宣纸如雪，铺在案头，如同铺在大地，运笔于手，就像操起一柄如意。寥寥数笔，勾抹出一朵幽兰、两只虫鱼，虽不见泥土不见水，但水已在人的一心中，泥也在人的意里，虫鱼也立刻鲜活，艺术赋予的生命穿越了时空，也超然万古。

自爱是为你自己增光（自爱篇）

小时候，老师总是苦口婆心地忠告：要懂得自爱，好好学习，少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。工作后，领导常常循循善诱地告诫：要懂得自爱，好好工作，今天工作不努力，明天努力找工作„„

什么是自爱？自爱就是要懂得爱惜自己。古典文学研究家俞平伯先生有句名言：“生命至脆也，吾身至小也，人世至艰也，宇宙至大也，区区的挣扎，明知是沧海的微沤(注：水中浮泡)，然而何必不自爱，又岂可不自爱呢。”那么，怎样才能做到自爱？自爱须自尊。自尊，人们首先想到的是维护个人尊严不受侮辱。像春秋时期的齐国大夫晏子出使楚国，三次受楚王侮辱，三次针尖对麦芒巧妙回击，不辱使命；战国时期的赵国大臣蔺相如，以过人的勇气才识，“完璧归赵”，“渑池相会”，两次与秦王面争，捍卫了赵王和国家的尊严，就是自尊的典范。

然而，很多人却未必懂得，要赢得别人尊重，还需有好的道德形象。例如，在大庭广众之下，把果皮纸屑丢在种满玫瑰、郁金香、薰衣草的草地上，你不感到脸红吗？在众目睽睽之下，把人撞倒在地还骂别人挡了路，你不觉得丢脸吗？生活像一个万花筒，有的人穿金戴银，却随地吐痰；有的人浓妆艳抹，却争着抢座；有的人西装革履，却满嘴粗言；还有的高大威猛，安坐在公交车的位子上却对身旁站立的老态龙钟的长者无动于衷„„他们是否想过，这样的行为会损害形象，毁掉自尊？高贵来自自尊。

自爱须自珍。老天爷让我们来到这个世界上走一遭多么不容易，因此，应该珍惜人生的每一步，珍惜成长的每一程。当读书的大好时光向你展现时，不要蹉跎岁月荒废年华；当机遇的橄榄枝朝你招手时，不要轻易放过痛失良机；当前进的绊脚石把你绊倒时，不要自暴自弃无所作为；当成功的喜悦令你陶醉时，不要洋洋自得忘乎所以；当幸福的良辰为你降临时，不要视而不见让其溜走。

曾有一个年轻人获得了一个“百里挑一”的职位，可刚到位就被领导选派到外地进修。本来风正帆悬，大路朝阳，应该抓住机遇，好好珍惜。可这时候他却陷于与新交女朋友的感情旋涡中，整日卿卿我我，恋栈爱巢，无心工作，最后落得个挪位换窝。正应了“今天工作不努力，明天努力找工作”之说。

自爱须自省。自省是一面镜子，使你不再丑陋；自省是一声警笛，使你不坠深渊；自省是一顶保护伞，使你安全着陆。自省是自爱的基础，只有通过自省，不断清洗身上的污泥浊水，才能不断完善自我，以美好的道德形象屹立于世上。自省还不能毕其功于一役，而是要像孔子所说：“吾日三省吾身。”要善于在熙熙攘攘之后，夜深人静之时，细细盘点一下自己的所作所为；更要善于从别人的话语或反应中，判断自己可能存在的问题，认真检讨。

春秋时期，越王勾践被吴国打败俘虏后，每天都在反省自己失败的原因，思考怎样才能东山再起，激励自己奋发图强，卧薪尝胆，积蓄力量，最后终于战胜了吴国。

故乡是部天书（故乡篇）

很多人身在故乡，却读不懂故乡。正所谓“不识庐山真面目，只缘身在此山中”。对于故乡，我曾无数次想从那里突围，后来，我终于实现了自己的梦想，走出了故乡；然而从那以后，我却后悔了，千方百计想要回去。

《诗经》说，“曰归曰归，岁亦莫止”。说着要回去要回去，一年又一年都跑远了。经历了多年的外地求学和工作，我终于在而立之年回到故乡，我决定后半生都要生活在这里。像梭罗一样，守在瓦尔登湖畔，给自己建一座心灵的小木屋。

也许不一定要建木屋，身临其境地感受故乡，只需要常回家看看，经常到自己出生、成长的小村庄里走一走，散散步，陪陪老人。

那些故乡的草木，我曾一度厌弃它们，因为，父母经常派我到农田里去给作物拔草。那些密密麻麻的草芽儿，割破了我的指头，把我的手掌磨出了老茧，毒烈的阳光，炙烤着我的后背，不仅使之掉了皮，甚至还生了毒疮。

