健康很重要。但是一些坏习惯影响(influence)了我们的健康,甚至给我们带来一些不良(harmful)后果。所以我想给出一些有关健康生活的建议(some advice on…)。首先,我们需要规定自己每天多锻炼(make it a rule to…)。其次,我们应该劝服(persuade)自己保持健康的饮食。最后,我们可以发现休息好是有必要的(find it neceary to)。如果我们遵从(follow)这些建议,我们将会使我们的健康得到改善(have sth done)。
Health is very important.But some bad habits influence our health and even bring us some harmful results.So I want to give some advice on healthy life.First of all, we need to make it a rule to take a lot of exercise every day.Secondly, we should persuade ourselves to keep a healthy diet.Finally, we can find it neceary to have a good rest.We will have our health improved if we follow the advice.
