Good morning:
I’m Suo Yuanzhen，major in biomedical engineering at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.It’s my honor to have this opportunity for this interview.Now let me briefly introduce myself.
During the past three years, I’ve enjoyed a colorful college life and obtained not only the fundamental knowledge of my specialty, but also the chances to put them into practice via participating in various projects of science and technology.So far, I’ve undertaken 3 national and school undergraduate foundation programs, applying for 4 patents and rewarded many awards.Such experiences have taught me the theoretical principles and practical methods must be put together to carry out research activities.Thus I gained a more profound understanding on the development of BME, as well as keen interest in Biophotonics and Molecular imaging.What’s more, team works have tremendously cultivated me leadership skills, team spirits, and a good habit of scheduling my time.
In spare time, I get involved in some meaningful social activities.Last year, I was employed as the deputy head of journalist aociation for NUAA News.During my interviews with academicians, Cheung Kong Scholars, PhD candidate supervisors, I was deeply impreed with their personality and research spirit and make mu mind to devote to science.Though I have been busy, I am delighted to live a full life and keep a good balance between leaning and recreation.For leisure, I like to play badminton and travel.And doing sports really helps me keep slim but physically fit.
In this summer, I luckily received invitation for Graduate Academic Forum in Shanghai organized by the BME School.I believe it would be an invaluable aet in my academic life to further my education in Shanghai Jiao Tong University.And I am ready to stand out from all the candidates and make a difference.
