时光飞逝,一学期匆匆而过。这个学期里,在学校各级领导的安排和指导下,我较好地完成了学校安排的教育教学工作,为了更好的提高自己的教学水平,扬长避短,现在对本学期的教学工作做如下总结:

本学期,我所教学的班级是七年级(1)班。本学期是学生由小学进入初中的第一个学期,是小学阶段和初中阶段的一个衔接点,也是学生学习的一个转折点,更是一个关键的学期。这个学期直接影响着学生在以后的初中三年中学习语文的态度和学习的兴趣以及学习的效率。针对很多学生一时不能适应初中快节奏的学习生活和学习科目较多的情况,结合新课标精神,我在教学中主要采取了一下的几项措施:

一、在学习与生活中公平公正对待学生、关爱学生,

首先是尊重学生的人格。无论多么生气的教育情形下,我都会顾忌学生的自尊心,从不辱骂学生,更不曾动手体罚,其次,是公平公正的对待每一个学生。都说老师偏爱优生,我觉得我不是这样的,我喜欢态度好,也就是上进的学生。我们班有学生,成绩都只是中等,甚至有的总体成绩偏下,但是他(她)们自控力较强,一心向学,这些非智力因素是他们将来成功的基础。再次,是在生活中关爱学生。只要是学生生活中有什么困难,都可以来找我,只要我可以解决的。对学生在作文中提出的学习、班级、家庭、个人中的难处,我都会尽力开解、劝慰。

总之,摒弃漠不关心,坦然接受学生与己的情感交流,学生就会感其爱听其道。

二、培养并稳定学生的学习习惯。

第一次语文课堂作业本收上来时我很无奈、失望:字迹潦草,错漏百出;现在再来看学生的本子、练习册,90%的学生有了力求干净、工整的意识和努力。从做完作业,书上空白一片,到现在出现不同笔迹(红、黑、蓝色)、各种不同的符号的熟练运用,对语文学习方法“圈点勾画批注”的实践,这一系列的学习痕迹来看,我们班学生已经初步形成了一定的语文学习习惯与方法。

三、语文素养的提高是一个长期的过程。主要分三步走。

1、字词的积累。

每一课字词的掌握,要求学生先预习,弄懂读音、含义及用法,老师过一段时间进行抽查:有听写,有检测,有扩展训练。不过,重点的字词在练习册上都有体现,只是落实到位。

2、认真读书的习惯。

要让学生觉得只要认真读书就可以有答案,这样,学生才会喜欢阅读,也觉得有成就感。

3、由课内到课外的阅读。

每篇课文的课外阅读训练,让学生观其文而行其道。我在选择这样的文章时,一定要与课内有一点相关性。要么是同类文章,要么是同一个作家。在题目的设计上也力求与课内的知识有关联,这样才可能真正的达到阅读训练的目的。

四、努力的方向:

1、用生动灵活的教学方式,焕发课堂活力。

2、用自主与探究解放学生,提高学习效率。

3、以阅读写作教学为教学重点,达到相应的学习目标。

4、用扎实多样的训练,培养学生的语文实践能力。

教学是厚积薄发的艺术,我会尽心尽力做好自己的教学工作,不断严格要求自己,努力汲取他人的长处,不断更新自己的教学理念,并运用到自己的教学的实践中,努力使每一位学生都能真正提高自己的语文素养。

总的来说,语文工作灵活性比较大,面对不同的教育对象,要有相应的办法。一学期的工作结束了,回顾过去,展望未来,还有一些不到之处,只能在实际的教学中不断的改进。一句话,活到老,学到老,任重而道远。

的学生的基础比较扎实,学习态度认真,对英语感兴趣;其中有几个学生干脆都

不学英语。总体来说,在本学期的学习中效果以及成果还行,下学期还得继续努

力。

二、采取的措施

1、做到了认真备课。

不但备学生而且备教材备教法,根据教材内容及学生的实际,针对七年级教

学目标的不同:七年级在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力,还让学生

试着模仿教材书写单词;设计课的类型,拟定采用的教学方法,并对教学过程的

程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录,认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”,

