\"Women will never gain full dignity until their human rights are respected and protected.\"-- -- Hillary Clinton published on the Fourth Woman\'s Congre of United Nations\' Conference on 1995.That would never overweighted to relate housework to woman rights or human rights.Women comprise more than half the world\'s population.Women are 70% of the world\'s poor, and two-thirds of those are not taught to read and write.Women are the primary caretakers for most of the world\'s children and elderly.Yet much of the work women do is not valued -- not by economists, not by historians, not by popular culture, not by government leaders.However, women around the world are giving birth, raising children, cooking meals, washing clothes, cleaning houses, planting crops, working on aembly lines, running companies, and running countries.Women do lots of works that men contempt to do.But these are the works value the importance of women and give this society a push forward by their own hands and strength.
What we are learning around the world is that if women are healthy and educated, their families will flourish.If women are free from violence, their families will flourish.If women have a chance to work and earn as full and equal partners in society, their families will flourish.And when families flourish, communities and nations will flourish.That can not be ignored as the basic condition of this world,and it was a long-term formed problem, which most women are not educated yet or treated equally.For we people living in better, families rely on mothers and wives for
emotional support and care; families rely on women for labor in the home; and increasingly, families rely on women for income needed to raise healthy children and care for other relatives.This could be the original reason that why men should help woman on housework or raising children, which not only makes some help on family relationships but also reflects an improvement in our social awarene and could be amovement that proofed women are truly be respected and protected.Seriously, as long as discrimination and inequities remain so commonplace around the world -- as long as girls and women are valued le, red le, fed last, overworked, underpaid, not schooled and subjected to violence in and out of their homes -- the potential of the human family to create a peaceful, prosperous world will not be realized.So for this little change, it really could be a big step of this society on the road for women rights, human rights and equalities.
Back into the situation we facing is more realistic.For some reason many husbands while they are at work, visualize their wife home acting like nanny or housekeeper all day.Although some days home with the kids are easier and le streful than others (like their days at work) most often they overlook the fact that Mom has dealt with sickne, doctor appointments, school field trips with baby on hip or pregnant with the next, grocery shopping with kids in tow giving her hell the entire time, cooking the meals and laundry in between and every time she started a task someone was screaming because they wanted attention or they got into something.On top of that, she\'s given up her life as she knew it to raise the children.Life is limited, men can\'t just run out the door to go to lunch with a friend or something else.The living comes from the husband for wife, so there is a fragile line there, when he comes home to see the house in disarray and makes the breathy sighs or even hints to \"What have you been doing all day?\" The wife is going to slowly seethe because she really wouldn\'t know where to begin and anything she says is going to sound lame to anything he\'s done all day.(Probably wife was busy on make other things done or she\'s not that good at housework as husband think or wander.We girls are accepting the fact that more and more boys are expect on cooking or sorting stuffs than girls.) When a wife feels she\'s lost her husbands understanding of her sacrifices and he makes her feel her duties are substandard to his, is when he is on a slow journey to divorce court.If the man help with some housework or raising children, this can be avoid and enhance communication with child.Whether both people work, have children or not, husband and wife have to be a team in the home.After all the home belongs to both and both should maintain it 100%.There is no 50/50 and no score keeping.It\'s about working together, there will be times when one spouse does more than the other.These times will come and go between both of them.It will always even out in the end.
The men help with doing something on family affairs would not be a shame on the \"mianzi\" of man, instead one kind of respect, protection and caring toward women.That can really stimulates family prosperity, harmony and potential stability, if do so.
