各位同学大家好！
很高兴在这里跟大家见面。首先自我介绍一下，我叫欧广雄，曾经我也跟大家一样，是单老师的学生，不过现在我跟单老师还多了一个关系，我还是她儿子的哥哥，也就是说，单老师还是我干妈^_^。跟单老师在一起的时候，我有很多话跟她聊，可以说无所不谈，经常会聊很久，有一次聊到深夜，结果我要爬窗才能进宿舍，幸亏没有被宿管抓到。所以，我跟单老师还有第三个关系，就是朋友关系。我们是亦师亦友亦亲啊!
很不幸的是，不知道是被朋友所托，还是被老师、亲戚所托，我来了这里。上一次，我跟单老师聊天，说了很多我大学四年的生活感受。一不小心，说多了，她竟然想出了一个great idea，可能她觉得我只跟她说这些，太浪费了，在她心里也许还有一大帮孩子，在大学城，她觉得我还应该跟她的其他孩子，也就是我的兄弟姐妹，应该没有兄没有姐，只有弟妹吧，也就是在座的各位，分享一下。当时，我感到很愕然，不是吧？早知道不说那么多，早点回家吃饭就好了！后来，过了几天单老师又给我来电话，说你们还是小孩，很淳朴的，叫我不要有那么大的压力。我说，那还好，他们都比我小。可是我心里想，其实我也还是小孩啊。但是，对着这样一位亦师亦友亦亲，一个有这么多关系的人，我也不好意思推脱啊，于是，今天我就站在这里了。
言归正传。从大四开始找工作以来，我的确经历了很多很多，也看到了别人的经历，自己也想到了很多很多。我曾经参加过很受广外学生青睐的公司普华永道、安永，还有UPS的面试，对于一个不是很优秀的广外学生来说，也就是我，当时感到很兴奋，而且，经过了网申、笔试、一面以后，三家公司我都来到了最后一关，好像成功，当时所认为的“成功”已经离我很近了。可是，人算不如天算，三家公司我都败在了最后一关，全军覆没。整个过程就好像是他们一开始把我抬得很高很高，忽然三家公司都抛弃了我，让我摔得好疼好疼！痛定思痛，我离开了学校，回家去了。回到家里，我写了一篇两万多字的面试经历和感受。如果你们看过的话，一定会觉得，原来站在你们前面的这位师兄的心灵也是那么的脆弱！后来，我把那篇文章发到了我们班的邮箱，不少同学看过了，有些比较要好的朋友看了之后就说很想揍我一顿；有些同学说很感动；有些同学看了之后说，很有同感。的确，大四，找工作，对于大部分同学来说都是一个心惊胆战的过程，尤其是每一轮面试后，等待通知的那个过程特别难受。失败了，很痛苦，读了这么多年书，家里乡亲父老都看着你，认为你会衣锦还乡，虽然，也许这只是你自己这样认为，是自己给自己的压力，但是这压力确实存在。没办法，一定要站起来，不情愿也要站起来，因为你工作还没有找到，还得继续找，家里的妈妈还等着你。有些同学还说，我不想找了，我很想回家。尽管这样说，但是他们还是会强迫自己给自己打气，我要保持激情，我要越战越勇。就是这样在失败中站起来，又失败，又站起来；痛苦之后忽然来了一点希望，没多久，希望消失，继续痛苦，唯有继续努力„„
说了这么多，我想强调的是，这样的经历，也许，在不久的将来也会发生在你们身上。
自己经历过失败与成功，也看到过身边一些同学的经历，我想了很多很多。有时候，我会想，早知道是这样，我大学四年就不该这样过了，再给我四年就好了；重新给我四年，那一次面试我就不会失败了，我也许还会有更多的面试机会了。可是，时间不会倒流，那只是幻想，我已经不能再有那样的四年了。可是，你们还有。

那么，怎样去过这大学四年呢？作为一个过来人，我会这样想：
首先，要非常重视英语的学习。这里我要声明的是，我不是在为单老师做广告！去卖她的产品多么多么重要！不过，她的产品确实很重要！在面试的过程中，很多公司，尤其是外企，一般都采用全英面试，甚至还有英语能力测试，尤其是宝洁、“四大会计事务所”之类的，可以说，英语是敲开外企之门的钥匙啊。以我的经历来说，我面过的普华永道、安永和UPS，基本上都是全英面试，其中普华永道一面是全英，二面是普华比较有名的面试方法叫aement center。10个人，分成两个小组，在两个多小时的时间里很紧凑的进行四个方面的内容：第一，一分钟的自我介绍；第二，给你5个单词，编一个故事，三分钟准备，三分钟讲。