In 2004, Shandong XingRun Construction Co., Ltd.is reformed from SOE FeiCheng Construction & Installation Engineering Company (Established in March, 1950).After more than 60 year’s development, XingRun has developed into a large-scale modernized enterprise group that poees 1117 technical administrators of various profeions (of which, 686 have gotten higher-level and intermediate-level certificates), general aets of 1.83 billion RMB and
