峨眉山市旅游学校班主任工作总结
我班为10级农业机械使用与维护2班，班级学生44名全为男生（俗称：光棍班）在本学期中主要的工作情况如下：
一、学生行为习惯的养成。
我班是一个新生班级，在开学之初，我们就确立了“行为决定习惯，习惯决定性格，性格决定命运”班级管理理念，我的班主任工作重点也就是培养学生良好的学习习惯、卫生习惯，行为习惯，礼仪习惯 。所以开学初我每天从早锻炼到晨扫到早自习课堂到课间操一直到晚就寝，一步都不放松，时刻盯紧他们。经过一个多月的努力，大部分学生都改掉了以前的坏习惯。迟到、早退现象没有了，打扫卫生也能积极主动了，因此一日常规的考核分数也就上去了。
二、班干部队伍的建设。
俗话说：火车跑得快必须车头带。同样的道理，要带好一个班级，班干部的作用是老师也无法取代的，所以，我在班级管理中特别重视班干部的选拔和培养。因此在本学期开学时，我没有急着定而是仔细观察了解后才慎重定下班干部。同时，班干部不能只是使用，还应该进行教育和培养。他们在班上起着领头羊的作用。我经常教育他们树立为集体服务的光荣感和责任感，要求他们努力学习、团结同学、以身作则，鼓励他们既要大胆工作，又要严格要求，注意工作方法。当然，也不能对他们过分苛求、指责，特别是在工作出现失误的时候。例如我班负责清洁卫生督促检查工作的劳动委员，起初对自己的工作老是忘记、不重视，我反复向他们讲述清洁卫生与班级精神风貌的内在联系，让他们重新怀着满腔的热情投入自己的工作中去，后来的情况表明，她的工作完成得相当不错！此外，我还坚持定期召开班干部会议，组织他们学会制订计划及具体措施，检查落实情况，总结得失，并加以改进，教会他们如何分辨是非，及时阻止同学中的不良行为。而对于班干部在班级中的不良行为，决不姑息，鼓励他们以身作则并带动其他同学，促进整个班级的管理。
三、树立班风，加强班级凝聚力。
一个班级如果有良好的班风，就会使学生团结一致，促进学生健康成长。这方面我一般采用晨间谈话，课间交流等多种方式，提高学生对班级的凝聚力。一开始班上有部分学生有劲不往一处使，自己想做什么就做什么，完全不会理会班级会怎么样？经过不断努力，班级中已经形成了“班荣我荣，班耻我耻”的团体思想意识，知道自己的行为举止不仅仅是自己一个人的行为，而是代表着10农机2班的整体形象。比如在校运动会时，我班有些运动员在前项比赛中受了伤，有一部分同学二话没说换了鞋子参加了比赛，并且跑出了好成绩，可以看出他们都尽了自己最大努力。再如，在我班值周时，有好几个学生都兴奋地跑来告诉我，说领导和一些老师表扬了他们，并且特别告诉我是表扬了10农机2班。班级受了表扬我很高兴，但更让我高兴的是学生的那一份集体荣誉感。
四、后进生的转化工作。
后进生的教育和管理历来是班主任工作的难点，却又是影响班级整体教育教学质量提高至关重要的一环。要想教育好学生，你先得把学生研究透，每个学生有每个学生的特点，你要知道他做些什么、想些什么，这样才可以想怎么让他接受你的教导。军法有云：知已知彼，百战不殆。要针对学生的特点，设身处地的以他能够接受的方式进行启发引导。其实，每个学生都想成为好学生，他们对老师充满了尊敬和依赖。但是每个学生的能力不一样，所擅长的东西也不一样，所以班级里不可能没有差的学生，所以对待要因材施教，在严格要求的同时，尽量多鼓励他们，多表扬他们，并尽可能多地让学生受到表扬，让他们感受到成功、感受到在学校学习和生活的乐趣，形成良性循环。我班吴彦捷同学由于提前分流时遗留的问题在开学没几天就受到了记过处分，为了避免他的“破罐子破摔”，事后我立即找他谈话。针对这种学生的心理，我不跟他谈处分问题，而是谈以后怎样撤消处分问题。然后平时经常找他给他敲敲警钟，加强心理疏导，同时，还创造条件和机会让他表现其优点和长处，及时表扬他，及时使他品尝到成功的欢乐和喜悦。经过一学期的努力，班上其他同学及任课教师反映吴彦捷同学已有了很大进步。
这是我一学期来做班主任的工作总结， 我知道可能还有一些工作没做到位，还有很多工作等着我去做。我想通过时间的磨练，我会吸取更多的班主任工作经验，用真诚对待事业，用爱心对待学生，用热情对待生活，用正义对待人生，把我的班主任工作做得更好。

