语言是人类沟通的工具,是人类交流信息的重要载体。一个人的道德修养、文化水平、社会身份往往可以从他说话用词、语调口气中看出。只有具备了优秀语言能力的人,才能适应人类社会发展的需要。幼儿期是语言发展的一个非常重要和关键的时期。幼儿只有真正学会了说话,把自己的愿望用正确的语句表达出来,才能自由地和人交往,同时也才能更好的接受成人传授的知识和经验。

一、树立自信心——激发幼儿“敢说”的内驱力

刚入园的幼儿,由于环境的变化,对周围的人和事都感到陌生此时的孩子情绪不稳定、缺乏安全感,导致有些幼儿变得“沉默寡言”这时教师应善于发现,将他们安置在自己的身边,亲近他们、抚爱他们,创设一个宽松的谈话氛围,用和蔼的态度、亲切的话语跟他们交谈,使幼儿在感情上得到满足,使他们感受到尊重与爱护,逐步消除陌生感和胆怯情绪,对老师、同伴发生兴趣,产生说话的愿望,愿意用语言与他人进行交流并会感到自己被重视,进而产生用语言交流的自信心。拥有自信的孩子在得到适时的语言表达的满足的体验后,更能激起“敢说”的欲望。因此,自信心就是激发幼儿“敢说”的内驱力。

(一) 以尊重为前提,维护幼儿话语权

联合国颁布的《儿童权利公约》(1989年)中清楚地表明:儿童有法律赋予的话语权。但在现实生活中幼儿话语权受尊重的情况并不乐观。当孩子话多时,有的家长厌烦孩子“多嘴多舌”;当孩子与成人意见不一致时;有的家长责备孩子“不听话”、“捣乱”,而有的老师就可能认为是个别孩子“起哄”的结果,采取不予理会或是转移话题的态度。服从、话少的 “乖孩子”, 能得到成人更多的赞誉;持反对意见、爱辩驳的“多事孩子”,就显得不那么惹人爱。可见,幼儿话语权若没有得到应有的尊重与维护,就会造成幼儿自信心减弱,欠缺语言交流的积极性,不知不觉中说话的主动性就会被扼杀。尊重与维护儿童话语权对促进幼儿的口语发展是至关重要的。我们首先要认识到自身拥有维护幼儿话语权的义务,要创建平等对话的师幼关系,搭建师幼互动的平台。要改变以往教师占据说话的中心位置,确保在教育过程的每一个环节上发挥幼儿言语的主体积极性, 同时自觉担负起向家长宣传“尊重与维护幼儿话语权”的责任。只有成人共同尊重幼儿话语权,幼儿的话语权才能真正得到维护。

(二) 蹲下来倾听,呵护幼儿表达的愿望

蹲下来的动作很简单,但是,与以往我们成人居高临下地俯视幼儿相比较,却是我们教育观的转变,包含着我们对幼儿的尊重所呈现的下蹲方式也是我们对幼儿话语权的一种肯定态度。当我们选择俯身下蹲、与幼儿的眼睛平视时,我们还应真心流露出“渴望倾听”的神情,让幼儿真切感受到我们愿意倾听,这时他们大多数就会高兴地说出想说的话。与此同时,我们尤其要做到不推搪、不打断、不插话、不逼问,让幼儿在自然的状态下畅所欲言。而面对与教师说话胆怯的幼儿,我们蹲下的同时,不妨拉拉他的小手,或是摸摸他的小脸,亲切地说:

“说吧! 老师可想听了!”或是说:“说来听听, 老师知道你的小嘴巴是有本领的!”让原本说话胆怯或平日不爱说话的幼儿,因受到鼓舞而逐步树立说话的自信心,从而促使言语水平的发展。“蹲下来倾听”是一种能让幼儿体会到来自成人关爱的方式,也是一种成人通往幼儿内心世界的方式。这一方式有利于满足幼儿表达的愿望,也能帮助幼儿点燃语言交往的自信火花。

