曾：下面请允许我为大家介绍比赛规则：
第一轮每位选手有三分钟的演讲时间，演讲主题确定，但方向可以自由发挥。依据第一轮打分，前八名选手进入第二轮角逐，随机抽取题目并且抽签决定上台顺序后，每个人有三分钟准备时间，一分钟即兴演讲时间，第二轮演讲后会有评委提问或点评。最后，以第一轮分数的60％，第二轮分数的40%计算出选手们的最终成绩，经统计后当场公布结果。统计过程中评委会对今天整场比赛作出点评。
