Good afternoon, teachers, It’s my great pleasure to be here sharing my leon with you.The content of my leon is Senior English Book 4 Unit 1(A student of african wildlife/Why not carry on the good work)I’ll be ready to begin this leon from five parts.Analysis of the teaching material, the teaching methods, the studying methods, the teaching procedure,and Blackboard design.First, let me talk about the teaching material.

By studying of this unit, we’ll enable the students to know some great women and their achievement and what makes the great women succeful

People from different area have differert body language and use the right body language to showing our feelings.

Theme park not only provid fun but also provid various knowledeg and exciting experience.

this leon not only teach the students to learn the related matreial about

(2)Yuan longping’s scientific research spirit and attitudes toward life

The disadvantage of using chemical frtilizers and how to increase production in organic farming.

(4)Different body language and the similarutues in body language which make the others understand our feelings.

but also learning ability in English .

A:

If Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit well.

B:

It provides all-around practice about listening, speaking, reading and writing revolve around the topic,it is the expansion of this unit and give Ss a space to use the language.

So it plays an important part in the English teaching in this unit.

(As we know ,reading belongs to the input during the proce of the language learning.The input has great effect on output , such as speaking and writing .)According to the new standard curriculum and the syllabus (新课程标准和教学大纲), after studying the teaching material and analyzing the rule of children’s growing of mind,I think the teaching aims are the followings:

Knowledge objects of this section are

(1)the sutdents can hear, read, and use the main sentence patterns.

(2) the students can understand the content of the leon:

(3) the students can use the patterns to expre their thoughes in proper situation

and learn how to describe people with adjective.

What is the most difficult in teaching proce? Can you gue? I say one of the teaching difficult is how to enable the students to use new words and phrases in proper situation all through their daily life.The students also find it difficult to describe their experience with the build logic and well organized language (and learn from Great women their good qualities.)

Well, how to achieve the teaching objects better, how to stre the important points and break through the difficult points? According to the analysis of the teaching material and the students’learning background ,I will use the following methods .

Part 2 Teaching Methods:

“Communicative” Approach(交际教学法),

“Whole language teaching” (整体语言教学法)

and “Task-based” language teaching (任务教学法).

That is to say, I’ll let the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue.According to the modern social communication teaching theories(现代社会交际教学理论), I adopt the

Situtional Language Teaching method(情景教学)

Task-Based Language Teaching method (语言任务教学)

in my teaching.

Part 3 Studying Methods:

Students of this stage are quick in thought and they are eager to show what they know and they have a certain ability to read .But they are lack of geography knowledge , the cultural background of those foreign countries and the courage to expre they ideas.Therefore, Acceful leader should care for their learning strategy,in this leon,I will teach my students to master the following strategy;

1)Basic learning strategy;

The students can get the meaning of the words and phrase

2)Practice strategy;

Practice can help the students get the general idea and have a better understanging of the language.

And Communication strategy

In a ward, I’ll

2.Let the students pa ―Observation—Imitation—Prasctice‖ strategy to study language.

Part 4 Teaching Procedure

New English proverb saids that the students are real master.In this leon they are English learners and real master .So teacher should act as a guider, an organizer and a director who play a role when neceary in teaching procedure.

Step 1 Lead-in.

I think the most useful method to lead the students to learn is interest stimulating and discuion by themselves.1.At beginning I will let Ss to discu: after a glance of the title and the pictures of this paage , what do you think the paage is about? (2.At beginning I will ask Ss which place they like most and what is it famous for.Then we will do the listening part to get some information and then do the following exercise)

(1)And let them to know something about the story of Jane goodall /lin qiaoyin and her full love activity.

The last reading is to emphasize and consolidate the new language of the section .I will play the tape and students are going to read the paage as to make the students to imitate the pronouncatin and intonation.After reading the students will have a discuion in pairs/ Ask and answer the following questions

This part can enable students to understand the given material better, to make the students grasp the useful phrases, grammar and sentences pattern for making suggestions and replying on the base of reading the dialogue fluently.

Step 3 Learning about language

After reading, I will teach the students the paage in detials about vocabulary and grammar.

Then the students will do a pair work revolve around the vocabulary and grammar which they have just learned and make short dialogues with them .I will give them some minutes and ask some pairs to act their dialogue out in front of the whole cla.Then we will deal with some exerises in the workbook to emphasize the new knowledge.Such as filling the miing words in the blanks.And retell the story in their own words.Of course, students will make some mistakes in retelling ,I will corrcet them in time .

