First, I hope you can increase my salary if I make a great contribution to the company.Second, I hope the company can give us more chance to improve ourselves, such as profeional training and going abroad for further study.The third, My position is quite significant to the whole company, and I can\'t make it all by myself.So I need a couple of aistants to work together.Last but not least, I have a family, so I don\'t want to work overtime or be on a busine trip frequently.
