到了安徽，曾祖母和外公等亲人终于结束了这逃亡，所幸没有一个人饿死。然后有了我妈妈，遇见了我爸爸，才有了我。试想。如果曾祖母他们在路上遭遇不测，还会有我在这写作的事情吗？

各村（居）委会：
根据《农业部安委会关于转发〈国务院安委会关于开展全国安全生产大检查的通知〉的通知》，为庆祝建国60周年，确保节日期间农村沼气安全生产无事故，经研究决定组织开展全镇农村沼气安全生产大检查。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、检查范围与内容
（一）检查范围
此次沼气安全生产大检查的范围包括历年建设的各类沼气工程项目和与沼气有关的各类场所。
1、各类沼气工程。主要包括历年建设的农村用沼气、大中型
沼气工程、养殖小区和联户沼气工程、生活污水净化沼气池、生态家园沼气工程等。
2、沼气有关场所。主要包括沼气服务网点，当地沼气配套产品生产企业和沼气配件供应门市等。
（二）检查内容
1、启用沼气。重点检查施工人员是否持证上岗、投料启动前是否经过试水试压、输气管路和沼气用具的气密性和畅通性、脱硫设备的有效性、农户是否掌握沼气安全使用常识和应急处理知识、进出料口和水压间是否加盖、灶具和灯具是否远离易燃物品、能否方便地找到专业维修人员、报废沼气池是否已填埋等。
2、其他沼气工程。重点检查施工过程是否规范安全、是否存在漏气或排空等安全隐患、是否张贴安全生产制度和操作规程等、输气管道是否装有阻火器和冷凝排水装置、发酵池、集污池、调节池、观察井、观察口等是否加盖防护、危险地带是否设有明显的警示标志、关键设备是否建有定期安全检查保养制度等。
3、沼气有关场所。重点检查是否存在火灾和其他隐患、库房安全防火措施和设备是否齐全、有关人员安全意识是否到位、交通工具是否存在安全隐患等。
二、检查方式。这次检查采取自查和抽查相结合的方式进行，以自查为主，同时镇沼气办组织重点抽查，抽查比例不得低于10%。
三、检查时间。从9月22日—9月底。
四、有关要求
（一）提高认识，加强领导。各村（居）委会务必高度重视这 次沼气安全生产大检查工作，要以高度负责的精神，采取有力措施，为国庆60周年创造稳定的环境。村主要负责同志要亲自研究部署，确保责任到人、措施到位，切实履行职责，加强此次检查工作的组织领导，圆满完成检查任务。
（二）周密部署，务求实效。要结合工作实际。制订具体检查方案，进一步明确检查内容、要求和责任。要建立和落实检查工作责任，对检查中发现的隐患和问题，要责令立即整改；不能立即整改的，要提出防范措施，明确整改期限和责任人，并制订相应的应急预案；问题严重的项目村要开展全面普查，彻底消除隐患。
（三）突出重点，随机抽查。检查要做到统筹兼顾，点面结合。既要全面发动，彻底排查隐患和问题，做到排查不留死角、整治不留后患，把各项安全生产措施落到实处，也要根据平时掌握的情况，重点抽查事故概率高的工程类型、项目村和场所。检查中如发现有安全隐患和安全事故，请及时妥善处理并及时将处理情况报送我镇。
（四）加强值班，做好应急预案。认真落实国庆前期到国庆期间的值班制度，明确值班领导，公开值班电话，确保通讯畅通。值班人员要坚守岗位，及时处置突发事件。节日期间，遇有重大突发事件，要启动应急预案，主要领导要及时赶赴现场，妥善处置，并按要求迅速上报。镇值班电话：6452188。

“千教万教教人求真，千学万学学做真人。”教育家陶行知先生的一个“真”字道出了做人的根本，教育的真谛。作文亦如做人，首先应讲究“真”字。
“真”是写作的基础、核心、生命，是最难能可贵的。鲁迅的名篇《社戏》的结尾一句，不知勾起了多少读者的神思遐想。“真的，一直到现在，我实在再没有吃到那夜似的好豆，——也不再看到那夜似的好戏。”这种对平桥村的孩子、老人那种朴实真挚的感情搅动了我们心灵深处的积淀，激起了读者“人生经验通感”。《皇帝的新装》里，大家都说：“陛下的新衣真漂亮”，只有一个小孩说出了真话：“他什么也没穿。”作者让一个天真无邪、无私无畏、敢于说真话的孩子“天真”的声音来揭露这个骗局，实在太妙了！名家名篇之所以感染读者，经久不衰，无一不体现一个“真”字。写真人，写真事；吐真意，抒真情。
诚信乃立身之本，若将它转嫁到学生的作文，从中要求学生缘情而发，言之有物，不“为辞造情”，不“为赋新词强说愁”，不迎合分数，不迎合他人的心理而胡编乱造，从而丧失作文的最基本的功能：作文是记录生活，再现生活，感悟生活的表现形式。因此，要让学生不失“本我”，做到“人文合一”的转变，我认为教师要引导学生可从以下几个方面下功夫。
