今天能够站在这里参加面试,有机会向各位考官请教和学习,我感到非常的荣幸.希望通过这次面试能够把自己展示给大家。
我叫xx，来自莱芜，是潍坊学院文学与新闻传播学院应届毕业生。作为地道的山东人我拥有山东大汉特有的爽朗活泼的性格和爱拼才会赢的打拼精神。带着这种精神，在校期间我刻苦学习，不负众望连续获得年度一等奖学金，并且获得山东省政府奖学金，用实际努力报答父母和师长的养育之恩。
除了学习之外，我还积极参加各种社会实践活动。我一直担任班级的班长，组织了多次班级和学院的公益活动：如青年志愿者助残活动等。作为共产党员，我积极带头参加各种活动锻炼自己，这些活动让我学到了很多东西，培养了自己的团队合作能力，也有助于我学会更好地处理人际关系。
此外，我在业余时间最喜欢写诗，曾在《泰山学院报》《潍坊学院报》发表数篇诗歌，也曾在《泰山》杂志发表诗歌，并且获得第六，七届全国大学生文学作品大赛二等奖和虚伪小短篇文学创作一等奖。
回顾自己大学四年的学习生活，感触很深，但觉的收获还是颇丰的。掌握了专业知识，培养了自己各方面的能力，在学校的实习让我积累了更多的实践经验。除此之外，也应该看到我的一些缺点，如有时候做事情比较急于求成，在工作中实际经验不足等等。但“金无足赤，人无完人”每个人都不可避免的存在他的缺点，有缺点并不可怕，关键的是如何看待自己的缺点，只有正视它的存在，通过不断的努力学习才能改正自己的缺点。今后我将更严格要求自己，扬长避短，开拓前进。

good morning,my dear teachers,my dear profeors.i am very glad to be here for your interview.my name is liu hao, .i come from laiwua very beautiful city.my undergratuade period will be accomplished in weifang college in july ,2013;and now,i am trying my best for obtaining a key to Shandong normal university I feel very honored.Hope that through this interview can show you myself.
As a native shandong person shangdong I have unique bright and lively character and love spell will win the fight spirit.With this spirit, during the period of school I study hard, to deliver succeive won the first-cla scholarship, and shandong province government scholarship, raising by actual efforts to repay our parents and teachers.
