2011年西城区小升初升学整体情况 最新招生方式：外区外省就读可“双选”
对于外区、外省学生进西城学校就读的情况，西城区教育考试中心介绍，如果是在外省份上的小学，现在来到北京就读初中，将采取双向选择的方式进行升学，不涉及推荐派位。学生可以持双向报名卡，到意向学校报名，由学校对学生的综合评价进行选择性地录取。小学推荐派位比例30%
今年西城区教委划定的小学推荐派位比例为本校毕业生人数的30%，市区十佳少年、市红领巾奖章获得者和市级三好生优先获得推荐资格。
西城区教委提醒家长，被推荐上的学生仅仅是获得了参加派位的资格，而不是推荐了就保证百分之百能被录取，如果志愿填报过于集中，远远大于学校的推荐派位计划，5个志愿又都是同一层次上的学校，就会加大不被录取的可能。

西城区教委2011年5月3日正式公布“小升初”政策细则。2011年，原宣武区将取消对口入学方式，与原西城学生共同参加电脑派位入学。对于小学在外区就读、回西城上中学的学生，则将首次实行双向选择的办法。所有学校不能通过自行组织的考试、测试和面试录取学生。
原宣武学校分成东西两片
早在2010年两区合并之初，如何统一“小升初”政策就是家长和学生们关注的焦点。因为原西城区是北京市最先实行“小升初”电脑派位的，而原宣武区在北京市率先取消了“小升初”电脑派位，主要采取对口入学的方式。如何将二者进行统一，成为两区合并后面临的
一道难题。经过大半年研究，西城区最终决定将南、北两片的“小升初”入学方式统一成“计算机派位”与多种招生方式相结合。
按照方案，原宣武区的学校被划分成为东、西两片。其中，东片的炭儿胡同小学、后孙公园小学、琉璃厂小学等11所小学对应着15中、43中、62中等7所中学;西片的上斜街小学、康乐里小学、北京小学等17所小学对应着14中、15中、63中等9所中学。
“我们是根据南片学校和学生的数量进行划片的。”西城区教委副主任解释。据了解，西城区2011年“小升初”学生共有近8000人，其中，北片约有6000人，南片约有2000人。除亚太实验学校、育才学校、育荣实验学校因九年一贯制被单列出来外，其它学校被划分成7片，每片学生在千人左右。
推优增加两个志愿
由于采取了统一政策，2011年，无论西城区南片还是北片的特长生和推优生，都可享受“跨区选校”的待遇。学生既可以报北片学校，也可以报南片学校，从而有了更多的选择机会。
据了解，2011年西城区“小升初”推优比例仍在30%左右，但每个推优生最多可以填报5个志愿，比2010年多出两个。艺术、科技、体育特长生填报的志愿数不变，仍为两个。据了解，参加推优的学校共有45所，既有四中、八中、三帆中学等名校，也有华夏女子中学、月坛中学等特色校，还有广安中学、裕中中学等普通校。
经认定的艺术教育特色学校、体育传统项目学校和科技教育示范学校原则上面向西城区接收特长生。相关学校会将区教委批准的本校招生项目、招生区域范围及招生人数向社会公示，并在区教委和相关部门统一组织下，对经资格认定的报名学生进行专项测试。测试内容仅限学生所报特长项目，学校将依据专项测试成绩录取学生。
推优生和特长生被录取后，不再参加其它招生方式入学及划片派位。
回区就读学生可双向选择
2011年，对于在外区小学就读、户口所在地或住所地在西城区，并已办理参加西城区升学手续的小学毕业生，将首次实行双向选择入学。
按照规定，这些学生需持《学生综合素质评价手册》在规定时间到志愿学校申请入学，由志愿学校结合本校办学特点，根据对学生的综合素质评价录取学生。参加双向选择入学的中学与参加推优的中学相同。
据悉，寄宿学校(班)可自主确定招生范围，其招生区域范围及招生人数需向社会公示。凡自愿申请进入寄宿校(班)就读的学生，入学时须向学校出示学生本人2011年4月份以后在北京市区县级以上医院进行一般性体格检查合格的体检证明。民办(私立)学校可参照寄宿学校(班)的招生办法。招生时间可与其它公办学校同期或在其之后进行。适当减少共建单位和学校
西城区教委表示，被批准接收“共建”生的学校，将严格按照有关精神接收“共建”单位职工子弟入学。今后，区教委将严格控制、适当减少“共建”单位数量和接收“共建”单位职工子弟数量，原则上不再增加新的共建单位和共建学校。但是，驻区部队“双拥共建班”将保留。
另据了解，在西城区小学借读、无北京市正式常住户口的西城区小学毕业生，可申请参加多种招生办法和推荐派位入学，也可按借读小学所在派位片参加划片派位入学。

小升初英语学习：音标的学习方法
孩子在小学阶段辨音题出现的问题其实是英语教学与考试相脱节造成的，与孩子的学习能力甚至是语言能力没有太大的联系，但是有的孩子往往会被考卷上的红叉叉所打击，甚至造成孩子对英语学习失去兴趣和信心。为了帮助同学和家长们，在这里就给大家支支招。
【重要】具体操作方法如下：
1、打印或者购买一张英语音标挂图，贴在墙上；
2、每天教学四个音标，同时复习前一天学习的音标，不断地改变顺序大声朗读（实际每天所花的时间三分钟都不到）；
3、基本一个月下来，20个元音就都认识了；
4、两个月下来48个音标基本能搞定；
5、在这个过程中，孩子在做辨音题时（或者订正试卷时），尤其是难辨别的音，除了教学孩子正确的读法，更要写出音标让孩子辨析；
6、坚持一段时间后，孩子的辨音题基本能不错了。
在解决了辨音题的问题后，音标学习并不是就此结束了，接下来要解决地是根据音标读单词。
在实践中发现，孩子单个的音标可以读出来，但是要连在一起读出来，同时还要兼顾重音，还是需要练习的过程。
这个过程，小学、初中的老师都未必能在课堂上让您的孩子练习到，所以要想孩子的音标掌握好，在家的个别辅导不能少，毕竟学校老师能做的还是有限的。