第三，小组案例讨论；第四，写一篇相当于英语6级的作文。全程都是英语，除了半场的休息时间十分钟。而对于宝洁，她更是需要你过英语托业考试。除了这些比较大型的外企，需要较强的英语应用能力外，其他的呢？有的人可能会认为，我们又不是英语专业的，英语随便就行了。曾经，我跟一些长辈聊天，他们说英语现在也不吃香啦。我说，英语也许没有以前那么热，那么吃香，但是在现代的社会，你不懂英语，你就很吃亏了！现在我在公司见习，前几天旁听公司给一个马来西亚的代理商做培训，用的就是英语，我听得很辛苦，还是不完全听懂。那些专业的词汇就更加不懂了。当时，我就在我的计划中写上英语有待加强！英语是一项技能，是一种语言，就像我现在想**汕话一样，多掌握一种语言，你就比别人多了一项优势。
第二，参加一个社团或者学生会、团委之类的，想要有收获，就一定要坚持下去。这里我想举两个例子。一个是我自己的。大一的时候，我参加了经贸志协，成为宣传部的一名干事。干了一年之后，我退出了。至于是什么原因这里就不详细谈了。不过现在我很后悔。我没有坚持下去。相反，我的一位室友，他就有一种坚持不懈的精神，从秘书处的一名干事做起，一直到秘书处处长，最后到经贸志协的主席，一路走来，他组织参加过了多次大小型的活动，三下乡等，认识了很多人，得到了很多的锻炼机会。他曾经告诉我，大二时如果我不退出的话，我就是当时的宣传部部长了。现在经历了求职的过程，我发现，退出志协，我失去了很多。因为很多公司都很注重你的这些社团实践能力和活动能力，当他们不断的要我举一些例子去证明我的能力的时候，我感到很无奈。我的例子好像太少了。当年不退出志协，多参加一些实践活动就好了。现在就不用那么窘迫了。除此之外，参加社团活动，做过一些干部之类的，组织过一些活动的，这些人显得自信很多，无论是谈吐、举止等都显得与众不同。这样的人在面试过程中就会表现得淡定自如，这是面试取胜的关键啊！还有一点不可忽视的是，参加实践活动让你认识了很多人，大大的扩大了你的生活圈子。生活圈子大了，你的信息量就大了，做起事来你就方便多了。比如说，我的一位室友，就是在志协的师兄师姐的口中得到了很多兼职甚至是求职面试的机会。我当时就是没有想到这些，就退出了志协，后悔不已。
第三，认真对待老师布置的每一项作业。只要你认真去做了，你就有收获；只有你认真去做了，你才有收获。这里举两个例子。第一个，认真对待每一次presentation。每一次presentation都是一次难得的锻炼机会。首先要有一个精彩的表演，你就得做充足的准备。查资料，做ppt，找背景音乐，找图片，找短片，甚至自己去录音乐，拍照片，拍短片。看，这涉及到多少方面的能力啊，学习的能力，电脑操作的能力，摄影能力，拍摄能力。到你上台表演了，还涉及到你的语言表达能力，你在公众面前的表演能力、应变能力。整个过程还涉及到你的组
织能力、团队合作能力。看看，这么多方面的能力，是什么啊？这就是工作能力啊！这就是你到社会工作时所需要的能力啊！每次presentation就是一项实实在在的工作啊！所以说，如果你马马虎虎对待每一次presentation的话，那就意味着你放弃了一次很难得的锻炼机会了！像现在，我就感到很大收获的是，我曾经非常认真地完成两次综英课的presentation，还有在经贸英语课上学到的presentation skills。第二个例子，将来你们学专业课了，象市场营销什么之类的，可能老师会布置一些调研啊，小组讨论之类的作业。你就得认认真真去完成他。因为这都是很难得的锻炼机会。像调研，他本身就是一项很实在的工作。从设计问卷，到分发问卷，到回收问卷，到分析统计„„每一项都不是你想象中的那么简单，它涉及到方方面面的能力。机不可失啊！
第四，不要以为非要干一些轰轰烈烈的所谓大事情，才可以学到东西，任何事情只要你认真去做，就一定有收获。三个方面：
