本学期我任七(3)班英语课,今年的新生有其历史的特殊性:并校后的第一届,学生来自七所小学,各校英语课的重视程度不同,学生达到的水平不一样,刚进校门就层次分明。这对我来说是新的挑战,另外,这套七年级教材我又是第一次任教,为此,我制定了如下教学计划:

五、关注后进生,让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐,树立学习的自信心,尽快成长、进步。

一、指导思想:

在本学期的英语教学中,坚持以下理念的应用:

二、学生基本情况分析:

本届七年级新生和以往初一学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱,由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视,他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练,连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期努力,

年段学生的基础知识得到了加强,学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。

另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、奋斗目标:

钻研新课标,提高教学水平,真正做到教学相长,努力达到学校规定的教学指标。

四、具体措施:

1、抓好英语的常规教学,加强基础知识训练:①归纳学过的词组,方便学生记忆;②用词组造句和中译英训练;③组织学生结对子,一有空就你问我答,营造学习氛围,同时加强笔头的练习,使学生能熟能生巧;④把课文分段,按学习组为单位,进行朗读比赛,对学过的课文尽量做到人人会背,有些课文还要求学生会默写。

2、抓好语法学习:①掌握形容词、副词的比较级和最高级的构成和用法。区分单音节词和多音节词的构成,规则和不规则变化。②学习一般过去时态,重点突破不规则动词。③学习过去进行时与现在进行时的区别。④学习联系词的用法。

3、培养学生综合运用知识的能力:每个单元围绕着知识点反复训练,层层渗透。每个单元结束都进行测验,找出存在问题,及时补

漏补缺。

4、抓好阅读能力培养:每周规定学生阅读三篇短文,带着问题阅读,阅读之后要回答问题。

5、培养学生写作能力:逐步创作一些简笔画要学生写出他们的动作编成故事,逐步培养他们看图写话的能力。

6、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。

一、学情分析

Leon 6: Jenny’s Diary Dear Diary, This is our last night in China.We will fay home tomorrow.We did so much on this trip.This afternoon, we went to see the Beijing Opera.Wow! I loved the music and the colorful clothing.Yesterday was a great day.In the afternoon, we went to the Great Wall.It is amazing! My project is about Marco Polo and the Silk Road.Marco Polo was a man from Italy.At the age of 17, he went to China.He travelled along the Silk Road with his father and uncle.Together, they moved goods between Europe and Asia on the Silk Road.Later, Marco Polo travelled with his brother.They travelled on boats, horses and camels.Their journey lasted about twenty years! In 1275, Marco Polo Travelled to Beijing.He met the king and worked for him for 17 years.During those years, Marco Polo learned about coal and paper.The Chinese discovered coal and invented paper.These things were new to Marco Polo.He brought some coal and paper back to Italy with him.He also brought back a lot of silk, tea and other goods.Marco Polo Wrote a famous book about his travels to China.I hoped to write a book like that someday.Thank you.By: jenny Date: march 25

Leon 11: Food in China Jenny goes on line to tell others about the food in China.Hello, everyone! I just got back from a trip to the Silk Road in China.Everything was great – especially the food! My favorite dishes were Beijing Duck and Lanzhou noodles.What„s so special about these two dishes? Well, they have a lot of history behind them.Beijing Duck is really a Chinese treasure.It takes a lot of work, but the end product is worth it.Lanzhou noodles are long hand-make noodles.They look good and taste great! Do you want to taste these wonderful foods from China?

