英文书信的格式

1、

信头（Heading）

指发信人的姓名（单位名称）、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。 英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名；第二行写县、市、省、州、邮编、国名；然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之间，该用的还要用，例如在写日期的时候。

随着科技的迅猛发展，越来越多的高科技产物为人们的生活带来了方便————手机，便是其中的一个。

随着经济的发展，手机也走进了我们息息相关的校园，现在中学生带手机已经成为校园里的一道“亮丽”的风景，为了让中学生了解中学生带手机的利与弊，我们便制定了相关课题《《关于中学生带手机的利与弊》》。

让中学生了解带手机的利与弊，以致于更合理地使用手机。

随着时代的发展，方便、快捷的通讯工具——手机进了千家万户，在大街上可以看到人手一机的情景，当中，也不乏有些中学生，随着手机的日益普及，手机也进入了与我们息息相关的校园，在每个班级中，拥有手机的学生不占少数，据我们的问卷调查结果显示，有57%的中学生拥有手机，一些生产商把中学生视为他们未来庞大的销售市场。中学生使用手机更应该值得关注。

中学生使用手机无非就是在学校里，比如到学校发现要交的作业忘带来，那就趁下课时打电话回家，要父母送过来。当然，还有些同学把手机带入课堂，将手机调到振动状态，在桌子下面偷偷的玩。有的在宿舍熄灯后用手机发短信。中学生手机的三大用途：收发短信、玩游戏、上网。有超过70%的中学生已经不把手机当成与人通讯的工具，而是一台与电脑一样，能收发讯息、玩游戏、能上网、还能听音乐、发图片的“迷你“电脑，跟桌上的电脑式手提电脑比较，手机的好处当然很多。有的学生认为，它能方便联络，方便使用，可以通简讯，非常轻便，无论拥有或使用手机的中学生，利用手机信筒讯可以说已经成为手机的主要用途，就算用手机来打电话的学生也以闲聊为主，用来问功课，与家长联系的很少。

由于手机进入课堂，也不免会带来一些弊端，很多同学都对短信息上瘾，把各式各样的短信发来发去，甚至交头接耳地交流各自收到的有趣信息，自己没有认真学习，也严重地影响到周围的同学，把手机带入课堂会影响到正常的课堂秩序，有些同学甚至把手机带进考场，利用手机短信息作弊，每攫的期中、期末考

试都可以发现几起此类的作弊事件，利用手机作弊，让人防不胜防，严重地破坏了考场的纪律。有的住宿生在宿舍熄灯后，有手机来玩游戏、上网、听音乐、发短信息至深夜，造成睡眠不足，导致第二天精神不济，学习效率也大打折扣，不仅自己受带影响，也干扰了别人的休息。

综合学生使用手机现状，我们得出了以下几点利与弊。

利的方面：

1.手机作为高科技的产物，确实可以给我们的生活带来了许多方便，学生可以通过手机及时与家长联系，也可以向老师汇报学习等。

2.与以前的同学多交流，可以保持原有的友谊，与现在的同学多交流，可以增进友谊，遇到疑难问题时，可以用手机进行讨论。

3.一些手机的拍摄功能，可以随时拍下一些有意义，有价值的东西。

4.手机里面的闹钟装置，可以随时使用。

5.手机的本身小巧玲珑，占很小的面积，可以随身携带。

6.当学生外出游玩或在其它地方遇到危险时，可以及时向家长、老师或警察求助。弊的方面：

1.短信聊天，影响休息，耽误学业，多数家长反应，孩子用手机谈论学习的内容少，用于同学之间联络或发短信的多，手机给学业造成了很大的负面影响。

2.不良信息，玷污心灵。

3.助长学生攀比成风，每到课余，一些学生就会围在一起相互“切磋”手机的款式和功能，校园里的手机越来越多，档次也越来越高，对那些没有手机的同学，很容易造成心理的不平衡，在攀比之风的影响下，有些同学开始盲目追逐，因为手机更新换代十分迅速。外形、功能、都日新月异。拿名牌手机的同学就会炫耀自己的家境，父母地位，这样会让学生把父母当作靠山，不思进取。

4.额外增加父母的负担，据调查结果显示，学生购买手机的资金全部随接或同接来自于父母，且每月的话费也是父母掏腰包，对于家境并不宽裕的家庭来说给孩子买手机等于给家庭增添新的负担。

5.手机为考试作弊提供了条件，养成不正的学风。

6.影响校园治安，手机属于贵重物品，常出现偷窃现象，此外，手机所带来的恶劣影响也更为突出，已经引发了中学生的犯罪，有手机的中学生也成为一些犯罪分子的欺骗和抢劫的对象。

