I have gained much experience in teaching English and managing students.From 2005 to 2007, I taught English in ******, which was the fist step to be a real teacher, I brought students neceary knowledge and thoughts; meanwhile, students’ enthusiasm and learning spirit gave me great encouragement.From September of 2008 to July of 2009, I taught English Intensive Reading in Economy and Management School of Sichuan Normal University, there I tried every means to make my English cla more dynamic, interesting and meaningful; I was very strict with my students, checking their fulfillment of their separate plans in learning English.I realized that I should teach students in accordance with their aptitude so that they could make much progre in study and life.In my spare time, I also worked as an English grammar tutor for two high school students; helping them consolidating grammar patterns so as to improve their scores, in fact, after one or two months, they became satisfied with their English scores in examinations.Teaching benefits teacher as well as students, and it is my goal to become a teacher like YuDan, who can bring people significant interpretations and provoking thoughts.
