Good afternoon,dear profeors , It is my honor to be here for your interview.My name is XXXXX,I will graduate from the English department of xxxx universityin July .I come from Shandong province ,which is a place of ,many beautiful natural sceneries, and distinctive local flavors., like spring city Jinan, , mount tai of city taian,and Confucius temple in jining ,the international festival of Qingdao ,and so on .
Generally speaking, I am quite satisfied with my college life.during the first two years, I spend lot of time on practicing my oral English.I have got)a group of friends who are fascinated about learning English .We Encourage each other to speak English everyday ,which has lasted for more than two
years .andturnedout to be)quite beneficial .Ourno Chinese days has
become an unforgettable) experience that has taught me what is perseverance, andthe pleasure of learning .Furthermore, I also took(took part in) many competitions and activities to enrich my college life and improve myself, among which the CCTV’s outlook English speaking talent show was the most impreive one .I was lucky to enter the national competition and met my
favorite host Zhao Yinqi and made friends with many contestants from all over the country .the experience of joining competitions has not only built my confidence in English ,but alsopushed me to study harder to catch up with those excellent competitors .Besides study ,to put what I learned into practice ,I found many part time jobs for self improvement ,like being a teacher in crazy English ,organizing my
own English cla in my university ,but The experience of being an escort interpreter made me feel excited about interpreting and further stirred up my interest on learning it .Although I have broad interests in translation ,
knowledge and ability I acquired now is notcompetent to be aprofeional interpreter .So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value ‘Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get’ However, I always believe that as long as we have a great aim, and the determination to attain it.We will accomplish it.so if I am given a chance to studyin this prestigiousUniversity, I will spare no effort to master a good command of interpretation.。