手机作为科技进步带给人类的新工具，是新事物，是符合社会发展规律和人民根本利益的，本身并无利弊对错。进入校园后出现的负面影响，进一步暴露了学生规则意识欠缺等学校德育的“老问题”。学校一纸禁令，其实只能在表面上掩盖问题，对中学生有手机应该一分为二的看。如今，身处信息时代的中学生已不再是“两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读闲书“的书呆子。所以，拥有作为现代社会主要沟通工具之一的手机，是社会发展的进步必然，随着生活水平的提高，为学生配一部手机对许多家长来说不是太大的负担，有了手机后，家长能够更好地监督孩子。当然，也不能忽视手机进入校园带来的新问题，要达到“利大”最根本的是要整体提升学校德育水平让学生具备自律意识，以健康的心态使用手机。

四、心得体会：

林亚干：我觉得作为一名学生，不只是单一注重于学习上，还得让实践活动来完善自己，把实践与学习相结合，才能充分完善自己的思维，还能获得更多的知识。实践是锻炼我们的知识能力，所以呢，在学习的同时还要积极参与社会实践活动，完善自己。

郑宏茂：在这次实践活动中，我们小组团结互助，一起讨论和解决问题。在活动中提高自己的认识，使我受益匪浅，在活动中，由好奇兴趣到调查了解，然后得到结果，由开始到结束的过程，使我感觉到了极大的乐趣。

廖以万：经过这次课题研究的过程，让我明白在一个活动中领导者的重要性，只有协调内部的结构，才能更好地完成任务。

冯祥冬：通过这次研究性学习，让我学习到了很多东西，使我深刻地了解到手机的利与弊。这次实践还丰富了我的社会经验、社会知识、开阔视眼、提高自身的思维，所以，我们应该积极参加这类活动。

刘光伟：在整个研究学习中，我体会到了每一组人员，相互配合、努力、认真加强了我们的社会实践能力，学习到了不少知识，相信只有付出总会有回报。王仁富：在这次活动中，我了解到手机的利弊方面，在信息时代里手机是必不可少的，只要自己有良好的掌握与心理接受能力就行了。

1.自评

林亚干：我通过这次社会实践活动，让我更懂得如何在工作中配合工作，如何去学习实践中真理的重要性，不过，也存在许多不足，不过以后我会加倍努力，把它改正过来，让自己真正融入于实践活动当中去。

郑宏茂：在这次实践活动中，自我感觉良好，能够积极认真地完成组长安排的任务，虽然还有些欠缺，但经过和组员们的努力合作，还是圆满地完成了这次活动。

廖以万：在这次课题研究的过程中，遇到不少的困难，但是我们至始至终都坚持着，并没有放弃。我们互相帮助和鼓励，终于完成了这次的研究活动，这让我明白了坚持就是胜利的道理。、

冯祥冬：在这次课题研究中，遭受过无数次拒绝，，但最终我还是坚持下来了，我与组员们齐心协力克服了种种困难，不断将我们的研究做到最完美，这让我有小小的成就感。在这次研究性学习中我充分感受到了人与人沟通的重要性和团结合作，互相帮助的力量。

李爱荣：这次活动使我受益匪浅，虽然很累但更多的是快乐。成功的完成这项工作增强了我的自信心和综合能力，增加了我的社会经验，也带给我许多的感触，团结的力量是无穷大的。

周海浪：在这次问卷调查活动中，每一个组员都积极配合组长安排的工作，都认认真真的完成组长安排的任务，学校的同学也都积极地配合我们的调查。最终，在指导老师的指导下完成了这次的社会实践，通过，这次活动，使我更加明白，团结的力量是多么的强大。

孙起学：本人对这次活动的表现较为满意，在这次活动中，我本着不怕苦、不怕累的心态，去实践，听从组长的安排，按时完成组长分配的任务，并积极提出自己的一件和配合组员一起完成这次的任务。

李亚琼：通过这次实践，我的学习能力有很大的提高，耐心调查，积极向上，集体合作是我在这次实践活动中学到的。

刘光伟：在这次实践活动中，虽然遭受了许多拒绝，但最终还是坚持到底，把任务完成了。通过不断地努力，使我感受到了小组团队组合的重要性，互相合作，不断地取长补短，最终完成任务，虽然有不足的地方，但今后会更加努力的。王仁富：在这次活动中，我不仅了解到了自身的能力，还有自身对团体的配合有些不足，但我会尽量修正的。

郑宏茂：在这次实践活动中，组员们都表现得很好，都很努力的去完成各自的任务尤其是组长李爱荣同学，能够很好的领导我们去完成任务，还承担一堆事，值得我非常的敬仰她。
