【摘要】:本工程为成都宏展房地产开发有限公司金堂.水城印象1#楼工程，工程通过编制施工组织设计，能确保资源优化配置，施工进度合理，施工工艺适当，排除各种干扰。建筑市场交易活动的特点，决定了承包者要取得施工任务，必须在建筑市场上参加竞争。承包企业要竞争取胜，就必须进行充分筹划，确定对策，并满足招标方标书中有关组织方面的要求，这就必须编制施工组织设计。另外，建筑工程施工的复杂的施工工艺，对施工技术的特殊都要求具有科学、严密、有效的施工组织设计。和高难要求，需要处理好的众多协作配合关系，施工准备工作的复杂性、大量性和长时间性，对国民经济发展的强相关性等等，
