，世界观、人生观、价值
观还没有完全定型，易于冲动。为此，班长骨干要以理育兵。一是把做人的道 理讲清，使他们明智；二是把做事的道理讲透，使他们懂事；三是把当兵的意
义讲深，使他们安心；四是把部队的纪律讲明，使他们遵规守纪。这样战士才
能自觉做到什么可为，什么不可为。
“度”。即严而有度。传统的管理教育模式已经不完全适应新形势下部队发展 的需要。那么班长骨干在带兵上就要确立“四破四立”的思想。一是破除带兵
就是把兵管住、把人看牢的思维，确立带兵不断发现新问题，解决矛盾，真正
把兵的心拴住的思想；二是破除仅用条令条例、规章制度与行政手段约束战士 思想，创立家庭联动、环境熏陶与社会带动为一体的充人型管理体系；三是破 除不分对象施管，任务层层加码、标准随意提高，训练不分层次、教育没有主
次等简单粗暴型管理手段，树立“以兵为本、士兵第一”的带兵观念；四是破 除严而不爱、爱而不严的行为，确立依法带兵的观念。
“诚”。即：以诚相待。对待战士要诚实守信、对待战士要以心交心、对待战
士要用心换心。尊重战士，以自己的诚心换战士的真心。
“行”。即：身体力行。新形势下，战士的文化修养、个体素质、民主意识都
有了明显的提高，班长骨干的一言一行都 会引起战士的关注。为此，班长骨干 必须为人师表，言行一致。在工作、生活、学习中要当好“三种人”：一是理
论修养上要当战士的引路人。二是完成工作任务要做战士的带头人。三是生活 上要做战士的知心人。
“帮”。即：帮在根本。一是帮思想。通过帮助不断提高认识问题、分析问题
和明辨是非的能力。二是帮长远。班长骨干要引导战士学习成才，培养团结人 、理解人、容忍人的良好品格。三是帮立志。要勇于接受新知识、新事物的挑
战，培养吃苦耐劳、意志坚强的品质和乐观自信的人生态度。