2011年下学期学校工作即将结束，这一学期我认真落实党的教育方针、政策。在经过一个学期的帮扶等教育，班上的学生发生了很大的转变。下面对本班学生这半年的思想、生活、学习等情况进行总结。
一、思想上发生了转变。
1、老师的思想转变。各科老师在接触到这个班时就发现班上的学生各方面表现得都不如意，无论是行为纪律上还是完成任务方面，老师们思想情绪很大，甚至对班上的学生失去了信心。如果这种情绪继续延续，将会对今后班里的学生成长造成不利影响。为了扭转这种思想首先我积极、乐观，无论和老师谈论什么总是面带笑容，让老师们感觉到一点儿轻松；接着我经常和各位老师交流谈心，逐步打消老师们心中不悦的念头；再是我组成了以语、数、外三门主课为主的讨论小组，每周四的中午聚在办公室进行讨论，谈论本周班上出现的问题，然后确定转差培优重点对象，尽可能快地让学生在老师们心目中的印象得到改
观。
2、学生们的思想转变。七年级是刚从小学升入初中，很多方面依然是小学生的那种活跃思想，他们仍然是以愉乐为中心。因此，活泼的天性、好玩的思想仍然贯穿于课堂内外。但初中阶段的学生应该逐步从天真、活泼、可爱、好玩的思想转变成能独立思考，做事稳重、明事理、有一定的自我约束力、控制力的成熟过渡时期。为此，班会课上我逐步给他们讲解人生的理想观、价值观、审美观等。让他们明白学习的真正目的就是学会做人、学会做事。对于“突出”的学生经常进行个别谈心，解决思想上遇到的问题。
二、行为上的转变。
初一的学生小学生的天性在他们身上行为依然明显。暴露出很多不适合于中学生的行为，如:上课下课叽叽喳喳说个不停；发言不举手，插嘴现象严重；爱打小报告；为一点儿小事产生摩擦，甚至大打出手等等。作为一个中学生就应该丢掉这些。为了尽快让他们进入到中学生的行列，做了如下规定：
1、约法三章。我找来《中学生日常行为规范》、《弟子规》等，让学生们认真学习，不要求背诵但
要求熟知每一条的含义，并按规范行事。
2、组建班委会。选出班干部，让班干部帮助老师考评学生，对于犯错的学生进行指正，并做好记录。这样做的好处是既相互纠正毛病，丢掉不良行为，又能起到相互制约的作用。
3、班会课对本周的学生表现进行总体评价。对表现好的学生给予精神鼓励，对于表现不好的学生进
行批评教育。
4、语、数、外老师共同监督、教育。很多学生都只怕老师，为了改变学生心里这种想法，我把其他两科老师安成了副班主任。这样一来班主任和副班主任共同管理，学生就完全服从了。每周开一次会，会
议期间共同商讨对策及重点方向。
三、学习方式的转变。
以前学生学习的方式主要是老师说，学生做，老师主宰学生。根据生理学知识初中生逐步在成长，他们有了自己的思想，教育方式也应以“自我学习为主，老师教学为辅”的方式。初中一年级就是完成这一方式转变的主要阶段，转变的时间越短越好，最好是在上学期完成，这样有利于今后的教学。
1、我和班级课任老师共同探讨这种教学模式。目的是先让老师接受，再是各科齐头并进更有利于学
生的转变。
2、遇到问题单独谈心。对于个别老师或者学生不能立刻适应的，我单独找其谈话，帮助解决问题，
使其能够很快的融入到学生生活中。
3、以身示范。为了达到效果我带头做。规定每个学生带好字典，遇到不认识的单词或语法自己查找，自己读书，找出相关的语法知识供全班同学学习。
4、制定软环境。有的学生为了快速得到答案总是借鉴他人的，因此，我规定任何学生不得借他人的
任何学习用具或是参考他人的成果。
5、确立帮扶小组。同学之间有共同的语言，这有利于学习的开展。在班上组建了互助小组，相互讨论，共同学习。每组两人，各方面的条件相差无几，这有利于有共同的话题。
四、习惯上的转变。良好的习惯能够改变人一生。
1、写好字的习惯。写好一笔字不仅学生、老师看着舒服，对学生将来的一生更是有很大的好处，这一学期目前为止我们班上只有三名学生的字没有明显的改观，其他的变化都很大，很多学生的字可以和字
帖媲美。
