《美国国家教师教育技术标准(NETS)》

1.促进学生学习、激发学生创造力[1]

教师能够运用其学科知识,通过教学、学习和技术提高自身在面授或虚拟学习环境中促进学生学习、激发学生创意与创新能力的经验。

(1)能够提升和支持自身的创造性思维与独创能力并为学生树立典范。

(2)能使学生积极运用数字化工具和资源探究并解决现实世界中的真实问题。

(3)能够运用协作工具促进学生反思,从而了解(reveal)和澄清学生对概念的理解、思考,

设计与创造性过程。

(4)能够通过与学生、同事以及他人在面对面或虚拟学习环境中共同学习而在协作知识建

构方面为学生树立榜样。

2.设计、开发数字化时代的学习经验与评估工具

教师能够设计、开发和评价融合了现有数字化工具和资源的真实的学习经验与评估以优化学生在特定情境下的学习从而使NETS·S-2008中所规定的学生的知识、技能和态度得到发展。

(1)能够运用数字化工具和资源设计或调整有关学习经验以促进学生的学习与创造力。

(2)能够开发技术化的学习环境从而使所有学生能满足他们各自的好奇心,能使学生自主

设定教育目标、管理学习和评估学习过程,最终成为积极的参与者。

(3)能为学生定制个性化的学习活动以适应学生多样化的学习风格、学习策略和数字化工

具与资源的使用能力。

(4)能为学生提供与学习内容与技术标准相一致的多种多样的形成性评估与总结性评估,

并能利用评估结果和数据支持教学与学习。

3.树立数字化时代学习与工作的典范

教师应成为全球化与数字化社会中创新型专业人士在知识、技能和工作过程方面的典型代表。

(1)能够熟练使用技术系统,并能将现有知识熟练地迁移到新技术和新情境中去。

(2)能够运用数字化工具和资源与学生、同事、家长以及社区成员展开协作以促进学生的成功与创新。

(3)能够使用多种数字化媒体形式与学生、同事、家长就有关信息和思想展开有效地交流与沟通。

(4)能够有效运用现有的和新兴的数字化工具查找、分析、评价和使用信息资源以支持研究和学习。

4.提升数字化时代的公民意识与素养为学生树立典范

在不断演变的数字文化中,教师能够理解全球性和本土化的社会问题以及自身的责任,并在他们的专业实践中表现出合乎法律和伦理道德规范的行为。

(1)能够提倡和教授对数字化信息和技术的安全、合法以及符合道德规范地使用,包括对版权、知识产权和适当的文件来源的尊重,并为学生树立榜样。

(2)能够运用以学习者为中心的策略为学生提供平等使用适当数字化工具和资源的机会以满足所有学生的多样化需要。

(3)能够提升有关技术和信息使用的数字化时代的礼仪与社会交往的责任感,并为学生树立榜样。

(4)能够运用数字化时代的交流和协作工具与其他文化背景的同事和学生进行交流合作以发展自身的文化理解能力和全球意识。

5.参与专业发展、提升领导力

教师能够通过对数字化工具和资源的有效利用不断促进自身的专业实践,为学生树立终身学习的典范,并在其所在学校和专业共同体中展现出较强的领导能力。

(1)能够参与本土化和全球化的学习共同体以探究技术的创造性应用,进而促进学生学习。

(2)能够通过预见技术融合发展(technology infusion)的趋势,参与共同的决策、社 区构建以及发展他人的领导能力和技术技能展现出较强的领导能力。

(3)能够定期评价和反思当前的研究和专业实践从而有效地使用现有的和新兴的数字化工具和资源,进而支持学生的学习。

(4)能为教师职业和自己所在学校与社区的效力、生命活力与不断发展贡献力量。

NETS For Teachers 2008 Standards[2]

1.Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity

Teachers use their knowledge of subject matter, teaching and learning, and technology to facilitate experiences that advance student learning, creativity, and innovation in both face-to-face and virtual environments.Teachers:

a.promote, support, and model creative and innovative thinking and inventivene.b.engage students in exploring real-world iues and solving authentic problems using digital tools and resources.

c.promote student reflection using collaborative tools to reveal and clarify students\' conceptual understanding and thinking, planning, and creative procees.

d.model collaborative knowledge construction by engaging in learning with students, colleagues, and others in face-to-face and virtual environments.

2.Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Aements

Teachers design, develop, and evaluate authentic learning experiences and aement incorporating contemporary tools and resources to maximize content learning in context and to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes identified in the NETS?S.Teachers:

a.design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity.

b.develop technology-enriched learning environments that enable all students to pursue their individual curiosities and become active participants in setting their own educational goals, managing their own learning, and aeing their own progre.

c.customize and personalize learning activities to addre students\' diverse learning styles, working strategies, and abilities using digital tools and resources.

d.provide students with multiple and varied formative and summative aements aligned with content and technology standards and use resulting data to inform learning and teaching.

3.Model Digital-Age Work and Learning

Teachers exhibit knowledge, skills, and work procees representative of an innovative profeional in a global and digital society.Teachers:

a.demonstrate fluency in technology systems and the transfer of current knowledge to new technologies and situations.

b.collaborate with students, peers, parents, and community members using digital tools and resources to support student succe and innovation.

c.communicate relevant information and ideas effectively to students, parents, and peers using a variety of digital-age media and formats.

d.model and facilitate effective use of current and emerging digital tools to locate, analyze, evaluate, and use information resources to support research and learning.

4.Promote and Model Digital Citizenship and Responsibility

Teachers understand local and global societal iues and responsibilities in an evolving digital culture and exhibit legal and ethical behavior in their profeional practices.Teachers:

a.advocate, model, and teach safe, legal, and ethical use of digital information and technology, including respect for copyright, intellectual property, and the appropriate documentation of sources.

b.addre the diverse needs of all learners by using learner-centered strategies providing equitable acce to appropriate digital tools and resources.

c.promote and model digital etiquette and responsible social interactions related to the use of technology and information.

d.develop and model cultural understanding and global awarene by engaging with colleagues and students of other cultures using digital-age communication and collaboration tools.

5.Engage in Profeional Growth and Leadership

Teachers continuously improve their profeional practice, model lifelong learning, and exhibit leadership in their school and profeional community by promoting and demonstrating the effective use of digital tools and resources.Teachers:

a.participate in local and global learning communities to explore creative applications of technology to improve student learning.

b.exhibit leadership by demonstrating a vision of technology infusion, participating in shared decision making and community building, and developing the leadership and technology skills of others.

c.evaluate and reflect on current research and profeional practice on a regular basis to make effective use of existing and emerging digital tools and resources in support of student learning.

d.contribute to the effectivene, vitality, and self-renewal of the teaching profeion and of their school and community.