每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具,

课后及时对该课做出总结,写好教学后记,并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点,归

纳成集。

2、增强上课技能,提高教学质量,使讲解清晰化,条理化,准确化。

条理化,准确化,情感化,生动化,做到线索清晰,层次分明,言简意赅,

深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生

的主作用,基本做到了让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快;注意精讲精练,在课堂上我讲得尽量少,让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会。

3、认真批改作业。

布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性,有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透彻的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。

4、坚持用英语组织课堂教学,即用英语教英语,并注意所用语言的正确性、纯正性和流利性。教学改革在不断深入,新教材层出不穷,越来越注重语言的真实性、地道性和交际性。目前,由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所,教师更应该注重传达知识和信息的形式,为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。总之,注意所用的语言略高于学生现有水平。力求自己的语音、语调、语言规范和准确,并根据学生状态调整语速的快慢。在课堂教学中努力创造和设计英语语言情景。把课堂当作培养和锻炼学生语言运用能力的场所,鼓励学生多讲英语,用英语简单讨论一些他们感兴趣的或大家都共同关注的话题,既活跃了课堂气氛,提高了他们的听说能力,又深化了教材内容。

一提起任七年级英语课,听起来似乎很轻松,很多人都认为七年级课程浅显,而且学生好管理,老师当然要轻松一些。其实不然。七年级正是打基础的阶段,培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的能力对以后初中英语学习很重要。因此,我觉得自己肩上的任务重大,教学上不敢有一丝的懈怠。现将我对七年级英语教学的一些认识总结如下:

1.关于朗读:英语作为一门语言,让学生在基础学习阶段养成大声朗读,敢于开口是非常必要的。在日常教学中,我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他(她)开口读、说英语了,那么他(她)这一生学习英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的几个星期阶段,我特别提醒我的学生们,一定要开口出声且大声的朗读英语。针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生,则要将其列为重点关注对象,致力于先张口,再出声,最后大声朗读。一天之计在于晨,这句名言对于英语学习来说,更是如此。早自习上,我想尽办法让学生们去读,以不同的形式,朗读不同的内容,充分挖掘学生们读的潜能,让学生们都能开口说英语。

2.关于单词教学:很多时候我们不得不承认,学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来,我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法,同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中,我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面,我一般遵循三步走的顺序。1.跟读。让学生先学会读单词,做到看到单词,读音能够脱口而出。2.记住汉语意思。可以由老师报中文解释,学生读出英文单词;在课堂句型操练中,进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。3.最后才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。事实上,此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常的高,他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。

3.关于音标:不同的英语老师对音标的出现时机看法不同。我想只要适合班级学生特点和自己教学风格的,都是可行的。尽管如此,我个人认为在七年级下学期或八年级上学期再逐步渗透音标教学,可能更为合理。因为经过七年级上学期的英语学习之后,每个学生各自都会自觉不自觉的形成一套适合自己的英语学习方法与方式,随后我们增加音标的教学,以促进他们进一步自学英语的效果,可以说是水到渠成,一气呵成了。

4.关于课堂活动模式:英语课堂上的同桌对话模式,我想应该一直被提倡。因此,在七在教学过程编排上,也尽量多的编排对话操练,以争取让学生有尽量多的机会展示,尤其是每个单元的SectionA(包括SectionB的前半部分)句型,更是有必要以两人或四人一组等模式充分操练。而此时,教材后面的听力材料则完全可以作为早自修朗读内容,其中个别超纲单词,不妨也加以解释,以作为扩展学生单词量的一个辅助手段。

5.关于后进生控制与转化: 众所周知,英语学习的两极分化现象,是令我们英语老师最头痛的。我们甚至可以发现,即使在小学毕业生中,就已经存在一定程度上的两极分化了。为此,在七年级开学阶段,根据初步的观察、调查与测试,尽快掌握班级中英语学习后进生的情况,并且在教学过程中给予更多的关注与关心,持续地给予他们精神上的鼓励,积极帮助他们重树学好英语的信心,在课堂设计上更多的倾向后进生 。