过去有句老话叫：在家靠爹娘，当兵靠班长。的确，班长是军中之母，与战士朝夕相处，一言一行对战士有很强的影响力和感召力。
一。不管在集合站队班长都应该站在前头，值勤训练班长走在前头，脏活累活班长干在前头，落实条令班长抓在前头。
二是注意培养，让班长懂得怎样当好\"头\"。会讲、会教、会做思想工作
喊破嗓子，不如做出样子”。身教重于言教，行动就是无声的命令。班长骨干以身作则、率先垂范是一种 巨大的人格力量，会在战士中起到“此时无声胜有声”的作用。班长骨干要在日常生活中，叫响“看我的，跟我来”，敢于做三个方面的带头人。
一、以身作则，是当好班长骨干的基础与前提。
一是做军事训练的带头人。军事训练是部队的中心工作，中心工作上不去，全面建设就是一句空话。为此班长骨干要带好头。
二是做敬业奉献的带头人。用自己的安心，带动战士的安心；用自己的奉献带动战士的奉献。班长骨干无声的行动能够深深地感染大家，能促使一些有消极 思想的战士能够安下心来，主动投自到连队的建设当中去。
三是做公正廉洁的带头人。“公生明，廉生威”。公道正派不仅是带兵人的要求，更是带兵人的一种美德。在日常生活中，对待战士一视同仁，要做到五个“不分”。即：不分亲疏、不分厚薄、不分贫富、不分地域、不分先后，坚持“一碗水端平”，不徇私情，这样才能够战士们的信赖。
二、做好思想工作是谱好带兵、爱兵的心曲。
班长骨干如何去谱好爱兵曲，奏响主旋律，保证爱兵不跑调，关键要运用好“情、理、度、行、诚、帮”六字决。
“情”。即动之以情。带兵要讲感情、重感情和培养感情。感情深，万事通，这是爱兵的前提。如果没有人情味，貌合心不合，是不可能爱兵的。为此，一是要从新兵入伍开始培养感情。要针对新兵的特点，尊重新战士的人格，关心新战士的心理，带领新战士走好第一步。二是要从端正对士兵的根本态度上动真情。班长骨干要践行代表广大战士根本利益的基本要求看待战士做到“三不 三关注”。即：不把战士身上的时代特性当缺点，尊重他们的人格；不把战士的个性特征当弱点，关注他们的心理；把战士的家庭困难当累赘，关注他们的 困难和需求。三是要从坚持原则上讲感情。班长骨干要大事讲原则，小事讲风格，克服对个别战士的违纪问题大事化小，小事化了，甚至用感情代替原则，搞哥们义气等弊端。
“理”。即：晓之以理。战士普遍比较年轻，阅历浅，世界观、人生观、价值观还没有完全定型，易于冲动。为此，班长骨干要以理育兵。一是把做人的道 理讲清，使他们明智；二是把做事的道理讲透，使他们懂事；三是把当兵的意义讲深，使他们安心；四是把部队的纪律讲明，使他们遵规守纪。这样战士才能自觉做到什么可为，什么不可为。
“度”。即严而有度。传统的管理教育模式已经不完全适应新形势下部队发展 的需要。那么班长骨干在带兵上就要确立“四破四立”的思想。一是破除带兵就是把兵管住、把人看牢的思维，确立带兵不断发现新问题，解决矛盾，真正把兵的心拴住的思想；二是破除仅用条令条例、规章制度与行政手段约束战士 思想，创立家庭联动、环境熏陶与社会带动为一体的充人型管理体系；三是破 除不分对象施管，任务层层加码、标准随意提高，训练不分层次、教育没有主次等简单粗暴型管理手段，树立“以兵为本、士兵第一”的带兵观念；四是破
除严而不爱、爱而不严的行为，确立依法带兵的观念。
“诚”。即：以诚相待。对待战士要诚实守信、对待战士要以心交心、对待战士要用心换心。尊重战士，以自己的诚心换战士的真心。
“行”。即：身体力行。新形势下，战士的文化修养、个体素质、民主意识都有了明显的提高，班长骨干的一言一行都 会引起战士的关注。为此，班长骨干 必须为人师表，言行一致。在工作、生活、学习中要当好“三种人”：一是理论修养上要当战士的引路人。二是完成工作任务要做战士的带头人。三是生活 上要做战士的知心人。
“帮”。即：帮在根本。一是帮思想。通过帮助不断提高认识问题、分析问题和明辨是非的能力。二是帮长远。班长骨干要引导战士学习成才，培养团结人、理解人、容忍人的良好品格。三是帮立志。要勇于接受新知识、新事物的挑战，培养吃苦耐劳、意志坚强的品质和乐观自信的人生态度。
通过以上几点，我们班长骨干应在如何带好兵这样我们的班长骨干才能让战士 们信服，在日常管理工作中运用自如，连队工作才能不断前进。

This generation of Americans has been tested by crises that steeled our resolve and proved our resilience.A decade of war is now ending.An economic recovery has begun.America’s poibilities are limitle, for we poe all the qualities that this world without boundaries demands: youth and drive; diversity and openne; an endle capacity for risk and a gift for reinvention.My fellow Americans, we are made for this moment, and we will seize it – so long as we seize it together.

That is our generation’s task – to make these words, these rights, these values – of Life, and Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happine – real for every American.Being true to our founding documents does not require us to agree on every contour of life; it does not mean we will all define liberty in exactly the same way, or follow the same precise path to happine.Progre does not compel us to settle centuries-long debates about the role of government for all time – but it does require us to act in our time.
For now decisions are upon us, and we cannot afford delay.We cannot mistake absolutism for principle, or substitute spectacle for politics, or treat
name-calling as reasoned debate.We must act, knowing that our work will be imperfect.We must act, knowing that today’s victories will be only partial, and that it will be up to those who stand here in four years, and forty years, and four hundred years hence to advance the timele spirit once conferred to us in a spare Philadelphia hall.
My fellow Americans, the oath I have sworn before you today, like the one recited by others who serve in this Capitol, was an oath to God and country, not party or faction – and we must faithfully execute that pledge during the duration of our service.But the words I spoke today are not so different from the oath that is taken each time a soldier signs up for duty, or an immigrant realizes her dream.My oath is not so different from the pledge we all make to the flag that waves above and that fills our hearts with pride.
They are the words of citizens, and they represent our greatest hope.
You and I, as citizens, have the power to set this country’s course.
You and I, as citizens, have the obligation to shape the debates of our time – not only with the votes we cast, but with the voices we lift in defense of our most ancient values and enduring ideals.
Let each of us now embrace, with solemn duty and awesome joy, what is our lasting birthright.With common effort and common purpose, with paion and dedication, let us answer the call of history, and carry into an uncertain future that precious light of freedom.