第一个，寒暑假，没有条件的，不一定非要去找一些什么什么公司实习，参加一些学校的活动也会有很大的收获。大三暑假的时候，一开始，我也很想去找一些公司实习，心想着，过完暑假就要踏上求职之路了，先在公司实习一下，应该不错。但是我又没有条件，加上社交圈子不是很大，信息量不多，没有什么门路，结果这个打算没能实现。但是我参加了学校一位外教在佛山南海举办的一个英语夏令营，当了一名助教，收获很大。不要以为你教的只是一些小学生，很简单，觉得教书跟我们学的专业没什么关系，我们又不是师范大学的。但是，如果你可以跟一班这么顽皮的小学生好好的相处2个星期，就是一件不简单的事了。何况，夏令营是一个很有组织的活动，如何与组织者沟通，完成他给你的任务；如何向他表达你的困难，你的要求；如何与其他老师合作；如何在工作中学习„„这些都是很重要的能力！当时，我首先被分配到三年级，一开始我就感到这些小皇帝们实在太顽皮了，根本不听你的，还问我的partner是不是我的女朋友。我说不是，他们就问是谁，还说要带他们去看。上课想搞一些游戏活动，他们根本不听使唤，乱七八糟，一盘散沙。后来，通过观察外教，我发现，小孩子的好胜心理很强，只要你搞一些要分输赢的游戏，他们就一定会很投入，因为他们都想做胜利者。于是，在我的课上，我就很好地利用了这一点，最后终于把这班小皇帝“制服”了。后来，我还被调到五年级去协助原来的两位助教，管理纪律。整个夏令营下来，我感到收获很大，一大帮助教坐车回到学校时真有一种奥运冠军凯旋回国的感觉。这个事例，我曾多次在面试中用到。想不到，用今天还可以用^_^。
第二个，不一定非要组织一个大型的活动才有收获，组织一次简单的班级活动，甚至是一次宿舍活动，也可以学到东西。像班级旅游，“宿舍杯”篮球赛之类的，作为一名组织者，你一定会有很大收获。这不但可以锻炼你的组织能力，还可以加深同班同学之间的友谊，一箭双雕，何乐而不为。
第三个，不要忽视上课积极回答问题。这好像是小学老师、甚至是幼儿园老师教我们的，这些老师真有先见之明。积极回答问题，不只是幼儿园、小学、中学才需要，大学这样的自由课堂更加需要。举个例子说，我有一位同学，学习成绩很好，基本上年年拿奖学金，但是他就是不喜欢回答问题，他总认为，我自己知道就行了，干嘛还有站起来说呢？但是他没有意识到这也是一个锻炼的机会，锻炼你的思维能力，你的语言组织能力，还有你的胆量。再加上平时又没有参加一些什么活动，结果面试起来，他感到很困难，总觉得自己心里想的没有表达出来，真的很吃亏。
说到这里，好像已经说了很多，有些是我自己的亲身经历，有些是我身边人的一些经历。对于我来说，大学很快就要结束了，回过头去看，觉得走了不少弯路，很多该做的没做，不该做的却做了，浪费了不少时间。希望今天跟大家说的，可以给大家带来一点点启发。

报名时间：每年3月份、9月份（每年时间略有不同）。但都以学校为单位自愿参加，集体报名。

英语口试，也是一种面试，第一印象非常重要。所以，考生要特别注意礼节。一进入考场后，要礼貌地用英语问候老师?good morning? good afternoon。坐下后，可以说， It’s my great honour to be here? or I am glad to sit here to have an oral test.当口试结束后，考生应起身说?\"Thank you\"?\"good-bye\"? \"bye-bye\".等表示感谢或再见的话。
要注意使用一些副词或者连词。考试中，考生要使用一些连词或者词组使整个回答连贯起来。比如说，\"and…\"?\"then…\"? \"after that?\" \"in this way\"?\"according to what I have said\"? 这样的几
个单词，就可以使你的谈话听起来前后关联，从而避免了一些独立句子的出现。
