所谓的清楚原则，就是你的ps中没有任何有疑问的地方。就象写专业论文一样，如果有缩写，在出现的第一次，你一定要写出它的全称，打个括号写上缩写（当然是除了众所周知的，譬如gre，toefl之类的）。如果你拿过奖学金，一定要象我在优势突出原则中写的那样，要注明是在多少人的竞争中拿到的。并且，你上的大学排名多少也一定要注明。因为外国人是不可能非常清楚地了解中国大学的情况的，所以你一定要给别人留下清楚的感觉。这样，你的才华才不会被埋没。
反正我想原则性的东西就这些了，具体的写作还要靠大家去自己把握。文章写好后，最好给英文好的人看一下，再请自己专业的人看一下。多找几个人最好。
其他的想法：
很多人在讨论套瓷有没有什么作用，我曾在gter的网站上看到一个台湾人写的文章，说是他得到了5个学校的offer，其中只有一个学校是套瓷得来的。确实如此，我认为套瓷的成功率只有20%，甚至更低。我老公在联系学校的时候，也套过瓷。并且他的研究方向是一种中国特有的中草药，而且他还就这种中药发表了一篇sci2.0以上的文章。当时最为难得的就是美国有一所大学的一个教授也在研究这种中药，于是就写信去套瓷，人家教授倒是很热情，信件往来了好几封，照道理来说，这所学校是最有希望的一个，可是他还是把我老公给拒了。后来是一个没有套瓷的学校给他发来的offer。所以我认为套瓷的作用不大，因为即使教授要你，可还是要通过研究生院或系里，这会儿，就看这个教授有没有实权了。 如果他讲不上话，那跟没套瓷也差不多。所以大家还是要把精力放在申请上，套瓷是你把所有材料都寄出去以后才做的事。千万不要本末倒置。