环境学院雷锋班班长就职演讲 尊敬的老师，在座的诸位同学:
你们好! 今天,是环境学院雷锋班最隆重的一天,因为在党的生日这一天我们环境学院雷锋班将举行交接仪式.作为环境学院第二届雷锋班班长，在此我代表发言，深感荣幸，接下来我对我们为什么要学习雷锋精神以及第二届雷锋班的这一年度工作做以概括。 当雷锋精神开始受到争议时，当雷锋精神被认为过时，当雷锋被越来越多的年轻人所淡忘时，我们甚至不能确切的知道雷锋精神是什么。
处在社会转型阶段的我们，受各种文化的冲击，当我们无奈接受“被就业，被坚强”
时，当我们对各种拜金主义瞠目结舌时，让我们感受到的是文化对我们当代大学生的调侃，让我们分不清什么是真正的对与错，让我们不知道自己的人生底线是什么，不知道这个国家给我们的价值观是什么。
作为当代的大学生我们面对如此多的冲击，需要一种精神支持我们，需要一个信念来帮助我们，需要我们自己的人生底线。雷锋告诉我们，我们要具有螺丝钉的精神，干一行，爱一行，钻一行；要有一块砖的精神，那里需要我就往哪里搬；要有一团火的精神，对什么事情都要有热情，积极的面对生活，面对世界；要有一滴水的精神；融入团队，坚信团队的力量永远大于个人；
要有一片树叶的精神，不管自己处在什么样的位臵都要有一颗质朴的心。
雷锋是我们大学生学习的榜样,我们学习的不仅仅是他的乐于助人，无私奉献，更要学习他的内在精神。
当雷锋精神成为一种信念，当雷锋精神成为实际行动，我们将不会迷茫，我们将不会困惑，我们将知道什么是真正的美，什么是虚伪的丑，什么是我们应该做的，什么是我们不应该做的。
居其位，谋其事，我作为环境学院第二届雷锋班班长我将致力于做好以下几项工作：
第一思想建设，深入学习雷锋精神 ，做到以下几个方面：1学习雷锋精神“一
心向着党，向着社会主义的坚定的政治立场”，倡导雷锋班中的党员同学积极带动共青团员同学学习党的知识，发展更多的优秀学生党员。2学习雷锋精神“全心全意为人民服务，无私奉献的崇高思想”这也是我们雷锋班的主要宗旨，从身边的小事做起，全心全意为同学服务。3学习雷锋一个螺丝钉，一块砖，一团火，一滴水，一片树叶，的精神，立足于雷锋班成员内在修身4学习雷锋精神“刻苦学习和钻研理论的精神要求班级内每名同学学习成绩优秀，无挂科，无违纪现象出现5学习雷锋勤俭节约、艰苦奋斗的优良作风”。
第二组织建设，本班现有40人，班委会成员六人，年级负责人两人，班级干
部在班长带领下，分工明确，工作认真。同时班级有自己的QQ群，博客，飞信群。通过多方面的途径联络大家。
第三活动建设，在继承第一届雷锋班优良活动的基础上，巩固两个学习雷锋基地——1沈阳市世纪新城社区2沈阳建筑大学的各个实验室。同时拓展了两个基地一个社会实践基地——抚顺市雷锋纪念馆。一个理论学习基地—由文法学院老师定期讲授雷锋精神,丰富了我们的理论知识.同时本班将开展更具有创新意义的活动，致力于服务于人，文明修生。
学习雷锋精神不是说出来的，是要用实际行动来证实。在这一年的活动中我们会用实际行动证明我们的承诺，展现环境
学院第二届雷锋班的风采。最后我代表所有第一届第二届的雷锋班成员，感谢学校学院的老师对我们雷锋班的关照，谢谢你们。也希望在今后的学习工作中提出您宝贵的意见。

