XX年5月12日四川汶川地震已经让我们那里的同胞饱受灾难之苦，那时候死难者的遗体和受伤群众的眼泪，让我们全国人民都跟着悲泣。好在四川人是勇敢的，好在我们的政府在 的，中国人是坚强的，让我们共同挽起手来，迎着灾难向前，为了灾区群众的安全，为了广大群众财产安全，让我们再一次书写抗震救灾的最强音。四川人民不会倒，中国人民更会永远向前。灾难考验我们，但凝聚力更会让灾难低头。
最后，让我们再一次向四川雅安灾区的群众祈福，祝你们安好！谢谢大家！
用泪水抚慰泪水，用爱心书写爱心；“大灾有大爱”的呐喊激荡着每个人的心胸。同胞有难，每一位中华儿女都是志愿者，有钱出钱，有力出力，13亿中国人顷刻间汇聚起巨大爱的暖流，给受灾的亲人们以莫大的慰籍。
我们杰克公司的领导和员工也以最快的速度在震灾的 爱她的孩子。
我想听了这个故事的人，无不为之动容，潸然泪下。但是我也想到了许多网友的留言：不哭、不哭、祖**亲不哭，灾区人民不哭，就让我们一同努力，让这个因为爱而幸存的生命能够在未来的日子里健康成长。
死者已如此之坚强，生者更要好好活下去。
中央电视台主持人李佳明，因为家乡受灾，从海外回到了国内，但母亲却不让他回家，他的妈妈说：不准回来，你要回来的话，你吃的那顿饭，喝的那瓶水，也许就可以救另外一个人。他的母亲现在每天都在家里一笼一笼的蒸馒头，送给有需要的人。李佳明的回答是：妈，我不回来，我留在台里，继续报道。同时他也借央视的赈灾晚会告诉全国人民：四川人不服输，四川人懂感恩。
是啊，我们应该感恩，感恩于在灾难面前，全国人民万众一心抗击震灾；我们应该感恩，感恩于祖国如此强大，让我们在灾难面前有一个强大的支柱；我们应该感恩，感恩于我们还能活在这个世界上。只要能活着，还有什么痛苦挫折不能承受。
在大灾大难面前尚且需要感恩，感恩灾难让我们变得更加的坚强和团结。就是日常生活中、工作中、学习中，对所遇之事、所遇之人给予的点点滴滴的关心与帮助，都值得我们用心去铭记，铭记那无私的人性之美和不图回报的惠助之恩。感恩不仅仅是为了报恩，因为有些恩泽是我们无法回报的，有些恩情更不是等量回报就能一笔还清的，惟有用纯真的心灵去感动去铭刻，才能真正对得起给你恩惠的人。
今天，我们工作、生活在杰克——这样一个充满爱与关怀的大家
庭里，更要时刻怀着一颗感恩的心来对待工作，对待领导，对待同事，只有杰克的不断发展才能成就我们个人的发展。我们感恩，不需要太多的理由，只因为我们经历了灾难，倍感生命的可贵；只因为我们同在一片蓝天下，我们同呼吸共患难，我们是同事，是朋友，更是血脉相连的同胞。

今天我演讲的题目是《坚定理想信念，在平凡中燃烧青春姓》。
xx年7月我参加了陕西省 还有两个正在读小学的孙女，一家人的生活举步维艰。可是，屋漏偏逢连阴雨，唯一能持家的邓安邦老人因病去世了，一家人的生活顿时陷入了黑暗。镇村干部闻讯后，纷纷伸出援助之手，出钱出力，为他们申请低保，帮他们度过难关。邓家痴呆的大儿子虽不会说话，但每每看到我们时，他总是咧着嘴笑，还比划着，拿出家里的苹果硬塞给我们。乡亲们都说：“要不是党和政府，这祖孙三代不知道会是什么样子……这就是百姓的心声!
也许我们很渺小!面对上千万需要帮助的人们，我们的确渺小地如同茫茫荒野的一点星火;也许我们总认为自己的这一点火花是微弱的，但我想只要我们能时时以一个组工干部的责任来要求自己，把坚定的党性发挥到极至，困难来了我们带头上，荣誉到了不妨让一让;哪怕只是在公交车上让个座，帮路边的行人推一把车。这一点火光就足以让你成为一面旗帜，这一点火光就足以点亮老百姓心中的那盏明灯!

记得xx年刚去警校的时候，“忠诚严格勤奋创新”的校训伴随我度过了大学生涯。现在，自己也成为了一名人民警察，对于“忠诚为民公正奉献”的江西公安核心价值观还在学习的我，同样坚信它将也会伴随我的警察生涯。对于这八个字，我的理解是：
忠诚，就是人民警察坚定理想信念，永葆忠于党、忠于祖国、忠于人民、忠于法律的政治本色，做党和人民的忠诚卫士。
为民，就是人民警察时刻牢记并忠实践行全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，时刻密切联系群众、依靠群众，当人民公仆，做群众贴心人。
公正，就是人民警察坚持调查研究、实事求是，做到严格、公正、文明执法，不偏不倚，不枉不纵，坚决维护公民合法权益，维护社会公平正义。
奉献，就是人民警察爱岗敬业，在急难险重任务面前英勇顽强，不怕牺牲，不畏艰险，敢于胜利。
有时觉得公安工作琐碎而繁杂，日复一日，年复一年，千头万绪，觉得自己是在瞎忙。可是当我提得建议被领导采纳，并在实践中得到成功运用;当我看到来办事的群众满意而归的时候，我知道我的光阴没有虚度。我明白我选择了基层，就是选择了奉献，也就是选择了艰辛和清贫。虽然没有愚公移山的大器和嫦娥奔月的飘逸，却有夸父逐日的热烈和精卫填海的执著，既然选择了人民警察这一神圣职业，就应该把“立警为公，执法为民”放在 时，已是凌晨2点多钟。