一、写“真”人。可以写“我”，写与“我”有关的人：亲人、伙伴、朋友、老师等等。这些人每天生活在自己身边，他们的一言一行，一举一动，对孩子来说是再熟悉不过了，即使是不在眼前也能清清楚楚浮现在脑海中。《背影》一文中，朱自清先生用白描的手法，极经济的笔墨，勾画出父亲拖着肥胖的身子，过铁道，爬月台，为“我”买橘子的一系列情景，读来令人感动，使人流泪。父亲赤城的爱子之心儿子怎能忘怀！对父亲的感激之情文中就是通过动作细节生动真切地表现出来的，激发了人的联想，激起了读者的共鸣，感染了每位读者。只有写自己比较熟悉的人，写起来才会得心应手，有话可说，写得才会真实。也只有把自己熟悉的人写像了，才能把其他人自然而然的写活。
二、写“真”事。作文是反映我们鲜活生活的一扇窗口。叶圣陶先生说：“要写出诚实的自己的话，空口念着是没有用的，应该去寻找它的源头，有了源头才会不息地倾注出真实的水来。”丰富的生活就是作文取之不竭的源泉。事儿可以写学校里的、家里的、大街上的、菜场上的、医院里的等等。凡是学生生活中能听到的、看到的、碰到的、想到的，不论大小好坏，都可作为作文的素材。记得那年初二，一个学习懒散、成绩处于中下游的学生突然写了这样一篇习作：自己在无所事事中消磨时光，在迷茫困惑中游走，在束手无策中挣扎，很压抑，很痛苦。我的评语是：老师除了难受，没别的话可说了。你太需要帮助了，而老师几乎没做什么。在判分的时候，我顿住了，他的语句没有出彩之处，全篇大白话，结构稀疏凌乱，书写也是歪歪扭扭。我可以有充足的理由，毫不犹豫地给个三类以下的分数。可如果那样做的话，以后也许就再也看不到这样的肺腑之言了。我给了他一个高分，是因为真性情是怎么也无法“训练”出来的。之后，在不断的沟通中，他又说道：从没发现真的可以将老师当作朋友，从没发现从老师那得到的理解、支持对自己的影响会这样大„„如果这位学生当初写了一大通自己是如何听取老师的教育，如何下决心订目标、订计划，如何痛改前非，而将真实的自己深深隐藏，那么，文章或许更容易得高分， 1
而自己却可能会在“真”面前迷失。我在保护学生那份忧郁、颓废的同时，相信他自己也很好地看待并珍藏了这份可贵的成长经历。写在脑海中搜索的亲身经历的事，比凭空捏造的事更能体现中心，流露真情。只有生活实在，写出来的文章才能实在，才能感人，才能让学生在作文中找回真我。这样学生写本色化内容的文章，就会水到渠成！
三、说 “真”话。心里怎么想，笔下就怎么写，是写作的基本要求之一。一位学生曾在周记中大胆地写道：“一些70年代及以前的人表现的很排斥和讨厌周杰伦，因为他咬字不清？说唱太快？另类？还是因为他红？在这个丑闻不断的娱乐圈，还有谁值得我欣赏和喜欢？ 我觉得理由是他的很多歌太有个性了，太高端了，有一种遗憾美……如果你不喜欢他，你不要污蔑他，请不要把艺人与政治扯上关系，试图影响我们听众。你们继续你们的批评，我们继续我们的喜爱。”对于这种直白与叛逆，我没有直接地下评语，而是将这个问题引入了课堂，在共同讨论之中，学生们学会了怎样看待明星。
这些凝结着真情实感的文字都是他们在生活中获得的真实的智慧，相信也会是最有意义的书写。只有对生活的朴素真诚地热爱，对生活的深沉严肃地思考，对生活的内涵大胆地剖析，才能获得真实的感受。人们常说眼睛是心灵的窗户，那么我想：当我们打开这扇窗户，带着真诚之心去注视这个世界的时候，我们一定会发现许许多多真实美好的东西。
新《课标》明确地指出：“要引导学生在作文中说真话、实话、心里话，不说假话、空话、套话。”就是写生活中的实话，写自己对生活的真实观察、真实体验、真实感悟，心中如何想，笔下就如何写。将生活中起初的话锤炼、加工，成为生动活泼的文学语言。常言道，诚信是立人之本。诚实是一个人最基本的道德素质之一。其实能否说真话，与学生的道德素质有很大的关系。说真话对人生是一种责任，对作文则是一种要求。虚情假意，矫揉造作，“无病呻吟”，为迎合而胡编乱造，这样的文章，缺少浓郁的生活气息，缺少鲜明的个性，缺少顽强的生命力，要激起读者的共鸣实在是难。培养学生诚实的道德品质，这是写真话的前提。带着一颗真诚的心，走进生活，对生活中各种各样的现象作出自己真实的评价，坦露自己真实的心声，表现出最真的一面。将这种真实的话写进文章，学生的写作就不会一个腔调，就会呈现出百花齐放的多向思维。言为心声，只要用自己的语言写出自己发自内心的真实感受和认识，写出来的文章就可达到真性情，真表达，我心思我事，我手写我口。
四、抒“真”情.“感人心者，莫先乎情”，可见，只有感情真挚的文章才能打动人心。王国维在《人间词话》中说过：“能写真景物、真感情者、谓之有境界。”写出了真情实感的文章方能称得上是有血有肉的好文章。“文贵于情”，孩子们有各自不同的生活阅历，自然就有了千差万别的感受。萧乾在《枣核》一文中，用看似“实录”的笔法记叙谈话的经过，不加修饰，朴扑实实，把这位游子的思乡之情表现得深切感人，读来如闻其声，如见其人。作者直接让人物倾诉内心活动：“家庭和事业都如意，各种新式设备都有了。可是我心上总象是缺点什么。也许是没出息，怎么年纪越大，思乡越切。我现在可充分体会出游子的心境了。”这“心上总像是缺点什么”，是对游子心境最朴实的描述，身在异国，心永远系着故乡，“都如意”“都有了”也无法替代故乡的温暖，无法弥补心上的缺憾。“我想厂甸，想隆福寺。这里一过圣诞，我就想旧历年。近来，我老是想总布胡同院里那棵枣树。”这连的一串“想”直抒胸臆，情真意切，把故乡的形象再现的多么真切！这位美籍