Step 4 Post-reading Practice

I say to learn is to use.After the reading, students will have some practices.It will be the most interesting part to students .why? Because I will leave students time to talk together.

5.Work in groups of four.Discu what is the purpose of theme park ? what kind of people do you think will visit this theme park?

Most students can take their parts in this activities, especially for the Ss who have trouble in English,.In the group activities, they can speak a little English.Without doubt, this will encourage them to speak English.In fact,it is a kind of demand of human being.A famous educator says:‖ In one’s mind ,there is always a kind of deeply rooted demand, this is the hope to feel oneself a finder and explorer.In student’ s spirits, such demand is specially strong.‖ So I will give every student a chance to spesk English in our claroom.This part also leads to the emotion objective of this leon ,that is to have moral education in this step.

You can see that the way I teach reading is to follow the bottom up teaching method.I will introduce the vocabulary first and then sentences, structures and last the language focus.

Step 6 Homework

Then Ss will Summarize the whole leon, and arrange the homework.

Purpose of my design: I think homework is so important that the students should use English as much as they can in cla and after cla.It is neceary for the students to master the knowledge they learned.This contents is an extension of the previous leon, to meet the need of increing communicating and writing demands of some students and bring their personality into play .

Part 5 blackboard Design

Blackboard design should be think for a thing that attract the student’ s attention and let them to write down the important teaching points.I will divide the blackboard into two parts .The left part will be used to write the important vocabulary and grammar and their usage.It will be reserved for the whole cla.The right part will be precious explanation, I will write some sentence of the words ,phrases and structures to explan their meaning . No matter which steps is taken ,the purpose is to provide teacher and studends with information and internal demand to improve teaching skill and learning quality.strategy and approach will help students become more independent and the succeful learner.

On studying the teaching material and analyzing there gulation of children’s growing of mind, I put forward three kinds of teaching objectives according to English syllabus and new leon standard.

In this step,first I’ll divide the Ss into four groups and bring a competition into the cla.Then I will ask the students what they have learnt in this cla .Every student must join group discuion.After 3 minutes ,a student representative will be selected from each group to answer my question and I will give comments.At last let’s see which group is the winner.Doing these activities can give students more opportiuties to join the cla and consolidate the content of this cla.What is more,these activities also can help students train their team spirit by working in groups.

所谓说课,就是授课教师在独立备课的基础上,向同行系统地介绍自己的教学设想及理论依据,而后听者评议、交流切磋的一种教研形式。说课,对于了解、研究和评价一节课,对于专题研究某一教学内容,对于培养和提高教师的教学水平具有重要的意义。

一、说课主要分为四部分。

1.说课稿要写出该课的重难点和关键点分别是什么,并写出确立该重难点和关键点的理论依据是什么。即说明为什么该重点是本课教学的重点部分或重要内容,为什么学生最难理解和最容易出错(有时重难点相同),为什么该关键点对教学起到关键作用。 2.说教法。即说明选择何种教学方法,以哪几种教学方法为主,哪几种教学方法为辅,采用什么教学手段实现教学目标,采用这些教学方法和手段的理论依据是什么,并说明这些教学方法在本科教学中的具体操作方法。

3.说学法及学法指导。从学法指导来看,现代教育对受教育者的要求,不仅是学到了什么,更主要的是学会怎样学习。说课活动中虽然没有学生,看不到师生之间和学生之间的多边活动,但教师必须说明如何根据教学内容、围绕教学目标指导学生学习,教给学生什么样的学习方法,如联想记忆法,比较归纳法,语音直拼法,听说法,交际法,循环记忆法,小组合作法等;培养学生哪些能力,如观察力,记忆里,想象力,注意力,创造能力,思维能力,反应能力,自学能力等;如何调动学生积极思维,怎样激发学困生学习兴趣等。从教师的说课过程中要体现以学生为主体,充分发挥学生在学习活动中的作用。说学法可以和说教法结合,教学过程是教与学对立统一的发展过程,教师怎么教就应指导学生怎么学,学生怎么学得好教师就应怎么教,因此,说学法可以在说明如何巧妙地组织课堂地同时,说明如何指导学生运用有效的策略提高学习效率,及教师为解决学生的学习困难所应采取的对策。

4.说教学过程。说教学过程是说课的重点部分,因为通过这一过程的分析才能看到说课者独具匠心的教学安排,它反映着教师的教学思想,教学个性与技能。也只有通过对教学过程设计的阐述,才能看到其教学安排是否合理、科学,是否具有艺术性。