2、读书的习惯。早上来了学生能够自己读或是学生领读相关的科目的书，目的是让学生养成一个读
书的良好习惯，去掉学生来了游手好闲的毛病。
3、自学的习惯。根据人的社会发展阶段来看，初中生要求有一定的自理能力，在学校要有自学的能力。班上的自习课我都要求学生自己通过查字典、找语法书等方式处理学习事务。
4、独立思考的习惯。有的学生喜欢参考他人的答案。因此，我和课任老师共同管理班级，无论课上、
课下都要求学生有自己的思考痕迹。
5、处理好个人和集体事务的好习惯。很多学生没有养成处理好个人和集体间的事情的习惯。比如值日，有的学生先完成自己的事情再去完成他负责的事情。养成了将有助于学生踏入社会后的集体观念的体
现。
五、能力的转变。
初一新生入校，很多方面的能力都存在不足，这将影响初中生的发展，经过近一学期的培养，班上
学生做人、做事的能力都有所提高。
1、责任意识的能力。入校后班上通过相互推荐和自我推荐的方式组建了班委会，明确了职责，要求每位班干部履行好自己范围内的责任。如：课代表提醒学生收发作业；提醒课前准备好上课的学习用具等
等。
2、自我管理的能力。对于学生各种行为除了班委会的考核外，还采取自我约束、自我管理的方式，
主要是培养学生的约束力。
3、学生的学习能力。包括学生的自学能力、小组讨论学习的能力、老师辅导下的学习能力都得到了
全面提升。
总之，初中一年级上学期是整个中学阶段的重要过渡时期，是由小学生的习性转变成熟时期的关键期，也是这个初中平稳生活、学习的开始。如果在起始阶段没有调整好，将会给后续工作带来困难，情况不好甚至会影响到学生的一生。我们班已经完成了过渡工作。

工作一年多，我现在是真真切切品味了教师工作的欢乐与心酸、收获与遗憾。初为人师，感慨颇深，感悟颇多。刚参加工作的我就担任了三年级班主任，对我来说任务十分艰巨。但经过一年多的努力与磨合，学生的学习和生活习惯都有了很大的进步。因此我想从以下几方面来谈谈自己的成长之路。 一：班主任工作
记得刚开始当班主任时，焦灼不堪，班主任的事多而杂，而急性子的我喜欢大事小事一把抓，常常是督促学生打扫清洁还没搞完，立马又转入检查他们的作业是否都完成，一会儿要强调这不许那不能做的，一会儿又要他们帮忙把这件事情做好那个任务完成，整天都忙的焦头烂额。那段时间，我觉得班主任的工作简直是世上最难做的工作了。好在学校的同事都非常友好热心，当我面对困难时，总有像“爸爸妈妈”一样的他们在工作方面给予我指导，传授经验给我，在生活上关心我，让我知道自己不是一个人在战斗。与此同时，学校领导也给班主任提供了许多学习机会，听名师讲座，学习心理辅导课，让自己学会从工作中减压。现在的我，即使工作再多，也不会像以前一样急的掉眼泪，每天我会写下当天要完成的事，然后分轻重缓急去一件件完成，养成了这个习惯后，我的工作效率比以前提高了不少。班主任工作的完成还要获得学生与家长的支持和理解。光有自己的一腔热血是完成不好班主任工作的。记得刚开始时，我只会用命令的口吻去要求学生该干什么不能干什么，如果他们没做好我就会严厉的批评。但有些叛逆的学生反倒和我专门对着干。现在，我慢慢摸索出来了，光批评有时是行不通的，于是我开始采用“糖衣炮弹”的迂回战术。当他们表现好我会奖励他们一节户外活动课，一些小零食，晚自习一起观看电影等来“诱惑”他们；当然，他们犯了错误我也会严厉的批评与处罚，做到奖罚分明。现在他们会主动负责的搞好清洁，互相督促拖交作业的同学，主动制止违反纪律的行为等。 二：英语教学工作
