成长，需要竟争
上课后的几分钟，身体又开始疲惫起来，才开学第二个星期，我不知不觉又有了这样的感受。因为在假期中竟争没了。
我觉得成长就是这样，在漫长的人生中，竟争是不可缺的，有了竟争才会有向上、也就是说社会的进步靠的是竟争得来的。每当你走在回家的路上，一边吹着清凉的空气，一边赏视着路边的那些弯曲的花草，谁都知道它们很幸福地生长在这样的一个雨露、阳光充足的环境里。但如果你去过丛林深山，你便会知道这些花草是多么的脆弱。植物都是需要阳光，但如果被别的树挡住了，会怎么办？竟争，这是没理由的。要想不被别人比下去，就要比别人更有能力。所以那里的树才会长得那么直、那么高、以便得到更多的阳光。说完地上，在看看地下。如果在一棵树下挖开土看看，便会发现树的根是多么的粗大，甚至伸到地下几十米外。如果把树的杆比作人的才能，把森林比作社会，树杆越高得到的阳光供给树根越充足，树根便越来越粗，越来越深。从这里就可以得出：人，是需要竟争的。竟争靠的是知识，有知识超过别人，然后再以获得的一些物质去让自己在社会上有立足的能力，只有这样才能使社会更加繁荣。如果没有竟争，那样的小草风一吹就倒了，但如果有了竟争，再大的风也不能把它吹倒，因为它经过了千锤百炼，已根深地固。
现在这样的社会上，没有谁让着谁，只有谁挤着谁，大挤小，强挤弱等都是必然的。所以如果放弃就表示提前取消生命的资格。只有竟争才能让人生活得更精神。而知识就是竟争最好的武器。
学会忍让
忍，心字头上一把刀。光从这一点看来，忍是很难受的事。生活，不可能事事如意，也不可能光靠几张嘴或是动刀动枪就能解决所有的人事之间的茶杯矛盾。因此生活在这个社会的人们应试应该学会一点----忍让。
孔子曾经说过：“小不忍则乱大谋。”有个简单的例子。“三顾茅庐”大家一定知道，张飞说要把诸葛亮绑回去，如果没有刘备劝他忍住，会有蜀国的风光吗？会有三国演义吗？古人是这样。现在的社会反而像是退步了。同学会因小纷争大打出手；人们时常为了一点小利把邻居告上法庭；同事会因为谁能升级而勾心斗角„„最后的结果呢？往往是两败俱伤。现在提倡构建和谐，但有人想过合诣社会缺的是什么吗？忍让。
不只是要忍让，还要知道怎么忍，什么时候该忍，什么时候不能忍。某些人或事，总会有让人不顺心的地方，而这些地方又往往是无法改变的。好比一些产品制造出来，它就永远如此。这时便需要忍让。比如有些事是你非做不可，却又不是本身愿意的，或有些人顽固的和你争他自已明显的错误时。但在关系到自已尊严和人格时，是不能忍让的。晏子使楚就是一个好的典故。晏子靠自已的机智勇敢维护了自已的尊严。由此看来，不论是忍让或不忍让，都要有智慧的体现。合谐社会需要忍让，生活处事需要忍让，与人交往需要忍让，因此学会忍让便可以让人们在人生的道路上，少走一些弯路，不只是方便自已，也方便了别人。
有趣的一堂课
在科学课上，老师教我们做过许多实验，但最让我喜欢的还是做“土电话”这个实验。
上课的铃声响了，教科学的黄老师走进了教室，对我们说：“今天我们来做‘土电话’。”我还是第一次听说“土电话”呢，我已经迫不及待了。老师发给我们每一个小组2个一次性杯子和一条长线，然后说：“在杯底下钻个洞，然后把线伸到里面打个结！”于是，各组同学纷纷动手了。我们小组想：用什么东西在杯底钻个洞？用针，弄到手就麻烦了，最后决定用牙签，即方便又安全。我拿出牙签，一会儿就钻好了。接下来要把线伸进杯底了，这件事特简单，我们组的张文怡不费一点劲儿，就把这事干好了。在看到别的组同学因为把洞弄得太大，为下面的打结活动增加了许多麻烦，打了好几个结也没用后，我们想到了一个办法：用透明胶在里面外面都贴上。我们按照这个办法做起来，果然成功了。我们用同样的办法把另一头也做好了，一个“土电话”大功告成了。我想：难道这就是“土电话”，用一条绳子当电线，也能像电话一样对话？我把做好的 “土电话”给老师看，并把想法也告诉了老师，老师说：“不信就自己试一试。”黄老师把方法告诉了我们：“一个人说，一个人听，试试能不能听到？”我把一头给了张文怡，一头给自己，张文怡说：“程旭静，听到了吗？”没想到我真的听到了，让我大吃一惊。后来，我越说越带劲，越说越好玩，我们你说说，我听听，你听听，我说说，真好玩。

