一、设备简介
Ⅰ、Brief Introduction
该系列三通溜于(又名分料器)广泛适用于建材、冶金、矿山、轻工、粮食等行业。作为 固体晶粒、粉状物料输送系统中改变物料流向的理想设备。

二、结构特点：
Ⅱ、Structure characteristics
该阀采用优质钢板焊接而成，根据不同的需要配备不同的执行机构，具有轻巧耐磨，开位指示明确，切换方便，操作灵活等特点。

三、工作原理：
Ⅲ、Work principle
三通溜子主要由本体、分料板、传动轴、轴承座、密封件、摇杆、传动装置等组成。电液动三通溜子，配用DYT型电液推杆，推动摇杆带动阀轴、分料板即可完成介质流向的切换，满足工况的需要。

四、运输及保管：
Ⅳ、Transportation and storage
●运输时应避免撞击，三通溜子，应处于全闭位置以防在运输中分料板和传动部件损坏。 Avoid bumping, tee LiuZi, should be in full close in unloading the transport of damage of disc and driving part.
●当三通溜子水平放置运输时传动装置及传动部位应悬空以防止传动轴受力过大导致变形损坏。
When the three links LiuZi level placed transportation transmiion device and part should be hung up to prevent transmiion shaft exceive force to deformation damage.●传统动装置及传动部位应作防潮，防雨处理。
Traditional move device and the transmiion parts shall be moistureproof, rain proceing.
●三通溜子应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。长期存放时应使三通溜子 处于关闭状态，各传动部位加润滑油，传动装置作防潮、防尘处理。
Tee LiuZi should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up.When long stored should make three links LiuZi is in the closed position, add lubrication to the transmiion part, should be dampproof and dustproof.
五、维护及检修:
Ⅴ.Maintenance and repair
●定期检查各传动部位的运行情况。
Maintenance and repair regularly check the operating condition of driving part.●定期更换电液推杆的动力油(1 50机油)，以保证其机械部分不受损坏。
Change regularly electrohydraulic push rod power oil (1 50 oil), to aure the mechanical parts are not damaged.
●定期检查三通溜于转轴处的密封状况，如发现密封问题请更换或填加石墨填料。
Regularly check slip in the axis of the three links in seal condition, such as the discovery of seal replace or the reclamation and graphite packing.
●定期检查电液推杆的活塞密封圈，以保证传动装置正常运行。
Regular inspection electrohydraulic push rod of the piston seal, to ensure the normal operation of transmiion device.