最初的英语教学工作也是，理想的备课与实际的课堂总是有很大的差距，本以为读了那么多书，教个小学生那肯定是小菜一碟，可教了半个月才发觉自己的幼稚，自己需要学习的地方太多了，因此我开始认真阅读各种参考书，结合自己的经验与学生学习情况写适合自己课堂的教案，在教他们知识的同时也对他们进行思想教育，使他们认识到学习的重要性，帮助他们树立学好各科知识的信心。另外我也经常听其他老师的课，我认为向我这样的年轻老师，只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验，所以我对每一次打磨比赛和区级比赛的听课机会都十分珍惜，在听课中思考找出自己的不足之处。在我自己的课堂上，我运用实物教具、手势语言和情景教学等方法来启发学生。教学生做游戏、唱英文歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣，鼓励学生在课堂中动起来，大胆模仿展示自己。当他们有不会读的词或句子，我总是不厌其烦的一遍遍领读，还想方设法的玩花样读，力争让每一位学生都能听懂会说。作业方面。我习惯亲自批改并详细做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班统一讲解，而针对个别学生的作业还采取面批面改。另外我从三年级开始就要求上完新课都要去组长那朗读当天学过的新内容，读的不好或没读就会被请到办公室读，早自习要求每位学生都要背诵学过的课文和单词，抄写单词一排写错一个要更正并重新写一排，这些要求看起来苛刻，但现在早自习他们已形成了自觉背书的好习惯，不管我在不在场；翻开他们的作业本，每一本都干干净净字迹工工整整。我想以后的他们一定会感谢自己现在的付出。
毋庸置疑，当一名班主任加英语老师是非常辛苦的，但也很幸福。因为有了学生的喜欢和同事、家人的理解与支持，才使我们班在工作中有了不竭的动力。在以后的日子里，我将继续努力做好各项教学和班主任工作，努力开发快乐课堂。让自己教的幸福，学生学得开心。
第12篇：商贸英语班主任工作总结
一、抓班风学风。
对学生进行校纪校规教育，为了抓到课率，建立学生个人纪律考勤档案，找个别学生谈话，严重者与家长联系。为了抓学风，入学时对学生进行学习观念转变教育，帮助他们培养学习兴趣，在学习方法上加以指导，时时提醒他们走出校门的严峻环境，使同学们时时有一种压力，有一种危机感，并实实在在地感到不学不行。
二、抓班级卫生、文化。采取“责任到人”的形式，保持教室及卫生区始终干净，班级文化特色化，如“英语角”等。
三、狠抓住校生管理。
经常了解住校生情况，经常提醒住校生该注意的问题。配合宿舍管理工作。我班因此有四个入选“文明宿舍”。
四、对学生进行“言行修为”教育。
作为一名大学生，该管理好自己的“口”和“手”。培养他们良好的言行举止。使他们尊重师长，团结互助。
五、积极配合校搞好评选优秀学生工作。
我班此次评选中，获市级“三好”学生一名，校优秀学生10人次。本着学生以“学习”为重的宗旨，对平时踏踏实实，处处起带头作用的学生优先进行考虑，对基础差，但取得较大进步的同学进行表彰，以此进一步助学风。
六、配合团委搞好入党申请工作。
我班有5人积极向党靠拢。
七、积极配合学校开展运动会。
我班有两名同学打破两项校纪录，取得良好成绩。
八、抓同学的课外活动，鼓励同学多开展丰富，健康的业余活动。
重要有以下几点：“英语角”，“英语朗诵”等活动。由我班同学牵头组织。其中英语朗诵获包括一等在内4名。我班还为广播站做了大量工作。年度投搞件数名全校第一，获“优秀投稿人”一名，“优秀记者”一名，“优秀主持人”一名，“优秀播间员”一名，“优秀报道奖”一名。在“读书与创新”投稿征文中，我班获一等奖一名，鼓励将一名，在《读书与创新》演讲比赛中包括二等奖在内共有4名同学获奖。在辩论赛中我班获“优秀辩手”一名，在市教委“迎澳门回归”知识竞赛中获二等奖一名，在积极鼓励同学投稿《电大报》，其中两篇上报，在校文艺汇演中，我班获一等奖。通过鼓励同学多参加这些活动，既丰富了他们的业余生活也极大地锻炼了他们动手动口的能力。

2012—2013学期
记得一个优秀班主任在做经验报告的时说：：班主任在，学生能做好，是一个基本合格的班主任；班主任不在，学生能做好，是一个优秀的班主任；班主任在，学生仍不能做好，则是一个失败的班主任。对于我这样一个没有任何班主任经验的人来说，一切都是在摸索和学习中进行的。
下面，我就谈谈我2012—2013学期英语1201班班主任的具体工作和具体做法。
一．开学三步曲
