2010年世博会的脚步离我们越来越近了。我们通过电视、报纸、网络，以及在学校里、街道上、居住的小区里，看到越来越多各式各样的关于世博会的宣传，世博的召开也把我们这些学生融入在其中。那我们该为世博会做些什么呢？
我想首先，作为学生的我们应该更加努力地学习。英语的掌握显得尤为重要，因为2010年的世博会将要迎来许许多多来自世界上不同地方的外国友人。如果有一天有外国友人在路上需要我们帮助的时候，我们可以用英语跟他们交流，为他们服务。
其次，今年的世博会的主题是一个绿色的世博会。在展示世界高科技技术的同时，也把高科技整治污染的运用作为了一个重点。那么，我们就应该从自己的身边做起。在保护好城市的绿化的同时，做好家庭的环保。在条件允许的情况下，在自家的阳台里或花园里种植一些绿色植物，为周边的世界增添一份绿色；在我们自己倡导绿色环保的同时，还要向爸爸妈妈介绍关于这方面的事情。让父母也参与其中,共同创造一个美丽绿色的中国。
与此同时，作为中国人应该改掉生活中的陋习和恶习。在精神上也绿色环保起来，做一个文明人。