(三) 接纳幼儿想法,保护幼儿交流的自信心

面对爱提问、爱质疑或言语交流不顺利的幼儿,我们要以最大的热情和耐心,按 《 幼儿园教育指导纲要 ( 试行) 》 ( 下简称《 纲要》 ) 所说的那样以关怀、接纳、尊重的态度与幼儿交往。耐心倾听, 努力理解幼儿的想法与感受,支持他们大胆探索与表达。对于幼儿在日常生活中提出的偶发性问题,教师应及时给予适度的回应。对于幼儿的回答,应给予积极的肯定,即使在我们看来是不准确、不完整的答案。而对于意见与教师不一致的幼儿,教师应站在孩子的立场考虑,不妨当即请该幼儿说说自己的想法,让孩子更多地体验平等、尊重;而后采取与幼儿集体商议解决的方法,充分给予幼儿自行决策的机会,令幼儿更多地感受到自主、愉快。相信在“理解、平等、尊重”的师幼交往过程中,幼儿能不断地树立语言交往的自信心,激发“想说”、“敢说”的动力。

二、营造良好的语言氛围——孕育幼儿“爱说”的沃土

幼儿园是一个微缩的社会群体。在幼儿语言发展的过程中, 需要营造适宜的语言交流氛围, 这是催生自信、自主、自由表达语言, 获得言语技能的平台, 也是培养 “ 尊重、接纳、友爱、共勉”品质, 形成良好个性和社会适应能力的平台。因此,营造良好的班级语言氛围对幼儿口语发展是至关重要的。

(一) 为幼儿自由交谈创造条件, 让幼儿体验语言交流的乐趣

“语言能力是在运用的过程中发展起来的。”我们应为幼儿“创设一个自由、宽松的语言交往环境”,激发幼儿自发、自信地参与语言交流的愿望。在幼儿一日生活组织与实施中,《 纲要》也提到“ 保证幼儿每天有适当的自由选择和自由活动时间”,当然也包括幼儿有选择自由交谈的时间。因此,我们每日为幼儿增设一个自由说话的时间,保证幼儿有与自己朋友交谈、与老师交往的自主性,也有随意安排谈话内容的自由度。这时候教师既是支持者也是交流者,可以从旁关注他们交流的内容,也可以同伴的身份加入谈话。在此过程中,幼儿是谈话的主体,教师应 “ 支持、鼓励、吸引幼儿与教师、同伴或其他人交谈”,帮助幼儿体验语言交流的乐趣。自由、宽松的语言交往环境使幼儿在通过交互传递语言信息中体验交往情趣的同时,口语表达能力获得发展。

(二) 关注幼儿语言发展的个体特点,为每个幼儿提供他所需要的教育机会

幼儿的语言发展水平存在着差异性,语言教育在面向全体幼儿的同时,要关注幼儿个体的语言能力发展。日常生活中的谈话是发展幼儿口语的重要途径,通过谈话可以了解幼儿发音正确与否,词汇的掌握情况,语言的表达能力发展的层度。同时也可以通过谈话纠正幼儿的语言错误,发展幼儿的口语。作为教师,我们不能放弃帮助任何幼儿学习语言的机会,要尽可能地为每一个幼儿的个别需要提供帮助。在学习中要确保幼儿人人都享有发言的权利,人人都有向老师提问的机会,人人都有表达所见所闻的空间,以激发他们“爱说”的欲望,促使每一个幼儿在原有口语发展水平上获得提高。通过与单独或少数幼儿谈话发展其口语表达能力

可以比较具体的掌握每个幼儿的口语发展水平,增加指导幼儿练习说话的机会,及时发现幼儿口语中的错误并给予纠正。对有语言障碍的儿童应给予特别的关注,家长和教师要付出比别人更多的耐心与爱心,从建立宽松、平等、温馨的活动氛围开始,引发幼儿良好的情绪,帮助幼儿树立自信心,鼓励其与人积极交往,从而促进儿童语言水平的提高。例如,我班上有位语言发展障碍的小男孩,说话不如同龄幼儿流畅,每发一音都要停顿,口型变化不清晰,发音位置在胸腔,字音发出时可以听到气流,韵母发音及模仿普通话的发音较为困难。在分析原因后,我对他进行了专门的教育训练。首先引导班内小朋友来关心这位小男孩,不讥笑他的发音,鼓励他与朋友和老师多说话;只要他有一点点进步,我都在大家面前表扬他,帮助他逐渐树立与人交往的自信心。其次,根据他个人的实际发展需要,我还设计并组织多种形式的、生动有趣的语音发声游戏,既带动了他的学习和进步,又活跃和丰富了集体的语言活动,提高了孩子们争当幼儿园“推普小天使”的积极性。现在,小男孩的普通话水平大大提高了。

