比赛分为两个环节：第一环节分为主持和播音或者配音，选手依次进行展示，限时5分钟；第二环节为才艺展示，选手依次进行展示。 在两轮比赛结束后，，评委将从选手的演讲内容、流畅程度、语音语调、和表现力几个方面综合评分，最后得出今天最后的结果。
