【导语】周二下午（3.19），荷兰阿纳姆市代表团一行来到武汉市商务局，了解我市支持和推动企业开展对外投资的相关政策，并了解本地企业赴荷投资意向。
【Lead_in】 On Tuesday afternoon, a delegation led by Mr.Michiel van Weem, Vice-Mayor of Arnhem, Holland, went to the Wuhan Commercial Bureau, to discu the “Going Out“ policy that the Wuhan government supports and promotes to attract local enterprises.【画外】
武汉市商务局副局长李滔介绍说，目前，我市企业对外投资主要有三种形式，包括对外投资，境外承包，与境外企业劳务合作。对外投资领域集中在光电子、通讯、建材、旅游等。政府为企业对外投资提供信息、风险防范、法律咨询等相关帮助，并不提供财政支持。
阿纳姆市副市长维森姆说，中国政府做法与欧洲相似，企业有较大自主权。阿纳姆市不仅是海德兰省的首府，更地处荷兰东部，德国西部的经济带中心，周边有4个机场，是湖北武汉企业投资欧洲的理想之处。

荷兰贸促会首席代表宋贺炎说，在投资目的国设立办事处非常有必要。办事处能帮助企业找到合适的合作伙伴，尽快适应当地环境。荷兰贸促会的职能就是帮助中荷双方企业，到对方国家投资，开辟国际市场。她透露，今年下半年，荷兰外商投资局将来汉开圆桌会议，推介荷兰，希望更多武汉企业投资荷兰。

【Gist】On Tuesday afternoon, a delegation led by Mr.Michiel van Weem, Vice-Mayor of Arnhem, Holland, went to the Wuhan Commercial Bureau, to discu the “Going Out“ policy that the Wuhan government uses to support and promote local enterprises.Mr.Litao, the deputy director of the Bureau, introduced that there are types of “going out” activities that local enterprise usually undertake and that the types of industries covered are photoelectron, telecommunication, building materials and tourism.The Wuhan government can provide information and legal consultancy services to such enterprises, but not financial support.Mr.van Weem said that Arnhem is located in an economic center, connecting Eastern Holland and Western Germany and that it can be very convenient to travel anywhere in Europe from Arnhem.There are 4 airports in Arnhem.It’s an ideal place for Hubei and Wuhan enterprises to invest in Europe.He suggested that the Wuhan government set up an office in Arnhem to efficiently promote local enterprises to invest in Holland.