(三) 营造民主、和谐、自由的交流氛围

爱与同龄孩子交流的幼儿,总是希望同伴倾听,得到同伴的肯定和回应。因此,在幼儿听说同步发展的过程中营造一种“你说我听,我说你听,敢于坚持自己观点,能正确对待他人的意见,自信地表达,文明评议”的谈论氛围,才可能满足幼儿语言交流的需要。首先,我们要允许幼儿说“ 不”,鼓励幼儿据理力争。主张幼儿坚持自己的观点, 敢于真诚地表达与老师、同伴或是集体不一致的想法,幼儿“想说”、“敢说”的积极性才能得以发挥。在集体谈话时, 只有重视“求异”,才能有“百家争鸣”, 才能推动幼儿口语表达的发展。其次,教育幼儿彼此学会倾听对方声音,积极尊重他人观点。随着幼儿口语的发展,其自尊心也日益增强,有时会以不文明的方式反驳同伴的观点。教师应引导幼儿逐步学会尊重同伴的发言权与抉择权,“有理说理”,不强求他人听从。在一次主题为 “如果昆虫都不见了”的讨论活动中,有的幼儿因为意见不一互相争执了起来。于是,我建议以两种不同意见分别成立 “ 益虫论坛”与 “害虫论坛”, 每个孩子依据自己的观点加入自己支持的论坛。在两组的辩论中,还展开了文明礼貌的评比,让幼儿懂得在他人发言时不插嘴,注意倾听,能为自己的队友加油打气, 也不向对方的同伴说不礼貌的话。从这以后,班内幼儿的言论也确实表现出了 “注重倾听、自由发言、文明辩论”。可见,只有在良好的班级文化氛围和自由、民主、和谐的语言环境中,才能搭建起人际交往中文明沟通的桥梁。

三、扩展语言经验——汇集幼儿 “ 能说”的源泉

幼儿的谈话内容来源于生活经验,通过语言的交流,幼儿获得来自多方信息的同时,也习得了更多的语言经验,而语言经验又反过来促进幼儿语言的交流。因此,语言经验的获得、运用、积累、再运用, 周而复始,就形成了幼儿语言学习的连贯模式,这是促进幼儿口语表达能力提高的有效渠道。而在这其中,语言经验就成了汇集幼儿“能说”的源泉。

(一) 拓展生活空间, 丰富幼儿语言素材

幼儿语言的发展与其情感、经验、思维、社会交往能力等其他方面的发展密切相关。我们要从丰富幼儿生活经验和扩大生活环境方面入手,以幼儿的感性认识为切入点,丰富幼儿的语言素材。我们带幼儿走出幼儿园大门,走进大自然,走进社区,使活动空间不断延伸,并创

设丰富的活动内容,拓宽人际交流的空间。例如,组织对外开展的主题宣传活动,师幼商议活动的主题与内容,选择活动的时间、地点和宣传对象,设计制作宣传单,以及到活动地点实施宣传活动。这不但丰富了幼儿的社会实践,还增进了幼儿交流的主动性。而与路人对话的环节,也促进了幼儿的自身语言的运用,有效地带动了其口语表达能力的发展。随着社会交往能力的提高,活动范围的不断扩大,幼儿的阅历丰富了,词汇、句式积累到了一定的量,句子表述逐渐完整,语言的理解能力提高了,口语表达能力也获得了有效的发展。