华人朋友情不自禁地用京腔味诉说着对故乡的思恋，句句诉的是思乡之苦，怎能不感人！情感是学生作文的原动力,只有激起学生的写作欲望,充分调动学生写作情感,学生才会乐于写,写出来的作文才会有感染力.而这种真情实感的表露抒发,就是写作的目标.教师要引导学生畅所欲言,写其所思,抒其所乐,要写出有真情的习作,就必须具备发现生活中真,善,美的能力,发展细腻丰富,健康向上的情感.”感受生活，感受人生，感受社会前进的步伐，感受时代跳动的脉搏，唯此才能体现出独到的见解。只有这样,才能明辨是非,爱憎分明.胸中有真情,笔下才能生情.写作的表情达意，也是自我的心灵对话。所以，抒发情感要发自肺腑，发表看法要出自真实的认识。写作一旦过于功利，就容易失却自我，下笔往往言不由衷，为文造情。如果文章充满虚情假意，空话假话连篇，那不但是对别人的欺骗，也是对自己的欺骗。
由此可知，写作训练的“真”原则，归根结底就是培养学生健康的文风。文风不正，难以从根本上提高写作水平。新概念作文的倡导者提倡：真实、真切、真诚、真挚的去关注、感受和体验生活，这就是说作文力求新，应讲究“真”。

为切实加强学校手足口病防控工作，维护学校的正常教学秩序，保障广大师生的身体健康，根据上级有关会议精神要求，现将《学孔小学手足口病防控实施方案》下发给你们，请各校拟定相应的实施方案认真抓好此项工作。
一、建立组织、明确职责
为加强学校手足口病防控工作的领导，学孔小学特成立学校手足口病防控工作领导小组，其组成成员如下：

领导小组下设办公室在学孔小学办公室，由吴月同志任办公
室主任并负责日常事务工作。各学校要建立以校（园）长为组长，分管安全（疾病防控工作）的同志为副组长、班主任为成员的领导小组，形成学校领导、分管领导、教师、学生四级手足口病防控管理网络，校（园）长是手足口病防控工作的第一责任人。各学校还要设立一名手足口病防控联络员，负责日常情况的收集与上报工作。
学校手足口病防控领导小组职责：制定手足口病防控工作应急预案，建立健全人、财、物等手足口病防控保障机制，加强对学生饮食的管理工作，组织开展学校手足口病健康教育，积极防控手足口病。收集、汇总有关信息，按照有关规定及时向学孔小学和乡疾病预防控制部门报告疫情，协助疾病预防控制部门（卫生院）做好对疑似病人的监测处理及环境消毒
工作。要定期组织开展重点手足口病防控的应急演练，以科学应对突发手足口病事件。
二、积极开展手足口病防控工作
（一）建立健全手足口病防控应急预案。
各学校应建立和完善学校手足口病防控工作预案，并组织学校师生学习和演练。学校手足口病应急预案内容：学校手足口病防治工作的组织管理、手足口病监测网络、手足口病预警系统、手足口病报告制度、发生手足口病时的应急控制措施、手足口病的日常预防措施，还应包含在手足口病流行季节（如冬春季呼吸道手足口病、夏秋季肠道手足口病）、特殊重大手足口病流行（如非典、甲流感），对确诊病例、疑似病例和可疑病例及密切接触者所采取的措施、确保疫情得到及时控制等内容。
（二）加强教育和管理工作。
1.各学校要把健康教育纳入教学计划，按照规定开设健康教育课。根据手足口病流行的季节特点，每学期至少集中开展2次以上的手足口病防治知识宣传教育，充分利用板报等多种形式对学生进行手足口病预防知识宣传，切实增强学生的卫生防病意识和公共卫生责任感。要教育学生养成良好的卫生习惯，努力做到“四勤”（勤洗手、勤通风、勤晒衣被、勤锻炼）、“四不”（不随地吐痰、不喝生水、不共用毛巾牙刷和口杯、不过度紧张和疲劳）。
2.各学校要加强学生的饮食管理，保证学生饮食安全。
要建立手足口病疫情管理档案。各学校领导要熟悉学校卫生管理工作的特点和规律，特别要依据手足口病发病规律将有可能暴发或流行的病种
纳入重点检查内容。经常了解学校师生对学校卫生管理工作的意见，经常查看学生食堂、教室等场所的卫生状况，经常检查督促有关人员认真履行职责，把手足口病防治工作纳入绩效考核，落实奖惩制度，每星期至少进行一次卫生检查，做好记录并进行公示。
（三）建立学生晨检制度。各级学校必须严格落实晨检、午检制度，各班主任或班级卫生员对每个学生进行观察、询问，了解学生出勤、健康状况。发现学生有传染病早期症状（如发热、皮疹、腹泻、呕吐、黄疸等）以及疑似传染病症状时，应当及时告知学校领导进行进一步核实排查，必要时将患者送正规医院就诊，保证对传染病病人早发现、早隔离、早报告、早治疗。
（四）建立学生因病缺勤病因追查和登记制度。
班主任应当密切关注本班学生的出勤情况，对于因病缺勤的学生，应当了解学生的患病情况和可能的病因，如怀疑为传染病，要及时报告给学校或兼职校医。学校接到报告后应及时追查学生的患病情况和可能的病因。