此番回故乡，那里的草是那样青，淡淡的草香味扑鼻而来，小溪哗哗地流淌着，我坐在田埂上，赤着脚丫濯足，温暖而惬意。小时候，遍地的牛羊，我去放牧时总是格外小心。因为我听外公说过，他一位兄弟因在生产队里放丢了一只羊而上了吊。我虽是为自己家放羊，不用有这方面的担心；却因为身小力薄，被一头公羊生生拖出去十几米，直到我松手方才作罢。

再一次回到故乡，牛羊不见了，遍地的拖拉机，少了牛哞声和羊咩声，多了突突声。尽管也用不着拾粪了，但是，拖拉机开足马力的时候，排气管里的浓浓黑烟比牛羊粪要可怕得多。我决心喂一只羊，马就算了，我至今还对体型大的动物有恐惧感。可以养猫，肥硕无比的那种，像吴昌硕画中的动物。

还有那些故乡的矮屋，一排排，整齐地码在皖北大平原的版图上，敦厚而朴实，和故乡的老人毫无二致。再回故乡时，不知道矮屋子哪里去了，村庄整体迁移，成批次地聚拢在一起，村庄的旧址，颇有唐诗宋词里的意境，矮矮的树，丛生的草，不知哪里窜出来的一只兔子，都在邈远的村庄旧址里，大胆做了主人。

一千个人心目中，就有一千个村庄。村庄如画，让自己变成“画中人”，才是作为一个当地人的最高境界。懂故乡的最佳途径和必要条件是“在故乡”。

看《封神榜》，姜子牙手中有一部无字天书，诸仙的肉体离去时，灵魂都要跑到天书里去。其实，对于我们每个人来说，故乡也是我们的天书。

正所谓：“文章是案头的山水，山水是地面上的文章。”故乡是部天书，那些在故乡行走的人，生长的草木，横亘的河流，都是天书上的字。这么多年以来，每每念及故乡，如鲠在喉，不敢高声，因为，唯恐惊扰了“天上的人”。

雾霾散去，请围观者留下（环保篇）

风与雪，让雾霾减弱，重度污染正逐步好转。

这几天的雾霾天气成为热点，首先因为就在“自家窗外”。呼吸着不那么畅快的空气，感受到喉咙鼻子的不适，谁也免不了会有担心。媒体的跟进，专家的科普，一些地方PM2.5指数的实时发布，也引起了公众的更大关注。这种开放式的态度，顺应了民意。

当然，这也给各地政府根治污染带来更大压力。不管说多少“人人有责”，没有从法律上建构起共同而又有差别的责任体系，造成雾霾天气的各种污染排放就很难得到根本遏制。更大的挑战在于，随着气候变化对全球产生的影响，极端天气出现的概率会越来越多，造成重污染的几率会越来越大。这时解决污染问题，不能扬汤止沸，而要釜底抽薪。

美丽中国，全面小康，不仅是一个清新的结果，也是一个付出的过程，需要政府努力，也需要公众参与。1852年，伦敦大雾倒逼英国首次推出严厉措施控制污染，伦敦前副市长罗思义在回忆这段历史时曾写道：这种矫正并不是自然而然出现的，它需要政府下决心制定政策以及公众的支持。

“公众的支持”，一方面是以舆论合力，对政府进行鞭策和监督；另一方面，也是每个人身体力行地践行环保责任。曾有专家断言，今天的中国已经进入了历史上环境意识最高涨的时期。30年前我们求温饱，现在要环保；30多年前人们重生活，现在讲生态。社会的发展，让亿万中国人的目光，掠过高歌猛进的经济战车，投向低碳生活、生态文明、美丽中国。这是改变最好的时机，问题的关键在于，我们是否为这种“改变”做好了足够的准备？

当以煤为主的能源结构改变，我们能不能承受因此可能带来的电气费上涨？当燃油质量提高、环保车上市，我们肯不肯多掏钱加油换车？空调的温度能不能调得高些，出行能不能多选地铁公交？甚至当政府出台高峰限行政策时，能不能不用购买第二辆车来“应对”？这些问题，对每个人来说，都是实实在在的付出，结果却可能要10年甚至20年后才能看到。

环保是还历史债、打持久战，不能在“吸尘”时才决心绿色出行。霾虽散去，但围观者不应走开。保持每天随手转发环保帖、追踪污染事件的环保意识，形成垃圾分类、使用清洁能源的环保习惯，这才是我们向着美丽中国的坚持与努力。

翻手为忙覆为闲（人生篇）

清人张潮在《幽梦影》中有“能闲世人之所忙者，方能忙世人之所闲”之句，大概是说那些从容自在地看待世俗琐事、名利得失的人，也能置身在无关紧要的事业中自得其乐。这种眼光看似是本末倒置、与世迥异的判断，其实又何尝不是生活的再度审视和定义呢？