(二) 整合论文格式各种活动,提供幼儿表达条件

《纲要》明确指出:“发展幼儿语言的重要途径是通过互相渗透的各领域的教育,在丰富多彩的活动中去扩展幼儿的经验,提供促进语言发展的条件。”无论是哪一领域的教学活动,无论是哪一种形式的游戏,都可以考虑有目的、有针对性地渗透语言教学,尝试在各领域教学的有机整合中培养幼儿口语表达能力。如在音乐欣赏活动中,听音乐编故事;在建构活动后,开展“小解说员”的评比活动等。又如,我班举办了一次“玩具新闻发布会”活动,这一活动有机整合了艺术、科学、语言领域三方面的内容。在开展主题为“小巧手”的环保小制作活动后,组织了“玩具新闻发布会”游戏,为幼儿提供自我表现的机会。幼儿纷纷报名参加了此次玩具新闻发布会的“电视直播”活动,大家高兴地聚在师幼共同自制的“大彩电”前,一个接一个带着环保小制作“上电视”了。在“主持人”的引导下,“发言人”介绍了自己玩具的名称、玩法和制作玩具的选材。有的幼儿在认真地介绍完后,还会问大家:“你们喜欢我的玩具吗?”随即在观众席上发出了一阵热烈的掌声。这次活动,不但满足了幼儿个体交流表达的需求,给予幼儿更多的表达机会,还有效地扩展了幼儿的语言经验,促进了幼儿口语表达能力的发展。

(三) 优化语言教学, 提升幼儿语言技巧

在利用整合性教育活动发展幼儿语言表态能力的同时,还应发挥语言教学本身的价值,通过语言教学活动的有效实施,进一步帮助幼儿学习语言和运用语言。因此,优化幼儿园语言教学活动显得尤其重要。首先是要充分认识及挖掘每一个语言教学活动的教育价值,并注重有目的、有计划地实施语言教学。比如,在句式练习中,学习关联词,培养幼儿语言逻辑性;在文学作品欣赏中,不但学习规范、优美的字词句,还初步理解及学习应用 “ 比喻”、“ 拟人”的修辞手法, 丰富口头语言生动形象的表现力;在诗歌学习活动中, 鼓励幼儿尝试仿编诗歌,帮助幼儿在提炼口语表达技能的同时,也获得作品创作的成功体验。组织丰富多彩的语言教学活动,能为幼儿提供学习规范语言的多种途径。而在有组织的语言活动中引导幼儿反复地练习,才能帮助幼儿正确运用语言和形成习惯。其次是在前者基础上,调整教学策略,调动幼儿学习语言的积极性。如看图讲述是幼儿园语言教育中不可缺少的重要内容,是发展幼儿口语表达能力极其有效的活动之一。但是,怎样优化看图讲述活动,使其在组织活动中富于趣味性,充分调动幼儿讲述的积极性呢? 我们不妨尝试调整看图讲述活动组织中的策略,以寻求良好的教学效果。如在活动中局部代入情景演绎法,即为幼儿提供故事情节中出现的道具,导入幼儿喜爱的角色游戏,引导幼儿将原本静态画面进行动态演绎,启发幼儿在模仿画面上角色的动态、表情的过程中,大胆发挥想象,积极创编角色间的对话。优化语言教学活动,关键是在教学中突出“以幼儿为本”的原则。要注重观察幼儿,把握住幼儿的兴趣点,

并从中帮助幼儿巩固日常生活中语言经验的积累及应用,培养幼儿创造性语言;经常组织幼儿感兴趣的主题漫谈活动,鼓励幼儿敢于表达“假设”,培养幼儿创造性语言的应用能力。

(四) 开展多种语言活动,给予幼儿交流机会

除优化幼儿园正规的语言教学活动外,在日常生活中开展丰富多彩的游戏活动、展示交流活动等渗透性的语言教育,为幼儿提供更多的交流与表达的机会, 也是有助于提升幼儿语言应用能力的手段。例如我班通过“每日一句”、“每日故事”、“ 每日阅读”,每周组织情景表演、语言游戏,定期举办诗歌朗诵比赛、“ 故事大王”等形式多样的活动, 在幼儿园各班、同龄级组中举办友谊赛, 大大调动了幼儿听说普通话的兴趣,也增进了不同年龄幼儿言语交往的技能。当然,培养幼儿口语表达能力的途径有很多。我们必须清晰地认识到:“语言能力是在运用的过程中发展起来的,发展幼儿语言的关键是创设一个能使他们想说、敢说、喜欢说、有机会说并能得到积极应答的环境。”因此,从激发幼儿“敢说、爱说、能说”入手,是培养幼儿口语表达能力的关键。
