One Stage One Dream”
4月24日上午8：30，滨州学院外语系第一届英语主持人大赛暨英语角主持人选拔赛4号教学楼106教室拉开帷幕。外语系党委副书记牛爱之、系主任孟丽华、公共外语教学部主任赵林、硕士研究生苏玉鑫、资深教师张桂芝、崔珊、外语系各级辅导员出席此次大赛。 此次英语主持人大赛共有17位选手进入决赛，共设模拟主持、才艺展示、选手感言三个环节，专家评委分别从语言发音、技巧台风、综合印象、时间控制等四个方面评分。在第一轮模拟主持环节中，17位选手化身英文节目主持人，分别为观众们献上《English Speaking Contest》、《Film Travel》、《China Special》等十七场精彩播报；第二轮才艺展示环节，诙谐幽默的脱口秀、饱含深情的诗朗诵、活力四射的双节棍、rap及歌舞表演将现场气氛推向高潮，博得在场所有领导及观众的阵阵掌声；第三轮选手感言环节，17位选手共同走上舞台，深情阐述对于此次比赛的感受，并表达了对未来英语学习的美好愿望。
活动中，牛书记两度发言，热烈祝贺17名选手的优异表现，并同时指出选手们对此次英语主持人大赛应准确定位，把握关键，强调一切活动都应围绕学风建设展开，多做以提高大学生综合素质为宗旨的优质活动、品牌活动，最后牛书记用英文阐述奥运精神，鼓励选手们再接再厉，挑战自我。
赵主任在第一环节结束后进行点评，纠正选手们在口语中的个别错误发音，指出其比赛过程中的语法错误，使在座所有同学在观看比赛、收获快乐的同时，更在英语学习方面受益匪浅，最后他表达了自己对于外语系学生们的殷切祝愿。
经评审，蒋琳琳、王勋、陈思彤分获一等奖，刘群等三名选手分获二等奖，陈晨等四名选手分获三等奖。
此次活动在轻松活泼的氛围中有序进行，历时两个半小时。我校外语系团总支、外语系学生会、大学生英语爱好者协会参与组织此次大赛。

一、比赛规则
1、演讲顺序：比赛前抽签决定。
2、演讲时间：演讲时间不得超过5分钟，每超时10秒扣掉2分，不足10秒按10秒计算。
3、演讲比赛评分：采取100分制。
二、评分标准
1、演讲内容（40分）
主题鲜明、中心突出，结构严谨、层次清晰，内容正确、联系实际，选材典型、杜绝抄袭。
2、演讲有声语言(30分) 语音标准，声音洪亮，语速适当，语调仰扬顿挫，富有变化。
3、演讲态势技能(20分) 表情丰富，动作得体、手势自然，服装适宜。
4、整体效果（10分）
可脱稿演讲，节奏把握好，内涵与表情相结合，以情感人，以形传神，感染力强。 可用ppt辅助演讲。
三、评分办法
1、比赛设7名评委，现场打分；
2、去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，取平均分；
3、选手最后得分精确到小数点后一位，若出现同分，则精确到后两位，依此类推；
4、根据总分的高低评出特等、