在新生入校的第一天，我设计了两个活动：
1．自我介绍，由于学生的专业是商务英语，于是我采取用英文自我介绍的方法，每个同学用一分钟的时间介绍自己，姓名，年龄，爱好，特长，愿望。主要是给学生一个锻炼机会，让每一个学生敢于站在讲台面对大家讲话，要讲的精练，生动，精彩，令人难忘。
2．竞争班干部。每个同学都可以来竞争一个职位。主要是培养学生的竞争意识，挑战意识，领袖意识和参于班级管理的主人翁意识。

在军训的时候，在学校组织的“讲文明 知礼仪 树新风”的活动
中，我们都力争做到最好，无论是在艰苦的训练中，还是在平时的学习中，我们都有一个共同的信念：做最好的自己，创最好的集体。并以此为主题，开展系列“讲文明 知礼仪 树新风”演讲比赛，同学们踊跃参与，演讲生动感人。
二．创特色班级
特色之一：明确育人的目的：正直，善良，智慧，健康。
我认为，成人比成材更重要，要培养对社会有用的人，要让学生成为建设祖国的栋梁，必须要有强烈的社会责任感，积极向上的团队合作精神，丰富的文化科学知识以及健康的身体和心理。
我时常召开内容丰富多彩的班会。比如“个人修养养成”、“我的安全、我做主”、“创建文明校园”、“军事理论学习”、“集体：一荣俱荣、一辱俱辱”等话题。让同学们明白我们是国家未来的主人，祖国的兴亡和我们每一个人有着很密切的联系，爱国，就要从身边的每一件小事做起，捡起地上的一片纸屑，不闯红灯，帮助同学，遵守纪律，爱护集体等等，都是爱国的行动。
通过这样的教育，同学们的思想觉悟有了很大的提高。在运动会结束的时候，同学们看到草坪上有很多表演时留下的彩纸，就主动要求留下来捡，全班同学都自觉的参加了这类话题活动，受到了大会的表扬。
特色之二：有较强的组织纪律性
1．规范早操，午休，晚自习的纪律
早操：每日准时早6:40集合，集体做广播体操
午休：分时间段安排学生复习功课，写作业，休息。由指定的学生负责。
晚自习：要求学生必须安安静静的上自习，不准说话，下位，开始的时候要求要到位，处理要严，等学生养成了好习惯就可以让班长管理了。
2．狠抓课堂纪律，养成良好的学习习惯
要求学生“学会倾听”，在课堂上，尊重老师的劳动，尊重知识，也遵守了纪律。
要求学生要放得开，收得住。要配合老师上好每一节课。由学习委员每天总结当天的纪律情况，班主任备案。 特色之三：注重能力的培养和锻炼
为了培养同学们的竞争意识，为了给更多的同学锻炼的机会，我们进行了第二次班干部竞选，组成了两套新的班委会，让他们互相监督，互相学习，轮流执政。在这种氛围下，班干部的工作很尽心，很认真，很负责任。
我把晚自习分给各个班干部，让他们组织讲课，讲题，听写，默写。这样，即锻炼了能力，又树立了威信。
我们还策划了很多的活动，如：主题班会，大合唱，演讲比赛等
等，这些活动，都教给班干部们自己组织安排，既锻炼了能力，又给班级带来了活力，还给同学们带来了很多的快乐！
特色之四：注重师生的情感交流
没有交流，就没有教育，就没有感悟，就没有情感。
军训的时候，同学们不适应，想家，于是，我就常常到宿舍里陪他们聊天，开解并开导他们。利用课间和学生一起游戏，谈笑；利用午饭的时间和学生一起沟通思想，了解情况。利用放学后的时间和学生谈心，交流。
学生病了，我也利用休息时间去看望他；学生犯错了，我会静下心来了解情况，把事情教给学生自己处理，往往会有意想不到的效果。 特色之五：和家长成为朋友
我认为和家长的沟通是很重要的，而且，家长也需要学习，需要和孩子共同成长。
由于大学当中的学生大多来自五湖四海，和家长亲自见面机会很少，我会时常通过电话和学生家长取得沟通，向他们汇报孩子在学校的表现以及遇到的问题。希望通过与家长的沟通，促学促教。尤其针对问题学生，与家长保持密切的沟通，了解学生的过往对帮助学生解决心理问题很有帮助，同时也让家长第一时间了解到自己孩子的状况，以便随时配合学校帮助问题学生。
三．班主任随想
当班主任很累，事情很琐碎，很操心，有的时候还会很心烦，这