通常,教学过程要说清楚下面几个问题。

(1)要简要说出该课的教学步骤的各个具体教学环节的名称及相关的教学内容,如是新授、复习或巩固练习等环节。

(2)要说清教学活动的组织和安排,即在哪个教学环节教哪个知识点,提出哪些问题,做哪些练习,组织哪些课堂教学活动,采用什么教学方法等,叙述教学程序时要按照教学步骤说情各个教学环节的具体活动,包括讲授的知识内容,练习,小节,反馈,校正及作业安排等,要说明如何通过教学突出重点,突破难点,抓好关键。

(3)说教学过程要求既有具体步骤的安排,又要有针对性的理论阐述。说课者要把自己对教材的理解和处理,针对学生实际,借助哪些教学手段来组织教学的基本教学思想说明白。但具体内容只须概括介绍,不能按教案像给学生上课那样讲。另外在介绍教学过程时不仅要讲教学内容的安排,还要讲清“为什么这样教”的理论依据(包括大纲依据、课程标准依据、教学法依据、教育学和心理学依据等)。

1 (4)说明采用哪些教学手段辅助教学。什么时候、什么地方用,这样做的道理是什么? (5)说清练习环节的设置。

二、说课的方法和技巧

1、说“准”教材;2、说“明”教法; 3、说“会”学法; 4、说“清”教学意图和练习层次。

三、说课要注意的问题

鉴于说课与备课、上课的关系。教师在说课中就应注意以下几个问题。 1、说课不是备课,不能按教案原封不动地来说课。

2、说课不是讲课,教师不能把听说课的领导和老师视为学生,如正常上课那样讲。3、说课不是“背课”,也不是“读课”,要突出“说”字。既不能按教案一字不差地背下来,也不能按说课稿一字不差地读下来。一节成功的说课,一定是按自己的教学设计思路,有重点,有层次,有理有据。

4、说课的时间不宜太长,也不宜太短,通常是10—15分钟。

5、注意避免过与表现“理论依据”,脱离教材、学生、教师实际,空谈理论。

6、说课与评课结合。说课者固然要充分准备,听说者、看课者也要作一定的准备,评才有发言权,评才能评到点子上,不走过场,不流于形式。才能集思广益,相互交流,共同提高。

四、说课与备课、上课的关系

(一)说课与备课的关系 1、相同点:

(1)主要内容相同,说课与备课的教学内容都是相同的。 (2)主要任务相同,都是课前的准备工作。

(3)主要做法相同,都要学习大纲,吃透教材,了解学生,选择教法,设计教学过程。 2、不同点:

(1)概念内涵不同。说课是属于教研活动,要比备课研究问题更深入。而备课是教学任务如何完成的方法步骤,是知识结构如何转化为学生认知结构的实施方案,属于教学活动。 (2)对象不同。备课是要把结果展示给学生,即面对学生去上课。而说课是对其他教师,说明自己为什么要这样备课。

(3)目的不同。说课是帮助教师认识备课规律,提高备课能力;而备课是面向学生为目的,它促使教师搞好教学设计,优化教学过程,提高课堂效益。

(4)活动形式不同。说课是一种集体进行的动态的教学备课活动;而备课是教师个体进行的静态的教学活动。

(5)基本要求不同。说课教师不仅要说出每一具体内容的教学设计,做什么。怎么做,而且还要说出为什么要这样做。即说出设计的依据是什么。而备课的特点是在于实用,强调教学活动的安排,只需要写出做什么,怎么做就行了。

(二)说课与上课的关系

2 说课与上课有很多共同之处。如,说课是对课堂教学方案的探究说明,上课是对教学方案的课堂实施,两者都围绕着同一个教学课题,从中都可以展示教师的课堂教学操作艺术,都能反映教师语言、教态、板书等教学基本功。一般来说,从教师说课的表现可以预见教师上课的神情。从说课的成功,可以预见其上课的成功。说好课可为上好课服务。因为说课说出了教学方案设计及其理论依据,使上课更具有科学性、针对性,避免了盲目性、随意性。而上课实践经验的积累,又为提高说课水平奠定了基础。这些反映了说课与上课的共性和联系。

