一、教材分析

新改版教材避免了传统课程的缺点,强调了学生的兴趣、经验等,能结合实际,贴近生活,插图生动活泼。本册教材所涉及的知识点主要有:一般将来时态,一般现在时态,过去时态。是对四年来英语学习时态的一个整合。整册教材在传授时要注重学生兴趣的培养和方法的指导。本课是小学新标准英语一年级起点第九册第四模块第一课时,主要对人称+be going to..句型进行综合复习。本节课围绕生日会话题,学生学会熟练地运用句型:be going to….表达自己将在运动日参加哪种运动项目。“ be going to ” 表示对将来的计划打算的用法是很重要的,我把学生对这个句型的熟练掌握和运用作为本课的重难点。

二、学情分析

五年级学生的年龄在十一到十二岁左右,虽然处于高年级学段,但仍然活泼好动,喜欢直观形象思维和抽象思维相结合,对游戏、竞赛、画画还有兴趣。大部分学生对英语有着较浓厚的学习兴趣,但也有少数学生由于遇到困难,学习兴趣会随之减弱。尤其从这学期开始,对学生又提出了新的要求:培养听、说、读、写的技能。所以教师应该面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,引导学生端正学习态度,掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯。五年级学生还存在着学习方法和学习策略经验不足等问题,但他们却有着极强的求知欲强和表现欲。课上应该多以表扬为主,注重对学生英语学习兴趣的培养,鼓励他们大胆说、积极做、认真想。

三、教学目标 1.语言知识目标

学习词汇:stories invitation tidy up 学习目标语句:What are we going to do? We are going to have lunch together.Are you going to have a birthday cake? Yes, I am.2.语言技能目标: 能够听懂会说本模块句型,能运用所学语言进行简单的信息交流。 3.情感态度目标: 使学生乐于参加用英语交流的实践活动,并在实践中建立自信,提高学生参与语言活动的积极性。

4、学习策略

对所学内容能主动练习和实践,对将要做的事做简单的计划,积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流。

5、文化意识

简单了解一下生日会的常识。

四、教学重、难点

(1)变换人称时be动词的变化。 (2)在具体的情境中灵活运用将来时

六、教学过程

(一)复习导入Warm-up and lead in( 3 分钟)

1. Greetings.T :Good afternoon, boys and girls.Nice to meet you.Today we are going to learn Module 4 Unit 1,we’re going to tell stories.2. Magic eyes.设计意图:通过magic eyes 环节复习一些与生日聚会活动有关的短语,为后面孩子们讨论生日活动做词汇铺垫。

T: Let’s play a game, magic eyes, let’s see who has magic eyes, ok? Phrases: listen to music, take pictures, watch TV, play the flute, make a cake.3.Look,watch and answer: What is Daming going to do? Then,lead in the title

(二)任务呈现Task presentation( 5 分钟)

1.Look and gue: invitation.设计意图:通过看自制请柬教具,猜一猜,引出invitation一词,并结合语音教学,拓展词汇nation 和ration ,方便孩子们的词汇积累,也输出了有效的单词拼读方法。

T: Now , children, look ,what’s this? Ss: Is it a letter? T: Of course not.Ss: Is it a card? T: Oh, I don’t think so.Ss: It’s an invitation.T: Clever boy, it’s an invitation.Please look at the screen, invitation.T: Ok ,children can you pronounce these words: nation , ration.

2.Look and gue: It’s an invitation to a birthday party.设计意图:继续观察自制请柬教具,通过看图和做选择题,得出是生日聚会的请柬,各个选项也是在扩充孩子词汇量,让孩子知道不同用途的请柬的不同表达方法。

T: Now, let’s look at this invitation and gue.It’s an invitation to a birthday party, New Year’s party or Christmas Party?Yes , it’s an invitation to a birthday party.Today,let’s try to make a invation together.

(三)课文学习Text learning(

10 分钟) 1.Watch the video and answer .设计意图:通过观看课文视频,既能得出问题答案,也能对全文有个整体性的感知。

回答完问题以后,老师转而问学生今年多大了,既是现学现用,也是对be going to 句型的拓展,从we are going to…拓展到I’m going to … 这些句型五年级的学生都已经学过,这里重提也是对已学知识进行巩固和灵活运用。

Q1: Whose invitation is it ? Q2: How old is he/she going to be? S1 : It’s Amy’s invitation.S2: She is going to be 11.T : How old are you going to be? Ss: I’m going to be 11 too.Free talk: What are we going to do (at Amy’s birthday party) ? 设计意图:再次通过自制请柬教具,告诉孩子们Amy 将邀请我们一起参加她的生日聚会,引导孩子们分组讨论,并用本课重点句型进行问答。老师在写板书的时候要求孩子们拿出手指一起在空中写,是对孩子书写能力的训练。

T:Children ,this is an invitation from Amy, it says Dear children ,welcome to my birthday party.So we’re going to go to Amy’s birthday party, are you happy? Ss: Yes.T: I’m happy too.So children, what are we going to do at Amy’s birthday party? Show me your fingers , follow me.( T write the sentence on the blackboard ,Ss write in the air) what are we going to do? Practice the sentence by groups.T : Maybe, we’re going to listen to music.Or, maybe we’re going to make a cake.Don’t you think it’s interesting.So ,children what’s your opinion? Let’s have a discuion.2 minutes for you.You can work in pairs.Ss: We are going to have birthday cake.T: I think it’s very delicious.Ss: We are going to sing a song.T: Maybe Happy Birthday to you.I think is very interesting.2.Listen and answer T or F.

设计意图:通过听音判断正误题,在解题时利用点读笔随时跟读课文中的句子并板书,突破重点句子和长句子,深入了解课文。

T: Ok, children, let’s listen and find what are Amy ,Lingling , and Sam going to do? Before listening I ‘ll give you 1 minute to read the sentences.After listening ,please tell me, it’s T or F and why? Check the answers one by one .At the same time , write the new words and sentences on the blackboard. We are going to tell stories .We are going to tidy up.Stick the pictures on the blackboard.( have lunch , have a birthday cake, see a film) 3.Read and fill in the blanks.设计意图:通过阅读课文,对课文内容进行填空,让学生深入了解课文,也锻炼了学生书写的能力。

T: Now , children, please take out your paper, open your books and turn to page 20,this time ,let’s read the text ,and fill in the blanks.4.Listen ,repeat and imitate.设计意图:听音指读课文环节让学生模仿原版录音,发音更加准确;指读让学生能更加集中注意力,并养成良好的朗读课文习惯。

T: Children ,this time please listen ,repeat and try to imitate, ok ? Please pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.5. Role play.设计意图:分角色表演课文是本课重点之一,增强学生对课文的理解,活跃课堂气氛。

(四)训练巩固 Practice(

10 分钟)

T : Now ,let’s work in groups.Have a role play.2 minutes for you.

设计意图:最后是任务呈现将本课所学组织生日聚会活动现学现用,为班上即将过生日的孩子组织一场生日聚会。分为两个步骤,先让学生用本课重点句型分组对话,然后把对话内容整理写下来,学生在这个环节中不仅听了、说了,还思考整理,写下来了。

(五)任务完成 Task completion(

5 分钟)

Make a birthday party invitation.T: Children , Jack , Andy, Linda and Tom are going to be 11.Lets have a birthday party for them! ok? You can take out your paper again.Let’s work in groups.2 steps for you.First, you can make dialogues with your partners.Then , please write it down, fill in the blanks .5minutes for you.

设计意图:家庭作业中,除了让孩子巩固课文,还继续让他们继续利用所学知识,为父母或朋友组织周末活动,进一步巩固当堂所学。
