使用google可以检验你的表达是中式的还是native的,因为如果表达非常中式,search bar下面会蹦出好多中英夹杂的网站链接,那么就直接否定掉。

笔者曾经翻译过一个词“班主任”,很遗憾美国的高中并不设有这样一项职位,网络上有译为teacher in charge of the cla,这属于纯粹的“意”译。外国人仍然不能第一眼看明白。于是,笔者从班主任的功能出发,想到了supervisor一词,然后再次google,非常让人兴奋的是cla supervisor一词有很多uk和美国的链接,而且supervisor是监督之意,符合班主任之职责。

使用柯林斯英英字典的理由是,他给出的英文解释和例句能够消除英汉字典中中文解释的歧义。e.g.challenge the authority在英文中用来形容英勇的行为,有较强的感情色彩,不宜修饰学生,若修饰学生直接使用 the courage to question就好,中性且无异议。

二、作者简介及写作背景:

徐志摩(1896-1931),浙江海宁人,笔名云中鹤、南湖、诗哲,1920年赴英国,就读于剑桥大学,攻读博士学位。期间邂逅了林徽因,度过了一段美好的留学时光。1931年11月19日,从南京至北平,乘飞机失事,不幸遇难,死于泰山脚下,时年35岁。

胡适说,徐志摩的人生观里只有三个大字:一个是爱,一个是自由,一个是美。他的作品就是这种精神的融合与体现。今天我们就来一起走进徐志摩的内心世界。

《再别康桥》是诗人1928年第三次漫游欧洲,再回母校,故地重游所作。

1、提问:这首诗抒发了作者一种怎样的感情?

依依惜别的感情,也就是《再》中的“别”。诗歌记下了诗人1928年秋重到英国、再别康桥的情感体验,表现了一种含着淡淡忧愁的离情别绪 。

2、刚才我们提到了很多关于别离的诗歌,如果我们把这些诗歌和徐志摩的这首诗比较一下,在送别的对象上有什么不一样呢?

明确:一般离别诗离别的是人,这首诗离别的却不是人,是“西天的云彩”。

3、明明是“再别康桥”为何只说“作别西天的云彩”? ——借代指康桥美好的一切。用康桥太直接,这样更诗意。 一般离别诗离别的是人,而此首确是“西天的云彩”,告别人间向自然景物转移,给人清新飘逸之感。

六、朗读诗歌,体会作者离别的情感

1.先推选一位同学朗读,请其他同学简单评价;2.通过朗读,感悟作者在即将离开康桥时的情感。

讨论后明确:作者主要表达了对康桥的“殷殷的挚爱,深深的依恋”之情。

(1)意象:“云彩、金柳、柔波、青荇、青草、星辉”等: 作用:诗人告别康桥时,避开送行的人,周围的高楼大厦,车水马龙等平常物象,而选取云彩等自然景物,避开了人间烟火,营造出一种清新感。

两个暗喻用得颇为精到:

第一个将“河畔的金柳”大胆地想象为“夕阳中的新娘”,使无生命的景语,化作有生命的活物,温润可人。“新娘”这个意象尤为恰当,“新娘”是女子一生中最美丽的形象,不但写出康桥的明丽动人,更写出诗人在即将离别时的记忆犹新的感觉,这是“少女”等其他意象所表现不出的,诗人的难舍离愁可见一斑。

第二个是将清澈的潭水疑作“天上虹”,被浮藻揉碎之后,竟变了“彩虹似的梦”。正是在意乱情迷之间,诗人如庄周梦蝶,物我两忘,直觉得“波光里的艳影/在我的心头荡漾”,并甘心在康河的柔波里,做一条招摇的水草。这种主客观合一的佳构既是妙手偶得,也是千锤百炼之功,更是诗人无拘无束的生命追求与美的精神的吐露和象征。

诗歌的结尾,为了强化“再别”的感情色彩,诗人又回到了开头的告别。与第一节诗相比,其他的诗句都没有任何的改动,只是更换了最后的一句,它传达出了更深的情感意义——“不带走一片云彩”是诗人在经历了康河的漫溯后产生的灵性,使其对康桥的爱和眷恋化成的一个洒脱的意象,一个极富动态感的姿态,给全诗平添了几分诗意,增强了几分飘逸与潇洒。

“不带走一片云彩”不是因为作者的豁达,而是源于对康桥的挚爱,源于对康桥的依恋。“不带走”是因为无须带走,康桥已经深深烙进作者的心底,何须带走一草一木,哪怕是一片云彩?