但说课与上课之间也存在着明显的区别,主要表现在以下方面。 1、说课与上课要求不同。

上课主要解决教什么,怎么教的问题;说课则不仅解决教什么,怎么教的问题,而且还要说出“为什么这样教”的问题。 2、说课与上课的对象不同。

上课是课堂上教师与学生间的双边教学活动;说课是课堂外教师同行间的教研活动。上课的对象是学生,说课的对象是具有一定教学研究水平的领导和同行。由于对象不同,因此说课比上课更具有灵活性,它不受空间限制,不受教学进度的影响,不会干扰正常的教学;同时,说课不受教材、年级的限制,也不受人员的限制,大可到学校,小可到教研组。

3、上课的评价标准虽也看重教师的课堂教学方案的实施能力,但更着重课堂教学的效果,着重学生实际接受新知、发展智能的情况;说课重在评价教师掌握教材、设计教学方案、应用教学理论以及展示教学基本功等方面。虽然一般认为,说课水平与上课水平具有正相关系,但也有例外,即某些教师说课表现不差,但实际课堂教学却不理想。一个重要原因是上课比说课多了一个不易驾驭的学生因素。学生不是被动灌输的听众,而是随时参与并作用于教学活动全过程的主体。教学中如何调动学生积极思维,如何机智处理教与学中的矛盾,有效控制教学进程,这些能力需要教师在上课中自觉、能动地表现出来,而说课则往往涉及不到或较难充分表现。

下面将示范教案进行说课:

1.本节课是Backpack 1第六单元的第5次课的第一课时,教学重点是:四个动物单词:frog, sheep, horse, worm以及句型What are they? They’re…。因为在小学阶段,现在进行时是学生碰到的第一个时态,由于中英文的差异,学生较难理解也很难学会运用,而前面几课已经学过了单数的现在进行时,学生已有了V+ing形式的初步概念,本次课的重点是复数情况下的现在进行时,是学生需要突破的一个难点,也是本课需要重点操练的部分,既是重点又是难点。第一课时要完成的任务是名词的单复数形式的转换,通过学生已熟知的单数形式过渡到复数形式。教学目标也是教学重难点的体现,本课的教学目标分为知识目标和能力目标,知识目标即四个动物名词:frog,sheep, horse, worm以及句型What are they?

They’re….,能力目标:学生能正确运用名词的单复数形式,并结合生活实际进行交流, 3 将所学单词套用到新学句型中,培养自主学习的能力。

2.说教法:英语的习得过程是新旧语言知识不断交替复现的过程,在本节课导入新课时,我充分利用新旧知识的联系温故知新,通过询问班上学生的数量来引入复数概念,同时复习数字。在教授新词时先复习旧知,再通过旧知导入新课,采用螺旋上升的方法不断巩固学生的知识。单词的教授方法主要有直拼法、联想式记忆法、举一反三扩词法。如:Backpack 1—U6—05中,呈现frog,根据它的发音引出hot, dog, 根据sheep, 引出three,根据horse引出corn,扩充学生的词汇量;联想式记忆法,如worm,可将w, m想象成毛毛虫身上的毛,感觉越难受越能刺激学生的记忆,如run的呈现可用简笔画联想。(图示略)句型采用直接呈现法、交际法、动作模仿等方法。

3.说学法:通过说、唱、玩、演、比赛以及小组合作交流等多种形式,让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中习得英语,提高综合语言运用你能力,在小组学习中培养和发展合作意识。让学生不仅学到具体的知识,更重要的是通过老师的引导能慢慢主动运用直拼法、联想式记忆法等有效方法记忆单词。

4.说教学过程: (1)第一课时:

Step one: Greeting and warming up 通过询问学生班上的人数引入复数概念,点出今天的主题,歌曲Old MacDonald has a farm.里有很多动物,与本次课的主要内容相关,预设伏笔。这部分用时6分钟。

由于本次课要学习复数情况下的现在进行时,先要复习单数情况下的现在时,好让学生有个自然的过渡。所用句型:What is it?

It’s (a)….\\ What is it doing? It’s …ing.同时带入学过的动物单词和动词:bird-flying, cat-climbing, frog-jumping, sheep-walking, pig/cow-eating。课堂上的知识要融会贯通,前后呼应,避免学生前学后忘,所以又加入一个3分钟的小游戏:将动词卡片分发给不同的学生,让拿到卡片的学生到台前做卡片上的动作,师问生答:

T: What is she/he doing? Ss: She’s/He’s …ing.因为he\\she是学生不易掌握的人称代词,所以在课堂上要尽可能地多复习,让学生形成条件反射。复习用时8分钟。