忙与闲本就是不同的追求所致的表象，也是对人生价值的差异认知与感悟。

贾者奔波四海精打细算人源通达，所求为利；游者历览名胜足迹踏山岳欣然快意，所要为景。人们为着自己的追求忙碌着，对无兴趣的事则弃置一旁，不闻不问。

可是众人的言行、暗处的规则、生活的教训却无时无刻不在影响着我们的判断。这种影响既催生了杀身报国的勇者、冒死进谏的政客，也诞生出唯利是图的商贩、以权谋私的官员。在潜移默化之中，人们的追求发生着改变，忙碌也是一辆没有固定轨迹的列车，无所顾忌地前行着。

苏格拉底说：不加省察的人生没有价值。这种省察既包含“吾日三省吾身”式的行为省察，又强调对过往的事件、自身忙碌的重视。西塞罗也谈到：“我最空闲的时候，往往是最忙碌的时候。”当一个人全身心地做着自己喜爱的事，他便获得了某种近乎自由的空闲。这种状态，既非功利性的驱使，也不是庸碌平淡中昏头昏脑、毫无主见、完全为他人价值所绑定的认知，而是稚童执着于手中玩物般的投入。

当今，整个社会都在轰轰烈烈地忙碌着，游手好闲、无所事事者常被投以鄙夷的目光，可忙碌的人是否看清了自己的事业，认清了自己的价值？若没有，便如同机器般的忙碌，到头来反而失去了自我。理想被习惯抹杀，追求被日常损耗。这样的忙碌还不如闲下来静思呢！

当年陈省身在谈论数学时用了“好玩”两字。既是玩，又怎不是悠闲自在？这也难怪海斯利特一本正经地说：“越是忙碌，就越会得到闲暇。”

闲、忙变化之中，通达者从容应对，化忙为闲，视闲若忙；一手执青云事业，一手握自在生活：这便是看透了忙与闲的界限，不瞎忙，有眼界，成大器。

淡淡的日子也飘香（生活篇）

看庭前花开花落，望天外云卷云舒。在每天看似平淡的日子里实际上蕴藏着的是生活百态。只要平日里多留心一点便会从点滴小事中品尝到生活的香味。

多少次我们路过美丽的风景，却因为自己的心事而将它们归于平淡。究竟是什么遮住了我们的眼？是什么束缚了我们的心，使我们不再宁静？大概便是尘事吧。

醇香

生活就像一壶酒，先给你辛辣和苦涩，再使你回味，最后送给你最甘醇的幸福，只要乐在其中，享受生活，便能品味生活的醇香。

小的时候学练古筝，觉得弹古筝若是一种享受，那也只能算是一种“要命”的享受。每一次练琴后，手腕和手指便会磨出茧，动的时候便生生地疼。

爸爸对我说：“人生一共有三种境界，一是忍受，二是接受，三是享受。忍受生活的人活得最痛苦，享受生活的人才最幸福。你为什么不学着感悟旋律的美好而偏偏选择抱怨操练的枯燥呢？”

听了这段话，我如梦初醒，开始尝试着去享受每一个音符的美好，那时我才发现琴音如此美妙，生活阵阵飘香。

幽香

朱熹在《四时读书乐》中表达了他对读书的看法以及他读书时的心情，那心灵的自由也只能在看书时才能够完全地感受到。

书的魅力便在于作者能写出你想说却又不敢说或者说不出的东西。好书便如兰花般散发着淡淡的幽香，让平淡的日子多了几分安静与美好。

淡淡的云，淡淡的景，淡淡的年年岁岁；悠悠的花，悠悠的心，悠悠的云淡风轻。用安静的心去倾听，用敏锐的眼去发现人生百态，你会感受到淡淡的日子也飘香。

天下智慧，莫过舍得（智慧篇）

“舍得”本源于佛语，出自《了凡四训》。“舍”者，实无所舍；“得”者，亦无所得，合谓“舍得”。用俗语讲，“舍得”指的是世间万物均在舍与得之中达到一种平衡，二者是矛盾的统一体，贯穿于事物发展的始末，是一个永无止息的相互制衡的循环。“舍得”之妙，妙在微言大义。

随着时光的流转，“舍得”的智慧与中国的传统文化精髓——老庄哲学迅速融合，成为了一种禅理。

著名作家贾平凹在谈到舍得智慧时说：“世界是阴与阳的构成，人在世上活着也就是一舍一得的过程。”我们不否认我们有着强烈的欲望，比如对金钱、权势、声名和感情。欲望是人的本性，也是社会前进的动力。但是，欲望这头猛兽常常使我们难以把握，不是不及，便是过之，于是便产生了太多的悲剧。有人愈是想获得却愈是获得不了，有人终于获得了却大受其害。会活的人，或者说取得成功的人，则是懂得了两个字：舍得。不舍不得，小舍小得，大舍大得。

