一、句子开头多样化英语(论坛)是一种句型结构灵活多变的语言。由于拘泥于传统语法框架，许多初学写作的人都喜欢用名词开头写句子。这样写倒是无可非议，但若通篇文章都是干巴巴的同样结构的句子，就显得呆板生硬，缺乏生气了。事实上，在英语写作中除名词可放在句子的开头外，许多其它词类及词组均可放在句子开头的位置。

二、避免一个“I”写到底

初学英文写作的人的另一通病是一个“I”写到底，句首僵硬，缺乏变化。

试读下面这段文章：

上面这一段共用了八个“I”。当然上文若出自一个幼童笔下，倒不乏天真纯朴的趣味。不妨改写如下：

三、注意句子的紧凑性

1.当两个句子是围绕着同一主题的不同方面进行说明时，可以将两句中相同的成分省略，形成并列句，从而使句子更加紧凑。这也就是省略结构所表达出的英文的紧凑性。需要注意的是两句中形成对应关系的something要完全一致才可以省略，而且与相同成分相关的短语（主要是动词短语中的介词）不可以省略。另外，如果表示比较结构的句子前后有相同成分，而且此成分有短语修饰，后面的相同成分要由代词来置换，而不能直接将其省略。（如下面的例句三）

1.学院悬挂有考试名称的横幅，考点内张贴《考点平面图》、《考场安排示意图》、《考试守则》、《国家教育考试违规处理办法》等宣传材料，考点内划出了七个考试区域：1号教学楼、2号教学楼、4号教学楼、阶梯教室、5号教学楼、B座教学楼及C座教学楼。考试区域均设置明显的警戒线和考场路线指示牌，并摆放有专业喷绘制做的《考生守则》、《监考员守则》、《学院平面图》、《考场平面图》、《国家教育考试违规处理办法》等宣传材料，使考生树立遵守考风考纪的意识。

各位监考老师严格按照《监考员守则》严把试卷安全保密关、严把考场秩序关、严把试卷验收关。从试卷的运送和发放到每份试卷的验收，从宣传材料的摆放到考试用品的发放和回收都做到责任到人，确保考试工作保密而有序的开展。

1.武警人员随同市招办保密员和我院保密员进行试卷押运，在试卷的押运和存放保密室过程中，保证严格按照保密要求进行押运、存放和履行试卷交接手续。

2.严格按照操作流程检查和分发试卷，发现试卷有问题及时上报，正确处理。启用备用试卷必须请示主考，交接时如实做好记录，由主考签名。

3.无任何失、泄密事件。

七、答卷送交认真规范 通知成绩及时准确 1.严格按照省、市招办的要求完成答卷的整理和送交工作。认真验收每个考场的考试答卷、答题卡的数目及排序、装订、整理的情况，答卷不缺少、不丢失、不损坏，保证排序、装订、密封良好，认真填写试卷袋和《考场记录单》，签字完备。

2.及时将成绩报告单发放给考生及做好成绩报告单的纠错和补办工作。

八、组织管理协调一致，工作质量不断提高

我院坚持以教学为中心，教务处统一安排，得到了各级领导和学院各部门的大力支持，上下一心，通力配合，发挥了强大的团队力量。考试过程中，巡视员、联络员、保密员、流动监考、保卫组都坚守岗位、尽职尽责，及时处理考试中的有关问题。