都是免不了的，但是，当你走上讲台，看到那一双双求知的眼睛，当你看到你的学生在你教育下有了很大的改变，当你被学生围着快乐的谈笑，当学生把你当成最好的朋友，当家长打电话来告诉你，孩子变了，变的懂事听话了……那快乐是从心里往外涌的。
班主任要用个人的魅力征服学生，要用自己的热情和朝气去感染学生，无论是服装还是言谈，都会对学生产生很大的影响。
班主任工作是很有挑战性的工作，每一个学生都是一个世界，要想成为每一个学生的朋友，要想得到每一个学生的信任，需要付出很多的心血。但是，这一切都很值得，因为，你得到的将是一个美丽的世界！
作为一名初出茅庐的新班主任，在工作上还需要领导和前辈的指导和关心，希望能将班主任的工作做到更好。

感悟青春 共同成长
苏霍姆林斯基曾经这样说过：“一个好老师意味着什么？首先意味着他是这样一个人，他热爱孩子，感到和孩子在一起交往是一种乐趣，相信每个孩子都能成为好人，善于跟他们交朋友，关心孩子们的快乐和悲伤，了解孩子的心灵。”特别是班主任老师，他的爱心能充分地尊重每一个学生，他的爱也会让每一学生健康幸福的成长。追求幸福是每个人的毕生所求，而我也把幸福作为我的人生主题，因为我认为感到幸福的人，其人生也总是快乐和阳光的，感到幸福的人，也才会给身边的人更多的幸福。做班主任工作以来，我对学生是真诚的，我爱他们，同时也获得了学生的尊敬。虽然时常会为他们的不懂事而烦恼，但更多的时间我感觉到的是幸福，因为我知道对于班主任而言，是否能时时处处感觉到幸福不仅仅影响着他本人的人生是否快乐，更影响着学生，只有班主任幸福，学生才会感到幸福。
九月份，学校因抗震加固而安排学生进行教学实习时，我班学生是在其他专业同学已经实习一周的情况下，陆续被分配到亨通事达旅游公司、上方山景区、云居寺景区进行教学实习，我们不仅在实习前对他们进行了相关教育工作，而且由学校派车亲自把他们送到了实习地点，自此之后，每天由学生汇报当天的工作情况，接到学生电话，反映实习问题、苦恼，做学生的工作，与实习单位的领导联系，与家长联系，已成为了家常便饭。而往返花费近5个小时的时间，到云居寺、上方山回访，更成了我的工作重点。当我提着满满一袋吃的，坐了将近两个半小时的车程到达上方山，而学生在上面的云水洞讲解不能下山，我只能自己做缆车上山，我是恐高的，同时也没有自己坐过缆车的，当我坐在越升越高的缆车里，看着大地离我越来越远，缆车在行走的过程中不断发出吱吱呀呀的声音，而且由于山势的陡峭，缆车的速度又突然变慢的时候，我的心真的就玄在了嗓子眼，似乎一张嘴，心就掉出来了，是、实在是害怕极了，我就闭住眼睛，心里暗暗发誓“我再也不来上方山了！”好不容易到了山顶，看到胡晓磊满面笑容的迎接我，当我问到赵金月时，才看到他在一个深沟里面清理垃圾。当洞长看到我给孩子们带来的一堆好吃的时，笑着对我说“老师，您放心吧，孩子们在这干的都挺好的，我们都挺喜欢他们的，他们都这么大了，还给他们买吃的啊？”胡晓磊立刻就说道“您不知道，这不仅是我们的老师，更是我们的曹妈妈！”看到的是懂事的孩子，听到的对他们的夸奖，刚上来时的恐惧已经消失了，如果有人问还要不要再来上方山的时候，我的回答一定是肯定的，一股股爱的暖意在我们之间传递。
千里之堤，溃于蚁穴，细节决定成败。班主任工作本来就繁杂琐碎，每个学生都有自己的个性特点，气质、性格、兴趣也千差万别；所以要想搞好班级管理里，那么必须从细节处入手，多观察学生的言行。及时发现问题，予以解决。实践证明：行为养成习惯—习惯形成品质—品质决定命运，因此看似小问题、小事情、小错误……等等小细节也绝不能迁就。把简单的事情做好就是不简单；把平凡的事情做好就是不平凡。在班级管理中，班主任应注重从班级的小事抓好日常管理；这是班级工作的基础，日常管理中要做好学习常规、行为常规等常规管理。本学期，由于教学环境的改变，学生对卫生情况有了更多的关注。最初学生发现，用学校发的墩布脱完地，只要地面有水有人踩过去地面又变得异常脏，刘佳说“老师，咱们买一个吸水的墩布吧，那样地就干净了，再买点垃圾袋，这样卫生就容易保持了”“好”中午赵莹就把墩布买回来了。第二天早读，我刚走到班级门口，就发现安迪拿着新买的墩布在认真地墩地，这样的事情，在上学期怎么可能发生在安迪身上？自从班里有了这把墩布，大家都争着用它擦地，可以说这学期班级卫生大有起色。又一个早晨我走进教室，发现后边的桌椅摆放的非常整齐，安迪拿着笤帚在扫地，一看到我，高兴的对我说“老师，您看干净吗？我和冯茵、王婧、刘佳擦了两遍才弄干净的。”“真是太好了，鼓掌！”安迪稍有些不好意思的笑了，其实，老师也好，学生也好，都是非常容易就满足的。