翻读古书，历史上凝结了许多古人关于舍得的智慧：韩信胯下受辱方成大器，勾践卧薪尝胆终得灭吴；田忌与齐王赛马，以下驷对其上驷，上驷对其中驷，中驷对其下驷，舍了小负之悲，得了大胜之喜。人是如此，万事万物何尝不也是这样呢？蛇在蜕皮中长大，金在沙砾中淘出，按摩是疼痛后的舒畅，春天是走过冬天的繁荣。回顾我们经历过的事吧，许多时候我们因没有小忍而乱了大谋，许多时候我们因吃了一点小亏而懊丧不已，不久后却赢得了许多好处。保持我们的本真不为一时的浮华所迷惑吧，声名太盛只会使我们失去行动的自由。舍舍得得、得得舍舍充斥在我们琐碎的日常生活中，演绎着成功和失败的故事。舍得实在是一种哲学，也是一种艺术。

“舍得”哲学不仅在日常生活中为世人所推崇，还被一些具有战略眼光的企业家作为企业文化和经营哲学延伸到了企业管理中。

几年前，蒙牛强势推出金牌牛奶特仑苏，并迅速占据了中国高端牛奶市场的绝大部分份额。一年后，在蒙牛冰淇淋本部客户大会上，曾借势高调打出“蒂兰圣雪”的冰淇淋品牌，最终却并没有把特仑苏这个高端牛奶品牌延伸到雪糕类产品上。据说这是牛根生直接干预的结果。原因是，为了更好地保持特仑苏高端品牌的稀缺特性，避免“借内力打内力”。可见这一细微的调整却包含着商业品牌管理的核心精要所在——品牌管理的舍得之道！

舍得是一种辩证的认知，是一种取舍的智慧，是一种寻求平衡的生活哲学，更是一种不为得失所扰的意境。

舍得之间，囊括了万物运行之玄机，蕴含了人生哲理之精华，彰显了文化内涵之深厚，参悟了人生真谛之永恒。

天下智慧，莫过舍得！

宽容是一轮明月（宽容篇）

记得作家林清玄曾写过这样一个故事：一位在山中修行的禅师夜晚返回住处时，在皎洁的月光下，发现自己的茅屋有小偷光顾。他知道小偷一定找不到任何值钱的东西，就把自己的外衣脱掉拿在手上，对小偷说：“你走了老远的山路，夜凉了，你带这件衣服走吧！”说着，就把衣服披在小偷身上，小偷不知所措，低着头溜走了。禅师看着小偷的背影消失在夜色中，不禁感叹道：“可怜的人呀！但愿我能送一轮明月给你。”第二天，禅师看见他披在小偷身上的外衣被整齐地叠放在门口，他非常高兴，喃喃自语道：“我终于送了他一轮明月。”

从禅师身上，我们感受到了一种气度恢宏的宽恕之美。宽容不仅是培养良知和美德的沃土，还是一把使人向善的金钥匙，能唤回迷失的良知，警醒沉睡的爱心。它体现的不仅仅是一种人品，更是一种睿智，一种坦荡，一种处世之道，是对生活所持的一种人生态度。

仁慈和宽容是暗夜里的一轮明月，不但可以照亮自己，也可以牵引别人。人非圣贤，孰能无过，宽恕他人就是善待自己，为别人推开一扇窗户的同时，自己也能看到满园的春色。

“海纳百川，有容乃大。”古今中外，凡成大事者皆有包容他人的宽广胸怀。著名画家毕加索对别人仿照他的作品作画毫不在乎，从不追究。对此他风趣地说：“仿我画的人不是穷画家就是老朋友，那些画能让他们挣些钱，让他们及其家人有饭吃，这不是很好吗？”宽容又何尝不是一种仁爱的光芒，不仅能照亮别人，自己也能从中体验到豁达大度的快乐。

蔺相如礼让廉颇是宽容，鲍叔牙不计前嫌举荐孙叔敖是宽容，诸葛亮七擒七纵孟获更是宽容：宽容是一种伟大的选择，以人心去打动人心，能化腐朽为神奇，化干戈为玉帛。它看似软弱，却蕴含着以柔克刚的坚韧。俗话说得好：“得饶人处且饶人。”忍一时风平浪静，退一步海阔天空，心放宽了，眼界自然就宽了。雨果说：“宽容就像清凉的甘露，浇灌了干涸的心灵；宽容就像温暖的壁炉，温暖了冰冷麻木的心；宽容就像不熄的火把，点燃了冰山下将要熄灭的火种；宽容就像魔笛，把沉睡在黑暗中的人叫醒。”人生并非一帆风顺，总会有坎坷。被人误解、吃亏、受委屈之类不愉快的经历，我们也常有。如果我们为了这些琐碎小事整天耿耿于怀，就会徒添痛苦，陷入泥潭，让生活暗淡无光。反之，如果我们懂得宽容生活、宽容别人，就能驱散心头的阴云，融化眉宇间的愁苦，发现生活依然充满阳光，情趣盎然。