古人不远：我最喜欢的历史人物
在浩瀚的历史长河中，总会涌现出一批又一批杰出的人才，他们正如东方升起的旭日，让神州大地凝聚万丈光芒，他们或而勇于为民请命，或而一心保家卫国，有的执着编撰著作，有的维持和平邦交，诚然，它们都是英雄，然而我最喜欢的还是那个高吟着“留取丹青照汗青”的文天祥。
少年英才，崭露头角：文天祥出生平民世家，家境清贫，但自幼受父亲教导，勤勉刻苦，为人正直而又淡泊名利，这就为他将来的人生打下了良好基础。他才华横溢，21岁就金榜题名，开始进入仕途，当时的主考官就是这样评价文天祥的试卷的这份卷子：议论卓绝，合乎古圣先贤之大道。文中表现出忠君爱国之心，坚如铁石。我想这就是文天祥当时的心境与理想。
不畏权贵，爱民如子：当时的宋朝政治昏暗腐朽，奸臣贾似道当权，文天祥身处逆流，发誓绝不同流合污。他不对贾似道歌功颂德，反而直言臣下要以国事为重，指出贾似道的行为是“惜其身、违朕心”。对于提出投降迁都的权臣董宋臣，他更是义不容辞地喊出“理应救百姓于水火，迁都之议是小人祸国之言，董宋臣恶贯满盈，应当斩首”的救国之言。文天祥还建议改革政治、扩充兵力、抗元救国。但都未得肯定，反而被贬至赣州这个不毛之地，可文天祥却依然勤政爱民，得到当地百姓的支持与热爱。
壮志未酬，以身殉国：元兵南下，宋朝君臣一味逃避现实，不敢正面对抗，由于敌众我寡，人心不齐，后备力量不足，文天祥抗元失败，宋朝投降。面对着这个山河破碎的事实，文天祥无比失望，但他的爱国心依然不改，面对元朝君臣的威逼利诱，他至始至终不肯变节，高唱着“山河顿即改色，日月为之韬光为子
死孝，为臣死忠，死又何妨。自光岳气分，士无全节，君臣义缺，谁负刚肠”开赴刑场，视死如归，这是何等的从容！
是啊，文天祥象征着南宋末年最后的一点良知、正直，他是时代的先驱，是拯救黎民于苦海的使者，他的精神更是流芳百世，影响着现代人民的爱国精神，道德涵养，在我心中，他是一个真正的跨世纪伟人。
雨，哗哗地下
今日下大雨，这是昨晚天气预报就报过的。尽管已经有了心理准备，但还是被吓了一跳。昨日还是晴空万里，今日那天却像变了脸的孩子，天空是乌压压的一片，那风暴戾地吹着，仿佛势必要吹走一切；那雨倾盆地下着，好像非要下进人的心里。看着看着，我的心中也乌云密布起来。
我也不知道为什么，应该就是昨天的事吧。
昨日，班主任要我去他的办公室“聊天”。不为什么，就为即将来临的期末考试。他希望我能考到年级第一。说什么为了班级的荣誉，为了自己争口气，为了给父母争光。可是，他这样一说，我的心中就像压了一块大石头，压得我喘不过气来。
今日，我看到这雨又想起了昨日的事，心中又开始闷闷的，仿佛在聚集着一场暴风雨。