Step three: Presentation

1.1.新授的呈现可增加趣味性,多媒体播放要教授的动物的叫声,让学生猜,再PPT呈现,frog, 强调o 的发音,用直拼法扩展词汇hot, pot, dog,教给学生直拼法的目的是要培养学生自主拼单词的能力,并有助于记忆,教给学生学习的方法是最主要的。PPT已呈现了新词,但还要出示专门的单词卡,因为PPT一闪即过,不利于突出重点,所以本课的重点词汇一定要用单词卡呈现在板书上。同样方法呈现horse, sheep, worm, 相应的扩展词汇为corn, three。为增强学生的自学信心,还可出示几个较难单词,让学生自行拼读,并当小老师交给同学们。

2.下面的重点任务就是引入复数概念,同样是PPT最形象、最便捷。出现很多动物,(动物们的动作单词是下节课内容,可顺带提一下,不做过多解释)重点句型是What are they?\\ They’re …s.引出frogs, sheep, horses, worms, 并将句型写在板书上。呈现复数的同时要不断切换单复数画面,让学生彻底理解英语中单复数在认读上的区别,不让汉语习惯干扰了学生的学习。现在本课的新单词和句型都已呈现,下面的任务就是着重操练。

4 用时15分钟。

Step four: Practice and consolidation 我采用两两练习的方式,优点是有更多的空间让学生输出所学内容。根据板书上的重点句型和单词What are they?\\ They’re …s.frogs, sheep, horses, worms, 进行对话练习,5分钟后上台表演,要保证人人参与,人人表演。共8分钟。

本课基本步骤已清晰,最后有1分钟的自评:在本课中,我从激发学生的兴趣入手,采用歌曲、游戏、表演等活动形式,新旧知识结合、交替出现的教学手段让学生自然而然过渡到新知的学习。我还注重培养学生自主学习的能力,交给学生方法,而不仅仅是知识点,这对于学生学习能力的发展很重要。人人参与的表演让学生有足够的空间相互合作、相互交流,增强语言的运用效率。5

今天上了一节词汇课,B 部分的词汇是在A部分的一个拓展和延伸,主要设计了不规则动词的过去式的变化。我的教学设计是:先以卡片复习A部分的词汇,再询问学生:What did you do …?当学生有说到今天将要学的单词时,我就将 单词卡贴在黑板上并进行教读。在不断地问答交流中,学生不断地要用到句子和 所学单词。即在自由对话中,起到复习单词和学习新知的作用,过渡自然,小学 生乐于接受,发言积极,气氛活跃。我还点名来回答,说的很好的给予很大的表 杨和鼓励,他们乐在其中。同时提问注意分层,让每一学生都有得到表扬的机会。 同时接受上节课的教训,总是强调单词的语法结构,今天我没有强调单词的过去 的概念,只是直接教会学生原形和变化后单词的读法,学生在潜移默化中掌握。 这节课给我的启示:1.单词与句子在教授过程中是可以做到和谐共振,融会贯 通,左右逢源的作用的。在句子中教授单词,显得更加自然,有意义。2.单词呈 现的方式真的是有很多种,却需要老师的智慧。如:1,可以从自己说起,说出 新词,2,从学生的回答中捕捉新词,3,从情境中引出新词(这个尤其需要智慧), 当然最常用的是利用图片或PPT直接呈现,这样如果处理不好的话就显得呈现 太过突然,太直接,学生也会不知所措的。(我想可以试着让学生看图片猜测 并说说图片上的内容,试着说出该单词,学生会有兴趣。)3,在处理教材时, 要充分利用教材提供的情镜和素材,进行有效的整合和利用,就能将教材的 内容活起来,学生可以先模仿情境进行对话,进而达到创造情境真实的交流。

本节课的不足:师生对话较多,没有生生对话的操练,教师的师生对话可为一个和引导,更多的要让学生之间进行对话。(这需要学生有一定的基础和合作。) 课堂中,当教师设置的任务,学生能基本完成,甚至有的学生能够有自己的发挥和拓展,(这时候,我们需要给予学生大大的鼓励和表扬)。如:在教授句子:what did you do last weekend\\ last night\\ last Monday \\yesterday \\ the day before yesterday ? 当我回看以前的自己的笔记,却有新的收获。1,在交际中呈现和教授新词汇,这就是我现在教授新词的方法和理论啊,真的是实践才能出真知啊,理论必须与实践相结合,进而达到验证和升华理论的目的。2,对话教学不但要引导学生进行文本的解读和学习,更加要帮助学生进行文本的重新建构,即让学生能造出自己的对话来。我们可以帮助学生建立对话的支架,学生可以小组活动,完成文本重构(编造自己的对话的任务)。3.我们在进行图文结合进行教学时,要引导和帮助学生学会观察图片,根据老师所给的单词或句子的提示来猜测图片的内容,尤其是高年级学生,要适当给出关键词,学生通过自己的努力达到建构句子或段落等的目的。