宠辱不惊，看庭前花开花落；去留无意，任天上云卷云舒。宽容是一朵鲜花，艳丽夺目，给生活带来温馨；宽容是一场春雨，温柔祥和，给生命带来激情。让我们学会用一颗仁慈的心去宽容他人，与快乐相伴，与幸福同行。宽容是人生最大的美德，宛如你床前的那轮明月，不仅照亮自己，更让人间充满真情。

不为昨天所束缚（岁月篇）

绝壁青松，不为艰难的昨天所束缚，才能笑傲苍穹；天山雪莲，不为寒冷的昨天所束缚，才能绽放精彩；风里落红，不为美丽的昨天所束缚，才能护花情深。四季轮回，白云苍狗，昨天种种，必然不返。万物皆能摆脱昨天，迈向未来，书写精彩。物犹如此，作为万物之灵的人，更要不为昨天所束缚！

泰戈尔说：“任凭东走西顾，逝去的必然不返。”自然之物想必是深刻领会了这句话，方可从容地踏进明天。当然，只有不为昨天所束缚的人，才能把握生命，成就辉煌。

不为昨天所束缚，让心飞得更高。误入藕花深处，荡舟采莲的美好童年；东篱把酒黄昏后，两地相思的婚姻。上苍似乎觉得给易安太多了，于是夺走她的丈夫。雁字回时，她是否为昨天束缚，愁绪盈盈？不，她拾起未完的《金石录》，提起未干的笔。摆脱昨天的束缚，让易安直欲压倒须眉，成为一代词宗。

不为昨天所束缚，让人生愈发美丽。16岁，本是风华正茂，却失去双臂，接着还意外失明。这是他的昨天，痛苦不堪。他却坚毅地走出来，以口代笔著成10万字的《我是谢坤山》。他，谢坤山，一个向前看的硬汉。不为昨天所束缚，感动了世界！

不为昨天所束缚，让岁月磨砺出珍珠。年轻时，他已声名远扬，被誉为“教授中的教授”。他是如此博学而不失谦虚。但他怎能沉溺于昨天？洋洋洒洒80余万言的《柳如是别传》让他迈向了更璀璨的明天。陈寅恪，中国史学界的一大奇迹，他抹去昨日的光芒，找到了更晶莹的珍珠。

“总是缅怀过去的人，不容易展望未来。”哲人如是说。只有丢弃昨日这张废纸，才能描绘现在这张蓝图。古有勾践走出失败，夺回失地，而夫差陶醉成功，悔恨自刎。今有尼克·胡哲自强不息，成为生命斗士，而某些人陷入过去，荒废生命，令人遗憾。

“黑夜教会了我珍视光明。”海伦·凯勒不为昨天所束缚，让世人仰望。“我决不忽视春天。”米勒不为昨天所束缚，受人民爱戴。“让有限的生命发挥出无限的价值。”杏林子不为昨天所束缚，享誉台湾。风住尘香花已尽，春溪尚好。何不抛去昨天，走进更值得珍惜的现在和明天？

把握生命的每一分钟，不为昨天所束缚，披一蓑烟雨，任过去随风而逝，自安然前行。生命，便在涟漪中荡漾开来。

燕子的底线（底线篇）

小时候，邻居家里住的是草房，每年春天还没有到，邻居家的那两只燕子就从南方飞回来在屋檐下筑巢，忙出忙进，衔来草茎泥巴，用自己的口水搅拌一下便成了它们建盖“房子”的钢筋混凝土。不久，一个圆形的巢便牢牢地粘在了屋檐下，成了燕子一家遮风避雨的家。看着两只燕子，忙忙碌碌的身影，或是听到燕子站在电线上唧唧喳喳的声音，我想，要是燕子能在我家的屋檐下筑巢安家该多好呀！

果不其然，有一年春天，一只燕子飞到我家屋檐下，来回飞了几次查看了一番后，停留在我家的房梁上，叽叽喳喳地叫个不停。爷爷说：“它是看中了我们的屋檐，要在这里做窝呢，要不怎么听起来像在说‘见喜见喜，借借房子躲躲雨’呢！”

很快，燕子招来了同伴，在我家房子的屋檐下做好了窝。

几天以后我发现，只有一只燕子外出觅食，另外一只燕子总是伏在窝里不大出来。我感到很奇怪，书上不是说燕子是一种勤劳的鸟儿吗？怎么那么懒，伏在窝里偷懒呢？爷爷说：“燕子不是在偷懒，是在孵蛋呢，过不了多久，就会有一窝小燕子呢，那样的话，咱家可就热闹了。”