从1966年5月至1976年10月,“文化大革命”历时10年。“十年浩劫”。

其主要论点是:一大批资产阶级的代表人物、反革命的修正主义分子,已经混进革命队伍里,只有实行文化大革命,自下而上地发动广大群众来揭发,才能把被走资派篡夺的权力重新夺回来。

现象:红卫兵,大字报,批斗会,游街示众,武斗。 作家秦牧曾这样记述“*”期间在广州街头的所见:

“人们咬着匕首,抬着尸体游行。”“一天早上,当我走回报社的时候,一路看到在树上吊尸的景象。那些尸体,大多是被打破头颅、鲜血迸流的。在一德路到人民中路短短一段路程中,我竟见到八具这样的尸体。”

3、《小狗包弟》

巴金在十年*的*中,看到许多同志、战友、亲人相继遭到迫害,却有恨不敢说,有泪不能流,有时还不得不说些违心的话,做些违心的事。粉碎“四人帮”后,他被压抑的感情像火山一样爆发出来了,他说:“我吃够了谎言的了,现在到了讲真话的时候了。”“人人只有讲真话才能认真的活下去。”“我必须用最后的言行证明我不是一个骗子”。

因而有了《随想录》。《小狗包弟》是其中的名篇。

这场运动堪称“十年浩劫”,多少无辜的人惨遭杀害,多少千年古迹毁于一旦。在这个*的年代里,人的生命贱如草芥,一钱不值,人性扭曲变形,就连无辜的对人忠诚亲近的小狗也难逃一劫。

1970年的12月7日上午,德意志联邦共和国(西德)第四位总理维利•勃兰特来到了位于华沙老城内的原犹太人聚居区。站在这片还残存着战争创伤的土地上,作为一个曾经屠杀了600万犹太人的国家的代表,面对着周围眼中饱含愤怒的大屠杀的幸存者们,这位德国总理无言以对。于是,他默默地屈身,面色凝重,低垂着头,双膝跪倒在犹太人死难者纪念碑前!这一惊人之举不仅令在场许多人感动落泪,也在20世纪世界外交史册中永恒定格。

勃兰特解释,他的下跪之举“不仅是对波兰人,实际上首先是对本国人民”,因为“太多的人需要排除孤独感,需要共同承担这个重责„„承认我们的责任不仅有助于洗刷我们的良心,而且有助于大家生活在一起。犹太人、波兰人、德国人,我们应该生活在一起。”

这一勇敢的行为使勃兰特成为1971年诺贝尔和平奖获得者,并在他杰出的政治生涯中画上了浓重的一笔。

皇家游轮“不列颠尼亚”号和邻近大厦上悬挂的巨幅紫荆花图案,恰好构成这个“日落仪式”的背景。“日落仪式”的背景一是“泊在港湾中的‘不列颠尼亚’号,一是‘紫荆花图案’作为英国告别仪式的背景,标志着英国对中港150年来的殖民统治结束和香港自治的新的历史阶段的开始。

全文最后一句语言庄重而含蓄,有深刻含义。“从海上来”指当年不可一世的英国远征军强占了中国的领土,开始殖民统治。“从海上去”指英国殖民统治的结束。

Leon 48.Play the tape for the Ss to listen and repeat.Isolate and practise any troublesome sounds.Get the Ss to practise individually, in pairs, groups, rows and as a whole cla.

Step 4 Practice

SB page 48, Part 2.Do the first two blanks with the whole cla (narrow, seat) then let the Ss work alone or in pairs.Check the answers with the whole cla.Ss practise the dialogue in groups of three.Get some groups to act it out.Remind them to look at the other people as they speak, not at their books.

Change the Grammar part into an exercise like this.Write down What time does it leave? When do we arrive? Where is the nearest post office? etc.on the Bb.Get Student A to ask one of the questions to B.B should say Sorry I don\'t know.Then B asks C Do you know / Could you tell me what time it leaves? C gives an answer.Discu any problems that arise (See SB page 134)。 Practise the “useful expreions” and make sure the Ss understand their meaning and when to use them.