这是一节词汇方面的复习课,词汇的复习有时比较单调,因此容易枯燥,缺乏整和。居于英语教学中,字不离词,词不离句,句不离篇的原则,同时又根据中考导向及中考题型,因此我设计了这样一节词汇复习课,即专向归类与中考题型链接。注重对学生进行思维训练,引导学生去联想,归纳,培养学生的发散思维。本着教学中决不能就题论题的考虑,同时对学生进行学法指导和解题技巧的指导。

一、教学过程

1、以词组的导入为热身环节,引起学生的学习兴趣,采用个人说,集体说不同方式去活动,活跃课堂气氛,调动学生的参与教学过程的积极性。链接完成句子练习进行学法指导,中英文对照,找出缺失的单词或词组,注意单词或词组的形式及时态的变化。

2、常用表达和句式的讲解,我采用引导学生去归纳的方法,以师生互动、生生互动

的形式引导学生去开展小组活动,自己总结归纳并进行造句练习,利用科学有效的评价去激励学生参与课堂教学。然后链接完成句子练习进行解题技巧的指导,应清楚该题所考查的知识点,明白出题人的意图,然后再去进一步思考知识点的细节问题。

3、话题作文这一环节,通过让学生说相关词组和句式对学生进行口语训练和发散思

维的培养,用自己过生日时为妈妈买礼物这一话题,使学生的情感得以升华,教会学生懂得感恩。并做相关的写作方面的学法指导。

二、对此节课进行小结。对知识点进行进一步的梳理。

1、教学步骤间的衔接需进一步考虑。

2、小组活动时任务的布置还不够细,还不能足

一 我对于词汇老师课的感想

首先,老师在来晚的情况下,没有丝毫的慌乱而是马上开始正常进行课程这样的心理素质是值得我学习的。

其次,对于老师的讲课方式我觉得值得借鉴的地方有:

1.老师对于重点的词缀反复强调以便学生记忆。

2.老师每讲一个单词会让同学们一起朗读,这种看似简单的方式,让同学在困倦的情况下可以跟着老师的思路。

3.词汇的讲解方式除了词根联想,,还有谐音联想,希腊罗马神话的插入,外加网络流行的语言使整个词汇讲解更加精彩。其中还有中西文化的对比,使老师更有魅力,以前学过课本的联想,让学生有共鸣,其中有设计让学生猜想的东西,这样不但更有深度,而且更加调动学生的积极性。让课堂不仅是老师的一言堂,学生有参与。整个单词的讲解和单词本身的融合非常自然。

4.老师的语言衔接自然,“同学们记一下,好,来看新主线单词,肥料化肥过后,G的部分我们就暂且看到这,来看H的第二条,好。可以,我们这两个赞成就说完了,来看我们的鬼神系列”使整个课堂讲解那么自然和连贯。

5.老师会讲一个单词的两到三个意思,但会着重强调考研中单词的意思。让同学觉得更有可听性.

二 我的感想

1..听了老师的课让我更加拓宽了自己的讲课思路,我觉得自己之前的讲单词的想法过于局限。或者说形式过于单一。自己的讲课方式还有待改进。

2.我更加意识到自己讲课的不足,光一个讲课“自然和顺理成章”就值得我对自己每个要讲的点进行精心的设计。我觉得自己的衔接过于生硬。而且我也发现自己讲课只自己讲,并没有给学生参与进来的机会,就像刘老师说的,同学会觉得老师自己什么都会,自己什么都不会,这是我在讲课中忽略了给学生一点小成就感的机会,让同学参与进来课堂效果会更好。

3.还有我自己在课堂上还放不开,总觉得是有什么东西压抑着自己。在自我方面还有待提高,总觉得自己没有办法定位自己的风格。

我知道自己还有许多缺点和不足,但我会改进的。朝着自己想要去的方向一步步努力。 最后,我会抓住和好好利用每一个讲练的机会让自己迅速成长起来的,去变成一个better me.