请耐心等待一会，花儿就要开了。——教师要学会倾听。
苏霍姆林斯基说过：“教育艺术的基础在于教师能够在多种程度上理解和感觉到学生的内心世界。”倾吐不失为一种最好的方法，我们教师应该积极去听，与学生交谈，从中了解学生的某些动向，可不少教师总认为学生是小孩子，不乐于倾听他们的谈话，特别是学生犯错误时，更是不给他们说话的机会，任凭自己对学生大加训斥，这样很不利于教育好学生，我自己也有这样的缺陷。学校强调学生不准迟到，我平时也是这样要求学生的，但有的学生就是总是犯这样的错误，有一次，上课铃都响过了，班里的胡晓磊还没来，我焦急的站在楼上往下看，也没看到人影儿， “报告”，一看到他，我的气就不打一处来，他经常迟到，我昨天找她谈话时，他保证说再也不迟到了。我狠狠地瞪了他一眼，“老师，我在路上……”“你又在路上磨蹭，你看，都几点了。”我没等他说完，便接过他的话头训斥了他一顿，然后就让他站在门口，再也不理会他了，课后才了解到，他姨夫生病了，他昨天晚上帮忙照顾病人，早晨才稍稍睡了一会，所以才来晚了。知道事情的真相后，我后悔自己没有听完他说的话，我当着全班同学的面表扬了她，并向他道了歉，他很诚恳地说：“老师，这没什么，谁让我以前老爱迟到呢。”反思一下：作为教师，有时凭自己的主观判断去对待学生实在不应该，工作再忙，也要给学生说话的机会，也要尊重他们的人格，认真倾听他们的说话。古人云：人之相交，贵在交心。所以，教师要放下架子，利用一切可以利用的时间、机会听听学生们的心声，听听他们的想法，注意他们的情感变化，让学生充分显示自己的内心世界，使学生真切地感受到教师的关爱.虽然，我的工作还有许多的不足，也还有许多的工作等着我去做，但是我坚信人间自有真情在，只要对学生真诚相待，用爱心去浇灌每一个生命，让所有的学生沐浴在爱的光辉下，他们一定能感受的到，一定能有所感悟，哪怕这种感悟来的有些迟，迟到他们离开学校进入社会才有所发现，那应该也为迟不晚吧。每当听到毕业的学生说后悔过去那么不懂事，后悔不听老师的话，那不恰恰证明他承认了老师的付出，承认了自己的错误，他知道自己现在该怎么做了吗？每每这个时候，我总能感觉到自己的幸福，因为我教的学生又“长大”了，懂事了，同时也证明了自己作为一个教师存在的价值。
这就是我的幸福。体现在对学生的理解和关怀中,体现在学生的成长中,体现在自己对教育事业的真诚奉献中,体现在学生对我的真诚热爱中。学生快乐我幸福，学生进步我幸福，学生成功我幸福。

在经济管理学院迎来2007级旅游管理专业新生半年之际，作为旅游管理专业2007级班主任，为了能够在新的学期能够更好的工作，及时地总结经验、教训，特总结前段工作如下：
一、努力抓好学生思想教育工作
新生入学的初始阶段是一个学生思想、情绪波动较大的一个时期。因此此时的学生工作主要着重进行思想教育。
首先，我们对学生的日常行为习惯养成教育，及时抓住学生点滴的情绪变化，及时解决问题。许多学生开始在思想上出现了极大的变化，尤其是经历由高中到大学的转换期，产生的问题很多。作为一名班主任老师，我适时地在学期伊始之际，召开班会，重新让学生进行学习，并体会遵守规范的重要，从思想上给学生以深刻的认识。在实际工作中，抓住日常学习生活中的课堂纪律、出勤情况、对同学进行“换位”思考，并进行积极教育，让学生在反省中受教育，得真知，约束自己，培养自己良好的行为习惯。尤其是针对少数出现思想复杂、偏激、情绪不稳定、多变现象的学生，及时地发现存在的问题，同学生进行谈心，而及时解决问题。同时，积极开展文体活动，丰富学生的课余生活，使体会到大学生活的生机和多彩，引导学生积极参与各项院、系组织的活动，尽可能的调整他们的心态，积极的投身于班级的各种活动中。
