An Application Letter
Dear Sir or Madam,
When I was searching the internet last Sunday, I got to know that your company is considering the poibility of offering a secretary who can speak both English and Chinese for the manager.I am very interested in such a position, and next please allow me to introduce my background briefly.
I have finished my regular undergraduate courses and succefully graduated from Dali University.I have paed through not only CET4 but also CET 6, and I also got many other certificates.In addition, I can speak English fluently and I can do well when serving as an interpreter.What is more, I am proficient in computer and have no trouble in doing daily office work.Besides, I gained a certificate of secretary concerning foreign affairs, which I think is very useful, and it may prove that I am fully equal to the position.Last but not the least, my major is English in university so I inquire into the differences between Chinese culture and foreign culture.In modern society, everybody knows the importance of ceremony in international busine trade.