Your story is very interesting.I saw a show about Lanzhou noodles on TV.The man makes the noodles so fast.It was like magic! I heard that, in China, some people eat noodles for breakfast.Is this true? Well, I am a little busy this term.I have six claes every day.My school days are very long.Me too.I also have six claes every day.I start school at 8:00 a.m.I usually finish at 5:00 p.m.it‟s a long day, but I like my school.My school subjects are so interesting.What subjects do you have? 二、学生基本情况分析:

本届七年级新生和以往初一学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱,由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视,他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练,连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期努力,年段学生的基础知识得到了加强,学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。 另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、奋斗目标:

钻研新课标,提高教学水平,真正做到教学相长,努力达到学校规定的教学指标。

四、具体措施:

1、抓好英语的常规教学,加强基础知识训练:①归纳学过的词组,方便学生记忆;②用词组造句和中译英训练;③组织学生结对子,一有空就你问我答,营造学习氛围,同时加强笔头的练习,使学生能熟能生巧;④把课文分段,按学习组为单位,进行朗读比赛,对学过的课文尽量做到人人会背,有些课文还要求学生会默写。

一、学生状况分析:

本学期我担任六年级2班的英语教学工作,本班现有学生39名,英语成绩较差。学生的听说能力较差,虽然从三年级开始接触英语,但应用能力薄弱,由于以前很少训练学生的听力,所以学生听起来比较吃力。面对学生英语的程度不一,我将采用分层教学与整体教学相结合的教学方法,努力提高学生运用英语进行交际的能力。学生在情感、学习策略和文化意识还存在诸多需要解决的问题。例如:有些同学对学好英语缺少自信,不敢用英语表达;合作意识淡薄;学生没养成良好的学习习惯,课前没有预习,课后复习不扎实;不善于和总结语言规律,不注意知识的积累。

二、本学期教育教学工作:

用心摸清学生起点,学生基础,精心备课,安排课堂训练活动,努力营造课堂气氛,以教好教会学生为追求,帮助学生学会学好。

1、钻研教材,认真备课。钻研教材,把握住知识点,备好每一堂课。教材是教学的依据,学生学习的主要参考书,在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容,学生学习才会有依据,学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路,跟上老师的思路。在备课过程中,在不离开教材的原则下,可以参考教学资料,对比它们的不同之处,寻求让学生更容易的教法,教法后,上课之前应与有经验的老师多交流行得通,总之单兵作战很容易钻牛角尖,教学中的每问题都应与教师交流。

2、努力提升自身教学素质,学习有经验教师的教学方法。教学水平的提高在于努力学习、积累经验,不在于教学的长短。虽然兼任教研组组长,但经验尚不足,还需向有教学经验的教师学习,不懂的及时请教其他老师,尽量多听课,多学习。听完课后认真反思,哪些地方是不具备的,哪些地方可以怎样讲等等。务求每听一节课都要有最大的收获。

3、组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的注意力,使其全身心的投入课堂。激发学生的情感,使产生愉悦的心境。课堂语言生动明了,克服以前重复的毛病。课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学英语的兴趣,课堂上多做口语练习。

提高课堂教学效率,减轻学生的学习负担,让学生在课堂上充实忙碌,课下反思总结复习。适量布置背诵作业和书面作业,天天检查口头作业,批改书面作业,问题作业要面谈,狠抓作业,帮助学生克服浮躁情绪。替学生下海选题,使学生在复习中熟练,在练习中,在测验中反思,在纠错中归纳,在总结中提高。要求学生背诵好的篇章,轮流课堂汇报,提高学生的口头表达能力和写作能力。训练学生词语句型的听写,让学生养成天天听写的好习惯。注重语音语调训练,帮助学生讲一口地道流利的英语,为提高学生的口头运用语言的能力而努力。

4、抓好后进生。后进生由于基础知识较差,对英语学习的热情不够,自控能力差,常在学习上不按时完成作业,甚至有抄袭作业的现象,要想使后进生提高英语成绩,就要对后进生努力从友善开始,比如,多做思想工作,从生活上关心他,千方百计帮助后进生走出困境。多找学生谈心,辅导,课堂上多给机会,不歧视,肯定他们的努力和点滴进步,帮助其树立信心,逐渐进步。

5、热爱学生,平等的对待每位学生。在教学工作中,对学生要有亲和力,与学生和睦相处。我信奉“亲其师,方能信其道”。真正地关心学生、爱护学生,跟学生做朋友,心心相通,学生才会愿意接近你、亲近你,才会乐意地去学习你所任教的科目。

1、学生优差搭配合作达标。在对子活动和小组活动中将优生和差生作适当搭配以利于练习活动的顺利开展同时也能充分发挥优生对差生的辅导作用弥补大班授课的不足.