电脑争夺战
我的家庭和睦团结，但有时也要发生些战争。就说为了抢电脑，就能搞得家人“反目”、“六亲不认”。
星期天的一个晚上，我们一家三口吃完晚饭，照例各干各的。我已经打算今天晚上要玩会儿电脑。于是，为了图快，作业做得飞快，字写得是龙飞凤舞。„„作业搞定了，我心里不禁窃喜。刚刚打开房门，就听见对房门的老妈在自言自语盘算着什么。仔细一听，“等会儿呀，我得去玩会儿电脑，还得练练五笔打字。要是时间隔久了，没准就不会打了。恩，就这么定了，好，现在先去洗碗。”我心中一惊：不好，老妈也要玩电脑了。不行，电脑一定不能让她就这么抢走了。要是她霸占了电脑，指不定什么时候电脑才能回到我的怀抱。我连忙打道回府，从书包中拿出一本草稿本来，再配上一支笔，装作到电脑上去查资料的样子，蹑手蹑脚地走进了书房。不料，半路杀出个程咬金。老爸在客厅的沙发上抽着烟，吆喝我。我有点做贼心虚，于是，就挺挺胸膛，洪亮地应上一声。接着，我知道
老爸肯定又有要事要差遣我了。果然：“你帮我把电脑开一下，我待会儿要开张发票，还得拷进软盘呢！”
晴天霹雳，当头一棒。我玩电脑的理想立即升天，顷刻见变成了幻想，远走高飞，远走高飞哪！怎么办？我得想个办法，绝不能让这宝物落如他人之手。对，先下手为强！我随便应了老爸一声，管自己走进房间，把门关的紧紧的，接着，我自由自在地玩起了电脑。突然，老妈走了进来，说：“咦，你怎么在这里，作业写好了没有？”我假装正经地说：“嘿嘿，还没呢，我在查资料呢！”“哦，那你快点了，再过会儿我来练打字！”我心里想：这么个黄金时间，电脑怎么可以让给老妈妈你！开什么玩笑，绝不能让贤。于是，我说：“不可能了，我得查上个一两个小时的！”“啊，这么慢，你在找什么啊？”老妈说着，过来翻我的本子，一看到电脑屏幕，我就被她赶出了书房，连我反驳余地都没有，咳，我这命苦的小孩啊！

（一）指导思想：依据学生上学期掌握知识情况和学生的生理和心理以及发展需求，本学期我们英语课程的教学目的是如何培养学生的口语表达能力、听力水平和语言表达能力。教师要激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，使他们建立学习英语的自信心；培养学生的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，使他们形成初步运用英语进行日常交流的能力，为进一步学习打下基础。
（二）基本情况：经过一学期的学习体会，我所教的这个班，大部分学生学习目的明确，学习态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性和自控力都较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，而不是一种乐趣。学生的听力也还有待提高，在这方面失分也较多。主要是听的时间太少，接触英语的时间不多。针对种种问题，在本学期的英语教学中，教师一方面应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能，为进一步学习英语打下坚实的基础。
（三）采取的措施：
1.培养学习兴趣，引导学生掌握正确的学习方法和策略，提高学习效率；采用课前2 分钟语言展示，值日生报告、讲故事等方法培养学生学习英语的积极性；
2 .发挥学生主体和教师主导作用，课上采取生生互动、师生互动的教学策略进行教学，培养学生的独立自主学习能力和创新能力以及逻辑思维能力；
3.用良好的师生关系，协调课堂气氛，培养学生开口说英语的勇气和信心；
4.鼓励学生自主探索，合作探究，共同提高；
5.抓好学生的基础检测，力争单词和短语百分之八十的学生过关，主要通过课上竞赛形式检查、课下小组集中检查和每三周的活动课来检查，另外实行与家长沟通的方法进行监督和检测；
6.对学生进行分层教学，采取分层作业的方式逐步转化后进生，培养优生，尤其课文中的句子以及课文更要分层要求然后再去检查；
7.有条不紊地对学生进行单元检测，对优秀和进步学生仍然进行奖励评价。
（四）教学内容和教学要求：初一下册共有12个单元。全书采取任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要学生掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有self check部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。通过确定language Goal,采用听、说、读、写，自我检测等手段，有效提高学习效率，体现了以学生为主体的思想。
本学期主要是继续培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，同时要求学生懂得课堂上的用语和一些基本的对话、短文，能够看图说话，以提高学生的 听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力。