我心里想：“这燕子蛋会是什么样子呢，要是能用梯子爬到屋檐下看看该多好呀！” 这天，趁孵蛋的燕子飞出去的时候，我搬来梯子，让邻居家的小弟弟帮我扶着，像一只大花猫一样几下就蹿到了屋檐下。啊，四个拇指一般大小的燕子蛋躺在窝里，我用手一摸，呵，还有燕子的体温呢！想着几天后我家屋檐下将会出现小燕子合唱的童音时，我赶紧爬下梯子。怕自己的鲁莽行为被燕子看到而生气，还装出一副若无其事的样子，到外面玩去了。

快吃午饭的时候，我回到家里，眼前的一幕让我大吃一惊：屋檐下的燕子窝一片狼藉，像被猫给捣毁了一样，几个燕子蛋掉落在地上，碎了，蛋黄连同燕子窝里的干草撒了一地。“肯定是大狸猫干的好事！”我抓起一根木棍往大狸猫身上掷去，大狸猫“嗷”地叫了一声，迅即上了房顶跑了，还不时回过头来望着我，一副比窦娥还冤的面孔让人久久难忘。

“大狸猫是根本不可能爬到那么高的地方去扒翻燕子窝的，燕子就是因为知道大狸猫根本上不去才在屋檐上做的窝。”爷爷平静地说，“这恐怕是你小子惹的祸吧！要知道燕子的蛋，是决不能上人气的，这是燕子的底线，人类不可侵犯。否则它会一损俱损，惨烈地抛却自己的孩子，毁掉自己的家。”听了这话，我羞愧地低下了头，要怪只能怪自己做事太莽撞。人有了底线，才有尊严，燕子也是这样。从那以后，我家的屋檐下再也没有燕子来做过窝。

人生三境（境界篇）

曾经听过这样的说法：平庸的人有一条命——性命，优秀的人有两条命——性命和生命，卓越的人有三条命——性命、生命和使命。

细细想来，此言的确概括出了人生的三种境界。

从呱呱坠地那一刻起，我们就拥有了属于自己的性命。无论是达官显贵还是平民百姓，每个人的性命只有一次。无论是活得精彩、轰轰烈烈，还是落魄、黯然无光，等到你离开人世的时候，性命便就此终结，画上了句号。由于性命只有一次，所以每个人自然都视之如珍宝，一旦失去性命，万事皆休。

平庸的人，只是来世上走了一遭，徒有性命而已。他们只追求一日三餐的温饱，没有高远的目标，亦没有伟大的理想，饱食终日，每一天都重复着昨天的故事。这样的人，毕生都没能走出人生的第一境界。

优秀的人则不同。既然来世上走一遭，就绝不能白活一回；一定要活得有滋有味，有声有色，活出一份不同于芸芸众生的自我来。因此，他们在珍惜性命的同时，更注意提高内在修养和生活质量。内修心灵，外修仪容，每一寸光阴都活得充实而有尊严。正所谓“我们不能决定性命的长度，但能拓宽性命的广度”。生活有了更广阔的空间，性命自然更有意义，于是就可以当之无愧地称之为“生命”。显然，在做人的格调上，生命比性命更胜一筹，此乃人生的第二境界。

卓越的人，把自己的生命同国家、民族甚至整个人类的命运紧紧联系起来，赋予生命至高无上的责任，他们的肩上便有了沉甸甸的担当，这就是神圣的使命。中华民族有五千年的悠久历史，如此彪炳史册的人自然不胜枚举。林则徐曾说，“苟利国家生死以，岂因祸福避趋之”。在他眼中，与国家的利益相比，一己性命轻如鸿毛。所以，他敢于直言进谏，为了国富民强，做出虎门销烟的壮举，虽被流放伊犁也无怨无悔。近代，钱学森放弃了美国优厚的生活条件，远渡重洋，报效祖国；“两弹元勋”邓稼先在荒凉的沙漠默默奋斗数载，为了国家的国防事业鞠躬尽瘁„„使命，是他们心头的千钧重任。

毋庸置疑，使命是远远高于性命和生命之上的第三种境界。胸怀使命的人，有高远的目标、崇高的理想、矢志不渝的人生信念，以国家的兴旺、民族的复兴为己任，粉身碎骨浑不怕。他们把使命看得大过天，超过命，在历史的长河中，谱写了一曲又一曲壮丽诗篇。