首次杀进全英文面,心情还是相当激动的。

我发现我很是没有找工作的激情,收到荻尔的面试通知是在晚上九点多钟,通知第二天八点多钟就要面试,要准备N多材料,还要准备四分,还要分类分好,装订好。当时我就差点不想去了,那么晚还要去打印,而且全英文面,估计希望也不大,不过最后还是因为这家公司是西安的,也想看看自己英文水平到底怎么样,还是挣扎着去了。结果去了之后也是赤裸裸的被鄙视了。

荻尔咨询管理公司是美资企业,总部在纽约,在中国的分部在西安,据说在西安的新城区,其实内心还是很想去这家公司的,只是这家公司要很好的外语水平,而且要有扎实的理工科背景,我肯定是不够格了。 荻尔在武汉的面试地点是大洋百货星巴克店,好像是包了2层的场地面试,每一个应聘者都可以点饮料。首先是给每个应聘者2个英语小CASE,应聘者用英语写出解题思路和答案。我在这一环节就被活生生的鄙视了,人力资源部的人先给了我一个英语CASE,我没有看懂,然后直接告诉HR说我看不懂,然后HR那是相当的无语,然后很无奈的给我换了一个题,还好我看懂看第二个案例,案例的意思是,有三个门,其中 一个门后面有一百万,你选中了一个门,然后考官打开了剩下的两个门中的一个门,打开的这个门后面是没有钱的,问你是愿意继续选择之前选中的门,还是选剩下那个没有被考官打开的门。我选择的是不换,大概从概率等角度分析了一下,不过实在不知道这个题要考什么素质。

写好之后就交给HR,HR想了又想,决定还是把第一个案例给我做,然后偷偷的告诉我那个案例讲的是什么,题目大概的意思是,有一个日期是2001年10月2号,按照MMDDYYYY的格式书写是10022001,从前往后读和从后往前读是一样的,要找出离这个日期最近的有一样规律的在这个时间之前的日期。 我还是稍微误解了一下题意,我以为要找出这个日期之前的所有的日期,结果题目要求的是找出离这个日期最近的一个日期。在面试的时候被问答案是多少的时候才反应过来。

做完CASE之后就是带着自己做的CASE,和公司CEO FACE TO FACE的面试,外企的文化就是不一样,面试官还要和应聘者握手,然后说NICE TO ME YOU。我之前面试的中文面,直接进去之后就是请坐,或者HR连请坐都不说,直接说自我介绍一下吧,我基本没有什么时间准备荻尔的面试,就准备了一下自我介绍,去了之后人家直接不让自我介绍,肯定知道我们是有备而来的,大概就问为什么投这个公司,为什么选择西安,对这个公司有什么了解,学习成绩怎么样,班级排名第几,面试官特别问了我数学成绩和编程能力,问让我想想我为什么会被叫过去面试,问没有海外培训的机会是不是很是失望,然后问我有没有什么要问的。

由于我的英语水平有限,和HR也只能交流一些基本的问题,面试没有持续多久就结束了,有英语水平好的同学和面试官聊的HAPPY的可以聊很久。

面完之后出来,感觉自信心是前所未有的受到打击,学了那么多年的英语,最后要用的时候还是这么烂的水平,狠狠伤心了一把。 回去之后咧,门口的工作人员给偶安排了二面。这次面的是个老外,美国人。当然,又是全英文的。说来也怪了,偶这次反倒不紧张了,超脱了吧。面试气氛很是融洽啊。老外先让偶问问题。偶问了三个,一个是pa的工作性质是干什么,一个是金融危机,他家有没有受到影响,最后一个,偶就问到,公司找kpmg,或者ey,是由于他们不做审计,就违法了,但是不找咨询,企业也没问题,那怎么才能吸引他们去找咨询咧。介个问题,老外觉得偶问的很好。偶一问完,他就相当有兴趣的给偶讲啊讲啊。偶得承认,偶听不太明白啦,但是还是很能被他吸引的,因为讲得很好,有道理有气势,还特别注重跟偶的眼神交流,呵呵。好在偶头天晚上在网上搜资料看到1点多,看了好多咨询方面的资料,才想到这个问题,付出还是有收获的!!