一、名词复数规则

四、be going to

五、一般过去时
1.一般过去时表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态，常和表示过去的时间状语连用。一般过去时也表示过去经常或反复发生的动作感谢。
2.Be动词在一般过去时中的变化：
⑴am 和is在一般过去时中变为was。(was not=wasn’t)
⑵are在一般过去时中变为were。(were not=weren’t)
⑶带有was或were的句子，其否定、疑问的变化和is, am, are一样，即否定句在was或were后加not，一般疑问句把was或were调到句首。
3.句中没有be动词的一般过去时的句子
否定句：didn’t +动词原形，如：Jim didn’t go home yesterday.一般疑问句：在句首加did，句子中的动词过去式变回原形。如：Did Jim go home yesterday? 特殊疑问句：
⑴疑问词+did+主语+动词原形?如： What did Jim do yesterday? ⑵疑问词当主语时：疑问词+动词过去式?如：Who went to home yesterday?
动词过去式变化规则：
1.一般在动词末尾加-ed，如：pull-pulled, cook-cooked

（二）小升初英语词类：
动词、名词和形容词不太容易区分，如不能一眼看出，可用如下方法：
先用“一(量词)”(如：一个、一张等)和这个词连起来说，如说得通，一般认为是名词;说不通再用“很”去判断，就是把“很”和为个词连起来说，说得通一般就是形容词;都说不通就是动词。(目前我们学过的，以后可能不同)(另外一些很明显的，如人称代词、数词、情态动词等一下就可以知道)
1、动词
这里所说的动词是指各种动词总称，其中包括行为动词(就是我们平时总说的那种动词)、be动词、情态动词。
(1)行为动词
就是我们平时上课时说的动词，表示某一动作或行为。如：sweep、live等。
行为动词我们已学过它们的四种形式：
原形、+s/es、+ed、+ing，具体判断方法如下：
↗有，就加ing
读句子→读该单词→认识该单词→理解意思→看有无be动词
(若是be going to 就用原形)
↘没有，再看情态动词
↗有，就用原形

(2)be动词
a、Am--was Is --was Are--were 口诀：我用am, 你用are, is用在他她它，所有复数全用are。
b、肯定和否定句 I am (not) from London.He is(not) a teacher.She is(not) in the dining room.My hair is(not) long.Her eyes are(not) small.
c、一般疑问句 Am I a Chinese? Yes, you are.No, you aren’t.Are they American? Yes, they are.No, they aren’t.Is the cat fat? Yes, it is.No, it isn’t.
我们现在学过的be动词大致分两类：is、am、are为一类，一般用于一般现在时、现

(3)情态动词
情态动词也是一类特殊的动词，平时我们不把它说成是动词。情态动词可以和行为动词同时出现在同一个句子中。

情态动词后动词总是用原形。(不受其他任何条件影响)
2、名词
表示某一事物，有具体的和抽象的之分。判断的关键词往往是be动词，be动词如果是am、is或was，名词就用原形;be动词如果是are或were，名词就加s或es。
这里强调两点：不可数名词都默认为单数，所以总是用is或者was;最好不要根据some、any、a lot of等词去作判断，以免受误导。

5、数量词
我们学过两类：基数词和序数词。基数用于表示数量多少，而基数词用于表示次序，常在日期中出现。
6、冠词
有a、an、the。a和an有具体的意思，一(个…)，the没有具体意思，有时翻译为这、那。确定用a、an还是the时可根据汉语意思。a和an的区别：an用于元音音素(一般就是元音字母aeiou)前，a用于辅音音素前。
（三）小升初英语句式：
一、否定句：
表示某一否定意思。句中一定有not。
有三种可能：be动词(am、is、are、was、were)+not、情态动词(can、must、should)+ not、助动词(do、does、did) + not
如何将一个肯定的陈述句改为否定句：
1、看句中有无be动词，如有，直接在be动词后+ not。
2、看句中有无情态动词，如有，直接在情态动词后+ not。
3、如上述二者都没有，就应用助动词+ not。分四个步骤：

1、将原问句翻译为汉语(在读中要将划线部分重读)。
如：His birthday is on the 5th of May .
他的生日在五月五日。
2、用汉语进行提问。
如上句，应该问：他的生日在什么时候?
3、根据汉语将所要提问的句子补充完整。
如上句When is his birthday ?
四、祈使句
表示请求或命令别人做某事或不要做某事。
肯定祈使句一定是以动词原形开头(有时有please)，否定的祈使句一定是don’t加动词原形开头(有时有please)。
把祈使句改为否定句只需在动词前加don’t即可。
五、时态
1、一般现在时
(1)句中be动词和动词一般情况下只能有一种而且也必须有一种。如：
The children are very happy on Christmas Day .
She often does some housework at the weekend .
(2)一般现在时中的be动词：
一般用原形：am is are
am用于第一人称单数(I);is用于第三人称单数(he she it和其他人名或称谓，如：Ben his sister等);are用于第二人称单数(you)和所有复数(包括第一人称复数we、第二人称复数you;第三人称复数they和其他复数，如the children、his parents等)。
(3)一般过去时中的动词：
有两种情况：
第一种情况：主语是第三人称单数(he she it 和其他，如Helen、her cousin 等)，动词后一般加s或es。
第二种情况：主语不是第三人称单数，动词都用原形。
(4)一般现在时判断依据(如何判断一个句子是一般现在时)：