本单元主要的内容是:“Talk about personal traits and how to compare people.”(谈论人的个性特征和形容词的比较)由于本单元具有两部分:SectionA和SectionB, 从教材的整合来说本部分即有形容词用法的延续,又为后面形容词最高级的学习打下基础,具有承上启下的作用;再则,从本单元来说它既是本单元的基本语言内容,又为本单元知识扩展和综合语言运用奠定坚实的基础。因此,上好SectionA的前部分,既可让知识学习具有一定的延续性,又可为下面的教学做好铺垫,对完成本单元和今后的英语教学具有重要的意义。

学生分析:本节课对象是八年级的学生,正是学生健康的心理形成的好的时期。有的学生在回答问题的时候,总是怕出错误,怕被笑话,而选择闭口不答。因此,在教学的过程中,我注意到了充分调动学生学习的积极性,学生的自信心逐步增强,从而体验到成功的喜悦。

这节课我们学习了如何描述人物的性格特征和形容词的比较级。通过多媒体展示,内容丰富多彩,学生易理解掌握,课堂气氛因而也比较活跃。首先在上节课就给他们布置了预习, 并且都进行了初构, 所以在上课时大部分学生对所学内容比教了解; 我是通过图片来导入本课的内容的, 通过对人物性格以及外貌特征的比较引入新的语言点, 然后让学生看图说话进行了对比, 从而对所学知识进一部练习, 这样将学生一步步引入英语学习的情境中;这下学生可活跃起来了。这些问题先由我与学生做问答示范,再让学生进行相互问答练习。同时,充分利用学生的好奇心、好胜心以及自我表现的欲望,引导学生自发进入主动学习的境界;学生有了自觉的学习行为后,再加上我适时地作一些关键性指导,很快,这节课中的难点就迎刃而解了。就这样,看似闲谈,实为新知识的学习。。

但在在任务设置上,显得有些多,进度有些快,以后对于新单元的新课应稍微放慢速度。听录音部分对一部分学生来说有些难,应让学生跟读磁带。 还要对重难点及时引导学生总结。通过本节课的教学实践,我认识到教学成功与否,学生掌握程度如何,关建在于教师如何创造性地设计课堂教学。任务的设计要体现多样化和层次感;面对不同的学生群体,任务的难度系数(深度)是可以调控的;而面对同一群体里的不同程度的学生,教师可以在任务设置时注意不同角色的设定,做到有针对性,使每一层面的学生皆有所得。教师要有意识地积极引导学生以教材上的简单东西为媒介向他们熟悉的生活发散开去,大胆地用英语去了解生活中的各类简单事物,解决生活中的各种简单事情。 教师要善于活化教材,对其精加工, 在给定的语言材料基础上进行适度挖掘和拓展,使其更好服务于教学目的。课堂上尽可能给学生创造更多的机会用英语练习对话,这样不但可以培养学生的听说能力,还可以活跃课堂气氛,极大的调动学生的积极性和主动性,提高学生学习英语的兴趣。同时做一些练习来帮助学生直观地巩固所学知识,以便于提高学生综合应用知识的能力。

二、培养学生良好的英语学习习惯

农村的学生,学习英语的兴趣不是很浓,学习自觉性较差,学过的单词不愿记,不愿意开口说英语。作业不能自觉地去独立完成,而且偷工减料,抄袭作业严重。真正一考起来,问题出来很多,学生成绩差距很大,所以培养学生良好的学习习惯很重要,课前多预习,课上让学生集中注意力听讲,积极表现;课后认真完成配套的巩固练习,不懂的地方,多向老师或成绩稍好的同学请教。

其次,学习要讲究方法,举一反三,融会贯通,只有这样,学生才能把所学的知识串联起来,不容易忘记。

总之,要让学生明白,学习英语不是一天两天的事,是要靠平时慢慢积累起来的。

三、高效的课堂。

新教育实验实施以来,我不断更新教学模式,把课堂还给学生。因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学,所以上课一定要设法吸引学生,不让其分心,上课内容力求丰富,现实。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。而且每天我保持活跃的、饱满的热情去上课,让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。为了让学生真正参入到课堂中来,凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题,都让学生自己解决,老师在课堂上尽量精讲、少讲、多练,把时间都留给学生。