第19篇：就职演讲
亲爱的伙伴们：
大家下午好!
首先在这里,给大家分享个小故事,或许大家都听过: 在一条小街上，三个裁缝开了三家裁缝店，每一家都想招揽最多的客人。第一个裁缝挂出一块大牌子，上面写：我是本省最好的裁缝。第二个裁缝一看，觉得我要比他更高一点啊，于是做了一块更大的牌子，上面写着：我是全国最好的裁缝。 第三个裁缝想了想，难道我还能写是全世界最好的裁缝吗？想了半天，最后他做了一块很小的牌子挂出去，结果这条街上的客人都来了第三家，前两家变得冷冷清清。第三个裁缝的牌子写的是什么？上面写道：我是这条街上最好的裁缝。
也就是说，把视线收回到眼前，从当下做起，反而得到了人们的认可。
通过这个小故事，要求我们要按照自己的社会定位，从身边做起，从今天做起，从自己的眼下做起,把自己的专职任务做好,让自己成为内心完善的人。因为只有你的内心真正有了一种从容淡定，才能不被人生的起伏得失所左右。
接下来,分析下现在的我们.
在很长的一段时间里，我一直在想，我们到现在为止已经做了近3年的客房行业，按常理应该我们越做越有经验，越做越轻松才对，怎么觉得现在的我们找不到头绪，越做越觉得已经没有了当年的信心了呢?分析了很多原因,我觉得最根本的一个原因,就是我们大家的分工还不是很明确,之后就导致了执行力太差的问题,没有了执行力,问题就越攒越多,时间长了就成了大的问题.这些问题具体就体现了三大基本的东西:卫生,服务,硬件.一旦这些问题解决了,我想那些流逝的老客户还是会再回来的.
所以今天的这个会议,目的就是明确我们各自的职务,明确自己负责的工作任务,配合好上下级,扎扎实实的把自己的工作做好,加强我们的执行力.
那么我先说一下我的具体工作任务:有四方面,培训,监督,工程,人事.
我觉得,在这四个方面里,最主要的就是监督检查工作,以前的我,很多时候都不忍心的去主动指出下级工作不好的地方,就觉得不好意思,当实在看不出下去的时候,就用很不严厉的方式警告一下,久而久之,把他们都给贯坏了,所以工作就不认真起来,导致出现各方面的问题.在这里,我自我检讨一下之前工作太软的问题,在接下来的时间,我不会再那么软,我也不会留什么面子,工作就是工作,工作有问题就应该批评,也希望大家监督我,我想我会做的很好.
关于培训,我会和田经理,王磊,小惠他们配合来做,我这边多侧重的是情感上的培训;
关于工程,跟着装修了三家店了,最基本的东西也是很熟悉了,这个方面也请大家放心.
关于人事,招人,人员晋升调动,员工工资福利等等都是人事的范畴.首先还是抓住招人这个重点,招新人是个很头疼的问题,现在的很多年轻人,都怕吃苦,但不是没有办法,这个方面和上面情感培训就联系到了一起,我想一旦有新员工来,多去沟通,去关心员工生活方面的需求,会让员工有亲切感,归属感,我想留人的几率就大大提高了,这个方面我也要和运营部好好配合去工作.
明确好自己的任务了,接下来就要认认真真踏踏实实把当下的工作做好,也希望大家来监督我,有哪些方面做的不对的地方,也希望各位多多给我提意见,使我们共同成长.
讲到这里,我又想起上次演讲时给大家分享的魔方道理,我觉得这个道理很好,所以想再给大家分享一下,其实我们都是魔方上的一块颜色,你是红色,我是橙色,她是蓝色,只要我们找准了自己的位置,找准了自己和他人的关系,定位好自己,这样我们的魔方就恢复了六面统一的颜色,这个时候的我们是一个完美的团队,那个时候的我们是最美丽的.分享给大家,希望大家能明白其中的道理.
是金子都会发光的，在这里，我想说我们现在要做的不是金子，我们现在要做的是一颗小小的齿轮，只有相互配合，团结一致，共同作战，我想在不久的将来，我们都是一颗闪闪发光的齿轮。
最后我想用八个字来结束我这次的发言：风雨同行，同舟共济！

