尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的各位同学，上午好！
今天有幸作为38位学员代表在这里做结业典礼发言，心情非常的激动。9天的上师大学习，紧凑而丰富，用一句话来概括整个培训，那就是“辛苦并收获着且快乐着”。
一．回顾
接下来我们在ppt的带领下回顾我们的整个培训过程：上个星期一我们38位学员怀着满腔的期待坐上了开往上海的动车,我们要到上师大继续教育学院进行为期9天的专题培训。在开学典礼上王xx副局长要求我们珍惜此次学习机会，认真学习，提高认识，严格要求，遵守纪律，确保培训工作取得圆满成功，以展示xx县习。接下来马上就要进入两个月的暑假生活，也是难得的读书月，我课间凑空把讲课教授们出版的书籍进行了整理和罗列，计划能够在暑假中继续学习，认真专研和大家共同研讨。
9天，高强度的学习，大家都很累，可是每位学员还总是能够抽出时间进行各种形式的沟通，交流、相互熟悉。我们这份钢铁战士般的精神，显示着我们都非常珍惜这难得的缘分和机会。这份收获，放在心里，不需要用太多的言语去描述。
我们的这些收获，一定能够为我们下个学年的挂职历练提供帮助，希望今后我们38位学员能够通过不断的实践、反思、完善，进而不辜负教育局及发展中心对我们的殷切期望。
三．感谢
最后是感谢，感谢上师大继续教育学院，精心制定如此高质量的培训方案，让我们的上海之行满载而归。感谢给予我们这次宝贵的培训机会的县教育局及教师发展中心的领导，王xx副局长在百忙中抽出宝贵的时间亲自带队，王xx副主任、聂荣辉科长更是全程与我们一起听课学习。我们第四期全体学员一定不辜负领导对我们的厚望，一定会提高认识，着眼于xx教育发展的大局，切实加快自身的成长，努力取得经得起今后工作实践检验的丰硕的培训成果。