四、课外辅导很有必要。

由于学生的差异性,学生接受新知识的能力不同。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早读时,我坚持认真了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生即时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式,帮助他们养成良好习惯,提高他们的英语学习能力。

总之,通过一学期的努力,这两个班的成绩有所提高,因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多学习,争取进步。

第一个问题:本学期在教学上有哪些需要加强?针对这个问题,我打算从以下几个方面来努力:

1.开学初,用2节课时间,复习音标及拼读规则、简单常用的构词法。学生熟练掌握了音标,就犹如有了学英语的一根枴杖,学会了拼读音标,就具备了自学能力,同时,也会慢慢掌握按照字母发音及音节来记单词,避免死记硬背。

2.尝试在英语课上尽量不说汉语,用英语组织整节课。用全英语上课,开始学生肯定不习惯,而且会困难重重。能不能坚持用英语组织课堂,关键在老师能不能坚持。以前也总是想从初一开始来尝试,但是想到学生理解上会有困难,自己就先放弃。其实也许坚持几个星期学生就习惯了,关键是怎样来渡过开始的不适应期。这个学期,我打算来尝试一下。 3.加强让学生表演的力度。课堂上可以是相对简单的对话,另外每天让几个学生下面准备对话,最好是自己编写,第二天在课堂表演,提高他们运用英语的能力及学习兴趣。

4.尽力让每个学生过好词汇关。人教版新目标教材每个单元词汇量很大,过好单词关就非常重要,否则学起来会困难重重。在教给学生记单词的一些方法的基础上,结合记忆规律,在教学中把握好词汇的复习频率,及时重现已学单词、及时检测,帮助学生牢记单词。

5.适当添加课外阅读,尤其是英语较突出的学生,鼓励他们课下多阅读,扩大词汇量。

6.把写作纳入课堂教学。以前的教学中,很少在平时的课堂上练习写作,一般都是在期末复习时,遇到学生作文中的问题时才作指导,而平时英语写作似乎是一片空白。这个学期,尽力根据每个单元的主题,每个星期练习一片作文。

7.在提高学生学习兴趣上做一些努力。8.在帮助学困生的问题上多想办法。

学生刚刚从小学进入初中,处于一个衔接的阶段,学习任务加重,学习的习惯可能不是很好,没有形成一定的适合自己的方法,或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习,所以学习方法都还有待改善。

采用学生主体,教师主导,任务中心,活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。 四.教学管理措施:初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段,也是最为关键时期。基础打不好,直接影响学生整个初中阶段,乃至高中、大学 ,以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施:

(一)注重发音教学,加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体,激发爱好,增加容量,整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新,重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固,每日进行单词竞赛,值日报告,学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通,帮助他们克服自卑,增强信心,利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教,做到“一视同仁”关心差生,对其循循善诱,耐心教育。

(六)团结协作,共同进步。教师之间互相学习,勤学好问,做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律:像学生在课堂上讲话,睡觉等,我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒,在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理:会根据学生自身的情况,给于适当的惩奖,对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生,前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒,不直接进行点名; 对于不做的学生,会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因,一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试:整个学期一共要做4到5个测试,是以几个单元为单元,在每次考试后,都会进行分析,当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析,比如,很多同学错的是那些知识点,从学生实际掌握的角度出发,进行分析,讲解。

(十)沟通:要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通,也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通,家访,以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话,在作业批改的后面写上一些话。 五.七年级上学期教学进度安排:

本学期,我担任七年级一班,三班的英语教学。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。 教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候,我按照自己的教学设计,上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课,认为教学效果如期理想,怎知小测出来才知道不如人意。后来听同学们反应,才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂,而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知,我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况:

一方面,初学英语的学生说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们还不能适应。另一方面,三班的同学比较活跃,上课气氛积极,但中等生占较大多数,尖子生相对较少。因此,讲得太深,没有照顾到整体,而一班一部分同学比较调皮,学习欠积极性,虽然优良生比例大,但中下层面而也广,我备课时也没有注意到这点,因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影

