Man did not have to think about the protection of the environment before, as there were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited.Today things are different.The world has become too crowed.Our natural resources are being used up and the environment is

being polluted by human beings.

Now , please look at the sky, black smog is full of the sky.We can’t see the blue sky.You can see lots of cars in the streets.They give off terrible gas every second.And you can see factory chimneys giving off black smoke.So we have to breathe the polluted air.Waste water is given off from factories.It directly flows into rivers and oceans.So we have to drink the polluted water and eat the polluted food everyday.And you can hear noise from time to time.More and more people die from the illne, which caused by pollution.And now nature is punishing us.If we don’t do anything to save the earth, maybe the dream will become true in the near future.At that time, we can do nothing but cry for what we have done to nature.

No nature, no life! Just imagine, if there were no trees no flowers and no animals in the world, only pollutants were left, how terrible it would be! We have only one earth.Don’t let our mother — the earth cry! If we want to live a better life and have a brighter future, we must do our best to protect her now, not only for the well-being of ourselves, but also for that of our future generations.

What can we do to save our mother — the earth? As one of her children, as a student, we should make good use of every piece

of paper, we should not litter rubbish here and there; we should use eco-friendly bags when we go shopping.We should collect used batteries, we should protect flowers and trees and plant trees every year .we should go to school on foot or by bike or by bus instead of driving cars.We shouldn’t use throwaway chopsticks and plastic bags.We should save natural resources at any time.Not only do we protect the earth, but also we tell people around us to do so.There are many, many things we can do to protect our mother —the earth.In a word, we do from ourselves, from now, from here.

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Negro still is not free.One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination.One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity.One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land.And so we’ve come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we’ve come to our nation’s capital to cash a check.When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promiory note to which every American was to fall heir.This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the “unalienable Rights” of “Life, Liberty

and the pursuit of Happine.” It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promiory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned.Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.”

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt.We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.And so, we’ve come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now.This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.Now is the time to make real the promises of

democracy.Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice.Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment.This sweltering summer of the Negro’s legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality.Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual.And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights.The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake

the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds.Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred.We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline.We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence.Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is

tied up with our destiny.And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

We cannot turn back.

There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, “When will you be satisfied?” We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality.We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities.We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Miiippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote.No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until “justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty

二、说学生

三、说教法学法

教学有法，教无定法，贵在得法。根据新课标的要求，我将采用情境教学法，任务型教学法的方法进行教学。

通过创设情景，让学生在一定的情境背景下进行交流，灵活的学习和掌握知识，激发学习英语的兴趣；

给学生布置任务，让学生通过交流合作，在教师的指导下完成任务，并展示任务成果。

授人以鱼不如授人以渔，教师要指导学生形成合作学习，探究学习，主动学习的意识，并不断实践练习。此年龄阶段的学生，开始出现竞争学习的倾向，教师要加以正确引导，让学生进行适度竞争学习。

四、说教学设计

教学设计主要坚持词不离句，句不离篇的原则，在整体的语言环境中进行语言教学。教学设计有以下五个环节：1.热身导入，2.新课

呈现，3.操练体验，4.拓展运用，5.巩固提高。

热身导入 这部分用5分钟

利用图片呈现不同的课程类型，并提问which cla do you like? 以此复习不同课程的表达法。

根据教学内容，我编写了一个chant，并制作成音频呈现，chant的内容是what time is it？what time is it？it’s 9 o’clock, it’s 9 o’clock, it’s time for english cla.以此创设轻松地英语环境。接着，我开始编故事，设情境：we will have a new clamate, john.we will show the time schedule to john.how can we help him? 在创设英语情境，激发学生兴趣的同时，引导学生形成乐于助人的良好品质。

新课呈现 这部分10分钟

利用活动挂图呈现故事，图先展现的是john和我们学生的场景，然后再呈现我们班的课表。播放我提前录制好的音频，听故事，回答问题：what day is it today？故事的内容是：john：what day is it today? students : it’s monday.john: what do we have on mondays? students : let me see.we have …听后回答问题。顺势提问学生：do we have a math cla/chinese cla on mondays? 深入提问what do we have on mondays? 此处要强调复数形式以及on的用法。讲完monday之后，出示一张7月份的日历图片，引导学生从日历上识读monday，tuesday，wednesday，thursday，friday，这几个单词发音较难，需通

过强化阅读，划分音节,寻找规律的方式让学生记忆。之后借助教育云，跟读录音，规范学生发音。

操练体验 这部分用15分钟

同桌合作，分别扮演john 的角色，运用刚学过的句型为john 介绍周二到周五的课程，并上台展示。让学生通过情景故事续写，角色扮演，能够理解新知识，并进行简单交流。

根据let’s play部分，改进转盘游戏。小组合作游戏，一名学生写下monday 到 friday 的一个单词，并问 what day is it？其他三人猜，猜对者再回答出题人的问题：what do we have on。。。一局过后转换角色，练习一轮后，找一小组上台展示。通过趣味操练，熟练掌握重点句型问答。

先听再跟唱let’s chant，巩固新知识，为下面的拓展做准备。根据学生的生理特点，此时我设计了一个相对轻松的学习任务，让学生稍作调整。

拓展运用 这部分用5分钟

给学生布置任务，制作我心目中的理想课表。同桌合作，一人用we have。。。on mondays的句型描述自己心目中的课表，同伴根据描述写出课表。并交换练习。之后将我的理想课表展示给大家看。对于书写规范的课表，用实物投影进行展示。这一任务有利于锻炼学生的听说能力，促进语言的综合运用，上台展示还有利于锻炼学生的心理

