保姆服务协议书
Housekeeping Agreements
甲方party A：乙方party B：
今有甲方因工作繁忙，特聘请乙方到甲方家中做家政服务，经双方友好协商，达成如下协议
A employs B as housekeeper because of busy work.With friendly consultation, the two parties have reached the following agreements：
一、协议期限agreements term ：
本协议自2009年7月1日至2010年6月30日止，其中试用期为个1月.From 2009-7-1 to 2009-7-31, including one month of probation.
二、权利和义务rights and duties：
1、甲方：每月10日之前付给乙方前一个月的工资400元。Party A: before the 10th day of every month pay B the salary of past month, 400RMB
2、乙方：Party B:
1）乙方每周三为甲方打扫居住房清洁卫生。Party B does the house cleaning each Wednesday.
2) 无任何理由带外人到甲方家中，如有这种情况发生，甲方立即终止本协议书且扣除当月工资。
B can’t bring any stranger to A’s house without any explanation.If this really happens, A can terminate the agreements at once and abolish the payment of the same month.
3）经调查属于乙方原因导致甲方安全、失火、失窃及其他事故的，乙方负法律责任并作经济赔偿。B must be responsible and compensate for those accidents of security, fire and so on which have been proved to be caused by B.
三、如无正当理由，任何一方不得无故在协议期限内中止协议。如其中一方确有理由要中止协议，则应提前半个月通知另一方，并要妥善解决好相关事宜。Without normal reason, neither one can terminate the agreements during the term.If one of the parties has to end the agreements with certain reason, he should inform another one half month earlier and organize everything well.
四、经双方签字后即法律生效。本协议一式两份，甲、乙方各执一份。The agreements will be carried out with both parties’ signature.A and B both have one copy of this agreements.甲方party A：乙方party B：