(五）认真落实传染病防控措施。
各学校按照规定做好教室、图书室、食堂等人群聚集场所的通风换气、消毒工作，保持室内空气清新。气温较低时要在课前和课间休息期间利用教室和走廊的窗户开窗换气，气温回暖后则要实行全日开窗的方式换气。同时，要做好校园内公共设施和公共用具的清洁和消毒工作，搞好校园环境卫生。
（六）严格执行传染病疫情报告制度。
1.报告内容及时限。
在同一班级（相邻班级），１天内有３例或者连续３天内有多个学生（５例以上）患病，并有相似症状（如发热、皮疹、腹泻、呕吐、黄疸等）或者共同用餐、饮水时；个别学生出现不明原因的高热、呼吸急促或剧烈呕吐、腹泻等症状时；学校发生群体性不明原因疾病或者其它突发公共卫生事件时，班主任应当在第一时间内向学校主要领导上报相关信息，为各级
在第一时间内逐级上报打开安全通道。
2.报告方式。
当出现符合上述规定的报告情况时，学校校长、分管安全的同志应当以最快捷的方式在第一时间内报告学孔小学及乡传染病防治部门（卫生院）。
3.疫情处理。
各相关学校要积极配合有关部门对本单位发生的传染病疫情进行调查和处理，做好学生及学生家长的思想工作，保证传染病防控工作的顺利进行。
三、检查督导
（一）将传染病防治工作纳入到各学校的目标考核之中。
（二）乡中心校将会同有关部门加强对学校传染病防控工作的检查指导，对防控工作不力造成传染病疫情蔓延的学校，要追究学校领导的责任。

Who knows better than the students themselves what a university should do for them and how they should be treated? Yet how often do students have any say at all in such important iues as faculty selection, curriculum planning, and scheduling? The answer is obvious: never.If university administrations refuse to include student representatives in the decision-making proce, something drastic must be done.
Let\'s examine what is happening right here on our own campus in the areas mentioned above.The first major iue is the selection of faculty members.Never in the history of this college has a student been permitted to interview, examine the credentials of, or even meet prospective profeors.All hiring is done by a joint administrative faculty committee, often made up of people who will not even
10 have extensive dealings with the individuals after they begin teaching.Those who have the most at stake and whose lives and academic careers will be governed by the profeorsnever even meet the new teachers until the first cla meeting.No one is better equipped to evaluate a profeor\'s ability to communicate with students than those whom he or she intends to teach.Anyone can read curriculum vitae to ascertain the level of profeional training and experience someone has had, but the best judges of a teacher\'s ability to teach, which is the primary function of any profeor, are undoubtedly the students themselves.