七、教学方法:

1、对于三年级起点第三册模块的教学,教师应根据学生的实际水平和具体情况确定自己的教学重点。对学生已学过的内容,以发展学生综合运用英语的能力为目标,发展学生用英语做事情的能力,通过设计一些任务型活动如:调查、小组活动、情景描述、说明等,对所学内容进行扩展性的运用语言进行交际能力的训练,而不是简单的机械重复。同时,教师应在注重培养学生听、说英语能力的基础上,逐步培养学生读和写的能力。

2、新大纲的要求,使我摆正了教与学的关系,灵活了教学方法。进行了一系列的改革,更加注重开发学生的潜能、提高全体学生的基本素质、提高学生英语学习兴趣的方法。

a.创设和谐的课堂气氛

和谐的课堂气氛可以使学生的情绪高昂、优良好的心态,从而提高课堂效果。因此,老师们时刻注意着把微笑带进课堂,将欢乐带给学生;在课堂上认真。和蔼的对待每一位学生,尊重学生的意见,信任他们向上的愿望,理解他们的错误,激励每一位学生进步,对学困生更要加倍关注。和谐的课堂气氛培养了学生敢于思考、勇于创新的进取精神,使他们保持活拨、向上的心理态势的同时,获得了知识,提高了能力。

b.运用新鲜、多样的教学手段和方法。

在教学过程中,教师避免过于单一的教学方法,对不同的内容、不同的学生采取了不同的教学方法,使学生各有所得。充分利用现代化教学手段,如:录音、录象、电脑等并结合其它的直观教具,如:实物、图片等为学生创设情景,让学生参与教学使他们更感兴趣地接受新知识;利用语音教室、多功能教室、网络教室让学生接受语言的熏陶、学会提留信息并不断地充实自己,提高能力。

c在抓好课堂教学的同时。

针对英语学科学生作业和考试的问题,进行了多次地研讨并大胆地进行了改革,使学生在更多时间里做一些乐为或趣味性较强的作业。进步较大的作业在全校进行展示;英语期中能力测试的不断改进深受学生的喜欢,根据学生的年龄特点利用:唱一首英文歌、和同伴表演一段课本剧、和老师进行情景对话、和同伴编一段对话、英语书法、拼词竞赛等方法来进行测试,增加了英语学习及运用的趣味性。

一、学生基本情况分析:

四年级的学生已经学了一年的英语,大部分学生对英语有着较浓厚的学习兴趣,但也有少数学生由于遇到困难,学习兴趣会随之减弱。尤其从这学期开始,对学生又提出了新的要求:培养听、说、读、写的技能。所以教师应该面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯,注意因材施教,搞好优生优培和困难生的辅导和转化工作,形成比、学、赶、帮、超的浓厚的学习氛围,提高教学成绩和教育教学质量。

二、教材分析:

本学期的主要内容为冀教版小学英语四年级下册,共有4个单元,总共28课,其中每一个单元有一个单元复习课。每个单元分别有①单元主题故事Story ②Let’s play③④Let’s sing⑤Talk together/Act out ⑥Let’s chant ⑦Let’s do it ⑧Letters and sounds ⑨

Listen and talk ⑩Look and write等十余个板块,编排合理。其中本册 “Act out”这一模块,更强调学生的实际运用能力。

三、教学目的任务:

1、能按四会、三会的要求掌握所学单词。

2、能按四会要求掌握所学句型。

3、能使用日常交际用语,活用四会句型,进行简单的交流,做到大胆开口,发音正确。

4、能在图片、手势、情境等非语言提示的帮助下,听懂清晰的话语和录音。

5、初步培养良好的书写习惯,能做到书写整洁、规范。

6、养成响亮清晰读英语、说英语的习惯,认真模仿语音、语调,以培养语感。

7、能在完成某个任务(如涂色,小制作)的过程中学会相关的词句,并且培养动手能力。

8、能演唱已学过的英语歌曲,诵读已学过的歌谣。

四、主要措施:

1、以活动为课堂教学的主要形式,设计丰富多彩的教学活动,

让学生在乐中学、学中用,从而保证学生英语学习的可持续性发展。

2、通过听、说、读、写、唱、游、演、画、做等形式,进行大量的语言操练和练习,充分调动每个孩子英语学习的兴趣。

3、将直观教具和电教手段,多媒体课件相结合,培养学生良好的朗读习惯,打下良好的语音语调基础。

4、设计全面、高效的课外作业,培养学生良好的书写习惯,做到整洁、规范、正确地书写。

5.教学中要采用多种教学手段激发学生学习兴趣。进行:“比、学、赶、帮”活动。多种竞赛形式,检验学生英语掌握情况。

6、根据各班小组竞赛加分的形式,把每班分成多个英语学习小组采取学生自主管理,老师指导的方式,督促学生自觉完成作业、背单词的任务。

7、教授英语国家风土人情、历史、文化、民俗时,适时对学生渗透思想品德教育。让孩子们扬长避短、汲取其他国家比较进步的思想,加强对祖国文化的热爱。

8、跟家长及时反馈学习情况,共同配合。

一.学生情况分析:

这学期他们将步入五年级的第二学期,学生的学习负担会越来越重,他们将面临着毕业和升中学考试的压力,会把更多的精力放在语文和数学上,因为考中学不考英语,所以家长和学生会更加不重视英语,大多数会放弃英语,干脆不学了。

二,针对情况采取的措施:

针对学生的具体情况,我将采取以下措施:

1、注重情景教学,创设英语环境,营造学习气氛,使学生有更多的机会接触英语,感触英语,应用英语。

2、结合学生的年龄特点,结合教学内容,设计适合五年级学生的课堂教学活动,调动学生的学习积极性。

3、针对学生记,背单词难这一问题,向学生介绍优秀学生的学习方法,大家互相交流,共同进步。老师向学生介绍一些好方法,如:分类记忆法,滚学球记忆法,想象记忆法等。

4、对学生进行语音知识训练,教授国际音标,让学生从简单机械地模仿式学习,过渡到有正确的语音知识和指导英语学习的阶段,也为自学铺路。加强阅读训练和语法知识的渗透学习。

5、渗透英语背景知识的学习,使学生扩大视野,了解国外的风土人情,异国文化,习俗等,进一步了解英语,运用英语。

三,教材整体分析:

本学期五年级普通班英语课所使用教材是河北教育出版社的第八册,本套教材充分吸收了世界上最先进的外语教学理论和实践经验,注重学生英语听说读写能力的培养和训练,努力为学习者营造语境,精心设计内容,在教学中安排了大量的有趣的教学活动,引导学生在轻

松,积极向上的气氛中学习英语,使英语变的既容易又有趣。它以学生为中心,以主要人物的活动为主线,围绕最常用的,最基本的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等,逐步开展教学内容,符合小学生的年龄、心理特点和语言教学规律,具有很强的科学性。

五、总体教学目标:

1、坚持快乐英语教学法,调动学生学习英语的积极性。

2、巧用英文儿歌、歌谣、绕口令、谚语等训练学生的语音、语调。

3、引导学生运用观察、发现、归纳、实践等方法学习语言知识,感悟语言功能。4、在训练学生听说能力的同时,加强读写训练。