偶的问题问完了,就是他问了。问题就是为什么想进咨询,有什么项目经验,有什么优点。之后也是给题目做。这次的题目比较简单,一个男生和一个女生约了12点到13点间在公园见,每个人随机到,到了之后等15分钟,问两个人见面的概率。偶做完之后给了他。然后他就直接让偶进三面了。从他的座位到工作人员的路上,偶抓住机会,跟他坦诚的讲了一下偶的offer情况以及对咨询工作机会的重视。然后他真的很nice,跟偶讲,不要担心,如果有别的公司催偶签的话,一定要跟他们联系。偶是相当相当的感动,真的,从来没有哪个公司会这样,一般只要听到你有可能签别家,就对你相当的不爽,理都不想理。

第三面,依然是e文,这个很简单。因为等的人很多,所以就简单的做个自我介绍,然后再问下,除开学术实习获奖这些,你的优点在哪里。最后再问,你觉得你前面两个题目做得怎么样。问完之后,就说因为你过了前面二面,所以我这里就不给题目了。然后就结束了。再次,偶在路上,抓住机会,问了下面试官,偶表现如何,有没有机会。面试官很坦白的说,至少到目前为止,把三个人都面完的很少,你还是表现的很优秀的。听得偶心里喜滋滋,呵呵。

然后偶再次去工作人员那里去登记。值得一提的是,工作人员那里有一张表,记录着每个人的进度。相当的专业啊,不愧是做咨询的!

Let the Ss communicate with each other and adopt competition methods to develop the Ss’ keen interest in English.

Part Four Teaching Procedure

I’ll finish this leon in four steps.First I’ll divide the Ss into four groups and bring a competition into the cla.At last let’s see which group is the winner. Step1 Warm-up

1.Free talk between T and Ss .

Such as: Hi, I’m ....What’s your name? This is ….How do you do? Who is he/she? How are you? Who can count from 1to 5? What’s this in English? etc.

2.A game: Ask the Ss to give T some school things.For example: T: Give me your book.(ruler, box, pen, table, knife, etc.) T: This is your book.This is not my book.It’s your book.etc.

In this course I’ll ask them to make a dialogue group by group without repetition.Find out which group will make the most dialogues.

Purpose of my designing: I think it is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the Ss by imitating and at the same time it is neceary to provide situations to review learned knowledge. Step2.Presentation

This course is very important.I’ll mainly talk about this step.

I’ll use CAI to present the whole dialogue.Arrange some situations to help Ss understand Sample A. First scene: There is a bag on the floor.B is picking it up and get ready to leave.Now A is talking with B. A: Hi, B.How are you today? B: I’m fine, thank you.And you? A: I’m fine, too.Oh, this is my bag. B: No, this is not your bag.It’s my bag. A: (Look closely) Oh, I’m sorry. B: That’s all right.

(At the same time, C is running up and hitting A.) C: Oh, I’m sorry. A: That’s OK.

I’ll write the key points on the Bb while they are watching.After watching, I’ll teach them to read the words and sentences on the Bb.Make sure they can read them well.

Purpose of my designing: To present Sample A by CAI is much easier for the Ss to learn and grasp the meanings.CAI can provide a real situation with its sound and picture and it makes the relationships between the Ss better. Step3.Practice

First play the tape recorder.Let the Ss listen and imitate the dialogue.Pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation.In this step the Ss are required to practise the Sample in pairs by reading the dialogue aloud.This step is employed to make the Ss grasp the Sample .At last I’ll ask the Ss to think hard and act it out with a partner according to Sample A.Then find out which group will act it out well.I’ll give them red stars.

Purpose of my designing: This step is employed to make the Ss get the general idea of the dialogue as a whole one.At the same time let the Ss have a chance to practise their listening and spoken ability. Step4.Production

In this step I’ll give the Ss a free space to show their abilities.

Second scene: The Ss are having a picnic.It’s hot and they take off their coats and put them together.They are singing and dancing, laughing and chatting.After the picnic, they begin to look for their coats.D and E are talking.F and G are talking.etc.

After watching, I’ll give the Ss some tasks to make similar dialogues without repetition and find out which group will make more dialogues.

Purpose of my designing: “Task-based” teaching method is used here to develop the Ss’ ability of communication and also their ability of co-operation will be well trained.Tell the Ss we should be polite and take good care of our things.We should love our life.I think proper competition can arouse the Ss’ interest in English learning.If the Ss can finish this task well, they will benefit a lot in their spoken English. 2.Skill 1 Model 1.

I’ll ask four Ss of the groups to write these sentences on the Bb in the four lines.

Then check their handwriting, correct their mistakes.Find out who will write well and whose handing is the best. 3.Finish the Ss’ workbook.

Purpose of my designing: To check the knowledge Ss have learned in this leon. Step5.Homework:

(1)Recite the words as many as poible after cla.

(2)Make a dialogue according to Sample A and write it in the exercise book.

Purpose of my designing: I think homework is so important that the Ss should speak English as much as they can in cla or after cla.It is neceary for the Ss to do some extensive exercises after cla to consolidate the knowledge they learned. Blackboard Design