要尽量为自己争取更多思考的时间。如果有个问题实在答不上来时，千万不要保持沉默，而是要不停地说，可以说些如\"Well\"? \"Okay\"? \"How to say\"?\"Let me think.\"?\"As far as I remember／know\"之类的句子，给考官一个有应变能力的印象，当然这种情况不宜出现过多。另外，当听不明白老师的问题时，切忌不懂装懂，答非所问。这时。要用英语请老师重复时可说：\"Sorry I cannot catch you?may I beg your pardon?\" 或\"I beg your pardon？\"或\"Would you please to repeat?\"或\"would you please to say it again？\"当遇到不会读的单词的时，考生不要盲目乱读，可以用英语直接向老师询问：\"Sorry? I don’t know how to pronounce this word? would you like to tell me how to read this word？\" or \"Can you tell me how to pronounce this word.\"否则，考生会因为单词发音错误，而被扣分。
要注意使用眼睛和手势的使用。在老师提问的时候，考生要注视着对方，用眼睛与老师交流(eye contact)，表示你在认真听老师的提问。在回答问题时，考生在用英语说的同时借助手势表达出你想表达的思想。还要用眼睛不时地注视每一位主考老师。千万不要低头自语或者只顾回答自己的问题，无视老师的存在。

在传统道德的沃土中耕耘
编者按：2011年，我报进行了重大改版工作，以传颂中华传统文化，塑造幸福美满家庭为办报宗旨，提倡孝亲尊师，注重子女教育。
改版一年来，读者反映良好，取得了取步成功，成为在传统文化界和普通读者中颇具影响力的一张报纸，也引起了省内外媒体的广泛关注并重点给予了多方面的报道。
下面这篇报道是《燕赵都市报》2012年2月1日第10版刊发的，内容真实客观很有深意。
在传统道德的沃土中耕耘

近年来，伴随着我国经济飞速发展，诸多社会问题随之出现，而许多社会问题的根源都在家庭。社会问题来自问题人士、问题人士出自问题孩子，问题孩子来自问题家庭。
记者曾到河北一所监狱采访，监狱的警官介绍，服刑的犯人绝大多数来自离异或问题家庭。一则统计数据显示，目前我国平均每天有5000多个家庭解体。中国离婚率已连续7年递增。
“传统伦理道德教育缺失了很多年，比如为人父母，不是有生育能力、有养育能力的人就有教育能力，而教育能力，身教重于言传。现在的年轻人，包括我们这一代中年人，甚至上一辈的老年人，对如何为人父母，怎样给孩子做榜样都很茫然，习惯把溺爱当成爱。我们这么多年仅仅注重了财富，而贫乏了心灵，伦常的教育没有了。父慈子孝、君仁臣忠、夫义妇德、兄友弟恭、朋友有信，这是伦常之道，是自自然然的人与人之间的关系，也是每个人的行为规范。人无伦外之人，这是每个人获得幸福、家庭和谐、社会和谐的核心，这样的教育如果没有了，那么在家庭里面、甚至在社会上，就会如古圣先贤说的那样‘伦常乖舛，必有灾殃’，许多家庭里、社会上的恶性事件的根源都是如此。”家庭百科报总编辑王泽禄如是说。
每周做读者的家庭幸福的指导教师，成为家庭百科报的新闻理想。有了方向，就有了出路，王泽禄带领着家庭百科报的采编团队，开始了艰难的探索之旅，他们借鉴了燕赵都市报感动河北评选、山东电视台天下父母栏目的成功经验，力求每篇报道都给人以教益，以正面的形象感染人、鼓舞人。全国范围内许多孝子的故事、好人的故事、公益的故事，成为家庭百科报封面故事的主人公。同时，家庭百科报还开设《天下父母》、《大家讲堂》、《齐家之道》、《教子之道》、《色欲之戒》等一系列有针对性的版面，用让读者喜闻乐见的故事，让人明辨是非、开启智慧的道理，将中华传统文化的精髓——— “孝悌忠信礼义廉耻”全面地展开。
B、被报纸改变的家庭
王泽禄说，我们每一个人，每一颗心都是这个世界的原点，我们把自己做好了，自然能影响社会。 做一份让大家明理的新闻周刊，采编人员首先要提高自己的道德修养。一年间，他们不间断地学习传统经典《弟子规》、《孝经》等，每周请传统文化的老师来给全体员工上课，经常派编辑记者到全国各个传统文化讲坛学习。一年的时间过去了，许多编辑记者发生了变化。