平庸的人，浑浑噩噩，虚度一生；优秀的人，挑战自我，超出常人；卓越的人，铁肩担道义，不同凡响。做什么样的人，全在于你自己的选择。

惟愿此心无怨尤（选择篇）

总有些生命，酣畅淋漓地恣意挥洒，哪怕遍体鳞伤。亦有些生命，宁静淡泊地安于一隅，哪怕无波无澜。

无论如何选择，只要心中无怨无尤，一句轻描淡写的“我愿意”也会有千钧之力，不容他人置喙。如人饮水，冷暖自知。唯愿本心充实满足，无悔自己的决定，便是无憾。

托山为钵，剪水为衣，渺渺若垂天之云，悠悠自来去。这便是庄子。他是如此飘忽不定，穿行于山林间，沉浮于云气中，纵使生活穷困潦倒亦不移本心。他垂钓于濮水之滨，楚王派人请他入朝为相，“愿以江山累矣”，话说得如此恳切，而庄子却吝于回头。他凝视着水底匍匐的一只龟，笑言：“龟是愿意被人供养在庙堂里，还是愿意自由地爬行在泥地里呢？”对曰：“后者。”庄子笑了：“往矣，吾将曳尾于涂中！”或许有人为他放弃高官厚禄安于贫穷感到不解甚至不值，我却为他拍手称快，他遵循了心的召唤，没有被浮云遮蔽了双眼，坚持自我。孤寂却不孤独地看守着心灵的月亮树——诡谲难测，却自有一番风骨。与庄子同样随心所欲的还有那轻裘缓带、不鞋而屐的魏晋名士。在那愁云惨淡的天幕下，他们不愿循规蹈矩明哲保身，而是纵情狂歌，舍生忘死；他们白眼向权贵，折枝为美人，生命随心绽放得如此绚烂，光耀千古。当洛阳东市刑场上奏起《广陵散》之绝响，那亦是嵇康内心的绝唱：“此身虽陨，此心无怨尤！”真名士，自有一派清峻超绝的风流。

与此番炽烈壮阔的生命相反的是一种安然，二者的共同之处就在于内心的答案：“我愿意。”

李叔同舍下尘缘，斩尽俗丝，遁入空门成为弘一法师。此举令多少仰慕其才华的人唏嘘不已。然他还是无怨无悔地随心而行。“明镜止水以定身，青天白日以成事，光风霁月以待人。”这偈语便是他心灵的写照。倘若他不割舍红尘纷繁事，或许会为后人留下更多璀璨的绘画与篆刻作品，但又何来他圆寂前发自肺腑的“华枝春满，天心月圆”？

陶渊明“误落尘网中”，终是抵抗不了心底声声“归去来兮”！而后“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”。林逋厌倦污浊官场，终是隐于西湖之畔，梅妻鹤子，飘然不群。沈复没有“人间万姓仰头看”的鸿鹄之志，只是随心生活，记录日常的一次出行或仅仅是一块石头，便成了《浮生六记》„„

这般安然的心底的细小满足，实在不足为外人道矣。生命仅有一次，但求随意，勿忘本心。唯愿此心无怨尤，唯愿你能坦然一笑，道一声“我愿意”。

感恩让生命之花常开不败（感恩篇）

如果没有乌鸦反哺，老鸦何以安享晚年？

如果没有幼羊跪乳，老羊何以终其余生？如果没有感恩之情，世界怎会如此阳光明媚？感恩，让生命之花常开不败！

感恩父母，让亲情如蜜如饴。不管你身处何方，不管你是喜是怒，父母的心都始终伴随着你。感恩父母，已成为亘古不变的真理。孟佩杰，一个二十岁的姑娘，却撑起了养母的整个天空。即使养母仅仅照顾了自己三年，但感恩的心驱使她用一辈子来偿还。她和母亲的心紧紧连在了一起。古有沉香劈山救母，今有彭斯割肝救母。彭斯毅然赶回国内将自己60%的肝移植给母亲。虽然忍受了疼痛，但他的行为却让亲情愈加浓厚。感恩父母，让亲情如蜜如饴。

感恩社会，让生活充满生机。社会如水我如鱼。离开了社会，人何以生存？感恩社会是我们的责任，更是我们内心的呼唤之声。雷锋虽然已经不存在，但他服务社会的精神却绵延不绝。郭明义，他是当代的活雷锋。他捐款捐物，甚至捐出自己六万多毫升血。他知道，一个人的力量虽然弱小，但自己的善行却可以带给无数人希望。他默默奉献，只为让社会更加美好与和谐。他觉得，服务社会是自己的责任。他知道，服务社会生活才会更加充实与丰富。感恩社会，让生活充满生机。

感恩祖国，让国家繁荣昌盛。祖国是人民的依靠，热爱祖国才能使自己的生存更加安稳，才能使我们的祖**亲迈向繁荣。钱学森，两弹之父，科学泰斗，在金钱名利的诱惑下没有迷失自己的方向，冒着生命的危险，艰难地踏上回国的征程。几十年的辛劳，他谱写了一曲感恩祖国的动人篇章。原子弹、氢弹、导弹——相继诞生。看着祖国这条东方巨龙迅速腾飞，他们内心无比激动。如果没有钱学森，中国的国防实力怎能如此强大？天宫一号何以遨游太空？腾飞的巨龙何以傲视苍穹？感恩祖国，让国家繁荣昌盛。