素质。 巩固提高 这部分5分钟

为了响应高效课堂的号召，让学生尽可能的做到当堂清，我设计了做练习的环节，由于单词较难，练习是填字母补单词的形式，如friday，让学生填ri，使学生学会听音能写。

最后，通过齐读板书，总结本节内容。

作业，让学生听let’s learn 的录音，再读给父母听。

五、说板书设计

本着层次分明，重点突出的原则，我做出如下板书设计，中间上方是单元题目，左侧是重点短语，右侧是重点句型。

六、说评价

要坚持以形成性评价为主，评价形式多样的原则。我除了运用鼓励性的语言外，还用实物投影展示学生制作的课表，发放赏识星，课下让学生以小组为单位进行自评互评。

七、说课程资源开发

我的课程资源开发主要涉及以下三方面： 教材方面我利用了let’s chant，let’s learn录音；

师生方面我创设了为john介绍课表的情景，让学生自制课表； 现代教学手段方面我制作了精美的ppt，利用白板、实物投影，开发利用了教育云。

大家好,我今天演讲的题目是《我的梦想》

每个人都有自己的梦想，也许你的梦想是当一名为人民服务的警察，或是一名能说会道的记者、导游。而我的梦想是当一名人民教师。

我认为老师是非常神圣的，非常伟大的。是老师，把一个不懂事的孩子教

育成一个尊敬师长，明事理的好孩子；是老师，把一个贪玩的孩子培养成一个勤学好问，力求上进的好学生。老师用知识甘露，浇开学生理想的花朵，用心灵的清泉润育学生情操的美德。如果把学生比作祖国的花朵，那老师就是一位园丁，老师为祖国的花朵修枝剪叶，施肥除草，使祖国的花朵茁壮成长。如果把学生比作迷失方向的羔羊，那老师就是那位指路人，老师为学生指明方向，使学生明确自己的方向。

所以，我的梦想是当老师。老师能够为祖国、为人民培养出人才，作出贡献。小时候，我有过许多梦想，有美丽的文学梦，有缤纷的明星梦，也有美妙的设计师的梦。长大后，我从不断的学习中，找到了我真正的梦想，找到了能够为祖国、为人民作出贡献的梦想，那就是当老师。

我想，以我现在的知识基础，想要实现我的梦想，那简直就是痴心妄想。所以，我一定要好好学习，在课前做好

预习，课堂中认真听讲，课后认真复习，还要多读课外书，也要养成良好的道德品质，毕竟有美好的品格也是做老师的一个基本原则。

我知道，再多灿烂的话语也只不过是一瞬间的智慧与激情，只有努力学习才是开在成功之路上的鲜花。所以，我一定会好好学习，努力奋斗，为实现我的梦想而努力学习。我相信，梦想虽然很遥远，但只要坚持下去，行动起来，就一定会有实现的一天！

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.I’d like to share my teaching dream with you.But before that, I want to say something about the beginning of this dream.In March this year, three teachers from Australia came to our school.During the meeting, we exchanged a lot about

education.I found that though we have almost the same teaching philosophy, we have different routines.What impreed me most was that their schools end at 3:00 in the afternoon and have no night claes.I can’t tell which kind of routine is better, but the sharp contrast made me think about a better education.The following is a dreamy school in my mind, in which there is no preure but pleasure.

In this school, the buildings are well designed, close to nature.In the morning, children can read while enjoying the beautiful sunrise.In the evening, they can exercise by the lake reflecting the amazing sunset.In the spring, they can go to the wild, lie on the lawn, and watch the kite flying in the blue sky.In the summer, they can go to the forest, live in a cabin, and listen to the rhythm of the rain.…

Students are free but polite and they respect each other.They can leave at 4:00

every afternoon, or perhaps earlier.They have the freedom to organize time.They can go to the library, go to the lab, the computer rooms or the playground.They’re self-motivated and have a strong thirst for knowledge.And there are no frequent exams and rankings.Students won’t be forced to wear uniforms everyday, and there is no required hair style.Everyday is so colorful that they are looking forward to the next day when going to bed at night,

Every teacher in this school can give a course as they like.There is no tedious rating, no scraps of quantitative management and no rigid standard.Teachers can fully display their personality in cla, and they feel very happy and content to teach.Every morning, on thoughts of giving leons, they are excited.After cla, they are delighted , with smiles on their faces.Some experts, scholars and masters are also visiting teachers in this

Zhenning can give physics claes for a day.Yi Zhongtian opens lectures on Chinese culture for a week.Speaking of music, we can ask Wang Lihong to give music lectures, just as he did in Oxford University.If neceary, we can also invite David Beckham to speak something about the World Cup …

The principal of the school focuses on education rather than waste time in endle meetings and social activities.Teachers’ wages are not high but enough to live comfortably.There are no other things to do except to teach.There are no paper requirements, no titles and no ranks because they don’t need to be judged by those things.Almost every teacher is a well-known scholar and master in a particular field.A language teacher may be a writer at the same time.A math teacher may try to overcome a world-cla gue.A physics teacher can win invention

awards and a music teacher may return from an International music competition again.

In short, in this school, the principal is satisfied, the teachers are happy and the students are joyful.That’s my dream.