响。这就是教育学中提到的\"备教法的同时要备学生\"。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,曾有一位前辈对我说:\"备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。\"我明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。相反,我没有认真备课的时候,课堂气氛沉闷,教学效果不好,与此相比可见,认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富,现实。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解决当中困难。

英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不原学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,就是帮助班上的同学改英文名,尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化,生活故事,让他们更了解英语,更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高,才能提高同学们的英语写作能力,对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学习中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在一班,我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高,但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水平; 第二组是肯学,但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散,学习不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果就会更好。

英语是语言。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早读时,我坚持下班了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生即时消

化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。

期中考试和期末考试是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果,因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习,考试后进行学科总结。从期中考试成绩,三班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里,我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上,特别是三班,以缩短差距。另外,还发现学生的综合能力不够强,所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学,容易掌握。

经过一个学期的努力,期末考试就是一种考验。无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的,重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高,如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多向前辈学习,争取进步。 以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅,许多地方存在不足,希望在未来的日子里,能在各位领导老师,前辈的指导下,取得更好成绩。

本学期我担任七年级的英语教学任务,。回首这一学期的教学工作,感触很多。

一、因材施教,掌握难度

我们常说,教学就是教与学的过程,两者是相互联系,学生是被教的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受。比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大,我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良,让学生更容易听懂,不断提高学生的积极性。我想这大概就是教育学中所说的“备教法的同时要备学生”。

同时根据不同的班级的学生性格特点,我也采取了不同的策略。开展各种各样的小组活动,让他们讨论合作。

二、调动气氛,参与鼓励

在课堂教学开展过程中,我感觉学生一部分不愿意起来发言:一个是教材比较有难度,怕讲错;另外一个是学生胆子比较小。针对这样的情况下,我把教材难度降低,并采取表扬和鼓励的方式。同时,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。

三、加强巩固,分批对待

七年级十

一、十二两班学生中,百分之八十来自于农村学校的毕业生,由于农村小学的条件有限,大部分学生英语基础差,部分学生几乎可以说没有英语基础。鉴于这种情况,我首先从学生的学习英语兴趣入手,想尽办法利用自身优势深入学生中,熟悉学生,最大限度的发现学生的亮点,激活学生那颗闪烁的心灵,极大的调动学生学习英语的积极性。如:用兴趣记忆法识记单词和短语。例如:教词汇时,把他们编成顺口溜。教唱一些英文歌曲等。如教busine,让学生先分解其单词为“bus” “in” “e” “”.然后想象:有一辆公交车(bus),里面(in)有一只鹅(e),鹅身上绕着两条蛇(),就是busine。让学生从学习中体会到乐趣。如此极大的调动了学生学习的兴趣。有了兴趣就有了想提高成绩的前提。

四、听课与教研

本学期在学校的组织下,认真听课并且记好笔记,同时能积极参加评课探讨。积极认真参加校组织的教研活动和教研组组织的教学专题研究活动。努力提高教学理论和业务水平,完成教研组交给的任务。认真做好每次监考和阅卷工作,考后及时做好质量分析和评讲。

3、以辅音字母+y结尾的名词,要把y变为i,再加-es;读音规则:读[z]。

eg:fly→flies; baby→babies; *元音字母加y结尾的单词直接加s; eg:toy→toys;boy→boys;

4、以-f或-fe结尾的名词,要将-f或-fe变为-v,再加es;读音规则:读[vz];

eg:knife→knives;leaf→leaves;

5、以-o结尾的名词,初级阶段只有三个单词要加-es,其余都加-s;读音规则:读[z]。

eg:tomato→tomatoes西红柿; potato→potatoes土豆; hero→heroes英雄; Negro—Negroes

eg:sheep→sheep绵羊;fish→fish鱼;deer→deer鹿;

3.不规则变化:child→children孩子;mouse→mice老鼠;German→Germans德国人;

4.某国人的复数有三种类型:

口诀“中日不变,英法变,其它S加后边”

(1)Chinese, Japanese单数复数同形,不需加s;

(2)(2)Englishman, Frenchman,复数要把 man 变为men;

(3)(3)其他各国人以–an, -ian收尾的均直接加s。如:Americans, Australians,