总编助理张彦广向记者介绍，学习传统文化前，有一些同事不认同，认为这是复古，认为伦理道德教育与我没有关系。但通过请有德行的老师给我们上课，许多人发现，自身及与自己家庭的种种烦恼也与缺失了传统伦理教育有关。我们在家不会当儿子，让父母不安；不会当丈夫(妻子)，矛盾不断；不会当编辑记者，没能把干净的、有益人心的文章或图片奉献给读者„„。在我们的员工教育中，最根本的就是孝道教育，孝道是一切德行的基础，孝心一开，百善皆开。
年轻的发行部员工小张说，很庆幸，我们的报社就像一所教我们如何做人的学校，在这里，我们每天都在提升着自己，关于孝道的教育、伦理的教育，过去学校里没有系统教过，父母只知道为我们好，提供给我们经济保障，但最根本的教育却没有。
读者与报纸一起成长着，许多家庭因每周一期的报纸而改变。秦皇岛昌黎县一位女读者来信说，过去我与婆婆关系很不好，通过每周阅读家庭百科报，我知道我错了，我对不起婆婆，也对不起丈夫，也没有给孩子做好榜样，给孩子心灵的白纸上涂抹了恶的颜色，我也对不起孩子！我给婆婆道歉，我现在每天给婆婆梳头、洗脚，与丈夫的关系也和睦了，孩子也听我的话了，一家人其乐融融，真该感谢家庭百科报，一张报纸真是一位重要的老师啊！
C、媒体人必须承担社会责任
一份报纸，就是一个巨大的公益平台，最大的慈善手段不是物质的资助，而是优秀精神、文化的传播。有了这样的自信，家庭百科报这一份看似回归传统的报纸，恰恰走在了时代的前沿。
山东电视台《天下父母》栏目负责人吕明晰说，“媒体人必须承担社会责任。现在许多社会乱象和媒体人不负责任片面追求轰动效应、谋求短期利益有关。家庭百科报的这个路子非常好，我们很欣慰地看到有更多的同行走弘扬孝道、弘扬中华优秀传统文化的路子，这是一条人间正道。”
全国政协委员、中华孔子学会副会长、叶剑英元帅的女儿一直关注着家庭百科报的成长，她说，全国各地出现传统文化学习热，是因为时下一些国民过多地接收西方享乐主义、拜金主义人生观，缺乏社会责任感、历史使命感，道德伦理缺失，心灵出现了干渴，亟需中华传统文化的滋养。中华文明之所以生生不息，越发显示出生命力，是因为古人用优秀的传统文化教育后代。中华民族文化的基因才是我们真正传承下来的民族精神的基因，所以我们要传承下去。改版的家庭百科报正是响应党中央的号召和适应时代需要，这样的办报方向“让百姓高兴，令政府欢喜。”
D、报纸成为祝福的礼品
这张报纸受到了全国传统文化爱好者和读者的喜爱，10个月的时间里，固定发行量上升了一万份，特别是关于《女大学生守护贞洁》、《感恩父母》等几期特刊的发行都达到了10万份以上，许多公益人士争相订阅，将它作为教育读本在企业、学校广为散发。 许多读者成为这家报纸的志愿者，常年开展的扶贫捐助、报社不断举行的家庭话题研讨会、论坛，都由热心读者们鼎力支持。在几位企业家读者的建议下，家庭百科报率先与邮局联系，推出了订报卡，这张卡在河北通用，成为赠送亲友的礼品。读者建议报社开展了“订报传大爱”活动，每个读者又成了志愿的发行员，在亲友中推广这份报纸。
石家庄一家幼儿园为700个孩子的家长每家订阅了一份家庭百科报，石家庄阳光水岸的读者刘先生为整个小区400户邻居每家增订一份报纸，沧州的神农居医院为全体员工订阅了300份报纸，普兰迪公司作为福利为全国三百多个经销商订报，鹿泉几位老师义务推广报纸，发行了800份。一家热力公司与报社联系，表示愿意为所有的供暖户赠送一份家庭百科报，“我们要传递热，也要传递爱，多一个读者订阅家庭百科报，可能就多一个和谐的家庭。”
总编助理张彦广介绍，2012年订阅并未停止，一家企业订几十份几百份的情况还时有发生。“去年一年我们是撒种子，所谓读者认同、读者参与、读者成就、读者分享。”
司法部原党组书记、部长高昌礼等一批老领导非常喜欢、呵护这张报纸，成为报纸的义务宣传、推广员，高昌礼老部长欣然担任家庭百科报的总顾问。高昌礼老部长曾在山东省委、最高人民法院、司法部担任主要领导多年，他对记者深有感触地说，“为什么法律越来越健全，社会问题却越来越多？我在反思，仅靠法律解决不了根本问题，社会治理的另一个核心工作就是道德建设问题。媒体的教育非常重要，媒体倡导什么，社会上就有什么风气，我非常看好河北的家庭百科报，希望它能风行全国。”
