2题目没有的，只是第一段说了与大家分享我到医院后的喜悦以及在自己看来如何把自己的工作与医院的发展结合起来。
3你自己再看看吧，我觉得写得很不好。我语法确实不会，句子搭配上也不擅长。
4总之，你要改的话最好弄简单点让大家都听明白你在说什么，而且有排比或者呼吁类的话语声音一定要又起伏或气势，这样就算文章内容不好，但是演讲的目的却达到了，效果可能会更好些。