自6月4日开始复习，7月9日考试，中间共有五周的时间，针对七年级学生英语学习特点和目前的学习状况，我们准备分为三轮复习。
第一轮：基础分类专项复习，把好单词、短语背诵关(两周)
1、每天早晨利用早自习15分钟的时间，检测四课单词背诵，同时布置检测短语背诵，每周小老师活动进行二次检测。
2、课上以单元为单位搞专项复习，分为词汇、单选、连词成句复习课;完型、阅读、任务型阅读复习课;听力、话题、写作复习课。以单元知识点为基础，以考试各种题型为对象，提高学生综合运用知识的能力。需要教师做好知识点的总结和各种题型的选择。

七年级下英语复习计划
新目标英语七年级下册，英语教学内容共有12个单元，教学内容涉及面广，词汇量大，学生学习自觉性差，所以教学进度较慢，以至于今天(XX-6-17)才我勉强结束新课。期末素质检测已定在6月底二天，也就是说我只有10天复习整理时间，共18节课。
为了提高学生学习英语的兴趣，积极地配合老师进行复习，争取期末考试成绩有大的提高。根据学生的学习情况，以及期末出卷的特点，特制定以下计划：
我准备用4节课对后半部分(Units7-12)的内容进行整理。梳理各个单元语言点;用7节课来讲评单元试题题;用4节课来评讲本书前半部分(Units1-6);对他们的错处进行认真评讲，最后注意进行考试技巧的指导，然后进行一次模拟测试，让学生熟悉考试题型。
具体措施：
1、利用早自习时间将所复习的单元过一遍。
2、快速提炼本书的语法内容和重难点。
3、狠抓学生们的语法结构，单词的记忆，每天不定时抽查。只有这样，学生的单词关才能把握。会说不会写的弊病才可以得到解决。背诵部分所学过课文的对话和短文，对语法点与知识点巩固和落实。提炼知识点突出重点与难点，一抓住主干，就重点强化。
4、同时，把作业本，所做单元试卷让学生再次去复习，鼓励学生，积极发问不懂的知识和要点，一点点地把所要求掌握的内容消化。优秀的提高层次，基础薄弱的把主要的首先掌握。学生的层次要求不同，但目的明确，每个学生有所进步。针对个别偷懒的学生加强监督。
5、对所讲的内容，要求学生做好笔记，必要时对要点进行抽查。