Students interest in and commitment to appropriate curricula are even more obvious.We have come to college with very specific purposes in mind: to prepare ourselves intellectually and practically for the future.We know what we need to learn in order to compete succefully with others in our chosen fields.Why should we be kept out of the curriculum planning proce? If we pay for the textbooks, spend hours in the library doing research, and burn the midnight oil studying for tests and exams, why are we not permitted to give our opinions about the materials we will spend so many hours studying? It is imperative that our views be made known to curriculum planners.
Finally, the area of scheduling is of vital interest to students.The hours at which claes are offered affect the workings of our daily lives.Many of us must juggle work and cla schedules, but often administrators ignore such problems when they schedule claes.Schedules must be convenient and flexible so that all students have equal opportunities to take the most popular claes and those which are most eential to their majors.If students helped with scheduling, never would there be two required courses offered at the same time for only one semester per academic year.Never would we have to wait two or three semesters to take a course that is a prerequisite for other desired courses, nor would we have to race acro campus in ten minutes to get from one 11 cla to the next.Students are vitally concerned with the scheduling area.
In the 1960s and early 1970s, students were not too shy or fearful to demonstrate against the injustices they saw in the draft system and the Vietnam conflict.Why should students today be afraid to voice their opinions about the very important iues that affect their very lives? It is imperative that students act to protect their own rights.Fellow university students, I urge that you meet together and draw up demands to be presented to the administration.We must take the future in our own hands, not be led to it like paive sheep.Let us act now so that we will not be sorry later!