其次，积极培养学生的正确的人生观、价值观，并会同各学科老师多方面、多角度地激发学生地学习兴趣，掌握科学的学习方法，提高学习成绩。
第三，尽我所能，减轻和缓解同学在异地求学的不适感思乡之情。组织“十一”国庆期间因路途遥远而不能回家的同学集体活动，使其能够在与其他同学共同参与、相互交流、娱乐的一片热闹和祥和的氛围中度过来到延边大学的第一个“十一”长假。既排解了思乡之情又增加了新同学之间的相互了解。
二、积极配合学院学生工作的开展
积极配合各学科教师管理好学生，探讨教育学生的方法，用大家的智慧解决问题，积极的向各位教师学习先进的班级管理、学生教育的经验，取得了较好的效果。
特别是在新学期开始，同学们还没有形成对大学学习、生活规律和方法的一个基本认识，作为班主任，我对学生进行了集体谈话和交流，适时地将院里有关部门对我校学生学习成绩、考试、学生活动等细节的管理办法和指导思想传达给全体2007级旅游管理学生。当然，在学期初的入学教育考试中，我班存在个别同学违反相关考试规定的现象，在接受了相应惩罚措施的同时，我对这几名同学进行了及时的思想工作，让学生写出2000字的检讨，给学生一个改过自省的机会。同学都坚决表示不会再出现此类现象。
三、积极开展班级集体活动
首先，积极在班内开展“我为什么来学习”的大讨论，使学生在大家的关注中表达出自己的理想，提早为自己的大学四年生活和学习树立目标。针对中学生此阶段的心理状况，适时的抓住学生中存在的问题，开展各种形式的班级讨论会、演讲会、读书报告会、征文比赛、知识问答赛等活动，还有就是同部分学生谈心地方式，并结合语文学科的特点及时的让学生在写出个人的短期、长期目标，树立自己的正
确的人生观、世界观。激发了他们的学习兴趣。与此同时，增强了学生的个人竞争，也锻炼了学生的能力。
与此同时，积极同家长联系，及时了解、掌握学生情况，共同管理教育学生。从家长处及时得到更多学生信息，并及时的了解、掌握学生情况，达到共同管理教育学生的目的。
四、完善班级的管理制度，将竞争机制引入班级管理当中
班级实行竞选与班级考察相结合，实施班主任助理的手法，锻炼学生的自理自立能力。同时将权利下放，在开展各种活动时，积极发动学生，创设各种机会，给学生以自己活动的自由空间，积极提高学生的能力。
五、不足
当然也有问题存在：在管理方面，还欠缺更加科学、民主；学生的知识能力层次不一，落后面大，在处理问题时还有一些急躁，对于学生的部分心理，还不能更好的掌握，关心、爱护学生还不能够全面到位。在今后的工作中，我将继续努力，争取更优异的成绩。

Introduction:

Procedure:
1000 questionnaires were iued, of which 920 were returned, and 834 were valid responses.A sheet summarizing the positive and negative responses of the questionnaires has been analyzed.
Findings:
1.Respondents information from questionnaires:
1.The experienced tourists have 46% of below 23 years old, and 36% of 24~40
age, only 18% of above 41 years old .
2.The most often to travel is institutions’ employees.Teachers and students travel
increasing during summer and winter holidays.
3.Men choose the great wall as destinations more than women.