七年级下英语复习计划
一、学生情况分析：
初一的学生经过一个学年的锻炼，已经具备了一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力，但是在学习和复习方面还没有形成自己的方法，效率较低，那么在复习阶段主要的精力除了放在基础知识的记忆上，还要着重知识应用方面的培养。同时仍然有部分学生不能够自己自觉的学习，特别是单词、句子的背诵等基础问题，所以在复习时还应该加大基础知识的检测。而针对有能力的同学，应该充分发挥他们的能动作用，对基础知识进行拓展练习。学生的另外一个特点就是记忆的快，但同时忘的也非常快，因此对基础知识的检测要反复进行，变换不同的方式检查。
二、教材内容分析：
初中英语第一册下册一共有10个单元，词汇量比上册书又扩大了许多，每个单元基本上都有30～～40个单词，而且增加了大量的短语，但主要的还是一些句型，特别是一些问句的问与答，有询问生日、活动的时间、地点等、人们喜爱的电影类型以及原因、某人能和不能做的事情、一天的活动时间、喜爱的科目以及原因、笔友的居住国家、城市以及所讲的语言、正在做的事情、建筑物的位置、喜爱的动物以及原因、如何订购食物、某人的职业、理想中的工作以及原因、喜爱的音乐种类以及原因等这些话题。句型上有一般疑问句、特殊疑问句、否定句;动词应用方面有be动词，助动词do, does的使用，是考查的重点。
三、采取的复习策略：
整册书的内容比较多，单词多、句型复杂，难度较大，但是前5个单元的内容在期中考试的时候已经系统的复习了一遍，所以这次复习我打算以Unit 6---Unit 10为主，在每节课都有基础知识测试和能力应用拓展两个大的方面组成。具体到每一节课中，我主要采取以下措施和步骤：
1、课前坚持口语训练，为听力打基础，做准备;
2、每节课都有一个环节叫做单元必背，包括重要的五个重要的单词或有词性、词形变化的单词，五个重要的词组，以及五组重要的句型，特别是围绕每个单元话题的一问一答的句子，让学生把基础知识掌握牢固;
3、利用课本前面的目录，把每个单元出现的重要语法项目、句型以及词汇再讲解一遍，让同学们做好记录，整理好笔记，为课后的进一步复习做好准备。课本前的目录设计的非常好，有本单元的基本话题，主要句型，主要单词，而且单词还根据情况进行了分类，还有拓展的内容，以及在这个单元中复习到的以前的知识、词汇等，因此一定要让学生好好的利用。
4、继续沿用上学期的一个有效方法，即每节课都针对本单元的重点和难点以及考点给学生一份学案，题目的容量要大，但是题量小，要求学生按照考试的要求，当堂完成，并且尽量当堂批阅，然后再根据学生的答题情况进行适当的讲解，及时发现问题，及时的处理。学生通过做题也发现自己知识上的不足之处，再进行必要的复习巩固。同时增加书面表达的训练，指导写作方法。
5、每节课都要留出3或5分钟让学生把自己不懂或不清楚的内容找出来，大家共同讨论解决。
6、在复习完每个单元的内容之后，开始综合复习，做与考试的题型和题量接近的套题，综合题目，培养学生的综合运用能力和思维迁移的能力，特别是阅读理解题目的完成。
按照这个复习计划，我认为学生能够扎实的掌握每个单元的基础知识，即单词，词组，和句子，能够正确应用语法，特别是动词的变化，如非谓语动词的应用：to do, doing的正确形式，能够灵活的运用日常交际用语，能够提高综合理解、阅读能力。

Step II 新单词、短语的教授
1.教师出示一张学生上学的图片。

2.用同样的方法教授其他一些短语（get up, take a shower, run, eat breakfast）。
3.让学生跟教师读短语→学生齐读→自由朗读→抽生朗读（学生朗读时出现错误应及时纠正，也可让学生看图片说单词）。

设计意图：以图呈现短语，直观生动，对短语采用各种形式进行反复朗读。可采用单词配对等活动检测学生掌握生词的情况，为生词学习作铺垫，达到学生都学会的目的。

一、学生情况分析
本学期继续担任43.46两个班的英语教学工作，43班39人，46班41人，上学期英语考试成绩不甚理想，其主要原因是：对新教材还没有很好的适应，学生们没有培养好英语的学习兴趣。
二、教材分析
这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。与原教材相比还增加了文化背景和学习策略等部分，并增加了任务型学习成份和语篇的输入。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的，对于我们农村学生来说，由于小学基础不好，到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力，光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上，为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能（交际功能）。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。
3、加强交际用语教学。用英语进行交际是英语教学的根本目标。在教学语言功能项目时，要尽量避免格式化，不能限制学生的思维能力，要培养学生灵活运用语言的应变能力。
4、进一步培养阅读能力。阅读能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案。
当然这只是计划，每天的教学还要根据实际情况灵活掌握，只有付出了，才会有回报，才会取得班集体各方面的长足发展。