感恩如春风，吹出了花红柳绿。感恩如春雨，洗涤了心中尘埃。感恩如秋叶，飘出了瓜果清香。感恩如冬雪，装帧出动人纯真世界。

让我们学会感恩吧，感恩让生命之花常开不败！

方圆之用（思变篇）

辩证法的实质在于对立统一，人生的智慧也恰在于此。所谓刚柔并济，所谓能屈能伸，所谓知黑守白，无不是在告诉人们：方圆之用，善莫大焉。

入世为方，出世为圆。

要论人之一生首先遇到的问题，当属入世与出世之抉择。有英雄如曹孟德对酒当歌，舳舻千里，山不厌高，求贤若渴，乱世之中尽显英雄本色，当属入世之典范；也有隐者如林逋，以梅为妻，以鹤为子，寄情山水，徘徊光影之中，不愧出世的楷模。

然而，视孟德之一生，豪情虽多，闲情很少；观林逋之一世，虽多闲适，却少激越。但也有透彻的高人，游刃于方圆之间，以出世之心做入世之事，功成之时急流勇退。汉初三杰之一的张子房，运筹于帷幄之中，决胜于千里之外，官封留侯却于功成名就之时退隐山林。一出一入，方圆之间，尽显风度。

痴心为方，明哲为圆。

人生之理想、事业、感情，皆有痴心与明哲之二法。痴心者如尼采，醉心于自己的超人哲学，自己的热血烧死了自己，落得个发疯的下场；明哲者更多，芸芸众生之中多少人精于算计深谙明哲自保之道，而历史的淘洗却隐去他们的姓名，终被岁月遗弃。

尼采之痴心，使自己走向疯狂；世人之明哲，使自己陷入庸碌。却也有痴心而明哲之人如张大千，热爱艺术也不排斥世俗，懂得进退之中见风华。痴心而明哲，方圆之间，尽是智慧。

激进为方，渐进为圆。

再看国家民族之兴亡，亦满是方圆之道。法国大革命之狂热，带来了多少本可避免的残杀。罗伯斯庇尔之白色恐怖，更使人心惶惶。而德国民主改革的不彻底，封建残余充斥整个德意志，方圆只取其一，流弊无穷。相反，外有英国之光荣革命，保守中蕴藏激越；内有中国之新民主主义革命，有进有退，能打能谈。激进与渐进，方圆之间，耐人寻味。

方中有圆，圆中有方，方圆并举，刚柔相济。方圆之用，善莫大焉。

拒绝平庸(平庸篇)

不由得想起早上过来赶考时瞅见的一家小餐馆，名为“风沙渡”。独这三字，意境全出，那杂乱的店面也仿佛不嫌粗陋，而自有一种粗犷渺远的豪情在胸中激荡了。

只是一个招牌，却可以让这一家平凡的餐馆从一干“某氏餐馆”、“某某小吃”中脱颖而出，这就是超越了平庸的力量。

不由又想起一群人，他们也曾坐在这考场，也曾为了理想而奋斗，而他们现在，叫做“蚁族”；他们的住所，叫“蜗居”。当社会的风霜吹凉了热血抹平了棱角，当学过的知识没有用武之地丢弃在脑海尽头，他们早忘却了身为高学历人才的骄傲，沉寂了，平庸了。最可悲的不是身居不足盈尺的斗室，也不是食不果腹衣不保暖，而是丧失了理想和追求，只剩下忍让顺从。没有人生来就是任人践踏的草芥蝼蚁，但如果有一颗甘于平庸甘于卑贱的心，那唯一的归宿就只是蝼蚁。

We produce much litter every day, it makes our environment dirty .Many factories pour waste water into river, They creat water pollution.It will cause the fish to be dead.Noise pollution can not only make people deaf but also cause high blood preure.They are all bad for us.

As students, we should protect our environment and to be greener people.We ought to plant more trees.We had better walk to school.We should throw rubbish into the dustbin.We shouldn’t leave rubbish here and there.We shouldn’t walk on gra or pick flowers.We shouldn’t spit in public.We shouldn’t cut down trees.

In short, we should try to make le pollution and do everything we can to protect our environment.

As time goes by, man is making the earth sick.People cut down too many trees and leave rubbish everywhere.Factories pour waste water into the rivers.This has caused many problems.For example, the land changes into sand; the river is dirty; the air is not clean any more; the temperature of the earth is rising, and she is calling for help.What shall we do to save her? I think we should plant more trees, put the rubbish into dustbins and so on.In a word, We have only one earth, We should do everything we can to protect it.