1.认真执行教育部考试中心及省、市招办的有关工作安排，按时参加省、市招办组织召开的会议、报送对违纪考生的处理结果和工作总结。

2.积极配合省、市招办派遣巡视员的巡视工作，对于巡视员提出的合理化意见和建议认真听取并积极整改。

3.按时足额缴纳报名考务费。

九、存在问题及改进措施 1.证件不全。

存在问题：准考证书上规定考生必须带准考证、身份证和学生证。学生考试需携带的三种证件均存在丢失补办现象。

采取措施：考务科制定了临时办理学生证、身份证的表格，加盖教务处公章。准考证在考前两天进行发放，但仍存在丢失现象，在6月19日下午进行了补办。

2.考生信息错误。

存在问题：一名学生姓名错误。

操作方法为：先将电子版打印出来，让考生校对无误后签字，辅导员再将正确的电子版交至教学秘书处，由各院教学秘书汇总后交至教务处。

改进措施：强调各个环节的重要性，尤其是个人信息的校对工作。 3.准考证的领取。

采取措施：为杜绝准考证不知在哪个环节丢失的现象，教务处将每个分院的考生信息分别装在各自的档案袋里，领取人核实无误后签字领走。本次采取了这种领取方式，效果很好。

4.考场分配与设置。存在问题： ①2号教学楼考场设置存在严重错误。其中，2个办公室误作为班级进行考场安排；2个画室安排成考场，考场内无任何桌椅；3个班级教室无法正常打开前后门锁，经后勤处协助更换了门锁；2号教学楼整体班级卫生较差。

②B座教学楼部分班级考场清场不干净。 采取措施：

①考务科考前45天进行拟安排，根据考场安排总体需要，各分院教学秘书报本院所在教学楼的教室分布图形成考场分布图。

②考务科考前5天发布通知：“如本院教学班作为四六级考场,请各分院审核桌椅是否有损坏,如有损坏,影响考场安排的,于6月17日下午15：00前报考务科,含班级门牌号。请各分院协调安排。”

③教务处在考前2天发布CET考场班级卫生、清场整理书面通知安排表于学生处，由学生处通知各分院进行整理。

改进措施： ①领导重视

无论是考前召开协调会，还是考试期间，主考、副主考领导坐镇指挥，处理应急预案，便于考务工作的进展。

②落实责任制

由信息发送通知改为书面发放通知，相关责任人领取并签字。 ③加强督察、抽查力度

根据掌握的实际情况，，对经常出现问题的分院，要“走出去”，多查看，多督促。

我院坚持以教学为中心，教务处统一安排，得到了各级领导和学院各部门的大力支持，上下一心，通力配合，发挥了强大的团队力量。精心组织，严密组考，使我院考点规模在平稳增长的同时，考务管理工作水平也在健康发展，各类考试考务工作水平不断提高，从而实现以考风促教风，以考风促学风的工作目标。

我顺利的通过了全国英语四级等级考试。下面，我就我的四级心得给大家分享一下。

（一） 作文

英语作文是一块难啃的骨头，在规定的时间内写出高质量的文章绝非易事，但是大家首先要保证字数，其次千万不要跑题，其实只要这两点能办到，就可以及格了。如果你可以运用一些从句，一些语法结构，那得高分就太简单了。我建议大家可以多背几篇英语范文。

（二） 听力

听力在英语四级考试中占的比重还是很大的，当然其重要性不言而喻。所以大家一定要多听历年的真题，只有把自己容身于英语的环境中才可以。大家可以每天在一个固定的时间认认真真的听历年的真题，去思考和揣摩出题人的套路，你可以从中受益匪浅的！

（三） 阅读

阅读是英语四级考试中分量最重的，单纯一个选择题就十七分，相信大家只要能把英语阅读搞上去，那过四级就是小菜一碟。在阅读方面我给大家以下几点建议：

1.从现在起就开始训练自己在规定的时间内完成阅读和答题（大概一篇9分钟为宜）。这一点很重要，大家一定要在这方面下功夫，既要速速又要质量。

2.具体阅读方法因人而异，但一般的阅读方法是，首先快速浏览全文，接着回答问题，然后再有针对性的去阅读文章的具体段落。

3.做完一篇阅读，查阅试卷的答案解析，如果有错误，自己心里应该知道自己错在哪里。最后要再认真的细读文章，努力掌握文章出现的生词和词组，这不仅是练习的过程，还是学习的过程 。

（四） 快速阅读和翻译

这两部分考察大家的是词汇量，以我之见，如果大家头英语四级考试之前就可以掌握英语六级的词汇量，那么你的四级考试就会做的得心应手。所以说，大家的词汇量一定上去，只有保证词汇量，才可以大显身手。大家从现在就应该开始辞海战术了！

（五） 选词填空

我在四级考试中最害怕的就是选词填空了，但是自己在考试时做题思路是正确的。首先查看和分类所提供的单词，然后回到文章中根据词性有针对的选词填空。
