二、问题式教学法对问题设置的要求
1、问题的设置必须从教学大纲出发，围绕疑难点设置问题，特别要对学生容易出错的地方设疑。教师要让学生充分\"暴露问题\"，然后顺其错误认真剖析，不断引导，留下深刻印象。这样问题解决了，教学重点也就突出了。
2、问题的设置必须具有现实意义，注重理论与实践结合，制造教学兴奋点。心理学原理告诉我们，唯有新鲜的事才能给人刺激、令人关注和兴奋，可很快使学生处于兴趣盎然、思维活跃的状态中。也可设计一个学生不易回答的悬念或者一个有趣的故事，激发学生强烈的求知欲望，起到启示诱导的作用。
3、问题设置要由浅入深，切合学生实际，让学生确实有能力解决。能让学生在思考问题的同时不自觉的深化对知识的认识。再设置几个开放的、思维要求比较高的问题，让学生充分发挥自己的思维。
4、问题的设置要抓住思维的发散点。创新能力的培养要在求同思维培养的基础上，强调并重视求异思维、发散思维的训练，例如进行一题多解的训练，丰富学生的思维过程。教学不仅要让学生学会解决问题，掌握方法，更重要的是培养学生发现问题和提出问题的能力
三、问题式教学法对教师的要求
1、教师要忘我，要以学生为中心。在讲解问题中，教师要注意以学生回答为切入点，要充分注意学生的思维能力，在学生回答的基础上适当予以深化，切不可撇开学生回答的内容，只顾自己解答问题。
2、教师讲解要注意在充分引导的基础上予以阐发。引导是问题式教学法的基本做法，也是新课程改革对课堂教学模式的基本要求，教师的讲解是为了让学生通过自己的思维活动，更深入地理解知识的内涵，而不是把自己的想法和知识强加给学生。
3、教师讲解要注意语言的准确性和总结概括性。学生的回答毕竟是自己的日常语言，而学科语言对准确性的要求较高，所以教师在讲解时一定要注意对学生语言予以提炼，以使它更精练更准确，这样也可以锻炼学生的语言表达能力，进而起到促进学生思维发展周密性的作用。
4、教师要巡视课堂，及时解答学生自学过程中遇到的疑点，并引导他们尝试自主解答所设的问题，敞开思路，积极思考才能有效地培养学生的自学能力和探索精神。教师要根据问题的类型、难易程度等决定如何帮助学生解决。对较容易的问题教师可不必讲解、或一提而过；对一般及较难的内容则需要通过课堂讨论、教师启发等方法来解决；对难题通过课堂教师指引，课外阅读参考书等途径来解答，鼓励学生个性发展，即对同一问题给出不同的答案，同时还要对重要问题、基本问题进行强调或讨论．以加深印象。
5、教师要善待每一位学生，不以学习过程中出现的错误和不足而鄙视或打击学生，要耐心引导学生，使他们在获取知识同时人格上也得到健康的成长。
6、学生在学习过程中进行了主动思考，提出了一些问题，也对所设问题有一定的理解，此时教师也可以组织学生进行讨论，让学生发表他们自己对问题的认识和理解，互相启发，共同提高。
7、教师要对教学内容进行简单、清晰、明潦的总结。这样做不仅避免了在课堂上教师讲得过多、过全、过细，而且还给学生留有充分的思维空间。这一阶段以教师讲授为主，但绝不是机械地回答所设问题。为了充分地解答所提出的问题，教师有必要增加一些教材上没有的有关材料，一方面，丰富课堂信息；另一方面，使学生进一步从中体会所学知识，提高学生认识问题、分析问题的能力和水平。最后，教师组织学生总结本课的重点内容，对学生理解难度较大的地方、教材的关键点，再进行当堂训练后重点讲解，以确保学生系统地掌握知识。问题解决后，学生们还需要对自己的学习过程进行自我反思和评价，总结所获得的知识和思维技能。