第20篇：就职演讲
同学们:今天，我站在这里，谦卑地接受摆在我们面前的重任。感谢你们寄托给我的信任。感谢我们的学长们为我们的今天所做出的贡献。我要感谢胡长城会长，感谢他对我们的英语风所做出的贡献，也感谢他在交接过程中所展示出来的慷慨大方和合作精神。
这些宣誓词存在于平和昌盛时期，也存在于风起云涌的动荡时期。这些时刻，美国都坚持下来了，不是因为那些身居要职的人所表现出来的技巧和形象，而是因为人民对先人理想的坚信，对立国纲领的信守。
过去如此。我们这一代的美国人也必将如此。
目前，我们正陷入危机当中。我们的国家处于战争状态，与仇恨和暴力抗争。一部分人的贪婪和不负责任，以及我们在抉择和准备民族新纪元时的集体失误，致使国家经济身陷囹圄。人们流离失所，公司大幅裁员，商店接连倒闭。卫生保健耗资惊人，学校教育败绩频频，每天都有更多的证据证明我们应用能源的方式实际上是在损己利人。
这些是数据和统计显示的危机征兆。不可测量却侵蚀了全民的自信——我们开始困扰美国的衰落是否不可避免，我们开始怀疑下一代是否终将风光不再。
今天，我告诉你们，我们面临的挑战是真实存在的。它们严重而繁琐。可能短期内不会遇见，但是美国与它们终将相遇。
今天，我们相聚在一起，因为我们选择了希望来克服恐惧，联合起来解决矛盾和是非。
今天，我们来到这里，宣告冤屈和虚伪诺言的终结，结束相互指责和一无是处的教条，解放长期以来被压制的政治。
我们是一个年轻的民族。圣经上说，时间用来摒弃幼稚。时间已经再度肯定了我们隐忍的精神；选择了我们更好的历史；推进了珍贵的礼物——代代相传的崇高理念: 上帝面前，人人平等而自由，人人都有权利追求自己的幸福。
再度肯定我们的民族是伟大的同时，我们必须理解，伟大不是赠予的，而是赢得的。我们并没有走捷径。这不是胆怯懦弱的人（那些好逸恶劳，追名逐利之徒）所走的路。

一次又一次，为了使我们过上更好的生活，他们奋斗牺牲，辛勤工作直到双手布满老茧。在他们眼里，美国超越了每个个体雄心的总和，超越了出身、财富和派系的差别。
这就是我们将继续的征程。我们仍然是地球上最繁荣富强的民族。在这场金融危机开始的时候，我们的劳动者的创造力并没有降低。
我们的思想仍然具有创造性，我们的产品和服务跟上周，上月，或者上一年一样有人需求。我们的能力从未衰退。

我要对那些望着我们的政府和人民说，不管你身处繁华的都市，还是位于像我父亲的出生地那样的小乡村:对于追求和平和尊严的民族、男人、女人和孩子，美国都是你们的朋友，我们已经准备好，在此引领世界。

我将于老朋友和先前的敌人一起，不遗余力地减轻核威胁，解决全球变暖问题。我们不会为我们的生活方式道歉，也不会动摇我们捍卫它的决心。对于那些通过恐怖活动和滥杀无辜来达到目的的人，告诉你们，我们的精神是强不可催的，你们不可能打败我们，而我们将打败你们。
多民族混居是我们的优势，而非劣势。我们的国家容乃了由基督徒，穆斯林，犹太人，印度人和无神论者。我们吸收了来自世界各个角落的语言和文化。因为我们经历过内战和种族隔离的痛苦，并且在黑暗中更加坚强和团结。我们无能为力但是相信旧恨终将终结，种族分隔终会消散。随着世界的联系越来越紧密，我们共同的人性将会显现，美国将会承担引领新的和平时代的重任。
对于穆斯林世界，基于共同的利益和对彼此的尊重，我们将寻求前进的新方式。对于那些只知道挑拨是非，指摘西方世界诟病的领导者，你们要知道，人民评判你是看你建立了什么，而不是看你毁灭了什么；对于那些依靠腐败欺诈压制异议而谋取权利的人，你们站在了历史的对立面；如果你们先松开握紧的拳头，我们也会伸出友谊之手。
对于贫穷国家的人们，我们保证与你们一起建设茂盛的农场和干净的水源，以滋养饥饿的身体和灵魂。对于那些像我们一样富饶的国家，我们再也不能漠视疆土之外的世界了，也不能不计后果地消耗世界的资源。世界已经变化了，我们必须随之变化。
