其实，演讲陈述可以说是商业世界中至今为止最有人情味、最真实的沟通方式。然而，不少人却背道而为之，他们希望吸引到客户却使用了错误的诱饵。我们本应该更加真实和真诚地进行沟通，然而我很少在PPT片子中看到真实和真诚。要做到真实和真诚其实并不难，以下是3个技巧：
做你自己
在做演讲陈述的时候，把你最真实的一面展现给听众。想想会怎样？你不是完美的人。在你不熟识的听众面前展现你人性的一面可能让你感觉不自然甚至痛苦。人们往往不好意思讲述自己的故事，因为自己的故事可能会暴露出自己的缺点和不足，这和那些伟大人物的故事差距甚远。然而讲述一个体现你人情味的故事能让你和听众的心连接起来。你也许不知道，就是这些可能暴露你的缺点不足的故事是最能打动甚至改变听众。人们喜欢跟随那些曾经经历过苦痛失败，而后分享经验和成功的领袖。因为人的内心愿意追随那些经历过磨难并吸取经验的人。
与众不同
你可以通过对比分析反义词“伪装”学习如何“与众不同”。伪装的目的通过与周围的环境相融合使得别人不容易注意到你。那么，做一个让听众不容易注意到的演讲者怎么样？千万不要。如果你想让你的观点被听众接受，那么就尽量不要让你的观点模糊不清或是平淡无奇。你应该引人注目，脱颖而出，甚至与人们惯常的观点背道而驰。与众不同，你的观点就自然会吸引听众的注意力。
展现情感
在生活中，我们的情感常常被唤起。有些东西会引发我们情感上的共鸣，比如听到“一股冷气吹向你的脊梁骨”，“胃里被挖出了一个洞”，我们的身体真的会感觉到。情感是人与人心之间联系的纽带。如果你有意识的将情感加入你的观点传达中，听众将更容易且更乐意接受这些观点。用情感打动观众并不是意味着让听众感动的泪流满面，而是尽量让他们“感同身受”。有些演讲者不愿意在陈述中运用情感，因为他们觉得这样做有些刻意和做作。其实，只有当你不真诚，使用虚假的故事或是刻意克制自己的情感的时候，情感的表现才会显得刻意和做作。亚里斯多德曾经说过指挥官必须能够“了解情感，定义情感和描述情感，进而了解情感的成因以及如何发挥作用。”“当演讲激起了情感的共鸣，劝说就真正进入了听者的心里”。
所以，我建议大家，当作为演讲者在房间里进行面对面的交流时，保持真实，因为这将创造最有效的沟通交流。
