从以上渠道搜集来信息以后，就可以开始写信进行沟通。总的来说，这类信件应该以告知对方如何得知他们的地址和姓名，简要描述写信人经营的项目。写信人应该简明，清晰，礼貌地描述自己想进口或者想要出口的产品。
收到建立业务关系的信件时，收件人应该立即全面地回答写信人提出的错有问题，这样会给发件人一个很好的印象。以便日后能更好的开展业务。
